We called on a Sunday, and they came quickly and did not charge a weekend extra fee. They fixed the problem and suggested how to keep it from happening again. We just had them out again and they assesses our entire system and gave us several options to fix it for good. THANK-YOU!!!

I very highly recommend P & L. The week of Christmas I realized my hot water heater was running constantly and called them. They came that day, discovering what ultimately turned out to be a hot water leak under the slab in my guest bathroom. Even though it was Christmas week they ensured that a leak detector came the next day and then began the necessary repairs. I am very appreciative of how quickly and efficiently they took care of things, especially considering the holiday timeframe. There was a delay while I unsuccessfully appealed for insurance coverage but once that was settled I did not hesitate having them come back. Since December they have repiped my entire house, moved the location of the water heater and installed a reverse osmosis system. In all circumstances they have responded quickly, kept me apprised of their arrival times, worn appropriate PPE, and left their work areas clean. More importantly, Kevin and Kyle are both patient in explaining things and always respond in a professional and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Five star all the way!!! I had the best experience with this company the other day. I had a few concerns with my house and when I called last week to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone (I can't remember her name... Dianna I think?) was polite and sympathetic to my concerns; the first plus of this company. Our technician, Paris, was incredible! He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful and took the time to explain everything and show me what he was talking about in a way that I could understand but didn't feel like I was being talked down to. There were a few items Paris recommended and some we spoke about that he said I could wait to do until down the line. I felt like he spent a good deal of time repairing my items and did not rush in order to get to the next job like some other plumbers I have used on the past. He didn't just make a repair, he got to the root of what was causing my issues so I wouldn't keep having problems. My first experience was wonderful and it certainly won't be my last! I recommend Zest! All the way!! Great job!!!

We were desperate. My mother and her husband are retired and have been living in an 80 year old house for 50 years. I also have a brother who lives there with special needs. It was a mess; toilet, shower, water outside the house even. There is no way they could have waited until Monday. It was 8pm Sunday night, the tech, Sam, got there within the hour. Don't get me wrong it was pricy, but thank goodness the resources were available to get it fixed. He was professional and explained everything along the way. He was so kind to listen to my mother ask questions, tell her stories and even show a few pictures of grandkids as grandmas do.  He was very efficient and even though he was on call all weekend until the next morning at 6am, he had positive energy and a great attitude. He left recommendations for some future work (his bosses should be proud of the pitch he gave) My mother wants him to do any and all future work for her. Thanks!

Roy Jones was so quick to expedite our emergency to replace our hot water heater. Roy was so professional and he had the best prices around. I will definitely be using Roy for our next plumbing job. I highly recommend Roy to all who read this review!

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

Very responsive. Took the time to walk the yard and listen to my concerns with the existing system. They explained the differences I. The materials they uses vs what I was buying from Home Depot. Their products were commercial grade thicker pipes better distribution etc.  

It took a few days longer than expected but it was very very hot and they guys got over heated. Not really an issue but he communicated with me about it and showed concern for his workers.

I've been very happy so far and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.  Highly recommend

Dave at Affordable Plumbing knows plumbing. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. They removed an old reverse osmosis system, 3 old sink drains then installed quarter turn valves. After we had new counter tops installed they came back and installed a new garage disposal, 3 new sink faucets and drains. They look amazing! They paid attention to details, were neat and didn't make a mess. Affordable Plumbing is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We will definitely use them again on our master bathroom renovation project. Highly recommend them!

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. I was recommended to this company by a friend who is in Real Estate, and boy am I glad. Josh gave me a time and was at my door right on time...He even gave me a call to let me know he would be here on time. With a smile on his face he quickly got the job done and his price was as he quoted on the phone. I live in an old mobile home and I am sure I will have more plumbing problems so I will definitely use Cobra!

I had a sump pump emergency...Vets Plumbing arrived this morning to pump it out. They responded very quickly. I called two other companies first. One company told me that they couldn't come out until this Friday, the other one told me next Friday. They are friendly and very professional. Call them first to save yourself some time.

I'm a new Goettl customer and Jordon and Noe came to prepare my AC's for Arizona's hot summers. They are so knowledgeable and explained things as they were working because I told them I wanted to learn about my house and the condition my AC's were in. So polite and patiently explained everything to me, I feel more informed about what to expect as I should it's my home. Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
