We reached out to Phoenix Home Remodeling to get our fireplace remodeled, a light fixture replaced, and one fan replaced with a light fixture as well as the electrical being moved to a different spot. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

The house we purchased came with an old wood fireplace that simply didn't fit our style anymore. Since we don't really need the heat, we decided to go with an electric fireplace, and let me tell you - best decision ever. We anticipated that we would love looking at it, but I would have never expected that we would use it as much as we have been.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the process was highly professional and super customer focused. Everyone we met was amazing, friendly, respectful, and super knowledgable. Every member of the team respected our schedules, our home, and our pets, and they made sure that we are well informed about every step of the process. Amazing level of communication!

We loved the initial assessment to see if the partnership is a fit on both sides, and also really enjoyed the design component and the insider knowledge that everyone involved brought to the table. Very transparent and upfront, which is something I personally very much appreciate and value.

I have rarely seen any contractors who communicate as much as Jeremy's team, work as reliable, and clean up to the point that you could barely tell that anything was being done. They have an amazing crew and I highly recommend hiring them for your next remodel, you will absolutely not regret it.

I wish we would have the bandwidth and savings to just have Jeremy and his crew help us immediately with our remaining projects, but when the time comes we will definitely be reaching back out!

I have no idea how this company does work but if it's the same way they drive then I have no intention to ever give my business to them. I had my 1 yr son and wife in the car when a consultant in a company truck tried to bully me to turn by getting too close and making absurd hand gestures then proceeded to try and cut me off I do not care if he was in a rush that is not my issue I had my family in the car and he was risking all of our safety.

We looked for a long time for a competent, reliable handyman before we found Kent. In the last two years Kent has made multiple trips to our house fixing plumbing, electrical, lighting and other items. He has always been reliable and  does  quaiity work for a reasonable fee.

i hired irving for some built in shelves and a bench in my front living room. he came to my house to quote the project & all was fine (besides the scoff he gave me after he asked what material i wanted him to use, which i replied "idk, wood?" and he scoffed and said well there are different types-- i'm not in this line of work so how would i know?)

we moved forward w a start date & he drew up some sketches for me. he drew up 2 options, we both agreed one looked better than the other so we moved forward.

start date got pushed back 2 days bc of truck trouble. understandable. contract said start time was 8-9am, he text me to change it to 9-10 & i told him that's fine. they didn't show up until 1045. he had been to my house to do the quote, so he knew how far of a drive it would be.

cant remember if it was the second or third day, but i noticed it wasn't looking like the sketch we agreed on (a 6th shelf or the bottom being filled in & wainscoting across the bottom- we agreed on wainscoting option). so i nicely asked him about it and he said "you wanted a shelf" i told him no, we agreed on the wainscoting. and i showed him proof of our conversations & he said ok, & went & got more material to finish.

job took 3 days which was fine. everything looked good from what i could tell.

i had my painters come 3 days later to paint. my painter had to sand an area down on the bench bc the bench was hitting the side of the shelf when opened.

you'll see in the photos that from afar it looks amazing, but up close, the "finishing touches" were anything but that. u can still see the screws, the edges of the entire structure are uneven. and it seems that plywood was used for the underneath parts of the shelves & are now bowing. i sent irving a video 2 weeks later asking if i should be concerned about that and he said "The Wood is probably bowed or got bowed after paint. your fine. It's natural wood gets bowed as it gets exposed to chemicals like paint or even the weather"

not sure why one would use a material he knows could do this once painted?

like i said, the shelves look great from a distance. but up close, there are so many flaws & it makes me sick to think how much money i spent for a "finished" job like this.

Russ is easily one of the best handymen in the Entire valley.  Not only is he a pleasure to work with he is incredibly capable and diligent.  He's done projects on two homes for me and will definitely work on more.  I'm very glad to have found him and you will definitely be pleased with his service. Five Stars and Best on Yelp!

What can I say? Sam delivered.  We had our whole kitchen remodeled including removing walls to open up the space. Sam gave us great recommendations.  From the shaker cabinets, the color, the backsplash.  Everything came out exceeded my expectations.  It really transformed my kitchen.  As with any renovations it came with headaches.  I didn't really had good experiences with the installers.  when it came to detail stuff they kinda skip or would hope the owner don't see them.  But a call to Sam and he was able to help me out and get things right.  We ran into problems with materials being short but after talking to Sam,  he finally agreed to cover for us.  I think it is important that Sam did that because it wasn't the money considering I paid thousands of dollars when the part is only 80 bucks.  So it came down to the principal kinda thing.  So I'm glad Sam saw that.  Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.  Don't hesitate to use him for your kitchen design.  He will deliver for you.  My wife and I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

They were amazing!  Prompt.  Professional.  My tile shower is gorgeous!!!  They removed the old shower and cleaned up after each visit.  I will definitely hire them again.

We used VetsBuilt Contracting to renovate our master bathroom. DJ was great to work with from start to finish. We had ideas in mind of the design we wanted and DJ did a great job of providing additional alternatives and suggestions. The crew did a wonderful job of getting the job done timely while being considerate of our home. There were a couple of minor things we noticed through the process that needed to be fixed and DJ quickly addressed our concerns with his crew and got every item on our list corrected quickly. When the bathroom was finally completed we were ecstatic about the finished product and the quality of the work that was done. DJ even gave us a thank you card and a thank you gift at the end of the project. Top notch service and quality work. I would highly recommend VetsBuilt for your construction/renovation needs.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Excellent company! Tyson moved heaven and earth to get my bathroom remodel done in time for my 91-year-old mother to enjoy it on her trip to my house. I am most impressed with their integrity and the great work this company did for me. Highly recommend!

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

Kyle is amazing. The guy is an artist. Plus, when he gives you a timetable on your remodel, he sticks to it. He redid our kitchen in 8 days just like he said and it looks immaculate. I highly recommend him for a kitchen remodel and can't wait to have him do our bathrooms!

We just went through a very difficult, long drawn out remodel.  The brightest spot of this whole process was working with Affinity Kitchens.  I am not compelled to write very many reviews, but the service, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and follow-up by Affinity Kitchens was over the top!!  Beth Martinec was a our salesperson/advisor and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and most accommodating as we worked through all the renovation issues.  If we were to move and/or build again, Affinity would be my go to company and hopefully Beth will still be with them. Just wanted to give them a shout out and say THANK YOU for your patience and true concern that we were happy customers.

Marcus did an amazing job on our tile and showers. His work is impeccable, he does exactly what he says and always is prompt with his time. I would highly recommend him for any type of bath, shower and tile work!!

Tried to call the office to schedule a meeting about sending potential work needed to a local plumber. I was cut off and told they were not interested in coming out to give me quotes on work.
