I had a flood in my home, Frank with Integrity came out the Same day to assess what would need to be moved/packed out. He worked with the water damage/restoration company and the insurance to coordinate what needed to happen and was an advocate for me and my family.  Very knowledgeable and allowed me to feel a bit of ease knowing I had a top professional.  The entire team came the next day and packed up all of our belongings in the half of the house that was damaged, and manipulated furniture in another room to set up a temporary living space where there wasn't damage to get us by.  They were so organized and meticulous with packing everything  big and small and wouldn't let me lift a finger to help, completely wanted to take any stress off of me. I am a very stressed/anxious person who needs to be in control (multiplied in a situation like home flood) but they lifted that burden from me.  They are also cleaning personal items affected by the flood water, and attempting to salvage furniture.  I could not be more thankful that I was put in touch with such great team.

Integrity Contents were subcontracted through our renovation company Murray Renovation.

Long story short we had some water damage and had to replace the flooring in every square foot of our home. So that meant every room in our 5 bdrm house had to be packed up.
Integrity Content Services came to the house and were in a word, outstanding. Friendly, professional, and meticulous everything in our house was documented and packed with care. When the floors were done they put everything back where it was literally within an inch of where it was. Crazy the level of detail. I can't say enough about how good these people are.

Maria was so nice over the phone. Both her and Lucas were very respectful and communicated very clearly what was taking place before they did anything. They marked everything that was to be boxed and the team was very quick had my kitchen boxed up in less then an hour!! Great job!

Lucas, Matt and Yaricla came out immediately after I called! I had a huge leak in my house and they came so fast to move furniture out of the way to prevent damage to the rest of my furniture and items. They were able to box and move everything out of the way and moved it carefully to another room in my house for me. I had a huge air hockey table that they moved and it was heavy and awkward but they made it look so easy! So thankful to them for helping out so quickly.

Avoid this company at all cost.  After a Flood at my house and acquaintance called this company to remove the contents of my kitchen and living room So my home could be dried out. I told them to put everything in my spare bedroom and anything that wouldn't fit could go to their storage Facility.  They had me fill out their review while they stood and watched over my shoulder before anything was moved. The next day I woke up and realized they have removed things like coffee, coffee machine, spices, utensils, soups, the lid that covers food in my microwave, things you need on a daily basis.. They removed these things Just to pad their invoice. When I called to have them return my stuff they advised they would need a 1 week notice So I gave them notification. 2 weeks later I called them and Ask them what the hold up was. they said they wouldn't return my goods until my insurance company paid them in full, over $5000. My insurance company advised them that's not how it works, they  return my goods and then they get paid, common practice.   Needless to say I will never use this company again, they will make your bad situation worse.

My condo flooded with sewage about a month ago. As you can imagine, after that happens, everything in your house smells. Not to mention, when they have to cut out your dry wall, dry wall debris go everywhere. This business came out and picked up my upholstered king bed and mattress and took it away to sanitize it. Not only did they steam it but they ironed the fabric as well so it honestly now looks better than when I originally had it delivered to my house. Mariana was super nice and prompt, Blake was extremely professional and Eddie and Jason put the bed back together quickly and without any issues. Thank you team! So happy to have my bed back!

Marianna and her crew did a fantastic job moving my parents from their flooded casita in their retirement community into a condo while repairs were being done. Everything was handled with care and placed in their new temporary home just where it belonged! (Maravilla, 8/30)

Left me hanging with no estimate or follow up for 2+weeks. I called a dozen times for an estimate to have items exposed to black mold spores tested and cleaned, no one would get back to me.

Last May, we had a flood in our home. I called in Doan Restoration. Wes from Doan then called in Integrity Contents (I believe they are partners) to pack up our house and determine what was salvageable and what was not. Both companies were able to come out the same day.

While we were impressed with the team who packed us up and then unpacked us months later, the dealings with this company were less than ideal.

We use USAA insurance so we do not have a specific agent that we work with. However, we did have a Claims Agent assigned to our case and this seemed to confuse Integrity Contents.

- I provided Pete with our claim information who gave it to the office to follow up.
-Our master bedroom was finished first by a third party contractor so we could get back into it
- I called Integrity for a partial furniture delivery. It was then discovered that USAA was never contacted and Integrity would not release any of my furniture, clothes or belongings without pay.
- I learned the woman handling it at the front desk was fired so I believe we fell through the cracks.
- A claim was finally submitted.
-The rest of the house was completed in July and we still did not have our things. It felt like Integrity Contents was holding all of our belongings hostage!
- I complained to Frank and was told that Shannon, the owner, would not release anything without being paid. It's a shame she couldn't take ownership and acknowledge that this was her company's error and compromise even a little for the inconvenience her company caused. She even refused to budge even when the check was in the mail from USAA.  
- We finally got our belongings back once they had their money.

Going through a disaster in your home is very emotional and you are vulnerable and you rely on the companies you hire to have your best interest at heart. Unfortunately, Integrity Contents only cared about the money.

The crew from Integrity just left my house a little while ago, and I have to say it has been a great experience working with them. Soon after I filed our claim for water damage, the crew came from Integrity to remove our belongings from the affected rooms and store them in their warehouse. They were very careful to wrap all furniture and carefully packed the contents of dressers, bookcases, drawers and shelves, etc. They packed them all in boxes, labeled all the boxes, and accounted for everything in writing. Today they brought everything back since our restoration project is now complete. Again, they were very careful with unpacking everything. They had taken lots and lots of pictures before they packed anything, so this helped them to know where everything was supposed to be placed. My experience with Integrity has been outstanding. I can't say enough about how trustworthy, friendly, professional, and thorough all the employees have been. I highly recommend Integrity Contents Services....they will take good care of your things while work is done in your home. Thank you Pete and Integrity!!!
