The technician was at my house within an hour of calling. The technician and all the team were very friendly and polite. They treated my plumbing issue as the emergency it was and made all efforts to get the job done ASAP. When the technician provided me the estimate he explained in detail of what they were suggesting, options and what was causing my plumbing issue. The technician was able answer all of my several questions and provide recommendations. The professional customer services I was receiving gave me the confidence to contract Mr. Rooter and I am very satisfied with my decision.

I used Alec and was thoroughly disappointed. Alec is dishonest and does not have the expertise or qualification to be a licensed plumber contractor. I used him to find a possible drain clog which required locating the septic tank to determine. I asked Alec in advance if he had the experience/ knowledge with septic tanks and he told me he was very familiar with them. I let Alec know that the septic tank companies had quoted me an hour labor to locate and pump. He told me he could find it fast without a problem. Well, it took Alec 2 days, a total of 7 hours just to find the septic tank and he still could not determine where clog was coming from. First day (3 hours) he could not locate it and said he didn't have the right tools and will need to comeback. Second day (4 hours), finally located the septic tank at the the exact area where I had shown him. After looking at the septic tank he said I should get it pumped because he could not determine if there was a clog or not. He didn't even have a camera for his snake to go into the drain to see. Alec then tried to charge me for 7 hours of labor which I could have had the Septic company do in less than an hour. What a joke! He was trying to charge me for his learning-on-the-job. Unreal! Filed complaint with Arizona Registrar of Contractors. R.O.C. License #243326. Alec needs to have his license revoked and he needs to take some additional plumbing classes. Be careful with this guy. He also has a location in Show Low, AZ.

Had an amazing experience with Roto-Rooter! Lorenzo was the plumber that came to help us out and he did a great job! He was knowledgable and fixed everything perfectly. At first I actually had a different plumber come out to take a look at the problem and he was not able to fix it, so I called Roto-Rooter and I am very happy that I did. If anything ever goes wrong again in the future I am just going to call them first. This was also on a Sunday night and I needed the problem fixed as soon as possible. I am very happy with the service and quality I received! Thank you again Lorenzo, you were great!

Absolutely the worst. After paying for an $50 estimate, Joe, the owner, refused to send me a copy of the estimate, refused to answer his phone, refused to return my messages. I paid immediately, yet this joker flat out refused to give me what I paid for. If this is how he handles an estimate, imagine how he would handle an actual job. I cannot say how much I distrust this guy and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!
