Freddy came over and installed hot and cold water to an outdoor bath tub for us. He is by far the best plumber we have ever used. Not only did he do a great job, but he was VERY reasonably priced compared to other quotes we got, and he stuck to his original estimate even though the job ended up taking up most of his day.

Our house is located up over 100 Stairs, and finding a plumber who is willing to come to our house can be tough. Freddy came out on a Saturday, and arrived at the exact time we had planned on. He was really easy to talk to and was able to explain the whole process to us before he began. Because we had a really specific idea of how we wanted the pipes to hook up to the tub, Freddy would check in with us at every step and make sure he was doing it how we wanted, even though some of it made his job much more difficult than it had to be. We will be calling him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

If you are looking for a highly skilled, reasonably priced plumber then Freddy is your guy!

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP.  They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.  They are the best in the business.  Family owned, courteous, and honest.

very bad experience.. we called to schedule an appointment and told us someone is going to come the next day.. we were waiting the whole day and me and my husband took a day off at work for this but no one came, we called and they said nobody can come since they only have one guy working that day and did not let us know until the end of the day.. so they said we are going to be a priority the next day and someone is going to come since there's more people working as well. My husband waited again and when no one came for the scheduled time he called to follow up and they said that no one can come because the guy who detects leak only work on weekdays. Very unprofessional, wasted our time. We could have start calling other companies earlier. Don't ever contact them.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

We had a bit of an emergency with another hot water heater. Lived in AZ for 11 years and just went through our 3rd AO Smith hot water heater. Decided it was time to switch over to tankless. I reviewed plumbers and looked at their capabilities.  I contacted 4 companies who met my criteria for quotes. Walker Plumbing is Rosie on the House certified, that means a lot to me. I have used several vendors who meet that certification and have never been disappointed.  I called and spoke with Gabby who contacted Jody Grafft (the plumbing technician). Jody called me and diagnosed the issue, answered questions for me, and let Gabby know what to quote for my home.
I reviewed the quotes and decided to go with Walker and Jodi.  After calling Gabby, and setting the appointment, two days later, my system (which was in stock) was installed.
Jodi could not have been more professional. He answered my questions, and I had many.  He worked quickly, neatly, and with expertise that made me feel comfortable with my decision to go tankless. His piping work was art-like.
He walked me through the operation and use of the system and suggested that I set up the yearly service in my calendar.
Walker Plumbing and Jodi Grafft specifically are highly recommended by me from now on.

The worst A/C company in all of Phoenix hands down. My father in law is in the hospital because of them. We scheduled an appointment 2 months ahead of time with them through Home Depot for A/C check. 1/2 hour before the appointment they called to tell me they had to cancel the appointment for more urgent work that would make them a lot more money. They basically screwed us and bailed out on us, 2 days later our A/C died and my 75yo father in law suffered from heat stroke due to no A/C and had to be hospitalized. These people are unscrupulous and will hurt your family in order to make a buck. Run as fast as you can I have my attorney deal with them.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

Horrible dishonest service people .... After receiving a call from theACE AIR  to get a special for service for 19.95 for 2 units I jumped on it considering I just bought the house and didnt have any history there.  The units are only 6 years old so I wasnt expecting to much and I did just buy a home warranty when I bought the house.  After 5 minutes of Skylar being there I was scared into thinking my units were having serious issues and that my home warranty company wasnt worth anything, and that I should buy there maintanance pplan for 895.00   wow!!!  Now I am a a little scared and feeling the pressure,  but I did decline that, then he said at the very least I shoild have my coils cleaned and was told if I didnt then my warranty would be voided due to dirty coils.   So I accepted that and paid $310.00 for him to be outside less than 10 min and charge me 250.00 to clean the coils.  He also told me myone contactor was bad and to call my warrantry company to get them fixed.  So when Leading Edge Air came out to replace the contactors he also commented that both contactors were bad and wanted to know which one he said needed replaced.  So I handed him my receipt from Cool Ace and he then asked what did you pay 310.00 dollars for?  I told him that they cleaned my coils and he then said let me show you how to clean your coils and also show you that they were not cleaned at all this was only 5 days later after Cool Ace was there.  Mud and dirt ran out plus he said proper cleaning would of been to take them apart and get all of the debris leaves and such out too.  I didnt watch Skyler clean them but was very surprised at how little time it took him to do it.  He also claimed I didnt have attic access which I do on the receipt .   I have called and faxed my receipts over to Becky and then had a lovely conversation with a Service manager to be told  they will not refund me my money even though they did not provide me with honest service that claim on all of there marketing.   I have reported to BBB, small claims court will be next the ROC the and media is in the works.  BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  107 complaint with the BBB doesnt lie.  I wish I had done my due diligence to save me this heartache.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
