Freddy is the best. I promise!  He's the consummate professional, hard working and extremely reasonable. He charged me a third of what anyone else, especially Chas Roberts, would have for leaky faucets, a toilet bowl replacement and changing out all the connection lines and valves. In the future, I won't be calling anyone else!  George.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP.  They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.  They are the best in the business.  Family owned, courteous, and honest.

Called them to clear a restaurant floor drain a simple job they had done a few times for me in the past for around 150.00. Today they sent a tech who quoted me 475.00 for the same job... got someone else. Too bad they used to be a decent operation.

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

Cale is possibly the best plumber/tech we have encountered, and we have dealt with DeMiguel Plumbing, Rainforest Plumbing, Pruitt Plumbing and others.

I hope the other reviews referred to other plumbing specialists there because I find it hard to believe that Cale's workmanship is suspect. Anyhow, today he fixed a leaky plumbing by replacing the flapper and an annoying master pressure regulator that was not sized correctly by Renegade Water as installed.

Anyhow, all our plumbing issues seemed to be fixed so we can breathe a sigh of relief, and we have only drain cleanout and plumbing maintenance to worry about. These guys help us sleep safe and sound, will definitely call and use their services again. Excellent customer service and workmanship from Cale and I highly recommend him!!!

Used Parker and Sons the 1st time for electrical and was nicely done so I called for replacement of AC unit and all duct work,  Excellent beginning to end experience and done in 1 day.  I had previous resurfaced the pool deck and when they sat the metal sheeting they removed on it they chipped/scratched in a few areas.  I called Manny at Parker and Sons and in 5 minutes he resolved issue and told me to just have the pool deck person repair and send the bill to him.  Great customer service so I will continue to use them 100% of the time.  Will be calling now for some plumbing work!!

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Horrible!! Do not let their tech in your house. Marc came by to perform a spring tune up...he is the most unprofessional person I have ever met! Called my AC unit junk (it is 4 yrs old, installed new by the builder and has worked brilliantly to date). Tracked boot prints all over my house...disrespected and threatened me, left a mess in my laundry room at the attic access and caused visible damage from his ladder (which he shrugged off as part of service calls) and then had the nerve to advise that I needed a laundry list of repairs (unnecessary per 2nd and 3rd opinions).
Contacted ACE to advise of my experience- surely this was a one-off. 2 phone reps took my statement, apologized and advised the office mgr would contact me right away. SIX DAYS LATER AND I'M STILL WAITING! Obviously they don't care about their reputation and their apathy at such an epic customer service fail is appalling.
Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable company.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
