Quick Restore was great!  The plumbers called them and Celena showed up within an hour.  She assessed the damage from our burst water heater and then helped us not only with our homeowner's insurance, but also with getting a company to come out and help us catalog and empty out the garage into pods while the damage gets repaired.

Do yourself a favor and keep shopping, you DO NOT want to hire Quick Restore.  I screwed up and jumped into hiring this company because my plumber referred me (I'm guessing now was solely to receive a finders fee from QR) and I didn't want to take the time to research abatement/emergency service cleanup companies- BIG MISTAKE.   There is a laundry list of reasons not to use Quick Restore:
-QR charges you/insurance for stuff they didn't do (I was billed for removal and reinstallation of my reverse osmosis system - I don't own an RO system).
-For work QR is unwilling/unable to do, they quote you high prices to hire experienced sub-contractors but then choose the cheapest, most inexperienced workers, presumably hired from Home Depot parking lots, to complete the work and QR pockets the savings.
-They make constant mistakes in both their estimates and the work they do forcing you to closely monitor and document everything.  I strongly recommend taking before-and-after pictures so you have proof, otherwise they will argue that it was done correctly.
-They drag their feet on repair work, be prepared to constantly follow up to remind them they still have work to do.  It took QR a full year to finish the repair work on my kitchen after a drain line backed up.
-They overcharge for the equipment they temporarily leave in your home.  In many cases it would have been cheaper for me to go out and buy brand new equipment versus renting theirs ($50+ a day for floor fans/dehumidifiers, $100+ for a cheap plastic laundry sink)
-They put very little effort into getting insurance company approvals.  They will send one email and then make you pester the insurance company to pre approve the work so it can get started.  For the price these guys charge, they should do a much better job following up and explaining to insurance why specific work needs to be completed.
-Very little effort when it comes to matching existing tile, countertops, etc.  Be prepared to do this yourself or end up like me with wonky, mismatched replacements through your your home.

The one good thing I can say about Quick Restore is everyone that works there is very nice, but unfortunately the issues I had with these guys far outweighed their niceness.  Trust me and choose someone else, you'll thank me later.

Garbage company!! They got in through a reputable plumber for a pipe issue. Charged a ridiculous amount for TEN fans for two 8x10 ft bathrooms that kept blowing out the breaker in my condo. Came back unannounced multiple times a day. Ripped out drywall that was absolutely dry, and tried to hustle my insurance company for bogus extras. After over a week, I finally succeeded in kicking them out. They ripped out a bathroom vanity and left a huge hole to peek into the neighboring condo without permission while getting their equipment and left it that way. Billing was a nightmare and had to settle the matter with legal help.

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!
Hired this company to redo a bathroom after major plumbing issues and after 6 months the work still wasn't complete. This was the only bathroom in the house and my mother who is in her 80's had to live with this nightmare every day! I finally hired another company to finish the job and these people had the nerve to ask for more money! Absolutely do not hire them!

They responded quickly to some water damage, they put an air mover in the area of the leak.  The main thing they were interested in was that we sign the contract we can't represent you without a signed contract.  we are not high pressure but sign the contract.
We frequently asked for an estimate and after many requests we were told we only give estimates when the job is done. That would not be an estimate it would be a BILL.
This company made us feel like they were crooks and snake oil salesmen.
WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND IF SOMEONE TALKS ABOUT HIRING THEM I WOULD TELL THE TO RUN,.
NEVER USE QUICK RESTORE!!!

This company is a joke! Avoid them at all costs, unless you want to deal with the same issue they claim to have fixed years later.

I was unfortunate enough to have crossed paths with this horrendous company after a water leak in my home last year. The technicians came to out literally ripped off the ceiling in my entire kitchen and garage to dry everything, telling me they'd be done within 72 hours... well, 72 hours became over a week! They kept giving me the runaround on when they'd be done and kept adding findings to stay longer.

Once they were FINALLY out of my home, they left me with no ceiling and told me I needed to contact someone else to do the repairs -- now, you'd think THEY would have that set up, no?

Finally the ceiling got repaired after another couple of days and life went on, until months later, and I mean MONTHS later, I began getting harassed by a new office member stating that I had not paid my invoice, which was a total lie. I called back to discuss the error and that my invoice had been paid, and the phone number went to someone's direct voicemail and doesn't even give the name of the company. This is the exact moment I realized this company is shady, and quite possibly scammers.

