Preferred Choice Restoration

Called Preferred Choice at 10:30 this past Saturday night when we come home to water leaking every where from the ceiling after the rain storm.  They had leak detection here first thing the next morning, found pools of water in the ceiling. They set up dryer and a dehumidifier right away to help dry up some of the water before cutting the ceiling open so we didn't have a swimming pool in the dining room. Came back the following day, Monday, to set for demo. When they were done cutting open the ceiling. You couldn't even tell. Their team cleaned up so well. They set a containment so well they there wasn't drywall dust anywhere in our home. There is now dryers specifically directed to the 2x4's in the attic to dry them out to prevent mold. They are coming back every day to check the status.

One of the biggest nightmares a homeowner can have is water coming through the ceiling.  Mine, of course, happened on a Friday afternoon. Preferred Choice Restoration came highly recommended by the plumber I had called out to the property -- they were at my house within the hour to assess the damage and get a plan of action put together. I felt so comfortable with them from the minute they walked into the door. They knew exactly what they were doing, actually cared about me and how this affected my life. The guys that came to clean up the damage and set up the restoration walked me through step by step what would happen next. They followed through on everything they said they were going to do. Completely blown away by their customer service.

I took the restoration a step further and decided to just do a full remodel on my house-- because why not haha! Isn't that what you do? Take a $3,000 fix and turn it into a $40,000 one? :-)

They connected me with Evan and Powerhouse Enterprises. Evan came out and gave me estimates very quickly that were fair and the pictures of the projects they had done were really great. Evan was able to get the work scheduled very quickly and I basically had a new home in 4 weeks time. They even fixed a DIY project I had started that did NOT go very well. I'm so happy with the communication between Evan and his entire team of workers that got everything done. I felt comfortable letting them in my home without me having to supervise or follow up on every single thing. He even went above and beyond on things that maybe I didn't communicate as well. I couldn't be happier with the results of this project and I'm already planning my next project for this house and my future homes. I would highly recommend using both Evan and Sarah across the board.

Had water damage while on vacation, and Preferred Choice was recommended to me for repairs.   Good recommendation!

Initial visit included assessing the damage, and removing the affected area, and leaving large fan to dry the area until repairs were to begin.  Casey came out a few days later to complete the repairs, which included drywall, plastering, and painting.   I was very surprised at the ability to get the exact match on the paint, and the completed job looks as it was prior to repairs.

I would highly recommend the company for repairs, and though mine was small (approximately 25 sf), I would use them on larger jobs if needed.

They did an outstanding job with our master bath remodeling. Everyone involved was very professional and respectful!

Did I just win the lottery or what?  Well, maybe not winning  in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough:  Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.  

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.  

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing.  Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration.   Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps.  I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge.  His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues.  I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates.  Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody!  Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed.  Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work!  I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did.  They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well.  Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time.  Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with:  produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration.  In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

I have nothing but great things to say about Preferred Choice. They made an extremely stressful situation run seamlessly. From demolition to reconstruction, the contractors were professional, knowledgeable and timely. The reconstruction contractor was top notch. Working hard to get my project finished on a very short timeline to make sure I could get to a family emergency out of state. I cannot thank or express my gratitude enough,  for this company and their contractors. I highly recommend this company for any project you have, large or small!

Make sure you get a full quote on everything these people want to touch in your home or you will broke before you know it!

I honestly was in a really dire situation and could not figure which next step to take.  I got into contact with Preferred Choice and I am glad that I did.  Everything just all of a sudden felt organized and controlled compared to feeling like out of control.  My first point of contact was Steve, who in my opinion, saved me :).  He was direct, professional, informative and paid close attention to the questions I had.  Then they got right to work in which I got the pleasure of meeting the demo crew, Juan and Danny, great guys and so friendly.  And just recently Dan came to pick up the equipment that they were using and of course another great interaction.  I didn't think I was going to smile during this process, but they kept me going.  I want to give a big thank you to all of them and to Kody aka Plumberboy, who was so helpful and you guessed it, friendly.  Cheers!

If you ever need water remediation, make Preferred Choice, your FIRST choice!   Everyone has been responsive, on time, and pleasant to work with.  Water damage is extremely disruptive, but with Steve as our main contact, the process has moved along as smoothly as possible.  He is a great listener, problem-solver, and he has been extremely helpful during a stressful situation.

