Kevin & Kyle fixed a slab leak I had by rerouting the cold water line through my attic.  After coming out (when they said they would) and locating the leak and quoting me the price, they ended up saving me about $1K by terminating the cold water at the fridge instead of going all the way to the kitchen sink like they originally thought they'd have to.  I appreciate them finding a way for me to save a little money.  I've also since used them to connect a couple of sinks and replace a hose bib.  They always come out when they say they will and they are great communicators!  Will definitely use again.

They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

This is a very professional company.  From start to finish, their communication is top-notch.  My first call was met with informative answers and a very helpful scheduler.  The plumber showed up on time on both visits and I had email and text updates throughout the process.

Option One Plumbing is a very reliable, fast, reasonably priced and fair company to work with.  We called them out to repair a drain problem, which they fixed.  We had the same problem recur the following day, and they came out again quickly and repaired the remaining problem that was missed on the first call out. No charge the second time.  We are very happy with their work and their quick response.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever had. Not only did it take the technician 4 hours to undo a clogged line, but he apparently left the entire mess of sewage and backup on my roof!! I only found out because now that it is raining, it is sloshing down my roof into my backyard. Very rude and unapproachable technician as well. Absolutely horrible

I called them one day and told them what was the problem because my plumber told me that he shot the camera in the drain and it stopped at 160 feet in so I told them that we needed a 200 ft long snake to go all the way in and they said they have it and it's $225 charge and when they got there it was $300 not $225 and no checks  I said ok
And they told me they'll come in next day at 9am
8 am I get a call from the tech asking me if there is water and power outlet out there and I said yes
He comes in and start looking telling me they don't have enough extension cord so I went to the apartments behind my business asking them for power and they said ok
Next thing he told me that his machine is too big to fit in the ally
And the ally way is 5ft wide but there was a tree in the way that they didn't wan to work excuses excuses excuses
So he said that they'll look for a smaller machine on a different truck and they'll let me know within couple of hours and didn't hear back from them I called and spoke to the lady and she felt bad for me but couldn't do anything
So now I can't open for the day because of this stupid company

We asked them to come out to do the regular service that we heard on the radio.   Upon his very detail inspection they found issues that I had suspected...gave us a very reasonable price and he was very thorough!  Steve did an awesome job!

Cant wait to get the photos they took!

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
