Had an issue with the Main water line to the house.  I did my review on yelp and saw that there were some customers that had a similar issue as me.  They had positive reviews which led me to a selection of this company.  No disappointments.  Ascend called me within 15 minutes to set up a free inspection which led to setting up the repair the next day.  Mike arrived on time and kept in contact with me as to his arrival time.  Work took about an hour and issue was resolved.   No complaints.

Great job to leak detective for finding the leak in my pool and fixing it! This is the same leak that pelican bay pools did not find and also told me it was not in the skimmer. Guess what guys, it was in the skimmer!

JohnCo Plumbing has went above and beyond with our big project....sewer, gas and water. Trenching, concrete cutting and filling......a lot of dirt moving and then backfilling. Jason was a joy to work with, on time, kind and super knowledgeable.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

FInding a plumber you can count on to deliver quality workmanship can be a challenge.  I'm glad I found Second Opinion.  I have worked with Brian on two jobs.  Brian arrived early, was courteous, explained the work needed and the cost, provided professional workmanship, and was neat and organized. On February 3, 2023 I called and spoke to Mike. He said he would have someone call me over the weekend to discuss and quote my backyard project but no one ever called me back. I waited a month before posting this just in case he was backed up. But still, four weeks later...no call or text from Mike or his crew.

I had them come out to hydro jet my sewer line. $300 sounded like a good deal.
They cleaned the line and all was good for two weeks. It backed up again and they came out to clean it out again. No such luck. They gave me a bid to remove and replace the line. The bid was off. They never talked to the city because the quote wasn't to code.  Got two more bids for the same work. Both told me that they used the wrong equipment to clean the line to start and the city would not allow their work.   Got the job done after their screw up with a 1 year warranty.

Shop around, ask questions...and avoid this company.
By the way. Asked them to refund and fix the problem.....no response.

This guy is a rude person he Acts like you should know what the plumbing terms are and very poor customer service. He is very unprofessional and when you ask him about the quote He gets upset. And says I don't want to do the job and hangs up on you.

So I sent a text to this plumber asking why his rates are so high. This is What I got back.