One of the BEST companies we've ever hired! Complete professionals from day one! John set the stage with a plan to identify damage from water leak. He explained everything, thoroughly. All Restoration employees arrived on time each day for 10 days. Work completed and the entire restoration site cleaned each night before they left! Perfect experience in every way! What could have been an avoidable issue by tenants sadly wasn't, but thanks to Sara, Cameron, and Pete we were able to salvage and prevent further damages to the rest of the property! Sara and Cameron were so communicative throughout the whole process, and Pete with his demo work was efficient and conscious of time. Cameron and Pete went above and beyond The call of duty to provide multiple parties photo evidence, and their attention to detail really showed throughout the entire process. The guys were very conscious of the property still being inhabited, and were very kind to the tenants. Their meticulousness truly is commendable and needs to be recognized. Check the pictures.
I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I'm ever in the unfortunate circumstances of needing emergency service, I know exactly who I am going to. Definitely recommending to other vendors and property managers both commercial and residential.

We drove from L.A. to Arizona to clean out my mom's house prior to selling it. Upon arrival, we found a small amount of water by the furnace in the garage. Unfortunately, the leak had caused the flooring in the dining room to lift up. We were referred to Preferred Choice Restoration. The owner, Sarah, attended to the matter immediately, sending technicians to the house within two hours. Steve & Jim did a great job of removing part of the wall, removing the flooring and setting fans up to dry out the water damage. They mitigated all damage that needed attention. There was a hole cut in the dining room wall that we didn't want our cats getting in to, so Steve and Jim covered two large entry ways with plastic. They even installed a zipper for entry into the room when needed. Jason Goodnight did a great job directing everyone and communicating with insurance company. I would not hesitate to recommended them

Everyone at the company is extremely helpful and professional.  Dan came out and walked through everything that needed to be taken care of.  Steve made sure the demo was clean and quick and very well done.  His helpers Juan and Javier did great work as well.  I would highly recommend Preferred Choice to anyone.

Preferred Choice Restoration came to our business and removed a popcorn ceiling in a large Billiards Hall.  They worked from 8:30 AM until after 7:00 PM. They were professional, explained everything they were going to do, and although this was the messiest job I had ever seen, they did an amazing job cleaning up.  The popcorn ceiling was completely removed, and the ceiling looked amazing when they were done.  These guys were the best, and I highly recommend Preferred Choice Restoration for any restoration job they do, and I will be using them again in the future without hesitation, and when I do, I hope they send Pete and his team, they were the best!

Never would I have thought that I needed this service. When my girlfriend and I were in the process of closing on our house (during this crazy time) we found out that there was some mold behind the kitchen sink cabinet. This scared us, but didn't stop us from being excited about our fixer upper. Sarah and her team at Preferred Choice were not only accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure this was taken care of for us. The guys on her team always notified me when they were on their way. Sarah called me personally to update me on the plan of attack. I couldn't have asked for this process to go more smoothly. If I could leave a lower rating, I would. Unethical, unprofessional and unresponsive. Sara and the whole team are not worth the empty arrangements. If you're in a bad spot, need a mediation company and have to pay an exorbitant amount, go with a company that won't lie to you.

Restoration looks great, only reason I gave 2 stars is because I got a bill for more money over a month after it was complete. I thought I had a comprehensive bill that I paid in full for. Turns out there was more I didn't get a bill for. Response time to this was concerning and I'm pretty disappointed.

My roommate used this company to fix water damage from a busted water heater pipe. They quoted her an amount that she paid and services were rendered. One month later the company requested another amount that was not clarified at time of service.  If you do decide to use this company which I highly suggest you don't and even somewhere else make sure all costs of services are on the bill and get that in writing.

I recently had a major plumbing issue at my home. I contacted Preferred Choice Restoration and they were an ideal partner to assist me throughout the process. The leak occurred over the weekend and they had their team onsite same day. Everyone was very professional and helped locate the source of the leak, repair it, and restore the room. They do not use high pressure tactics and made what was a pretty terrible situation feel fairly simple.

