Called them to unplug one of our toilets.  They quoted $370 to removed toilet and remove clog or $207 just to run snake line to remove clog.  I was temped to say no and find someone else that could do it cheaper but was in a bind since i was leaving town.  I opted for the snake line to unclog toilet.  It took him all of 5 minutes to unplug it.
Let me first say, the tech was nice, professional and certainly didn't push anything on me but $207 for 5 minutes to unplug a toilet seems a bit steep.  I know there are other companies out there that will charge less than that for a simple toilet clog.  Lesson learned... Won't use them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I can not say enough great things about the owner/plumber Alec! He is honest and AMAZING at what he does! I will NEVER trust any plumber other than Alec!

Every place has that one employee that thinks they can talk to people anyway they want on the phone. My company does a lot of business with Backflow Parts USA and their employee Mike never wants to be bothered or inconvenienced with looking up a purchase order and acts like when you're calling for something we are bothering him. Do yourself a favor and use American Backflow Parts or Bavco. In the long run both of these companies are cheaper even though you may need to wait on shipping from Bavco but it is always reliable and only 2 days to receive.

Called Roto-Rooter. They said they would have someone out between 8 and 9. At 9:30 they offered they could have someone out at 2. Operation is running on name recognition not customer service. They offered nothing but a half hearted apology.

This plumber has falsified a sewer scope to the tune of over $10,000.00.  He was hired by a buyer of a home to scope the sewer and stated there were smashed ABS lines 55ft into the line and he couldn't go any further after 120ft because the lines were so bad.  He stated in the same report the repair would be to rip up all of the concrete in the driveway, replace all of the ABS lines and install a salt bed to prevent root intrusion.  We've had a scope completed up to 150 feet twice since then by 2 different plumbers and neither of the plumbers saw anything like that. I usually don't write reviews but I should because I myself read, hire and purchase off of reviews.  I felt in this case it was extremely necessary so this doesn't happen to anyone else.  In all cases, just seek another opinion.  Buyer beware of this company!

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!
