Working with Retro Pro has been a dream. Upon meeting their team for the first time, I knew they were a perfect fit for my projects. They remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even at the first meeting, owner Eric and designer Angela got right to work taking pictures and sketching ideas of what would beautify and maximize my small space. We met soon after at their show room and chose cabinets, stone, fixtures etc. They made it so fun and EASY! Once they were ready to begin, we met with Steve the production manager and Nestor, the project manager. They were amazing to work with and really went above and beyond to make sure that my project ran on schedule. Their craftsmanship was impeccable, beyond what I could have imagined. Nestor kept in touch with me each day letting me know what time they would be at my house working and what they were working on, always welcoming my ideas and input along the way. If you are looking to remodel a space in your home, big or small, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose Retro Pro, only surprised and delighted.

Based on my initial experience with their "designer" Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.

All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to "guestimate" what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at. She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.

For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up.

For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights. She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up.

(A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort. I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above.

Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

Did a whole home remodel and couldn't be happier.  Slade and Trinity Homes are the best of the best.  High quality work, fair pricing, and very responsive.  Slade is straight forward and easy to work with which is what you want when you're doing a stressful remodel.  Our project was quoted as 6+ months by several contractors, but we decided to go with Trinity Homes and Slade and his crew came in and did it in about 3.5 months.  That's pretty much unheard of for home remodels.  A+ Highly Recommended

We moved to Scottsdale about a year ago.  Our house was in need of renovation.  Our master closet was anemic and our master bathroom was in desperate need of an update.  We weren't quite sure how to go about it....then we met Courtney Roberts at Habitat Renovations.  Courtney came out to our house and we created a plan that would work for the space.  Courtney was amazing!  Bobb Bodisch, supervised our project.  Bobb communicated with us regularly, letting us know what to expect.  We are thrilled with the results!  Thanks Habitat!

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.  
We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection.  We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

We have been very pleased with the professionalism of Brent Pemberton of McLintock Builders.  Since at least 2016, he has been involved with over six different residential home remodeling projects and he is a true industry professional.  For anyone wondering, yes, he is licensed, bonded and insured.

Brent shows up when he says he will be there and is very prompt at returning both calls and emails, something not every General Contractor does.  I really can't say enough great things about him.  

As a side note to you Brent, Maryanne and Jack wanted to also say thank you as well, for always having the homes ready before our crews arrive to start the flooring demolition, it really makes everything go easier for us!  We are looking forward to many more years together.

This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

They didn't seem to want to do business with me. Had them come out for an estimate to remodel my condo's small-ish bathroom.

- They wouldn't give an estimate (not even a range) on the spot claiming to need more info on the building from property management and association docs first. The designer noted they charge somewhat of a premium for their professionalism and the seamlessness of all work done by Re-Bath employees.

- I followed up with the designer 10 days later asking for the status of the estimate and also selecting final fixtures to include in the price

- 3 days later, the designer said he was "waiting on information from production" to provide the estimate. I replied thank you for the update.

- 3 days later, I checked in for a further update, with a reply received back that they were waiting on a "list of requirements" they needed to receive from my property manager in order to provide the estimate. They asked if I could push the "property manager" to get back to Re-Bath.

- Not knowing if Re-Bath had just sent that info request, I waited a few days, heard nothing, so asked the designer to provide me the name of the person and date Re-Bath contacted them so I could try to follow up.

- Still radio silence 15 days later.

I probably could have justified paying some premium for their supposed "professionalism" and "seamlessness", but it does not exist. Total waste of a month and a half, and back to square one for my project.

RUN. This company recently changed names and were called KitchenAZ but must be re-branding due to the horrific customer service and out right lies they provide to clients. One of the worst business transactions I have ever experienced. Purchased cabinets on 8/26 and was told we would have them by 9/22. On 9/20 we reached out to Abigail to set delivery time and got no response. We followed up on the 22nd which was delivery day and again no response. We then attempted contact the following 2 days and got no response. We reached out to the manufacturer US Cabinet Depot on 9/24 explained our situation they then contacted Abigail and let us know she would be following up with us shortly. We got an email from her that night trying to explain herself and she said we would have our cabinets Tuesday 9/28. On 9/28 she contacted us to explain a cabinet face was cracked so they would have to pull from another order and we would take delivery late Wednesday which ended up turning into Thursday. On Thursday 9/30 at 3pm she text stating they were loading up the cabinets and they would be delivered at 530 pm. I waited at the job site until 615 and contacted her because no one had showed up. She ghosted us and returned no call! It is now Friday 10/1 and she is now stating that she is not sure where our cabinets are that she can only locate 2 of the 19 ordered (which 24 hours previously were supposed to be getting loaded into their truck for delivery)! She says at this point all she can do is refund me or re-order them. You can't make this up. Like I told her during our last conversation she is either a habitual liar or the family company she is a part of is negligent at best or fraudulent at worst!

Would give zero stars if possible because ZERO is exactly what we got from this company.  Spoke with Steve & per his request I sent him pictures and written details of about the job scope so he could prepare a relatively solid quote and let me know if the job was too big, too small, or something his company would take on.  Said he would get back to me with estimate.  Well, that never happened.  My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was close to the holidays.  Nope, a month goes by and the holidays are over and still nothing.  No reply to my telephone voicemails, no reply to my text messages, no follow up contact whatsoever.  As I said to him in my text message of January 12, 2023, 'obviously our money is not green enough' for him.  And even with that, he did not have the decency to respond.  He obviously does not know the definition of "Dynamic," but their business name is royal BS.

Mirage Marble and Granite gave us a quality product and excellent workmanship.  They were always on time, friendly and very courteous.  Pricing was reasonable with extra granite left over to do our bathrooms.  I will recommend them to others without a doubt.  An amazing staff created a beautiful counter tops. Very pleased

I can't say enough good things about Vlad and his crew. Vlad responded to my request the first day and quoted me a fair price. They were all very, very nice people who knew what they were doing and they worked so well together, my job was completed in one day and they helped me get my furniture back in place, too, so my house was back in order before I went to bed. They were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in the house all day. Vlad sent me an email the following day making sure I was happy with their work (I am).  Who does that anymore?   I guarantee you will be very happy with this company.

I hired them to remove a load bearing wall from my house, I wanted to make sure whoever I hired knew what they were doing since it's such an intricate job, Alfredo showed up to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable, we agreed on a price, two weeks later his crew showed up, they were super clean, put plastic on all my walls/furniture/flooring to protect it from dust, they got to work and did a fantastic job, I'll definitely keep their contact info for future projects

In 2019 Trevor Day of Stronghold remodeled our bathroom in Chandler.  Wow!  He did an amazing job!  Check his website photo gallery for pictures of our "Chandler Bathroom" project.
Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before.  The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful!  Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.
Trevor is talented and professional. He's very easy to work with and will help you achieve your remodeling dreams as he did with us.

I recently had my Outside patio tiled.  Julio did a great job.  He was on time everyday and was neat & tidy.  Sean, the owner came every morning to check on things and it was a very efficient process.
I will definitely call him for my next project!