We used Preferred Choice for clean-up and repair of damage caused by a leaking hot water heater.  Damage was isolated to the hot water heater closet and laundry room.  They perform exactly how they informed us.  The only delays were caused by our insurance company which was of no fault of the folks at Preferred Choice.  They actually went above and beyond expectation in order to get hot water flowing ASAP and the job moving along.  The various teams that preformed the work were professional, courteous and talented.  All damaged walls and cabinets were repaired to exactly the same condition as before the damage.
Based on the work performed I would recommend them for any damage repair work as well as for any remodeling activity that anyone would want, large or small jobs.

We will certainly use them again if and when the need arises.

I don't think I'm a picky customer but maybe I am.  I fired my original restoration company because they were not responsive to my needs.  I was already sour on all restoration companies when I called Preferred Choice, but I am super glad that I did call them.  They (Preferred Choice and their partner Power House Construction) were extremely responsive.  The day after I called I already was being visited by their loss estimator who not only assessed the loss I had, but gave me a copy to give my insurance company the same day.  This is exactly what I had been trying to get my previous restoration company to do for at least 7 weeks.  I won't disclose who they were but their name rhymes with 'Padams Pisaster and Pecovery'.  The general contractor of Preferred Choice is Power House Construction and started work on my place immediately -which was a huge project.  I was out in a hotel for at least 5 months while repairs were being done and Power House brought in all kinds of experts and specialists for the specific tasks needed.  I had special floor tile so I needed tile experts.  I had special plumbing needs so I needed plumbing experts to problem solve.  I want to stress that my restoration project demanded a lot of attention from various construction groups and Prefered Choice/Power House delivered beyond what was needed.  I felt very lucky to be with them.  Prior to my loss (septic backup throughout house) I was renovating  and they helped me figure out how to strategically combine my renovation with my restoration while within the allowances of insurance coverage.  I have only good things to report and I highly recommend this company.

Unresponsive, failure to provide mold inspection report I requested multiple times in writing and by phone- after paying them $375 10/2/2020. I literally got a phone call with a verbal condition report with no data or documentation. This company scams the customer. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional, reliable company. Refund was requested and with no surprise, they chose not to respond.  They do not even deserve one star for this rating.

I can't say enough how amazing these guys are! Pete, Sean, and Chris, have been taking such great care of us. And keeping us up to date on everything. I really appreciate their hard work!

This was my first experience with a supply leak in a wall that caused water damage to the extent that I needed to file a homeowner's insurance claim. Our plumber recommended Preferred Choice Restoration and I am so thankful they did! They have made the process so easy and smooth from the water mitigation to the repair. My water heated broke and it caused water damaged to my home. Where I purchased my new water heater (Home Depot) they reffed me to preferred choice restoration. I loved on how they were able to work around my schedule. They were nice and kind. They explained everything to me and answered all my question. I am a happy customer.  I had a slab leak. The new line was run and had holes in the wall and fans drying out the wood floor. These guys got on it right away. Everything was done perfectly. I must commend Angel for the work he did. Worked non stop fixing dry wall, painting, hot water heater and bathroom vanity. He left everything spotless. My plumber was the one to refer Preferred Choice Restoration when I had water damage in my home.  I am very thankful he did because we are new to AZ and wouldn't know who to call.  They came on a Saturday in the timeframe they said they would and throughout the whole mitigation process were great! Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, fast, did great work for us.  They have great customer service and really take care of their customers.  I highly recommend their services.  Thank you to the whole crew who helped!

We had a sewage line backup and four of our rooms got flooded. Preferred Choice Restoration came out SAME DAY after the plumber and started working on it. They cleaned up the water damage, including cutting out the drywall and baseboards and treated the frame with an antimicrobial spray. They brought in the fans and the drying process took a couple days. Then I spoke to a manager, Vince (who was amazing), who sent in Angel to restore our home to its original condition. I have to say, it looks better now than it did before the flooding! Angel's attention to detail was amazing and he treated our home like it were his own. He made sure dust and paint didn't get everywhere by covering the workspace in plastic. He matched the texture of the drywall exactly and the paint is perfect. The baseboards are perfect. The bathroom was put back together perfectly. Angel took his time and made sure it was all done right. THANK YOU! I hope this never happens to us again, but if it does, I will be calling this company.

