Mike at Paar plumbing really saved the day for us.  We had a sewer ejection pump that went out and battled the problem for 3 days with two other plumbing companies.  Finally we found Mike at 4pm and by 6pm that day he was at the property fixing the issue and installing a new pump.  Being able to use water at the house again was a huge relief!  Great communication and response, fast service and effective repair.

Called about my pool level always being low and not tracking with my Jacuzzi water loss. After trying to figure out it myself I called Arizona Leak, they were are able to get to me the same day. I had prepare myself for the worst case scenario like a crack or something crazy expensive as it turns out after they isolated all my equipment it was just a defective Jandy valve deal allowing water to bypass into my backwash line to the sewer.

I called Custom Plumbing to help with a main line drain issue. The person I spoke to, Brad, told me that I wouldn't be charged unless they fixed the problem.

The technician came out, wasn't able to fix it, and demanded that I still give him the check even though it wasn't resolved.

Brad called me and assured me that they wouldn't cash the check unless they were able to resolve the issue.

Fast forward a week later, they cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and is unavailable. He hasn't returned my calls and I have no information on why they charged me when they promised they wouldn't.

I'm am VERY dissatisfied.

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

Don't recommend calling after regular hours because you will get a lower level of service according to the supervisor rep that came out the following day.  We had someone come at 9:30 PM and fixed the issue and charging an arm and a leg only to realize that he just charged us money and didn't fix anything.  Someone came out the next day and fixed the issue and gave us a discount (although I still think we got ripped off).  Would not recommend after hours but were ok during normal business hours during the week.