Not only did they receive their payment IN FULL, the work that they did and were so proud of had to be redone just a couple of months after they fixed it, as the leak returned -- same spot, same leak.

So, if you want someone to waste your time, and do a terrible job that you'll have to deal with again, this is your company! If, on the other hand, you want your repairs done right, call someone else. This company is the worst!

This company still hasn't did anything to restore our kitchen. We ve been waiting since June for them to put in our kitchen cabinets. We ve had to live with terrible inconvenience. We also have 2 foster children living here. The insurance company already paid them. They have one excuse after another for putting it off. If they fix it right away starting now I may chose to take down this review.

Tenant had just moved into a short-term rental. They observed a leak from the shower head. Plumber was called and he fixed the leak. Was also noticed on the base board about eight feet water and the base board was water-logged. Also, there wall above the baseboard appeared to be bowed out. So we called quick restore to check it out. They came and were VERY sure there was water in the wall from the leak. They said worse case scenario was there could be mold in the wall and it would have the drywall replaced in some places and they could work with my insurance. This would probably take a lot of time with the insurance and money. So, they started by placing some heated dryers around the wall to dry everything out. (I don't understand how blowing on the outside of an enclosed wall would dry the inside) The tech later told me there does not appear to be a need to rebuild the wall so just an out of pocket charge for the dryers would take care of it. Now, a couple days later someone else called me and said it looks like they could not dry everything and it would be necessary to tear into the wall and they could work with my insurance. Since they changed their story and it was a different person I got a bad feeling. I told them to stop right there, remove their dryers and I will pay for service so far. Later, I called my handyman. Where the water was at the baseboard, he cut a large square out of the drywall. It was completely dry inside!!!!! The bow in the wall was because of a large pipe. He said it looks like the water was probably from the curtains not being closed well during showers. I am so glad I only wasted 600 instead of thousands and a lot of time!!!!

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly grandparents whom they took complete advantage of. My grandpa was very patient with them, putting up with poor communication and sloppy jobs for months before finally confronting the site manager. Justin, his brother, and the crews they worked with are extremely unprofessional and will stop at nothing to make sure they have taken advantage of you to their fullest. What started as a simple clogged pipe ballooned into a months long process costing my struggling grandparents tens of thousands of dollars to their insurance and if my grandpa had not been as smart as he was they would've tricked him into wasting a lot more than that. They tore up old pipes, sewer lines, flooring, concrete foundation, and drywall all for a clogged pipe. Every time they came to fix an issue three more appeared. They cost my grandparents as well as I thousands in personal damages as well which they were insistent they were not liable for. Computers, appliances, carpeting, and a number of personal belongings were either left damaged or needing replacement. That's not even mentioning the fact they caused two small electrical fires while moving appliances due to their negligence. And nearing the end of the entire process, the job they tried calling done was abhorrent. When I confronted the crew for cutting corners, they cussed me out and proceeded to do a worse job than before. To this day we have moulding that doesn't match the flooring they installed, transition pieces my walker bound grandma can't walk over, appliances that need to be replaced, chips in our walls, spots of an obvious drywall repair, unlevel foundation, missing and destroyed baseboards, and much more. There was a general sense of not knowing what they were doing the moment they got here, they forgot to put tarps up three times and flooded our house with dust. Three separate times and I mean who knows what that did to our lungs or the lungs of the cats who live in the room they worked on the most. Once when tearing up the foundation, again when installing the drywall, and again when tearing up the bathroom tiles which caused a significant amount of personal property damage every single time it happened. The crews never showed up on schedule, took frequent breaks, and even gave the entire house covid because they refused to wear masks. It's clear to me they take pride in taking advantage of the elderly and if I wasn't here I doubt the job ever would've gotten to the point it is now, even though they never came to finish the job.

this company was very quick to come out and assess the damage caused by my water heater in the garage. Trevor was great when he walked me through process with insurance, he looked very young but was very knowledgeable. the crew that came out afterwards was friendly and helpful as well.