Been a horrible experience, they say they will send Austin out, he never shows up, they send out a guy named Luis he's a nice guy but all he does is take pictures. They needed to be here while insurance adjuster was here and they were not. Guy shows up after insurance came for no reason and I ask him why he's here and he doesn't know  worst experience and communication ever, communication is an absolute must in business and these guys have 0. I have many screenshots to share. And told all they sent four different guys the last guy being Dan and finally I told Dan to take the machines and leave

After I had a leak from my bathtub overflow drain one Saturday evening, I had a plumber come Sunday and he recommended this company to me and he called Sarah immediately who I then spoke with about having someone come look at dry out. They had someone come who arrived about 45 minutes later. He did not bother to ask me about insurance but I did mention that I didn't believe it was active (I have no mortgage). He had a tool that supposedly detected moisture, but from my perspective he was carelessly waving it around until he determined that nearly my entire bathroom was soaked. Really, only the walls immediately surrounding the tub had gotten wet, and it was just the baseboards. He basically told me I'd need to cut out and replace everything two feet up from the ground around the whole bathroom, marked the opposing vanity across from the tub that was never touched, and outside in the living room. He even said they would have to repaint the ENTIRE living room (large with vaulted ceilings) after the work was finished. He put two huge dehumidifiers in (one was serving absolutely no purpose on the outside wall). He said they would need to leave them for 3 days (when he thought I might find insurance) or if not using insurance 5 days (why would it be any different?) He said other workers would be coming again the next day to give me a more accurate quote. The worker was at my home for a total of 1 hour and 5 mins, which I can prove with the ring cameras in my home. I decided to get a second opinion and was told the water damage was limited to the baseboards swelling and there was not much risk of mold. I had the workers the next day remove the dehumidifiers. My cameras say they were at my home for a total of 4 minutes. When I received a bill, they had tried to charge me for 2 hours of after hours setup and 2 hours of removal, in addition to the after hours service fee. I contacted the AR manager to dispute my charges, and although they did credit me for the removal, he informed me that they charge for drive time. I would think this should be something to be discussed prior to sending someone out. I would have certainly not chosen to have them come from 30 mins away had I known this. I ended up paying the bill and I suppose if you're using insurance it doesn't matter but I would advise anyone else to stay away from this company. Feels like a scammy place to me.

SO TERRIBLE!!!!! My experience with this company was so incredibly horrible, I need to let people know. This is the worst business experience I have ever had. It took 49 days of me living in a ridiculous mess for them to do a what was supposed to be a simple fix. They left my house a complete mess and the communication was horrible. They were completely unprofessional. They were very condescending and appeared annoyed when I asked them to redo my carpet that they had fixed yet there was a huge place where they didn't replace the padding. I took days off work only to have them not show up, and then they would show up on a day unannounced when I wasn't home. They left trash around, they were unreliable, and they reinstalled my sink that was full of dirt because they had left outside and didn't even rinse it out. After FINALLY completing the project, they threatened to call collections on me a day after they finished because I wouldn't leave a check worth a significant amount of money under the mat outside my door and told them I preferred to mail it. I have never used Yelp before, but I definitely feel the need to do so regarding this awful experience.

Preferred choice was recommended to me by Sun City Mechanical. This restoration company worked with the plumber, and also my insurance company. I had major damage from a bad leak under my sink. Preferred choice replaced the vanity wood  cabinet, marble countertop, fixed and replaced drywall. Removed and put back the toilet. Painted the entire bathroom walls and ceiling. The insurance covered the majority of it, however I did purchase new Fossett handles. Good job went well. I would recommend preferred choice. All of the work crew knew each line of expertise they were assigned to from drywall to cabinetry, painting, and update plumbing. I would recommend preferred choice. And should I ever have the need,  I would contact this restoration company again.

This company was recommended by one of these places that recommend services...cant remember which one.  This guy came out within a couple of hours (should have been a clue).  He had no idea why we had a musty smell in one of our bedrooms. Plus ..we had to tell him what he probably needed to do.  The worst part was he barely spoke english...I could not  understand him.  He could not answer any questions...all he wanted was money.  It was 75$ just to come out and he went up in the attic ...he did not want to  but we insisted.  Then he said he saw no mold...we think that is what he said.  Then he charged us 275$ for an air quality inspection.  I asked him if it showed mold.how would they treat. We never got an answer.  It was one of the worst experiences with a contract co I have ever had.
We received a report and once again we got this person who we could never understand again.
Stay way from this company they are there to rip you off and not solve  your problem.  They come up with something and charge you again and again.

