The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. I chose to use Paar Plumbing for my deli on a few occasions. Most recently, they completely re-did my commercial kitchen plumbing setup including sawing concrete to install a new mop sink, relocating a few other sinks to create more workspace, adding heavy duty sprayers on dishwashing sinks, hiding hot/cold pipes inside the walls, securing sinks to the wall, neatly caulking around the equipment, AND left no evidence of cut up drywall to access my pipes. The FRP he installed looks so nice and really makes my kitchen remodel look so classy. Any plumber can snake a drain...Mike Paar sets himself apart by really knowing how to do great work...not cheap work. If you want it done correctly, pay the money for quality work and just understand that not all jobs are without unexpected events, so just be patient and you'll be so happy with the end result for years to come.

I was going about a normal day when I noticed as I was getting ready for a crazy busy day at work that it felt real warm in the house.  It is AZ in August.  But then a few minutes later sitting still in front of a fan I was dying.  I had to go to work and I have dogs in the house.  

I called Airspeed and expressed my concern and problem.  I didn't even finish texting my wife the situation and Toby from airspeed was here!!! less than 5 minutes.  He finished fixing the problem in 15 minutes and now my AC is blowing at 66 degrees!

Couldn't be happier with that level service and speed.

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

He is NOT 24/7! I called at 3:30 pm on Saturday and never received a return call.  I called him back at 12:50 because the septic had started to overflow in my tubs and toilets.  He said let me give you a call back and 40 minutes later he is not answering his phone  and my septic is still overflowing!!  NOT RELIABLE!  JUST LIKE OTHER REVIEWS!

I found the company through Home Advisor app. Kyle McCracken came to my home that day and gave me a very accurate estimate.  I was able to schedule the work for the following day. Kyle arrived early, which is always nice! He kept me informed every step of the way. Kyle provided me with professional, efficient, quality work. Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

My a/c went out on 6/22/11, so we made a service call for the next morning.  The technician came while I was at work, spoke with my wife.  Technician said that there was a leak and the unit needed replaced, but he could go ahead and fill it with 3lbs of freon.  My wife told him to go ahead if it would get us through the summer, and we could start looking for someone to maybe replace the unit.  So, $367 later, the technician leaves and 6 hours later the a/c unit completely dies.  I called them back that evening when I got home from work and their response? What do you want us to do about it?  Why would he fill the freon and charge us if he knew it would die?  Screwed again by an a/c company in Phoenix.