Sloppy! Dirty! Lazy! Very very awful company to work with. Can't match molding with their flooring. Don't care for valuables as they covered my entire room with dust which got all over my makeup and expensive pc after jackhammering without putting a tarp up. Employees will argue with you and tell you off but don't forget their MULTIPLE smoke breaks. Reuse old molding, leave exposed nails, take advantage of elder people. And will accuse you that you do not know what you are talking about because you do not understand. Also schedule is not consistent they will say they're coming one day then not show up and when they finally show up will continue plans without consulting owner first. Very childish company please avoid them at all costs. I wish I had looked on yelp before working with these scammers.

This company is god awful Steven told us he would take care of everything including the work done at the house only for him to send 8 different people in a week to do his job and they started demolishing the kitchen where our water damage was before insurance denied the claim so now we have to pay thousands out of pocket for that and an additional thousand for a small asbestos test that was done. Also Steven stopped responding to my phone calls and texts after insurances denied the claim but still has his representatives calling trying to charge me what they're owed fuck this company

The company was great when I needed to have my soaked carpeting removed, walls dried out, walls cut out.  When it came to coming to an agreement with my insurance company, the gentleman handling my case left the company, and nothing happened.  I was sitting in a total mess for nearly 2 months.    I was so disappointed, as Quick Restore came highly recommended to me by a reputable plumber in my neighborhood.  My insurance recommended another company in Glendale whom they have worked with with excellent results.

This company is abominable. They left my home completely destroyed, and created issues much worse than the initial plumbing problem.  Following a plumbing problem, they were quick to send a team out to survey the issue and inform me that their team could handle everything.  They stated that they would deal directly with the insurance company and that I would be responsible solely for my insurance deductible. Well that was in December of 2021. It is now July of 2022, and my kitchen and guest bathroom remain demolished, with dry wall removal everywhere. and a temporary plastic sink in the kitchen.  It seems that during this plumbing issue, no plumber actually did any work.  They came out an inspected (i.e. looked at) an area in the kitchen where Quick Restore had completely removed the sink, cabinetry and drywall to my garage, then left never to return.  Consequently my insurance only covered the basic plumbing and mold prevention issue.  I have been in contact with Quick restore for months now and they are refusing to return calls or do anything to resolve the state of affairs.  Their bill has been paid, minus the damage to personal property by their workers (broken chandelier and pressure cooker).

Quick Restore refused to come back out and replace  the drywall, sink or cabinetry they had removed. They stated they would only do so if the insurance company paid them for additional work. However, they did send someone to 'take pictures' and submit an additional estimate for repairs to my insurance company, which was subsequently denied. Thus leaving me with thousands of dollars in repair work to restore what they have demolished.

This company not only did not fix they problem, they caused a lot of damage and wasted a lot of time and money.  Definitely do not deal with them if you any work done on a home you value.  Stay away from these people.  Dealing with them has been hellish (and expensive).

I have to give a low review as this company is trying to be something it's not -- a restoration company.  The water restore via heat and fans was good service.  The rebuild was chaotic, no one knew what anyone else was doing, the project managers (which changed) indicated it was a known internal problem that needed to be improved.  They DO NOT understand the value of high end items in order to value them.  They do not have a sense of urgency unless it's the sales process which is a bulldoze from water remediation into construction promising the entire way you'll be involved, etc.  Absolutely untrue.  No communication.  They don't listen to what the customer wants.
They jackhammered a custom marble entry medallion when it could have been saved without asking us first and unless Hayden is no longer with the company, they absolutely knew we had a desire to save the medallion which they claimed we didn't tell them about.  The estimator put in writing that no outside wall was revealed during kitchen demo and I sent him a photo of it -- they did no lead testing of the wall painted in the 1960s.  He was even there after the demo was done and I pointed out the wall.  The only service we found as well done was the dryout with heaters and fans.  There is damage done due to the poor work of demolition, and by the time the estimate was done it is clear this company is not ready to offer anything but water and fire remediation.  The owner refuses to return phone calls to talk with customers which we tried to do several weeks to understand their process and methodology.   Find a good reliable general contractor until this company is ready to be a reconstruction company.

