Michael was very quick to answer my phone message.  He was booked solid but scheduled a day to come and fix my problem.  Unfortunately I had to get it done sooner.  HOWEVER, because of his professionalism and kindness I recommend him, and would definitely hire him in the future.  I wish all contractors were as responsive as he is. I am giving him 5 stars based on his responsiveness and professionalism.

Brian took care of our issue while keeping me informed about the extent and the price of the repairs.  He and his son showed up when they said they would and were quick to locate and repair our leak.  We called multiple companies and Brian actually was out to our place to perform the work before any of the other companies even called back.

Shaun is the top of the list regarding an upstanding person, professional and skilled in his area of expertise.  He was prompt and called prior to coming over!  I have already recommended JohnCo to others that may or may not have a warranty program.  The front office also is extremely professional.  Tracie was a pleasure to deal with.  With assets like Shaun and Tracie, JohnCo Plumbing will last for many more years than they already have.  They are a keeper and do a primo job!!  Thank you Shaun and Tracie!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

I couldn't be happier with their house call. very proffesional, friendly and most importantly honest. My garbage disposal was out i was prepared to buy a new one from them but it turns out the one I had just needed to be reset. I will be using them when the time comes and for any other plumbing issues. They should be everyone's first option when it comes to plumbing.

Jason responded quickly and had someone out the next day to cap a sprinkler so remodeling could continue.

On February 3, 2023 I called and spoke to Mike. He said he would have someone call me over the weekend to discuss and quote my backyard project but no one ever called me back. I waited a month before posting this just in case he was backed up. But still, four weeks later...no call or text from Mike or his crew.

Initially they were great. They came up emptied our tank explained the problem and said call them and they would put in the new leach bed. We called and set up a meeting they never showed. Didn't even answer our calls after that. I despise poor communication and lack of attention.  There are too many other businesses in the valley that will be more than willing to have my business.

I called this company to come look at my septic system that was leaking above ground.  He told me I needed to have my system pumped. I gave him the cash and he didn't have the change to break it and give me my change.  When I went to my backyard to see if they were done they had left no more than 10 minutes after so call pumping my tank.  They never gave me my change ok fine. Two days later the same problem with the leaking system into my yard happened again. I called them to inform them and he chewed me out said it was because my washer empties into the tank and I need a repair.  He said all he can do is pump it again. I asked him why would it need to be pumped if it was emptied two days prior. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I had a reputable professional company come and they tell me it was never pumped the tank is completely full hence the overflowing in to my yard.  I am going to sue this man and his stealing my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 3 children he has no right to steal from me or anyone else.  He needs to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on him. There are plenty of companies who know how to be honest and do the job they are paid for.

Worst customer service ever tried to hire. Sent me the phone number tried calling a few times no one answered then he decided to send rude messages when I informed him I hired someone else already. Glad I went with someone else.
