Had a 4 PM backup on one end of our house and needed same day service. Contacted a few of the other highly rated companies but none could service until next day. Not only did Freddy answer his phone but he committed to same day service, provided clear pricing scenarios, and arrived within 2.5 hours.

Once on the job he was meticulous and thorough with his approach, communication, and cleanliness.

Turns out we had a larger problem with roots outside the house, which Freddy took the time to mark and detail depth and location of problem with us while clearing the line as best as possible. His pricing to replace the section of line was very reasonable and he was able to schedule within a few days.

Great service, would definitely use Freddy's company again.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

I had a water heater that bursted and flooded the garage and underneath the pedestal structure of the house.  Got an insurance claim and had everything dried out and pedestal structure reconstructed.  Rooter hero did the removal and install of new heater, it was professionally done and very good job to Bobby, appreciate it.  Insurance company had asked me to hold onto the old broken heater for a while but in a few days was adviced i can dump it already.  I just had city do bulk trash pickup for me before this so i was told they would be able to pick up for me in 6 weeks else, i had to pay a fee.  I thought of calling Rooter hero and sure enough Bobby came to pick it up and dump the old heater for me.   Going beyond expectations,  thanks!

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

Melvin was certainly sent to us to supposedly fix our gas heater unit! Not only did he reek of cigarette smoke but ended up being dishonest in what he did to our unit. First I was told by the dispatcher that it would initially cost $69 for them to come out here and that if work needed to be done that would be waived. He went up to the roof, came back down and said the coil needed to be cleaned. So it would cost $310 just to clean it and no where on my invoice did it show the waived $69. He pretty much guessed the price when I asked him. When I asked him if everything else was working good he said yes. That all the parts look good and all it needed was to be cleaned. I let him know that I could smell some type of fumes coming from the vent but he assured me it was fine and that it's ok to run it. Mind you, this happened about a month ago when the nights were very cold. I still didn't feel comfortable about the smell and mentioned it again to him. He said its probably just dust. He left then called me a few minutes later and said not to run it and he'd have a supervisor go with him the next day to double check everything. Apparently the heat exchanger was cracked and the levels of carbon monoxide entering our home were at deadly levels! He never checked that the night before. Plus the supervisor never came in to speak with us. We could have died if we had run the heater all night. Nevertheless, now knowing the exchanger is cracked I asked if all the rest of the unit was ok to run the A/C. He said yes. Checked everything and said all the parts and motors were good for the A/C. So no heater for the rest of the winter but now needing the A/C, go to turn it on and nothing! I called the company again to let them know what happened and they wanted to charge me again and send someone out to look at it. Keep in mind Frederick (Rick) kept telling us we needed a new unit. But yet assured us the unit was good to go in the Summer. My brother whom has been trained in HVAC and does this type of work, came over to take a look at the unit. Come to find that the dip switches were set in the wrong settings, the condenser was slightly bent and the motor fan would have been running constantly without turning off. My brother got it fixed for us. I am disappointed and fell for the ongoing commercials of the honesty and no Melvins on your job! He left the smell of cigarette in our home and we're out $310 for nothing done to fix the problem.

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

After posting my review, I received a private message from one of their managers stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience and offered to compensate me for my lost time and energy.  I was a little surprised and somewhat suspicious.  I then received a phone call from another manager who left a voicemail message and asked me to call her back.  After a brief phone call, she stated that they answer calls 24/7, but they may have had too many service calls that evening.  That's not what I was told twice that evening by different answering service representatives, including a supervisor.  I also called a couple other times after 7:00pm later that week and experienced the same thing so her story has no foundation.  Ace does not provide 24/7 repair services as their website and trucks advertise.  She also stated that the service manager would be reviewing the complaint and making a decision as to the amount of refund (most likely, a partial refund).  She indicated that they would be sending a letter with their decision shortly.  That was a couple of weeks ago and no letter has been received.  Also, there was no mention of the compensation for lost time and energy which they had offered previously.  I will be pursuing this further.  Updates to follow.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
