The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. Mike at Paar plumbing really saved the day for us.  We had a sewer ejection pump that went out and battled the problem for 3 days with two other plumbing companies.  Finally we found Mike at 4pm and by 6pm that day he was at the property fixing the issue and installing a new pump.  Being able to use water at the house again was a huge relief!  Great communication and response, fast service and effective repair.

Had them come out to help me find a leak with my swimming pool. I was impressed with how fast they were at locating the leak. The price was reasonable, and they even fixed the leak after they found it. I was pretty happy I did not have to call another company and go through that whole process.

Custom Plumbing of Arizona was exceptionally responsive.  They called within 1 minute of my request for assistance with a clogged irrigation conduit in my yard.

They arranged to have a plumber, Daniel Pyle, at my home before the end of the day to assess the issue and map out a plan for repair.

Daniel was prompt, professional and provided an exceptional assessment of the problem.

He arrange to return the next day with a specialty tool -- water jet -- to address the problem.  He arrived as scheduled and within 1/2 hour had the issue fixed.  He came and went so quickly it was almost like he wasn't there, except that my irrigation pipe was no longer clogged!

It should be noted that my issue was not an immediate emergency. Had it been, there is no doubt that Custom Plumbing of Arizona and Daniel would have addressed it on the same day.

The experience with Custom Plumbing of Arizona and particularly Daniel Pyle was five stars across the board.  One added thought for those reading this review, when you have an extraordinary job like a clogged 60 foot irrigation pipe, it requires either an irrigation specialist or a plumbing service with broad skill.  Arizona Custom Plumbing is one such company and is able to tackle just about any issue you may have -- with the possible exception of an alligator in your toilet or boa constrictor in your bathtub!

Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

I called Empire plumbing at 230 am on a Wednesday. I expected to here a groggy 70 year old man on the other end, but was surprised that the operator was very friendly and not the least bit annoyed by my call. He arrived 20 minutes later .  The fix didn't require any new parts and I was only charged the service fee of about $70. This was the best experience in the situation I could imagine. If you need emergency (or any) work on your AC, call these guys right away!
