We called on a referral of close friends who have trusted John with all plumbing/septic issues for many years.

We had a clog, deep in our sink pipes.
He came from Peoria to North Phoenix within hours of calling him.

He brought his partner, Mr. Trusted P. Rooter and took care of the issue within minutes.

He gave great advice, tips on plumbing issues and maintaining a properly functioning, plumbing system.

It was enjoyable to talk to him about his experience, tools and knowledge of plumbing. His family has been in the plumbing business for generations.
He even showed us a picture of when he was a child with his father, standing next to his father's equipment.

John has earned a place in our contact list as our trusted plumber!

John the owner is so nice and super accommodating. I have used John as the plumber for my work for 10+ years and he always goes above and beyond to fix our plumbing emergencies. Called AAA Valley this morning when I woke to a flood downstairs. The owner was awesome and was out within an hour to help me fix the problem. It turned out our back flow from the house was clogged and he had a quick solution that fixed it. He even walked me through how to fix it if we had a problem again in the future. He also made some other great recommendations and even drew me a diagram of our sewage pipes. Price for the call was $95 which I think was fair. We will definitely use him again for any future needs.

Had a very slow draining kitchen sink. Called in the late afternoon and Joe called me back within 5 minutes and scheduled my appointment for the next morning, first thing. My drain issue was quite a bit worse than we anticipated. After some time working at it, Joe was able to get it cleared! Victory!! The price was very fair I felt.

The owner John smalley did not hold our appt time. I am a disabled veteran female and my dad recommended this company. John made an appt time with me and the conversation was recorded, but when I called to confirm the appt he vaguely remembered the conversation. And did not follow thru with the appt. He was very rude and condensending.

John is one of the kindest, honest people I've met in a while. He will come and take care of your problem the right way and you can rest assured he has your best interest at heart. Wonderful business.

John is such a knowledgeable and reputable service person.He has helped us several times over the years. The last call we made he said we probably dont need his service that it is another situation and he was correct. John is very professional and honest. I almost got sucked in with another plumbing company, who told me it would be thousands of dollars, and called a contractor to my house to start a huge insurance claim! They estimated over $8000.00 worth of work to be done! I almost fell for it, until I got up the next day, and decided to call John for a second opinion. Thank God I did! He came and knew how to fix my problem right away. Bottom line? I paid $400.00. That's right. John is the best. I'm so relieved.

John from AAA has been taking care of our home's rooter needs for more than a decade. He's dependable & fair with his pricing. John will walk you through everything he's doing & will even take the time to make helpful suggestions so you don't have to call him out as often. I usually see him every 2 - 3 years to snake out the occasional drain or our sewer line. Our home is 60+ years old with aging pipes & tree roots so it's often scary when there's a plumbing issue - especially when drains aren't flowing! I know that John will always give me the straight scoop & will do his best to make sure I don't have to pay for more than is needed. I highly recommend AAA!

Great service and very affordable. Scheduled him for 8:30 and he was there well before that time. He fixed the problem with the kitchen sink. He also took a look at the slow drains in the bathroom and quickly fixed that problem without rootering it out so he did not charge us for that. Highly recommend and I will use again.

We had the best experience with AAA Valley Rooter Service! A different company told us our pipe was broken under our slab and would need extensive work to repair. We called John for a second opinion. He cleared the clog in no time!! He was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. We will definitely be calling John for our future plumbing needs. We give our highest recommendation!!

I told this plumber that I have a leak behind the wall. He came to my house to tell me that he doesn't fix leaks and charged me $55.

John, the owner is punctual, quick to provide repair and very helpful. He always is able to fit us in on the same day we call, every single time. I don't know why another reviewer would give him a bad review, he doesn't fix plumbing leaks, and will tell you so on the phone when you call!  I recommend him without reservation.

John was here in 3 hours and went right to work. Nice guy and made sure our drain was cleared before he left. Charges were very reasonable.