The response to the water damage was prompt and taken care of quickly and efficiently. However, when it came time for the quote for restoration, is when the company did not perform well. The specialist handling the quote process was very new and inexperienced and not only could not get an accurate quote done, but was VERY poor at communication and up0holding commitments. Due to his poor performance this delayed the start date for the restoration process. The contractor overseeing the restoration was a very good communicator; however his plaster and texture person did a good job but was very messy. The painter was not good, took 3 trips to do an acceptable job. The plumber and cabinet guys were awesome and did a great job, great communicators, professional and great work.

This company was recommended by the company that installed our water heater, after that heater failed within the warranty period and soaked part of the garage. They quickly came out to perform the demolition, then left everything to dry out, which left a significant portion of our house exposed to the Phoenix summer. After a few days they declared everything dried enough to begin renovation.

Our insurance contacted us to let us know the restoration company had not provided them with photographs or an estimate. This led to nearly a week of trying to get someone out to document the damage. After these photos were taken, it took another three days before they submitted everything to the insurance.

Finally, insurance approved the work. It took another week before someone came out to actually do the repairs. All this time the house was exposed to the outside air, leaving the affected rooms closed off and inaccessible for three weeks, while the air conditioning struggled to keep up despite shoving towels under the doors. I ended up taking time off of work to do the job myself, but was contacted two days beforehand that someone was being sent out. After the repair specialist left, I determined they had not textured part of one wall, failed to patch one area, and neglected to paint several areas. I was also charged for several work items that were not done and not needed. I ended up having to finish this job myself to complete the repair. Ultimately the work was completed, despite the over charges, and things are roughly back to normal, so I cannot give them one star. However, I would encourage you to find another restoration company for your needs.

I would never use this company again.   Rude and condescending project manager named Billy.     We were going to use this company to finish the job until this guy showed up

Beware of any company that inquires about your homeowners insurance coverage before they give a quote. They also asked about our deductible and then offered to give us two quotes, one if we planned to turn it into our insurance company and one if we planned to pay for it ourselves. We asked why there should be a difference and no answer was forthcoming. A small wet spot on our carpet yielded a proposal to replace carpet, remove drywall and then hire a different contractor to replace everything that had been removed. Lots of red flags. Read the other similar Yelp reviews. No wonder our insurance rates are so high.

Had a couple of busted pipes.  Wasn't really sure who to call but came across Preferred.  Dan and his crew were tops from start to finish.  They were out within an hour of my call, kept everything neat and clean, talked me through the entire process including the insurance claim which kept my mind at ease.  Then Dan B took over the repairs and got me back to normal.  Thank you guys!!

These guys are crooks out to take advantage of insurance money from water damage.   Had damage in one of my rental properties and Dan came by saying he would take care of it all.   Even told me he would pay my deductible if I used him (that should have been my sign) He then went on to charge my insurance company almost 5k for demo that took about 3 hours of ripping out some carpet and drywall.   They then subbed out the rebuild to a company called picacho peak construction who wanted 14k to rebuild (I think the whole job should have been closer to 3k for all).  I told Mark from picacho peak that 14k was ridiculous and I wasn't gonna take that to my insurance company, his reply was that I could submit the 14k to the insurance and we could work out another deal.    Told him I don't play that game and to re work his bid, he then came back 50% lower at 7k for the same job.    Stay away!

This company was recommended by a plumber we called for a small water leak...they arrived the same day & proceeded to abate the damaged area.  Not having any experience with such situations, as the demolition proceeded and I questioned why so much destruction was necessary, the crew told me they had to make sure no mold grew and not to worry that insurance would cover the cost.  Insurance did cover the $2000+ cost of the abatement.  Now the repair...the drywall & mudding was professional & well done.  The final stage was painting & reinstalling the cabinet that had been removed.  I took issue with the scope of work quoted as opposed to the scope of work actually done.  I requested an adjustment to the charges because I witnessed the actual work done.  An adjuster came out to look at the completed work and insisted I was mistaken, that my version couldn't possibly be correct.  The repairs were $1172...my insurance did not cover the cost.  This entire business is obviously insurance driven, so be very cautious when allowing this or any other restoration company to destruct your property.

