This job was way over priced in my opinion, nearly $8K to repair the sewer line just before Christmas.  They told us it would be a very deep dig, and would need to be done by a special machine, a master plumber,  and that they would be finished in 3-4 days.  The price seemed high but worth it to get'er done before Christmas, and done right.  They put 2 laborers there to 'start' digging but never got the machine.  

For 3 very long days one or two guys dug with shovels, using flood lights after dark.  They had to use their own tools, and were not trained well for safety, but these laborers had a great attitude and worked hard.   My husband had to stop them and call the supervisor to complain that the hole needed to be shored up or it might cave in on them.  The supervisor  dropped off wood and left.  They did their best but needed more guidance.  The laborers were great, never complained, and seemed happy to have my husband watching out for them.  It has been over a year and we have had no problems, so it did get done right, which is why they earned 3 stars.  

Even if they paid the laborers $25 an hour for 100 man-hours of digging/filling in that's $2500.  The 'master plumber' that sold us this job was in that hole for 2 hours max, let's give him $500/hour.  No expensive machine.  For overhead, insurance,  $1500.  That's $5000.  We just felt ripped off once we saw that most of the job was digging by untrained labor and very little supervision!

These guys are incredible.  I have used them several times.  Family company.  They do things the right way...not the easy way. (They use thicker copper pipe, triple check their work etc).  Highly recommend.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

My husband and I had what we thought was a simple clog in the drain, we called Option One because my husband had used them before years ago, and was pleased with their service. This time I cannot tell you enough how great the company is! Our Tech Robert and his assistants found a major break in the lines and promptly assisted us in connecting with Anthony who helped us with the insurance side of the plumbing issue. They were so quick and helpful with it all, understanding we had tenants in the home and being without water or toilet was not a long-term issue we could deal with. They all went above and beyond to help us and fix the problems. I will always refer this company to any who ask. Thank you.

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

Had a leak in our irrigation lines as well as a bad timer box.  Called and left a message on a Sunday expecting to be called back on Monday, but received a call from Nate that evening.  He said he would have someone out on Tuesday to check the line.  Junior came out on Tuesday as expected, gave me a reasonable estimate and returned the next day to fix the problem.  After fixing the leak and installing a new timer box he tested the zones and found that part of our drip system wasn't working and our front yard plants weren't receiving water.  He gave us two scenarios as well as pricing and said he could come the next day to fix.  It turns out our landscapers tried to fix a leak and capped off the lines to our drip system.  He fixed that problem and tested out the zone again and showed me that they were all receiving water now.  Lesson learned, don't have your landscapers fix a leak, call this company instead.

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation.

Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink.

We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a cougar but I let it go. Whatever?

Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable.

Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is shot. He can tell this be just feeling the tank.

He has to rush off and we consider all of this.

The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work.

I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming).

THE KICKER...

MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

I used Vets plumbing to help fix a tub clog.  Guy was nice, professional and unclogged my drains for a reasonable charge

I decided to go with a well-known company to have my air conditioning serviced and have my new smart thermostat installed. I knew my air conditioner was not in good shape, however I did not appreciate the scare tactics the service technician used by showing me pictures he supposedly took of my coolant coils and a leak in my attic. I have since had two other AC companies come in and look, and they said my coils were not that bad and they couldn't find the leak. I was told that sometimes AC companies use stock photos of the worst of the worst to show clients and scare them into buying a new air conditioner. Additionally, I was charged $133 to install a smart thermostat, because the service technician told me he had to go up into the attic. As it turns out, there was no need for him to go into the attic. It was a basic on the wall install. This is quite literally something I could have done myself. The Goettl service technician made it out like it was a very difficult install, and very few people would do it correctly. I ultimately did not go with Goettl for my new air conditioner. The salesperson way over did it with complimenting me and my house. He came across as very insincere and somewhat creepy. He was so technical with his explanations that only another AC technician would have understood what he was saying. I guess he thought that was impressive. If you are a single female, like myself, and know nothing about AC units, think twice before going with Goettl. I feel extremely taken advantage of.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
