The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

It's a really good feeling when you get work done on your home that finally solves the problems you've been having! Mike, the owner of Paar Plumbing, is so great, I had to review his company. I was referred to him by my Dad's friend. I had many plumbers over the years come in and sorta fix the problems (we have on our 1950's home).
Mike was the first one who SOLVED the problems. It was messy, it was not super cheap, but it was done CORRECTLY. He even hooked up the Ikea sink which turned out to be a huge hassle for my DIY project. FYI-- those Ikea sinks are Euro plumbing fitted, so you have to pay to get the hookups converted (nothing about that in the catalog)! Oh and they cleaned up things and left a great finish on things like doing the caulking right.
He was also honest about which things were long term issues and which things to not worry about. He grew up in a plumbing family, he knows his stuff. He also told me he prefers new install stuff the most. I hate to even tell everyone, since it means he will be that much more busy, but I had to share. We even high fived at the end. Okay, that part was kinda yucky! :) Thanks Mike (and your assistant) things are so much better now.

You GUYS. Airspeed is THE best. Came right out same day on a Saturday in August and had my A/C up and running within 30 minutes. Tech was super nice and honest and informed me of future possible problems without once trying to up-sell me. Thanks Airspeed! I won't use anyone else!

Following my review of 12/2/19, there was not enough rain to activate the sump pump until March. I noticed the ground over the repair was mushy and unearthed their splice, but ground did not dry out sufficiently to check for leaks until a few weeks ago. Then, with their splice repair exposed, I filled the sump pump well and activated the pump. Within just a few minutes, the splice was surrounded by a pool of water. On April 6 I called their office and told Nikki their repair had failed just a few months after service. She said Keith will call you. He did, a few hours later. He assured me the repair had been water tight when he left and that the ground must have shifted. He promised to call me back and get it all taken care of.
On April 15 our water conditioner failed and a plumber we have known and trusted for several years came. While here, I asked him to repair the sump drain leak. He cut out their repair and showed me how the PVC collar around the main line had been inadequately glued. You could see light between the two pieces of pipe in many areas. He said This repair was guaranteed to fail from the beginning. I must assume that Custom Plumbing never tested it for water tightness. I watched as the line was tested this time- water tight now.
Two weeks later, Custom Plumbing still has not called back.
My advice is use another company.

I contacted Top Dollar Plumbing through Thumbtack, along with two other companies. Top Dollar responded immediately, scheduled same-day service at a very fair price, and when the plumber (Q) arrived, he was on time, friendly, professional, and polite, and he fixed my problem in record time! He also replaced a leaking hose bib and gave me instructions on how to re-start my water softener. He was AWESOME! I absolutely recommend this company!

As someone who manages a rental property, I get pretty comfy with service companies. I called Empire when for my own residence last year for air conditioning problems. Essentially, the breaker kept kicking for problems that I finally found out a year later were purely a result of the breaker installation (not relevant) but Empire basically took our service fee, reset the breakers, and said it was due to inconsistent output from the AC unit and put a thingiemagie on there. All I know is that it cost $250+. It managed to control the problem until the end of the year by coincidence because it was the end of AC season and the AC was running infrequently. A year later, I found out it's an electrical problem on the breaker and the fix they made was necessary and didn't solve the problem. This is where my amnesia kicks in. I completely forgot about all of this/my dissatisfaction when I called them again 16 months after that fiasco for my rental property. There was a hot water heater leak and I needed someone to check it out/diagnose. They said we needed a new water heater (which we do) and quoted us over $1100. I did all this via phone from work because it's not my house and I had to remedy something quickly (while at work). For the life of me, I could not get the technician to stop selling me the service package (Which is how I finally remembered it was them! The company from a year before! They won't stop talking about the service package before giving you a quote!) and just give me the #$*(@#$ quote so I could make a decision (at work, on the phone) about how to proceed with the pricey fix. After interrupting and even having to be a little firm and rude, I finally got the price quote and let him know that No, I was NOT interested in the service package or what the water heater would cost me with the service package. I want to know what it will cost me. Today. By itself. Whew. So, I finally got the quote. Way too high. When I stated I thought it was high, I was again sold on how they could do it today and the service package will save me $120 dollars! Good day sir. Here's your $29.99 service fee. I'll call you tomorrow. No, no, I won't. I got Home Depot to do the sale of the heater, the install, and the take away of the old unit for $800. It's my own fault, really... the amnesia. My advice? Write down every service company you shouldn't use again... somewhere.
