Freddy's pluming came out to fix a clogged sink. After he left we had another drip problem from underneath the sink. They came back the next day and totally re piped the system free of charge. Great service and follow up from these guys. Very happy we called Freddy's!

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

My rental property in Phoenix had a slab leak and water flooded up into the bathroom and the adjoining room.  These guys came out immediately as my tenants were freaking out.  It was a big Job and took 2 days but they fixed the issue and and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.  Just an arm lol.  Great job guys.

Cale is possibly the best plumber/tech we have encountered, and we have dealt with DeMiguel Plumbing, Rainforest Plumbing, Pruitt Plumbing and others.

I hope the other reviews referred to other plumbing specialists there because I find it hard to believe that Cale's workmanship is suspect. Anyhow, today he fixed a leaky plumbing by replacing the flapper and an annoying master pressure regulator that was not sized correctly by Renegade Water as installed.

Anyhow, all our plumbing issues seemed to be fixed so we can breathe a sigh of relief, and we have only drain cleanout and plumbing maintenance to worry about. These guys help us sleep safe and sound, will definitely call and use their services again. Excellent customer service and workmanship from Cale and I highly recommend him!!!

We needed 1) a recessed connection for clothes washer water valves and drain hose, 2) a dedicated 20A outlet for refrigerator in garage and 3) associated drywall/insulation repairs.  Plumber, Paul, Electrician, Rob, and Carpenter/Dry Wall Tech, Michael, all did an outstanding job, going above and beyond, doing all this work in one afternoon. Michael even did an outstanding job of sweep up/clean up after all was finished. I do have to say the work was a bit pricey but extremely pleased with the results! Highly recommended!!

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

I had come home from  a months vacation only to walk into my 94° inside temp. It was a Sat. morning when I called Ace and they were there to my rescue within a short time.
The technician, Robert showed up and after assessing the situation went over the options (repair and keep fingers crossed it works or a new unit). He was willing to install the hopeful parts and then, as it was obvious that it needed more than just a few new parts, Robert gave me an awesome deal on a new high quality, energy efficient unit. I'm pleased to have had Ace do all my plumbing updates as well. Very efficient job well done.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