Not only does this place have shoddy workmanship but they have absolutely no respect for your property.  I had them do restoration work while I was gone and returned to nothing but problem.  Work that was supposed to be completed wasn't, my bathroom vanity was all scratched up by them and now looks like crap, I have a leak under my sink, my hot water tank ran out of hot water during a shower which never happened before and I have sub flooring which is not level at all.  Eveyday I  find something new so this list will probably grow.  Add to that the fact that when I returned I had a heap of stuff from my closet lying on my bed and  they went into my bathroom cabinet, grabbed one of my best white towels, got it filthy dirty and I found it in my garbage can!  Need I say more?  If I do it's this.....STAY AWAY!!!

Josh and Cody inspected my home today after a second story leak damaged my master bedroom closet.  They were very friendly, courteous and respectful of my time.  They arrived in a timely fashion and were very open and honest about the restoration.  I am very grateful for their assistance today. Very professional.

they were contacted by my plummer to assess the water damage, charged me 400$ for a hall my wall, and couple baseboards off and rent for 2 big fans for 5 days, then came back picked up their equipment, asked about repairs, was informed someone will call me, 3 days later no one called, called Dan, and again promised same day call back, so far 4 days later nothing

Preferred choice restoration was recommended to us by zippy zebra plumbing. They came to the rescue when we had water damage from a leak. Austin and Brett were very responsive and helpful in resolving our issue and making the best of a stressful situation!

I flooded my house late one afternoon. They arrived promptly, did not pass judgment and quickly pick up the water and started the drying process. The workers were conscious of keeping the floors clean(wore shoe covers) and picking up after themselves. They were professional and courteous. Highly recommend them

This company is a joke. They have been out to my house at least four times to try and do a simple patch on my ceiling. They are completely unprofessional. I get that my issue is minor however I've been going back-and-forth with them for at least three months and trying to get them to come out. First time they came out they sent the wrong person he doesn't do the work I need done. Then they send two yahoos to come and paint the damage ceiling instead of ripping out the drywall replacing the drywall, sealing it, texturing, and painting it. While painting they didn't even use a dropcloth and they there's paint splatter on my carpet. Unfortunately the AC company which referred them because one of their technicians screwed up I am having to do with this half assed company. I am beyond frustrated with them. Do yourself a favor and never ever do business with preferred choice restoration!

My condo was the recipient of collateral damage from the condo next to mine.  This is a nightmare that no one ever wants as it's very disruptive.  But Preferred took some of the pain away by their courteous attitude...FAST response....and careful work to make certain that no mold would exist.   I would not choose anyone else.  They are impressive.

I recently called Preferred Choice Restoration to do a repair job in my bathroom after a water leak. Joe responded to my home in a quick time frame and he was very personable and professional. I was very pleased with  his work. I also had the opportunity to speak with Dan at the main office ( I later found out that he was the owner) He was just as helpful and friendly as Joe. It was nice to do business with a company that  does a great job and treats their customers like you are family  I would recommend this company to anyone needing an honest company for your restoration needs.

Workmanship was good and from that aspect they did a great job. The reason I only have them three stars is because some of three behavior was less than professional. They b left cigarette butts around the driveway and yard as well as leaving the box with full cigarettes inside. In addition to this a girl came over to talk to the guy do they say across the street and smoked.

I'm a small business owner and received a phone call early one morning reporting my suite was flooding and water was going into the surrounding suites as well. A pipe had burst inside my suite and there was several inches of water on the floor. Lucky for me, my property management company referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration. They sent out Mikey, who was awesome! He had a Flir thermo camera and all the other high tech gear to get me the proper help I needed quick. Mikey was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The best part was he really wanted to help and do a great job. He didn't try and rip me off and gave me the help and advice I needed at a price that fit my budget. I also spoke with Dan the owner who was also genuinely happy that he could help me. This is a professional, knowledgeable, and honest company. If you ever get in a jam and need help with water damage, these are the guys you want to call.