If I could give -10 stars I would.  Please steer clear of this company.  I had a slab leak and upon recommendation of a next door ap, I called TUCKER HILL plumbing in Tempe.  This guy came out and told us to pour a 5 gallon of water on the floor, which stupidly I did.  He then stated this conversation never happened.  Literally within minutes this quick restore was at my door.  I swear, he must have been parked down the street to get to my house so fast.  They both started talking water damage, insurance.  I went to bed that night thinking, insurance fraud.  There was no visible water damage and the plumber never showed me where the leak was, the reason for him to come to my house.  I called them the next day and stated I would not be using them because I was not going to be involved in insurance fraud.  Quick restore stated they didn't know I had poured water on the floor.  Well, if you are a quick restore company, you should have known that.  Anyway, these people are ruthless, they called me everyday for a week going to send someone to my house to put holes in my walls and get fans in there.  They called me on Memorial Day.  I told them if they do not cease and desist I would get an attorney.  Two days later I get a call from an asbestos company.  I called quick restore and they admitted to giving them my phone number after I had told them NO.  Thank god I was not stupid enough to fall for this insurance scam.  Everyone, please be careful.  I now feel that because it was me and my sister at home and we are in our 60's that they took full advantage of us.

Do not use this business!! They were called by the plumbers to do migration and subsequent restoration for a pipe leak in my attic. Anthony Munoz was the contractor that came to the house then another gentleman came and cut the hole in the drywall and installed the fan. The plastic they tapped over the hole came down shortly after they left and I had to turn off the fan. They came back the following day to redo the tap over the hole and it came down again. The fan was probably on for 24 hours and they billed me for 3 days!! Afterward when it was time to do the restoration there was no contact from anyone, I reached out to Anthony Munoz and couldn't get a hold of him and I called the office and spoke with someone who told me someone would get back to me and no one did! I still am trying to get the hole in the ceiling fixed...

I had a small leak under the kitchen sink.  Ryan at Quick Restore responded immediately that same afternoon. He quickly and methodically diagnosed the source of a minor leak, treated the area and prescribed a simple low cost solution. He was  respectful and knowledgeable. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. We will call him again for future leak detection or property restoration issues. I will definitely recommend using this company.

Ripoff artists.  Told us 5 days, and now 3 days later, they're just going to start doing with asbestos.  They keep saying the  insurance company will pay for it. How do they know what coverages we have? Hate this company!  Verbally told us that they won't damage any our cabinets.  But as I read the contract,it says that they are not responsible for any damage to anything.  Hate this company.

Thank you to all the crews that came out to help with the restoration of my garage and inner walls of my house. It all looks great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!
I called this company which was a referral by the plumber. I may have to find a new plumber now too.
Anthony with Quick Restore came out. I explained to him what was needed and while trying to finish speaking, he repeatedly cut me off telling me I don't understand the process.
I told him I just need an estimate and time line sent to me which I would send to my insurance company.
Anthony kept telling me, I can't give you an estimate. That's not how it's done. We do the work, you pay us, then you submit it to the insurance company. BS!!!
I have been involved in construction for 30 years and would never start a job without an estimate and approval by the insurance.
I had to ask him then TELL him to LEAVE over and over. He thought he was going to scam me out of my money.
He wouldn't even listen to what needed to be done, which was what another company had already examined, tested, etc., he was only concerned about getting paid before the insurance was even involved.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!
They are a disgrace to the plumbing industry!!! They prey on female customers, take advantage of situations with false claims, falsify photos to make the job look worse then it is, and overcharge by 100's of dollars. Once challenged, they continue to lie!
I am a loving teacher....ripped off by  the illusion of Quick Restore!!!!

I had substantial damage to both my up and downstairs bathrooms. They responded immediately after being notified by the plumber (within minutes). They came to check on the drying out process daily.

Unfortunately they were not responsive to my insurance agents attempt to contact them. They told me I was supposed to turn over my first insurance check to them. Thank goodness my insurance adjuster told me NOT to turn over the check, they are were supposed to talk with the water mitigation department to be paid. The check was for the rebuild, not demolition.

My insurance company advised that the time taking to dry out and tear out was unusual and we should have been in the rebuild phase by then, not still in the drying phase, especially in Arizona! They also left nails sticking up out of the floor that could have resulted in serious injury.

After having Drake, a manager come to my property things went better, however, the demolition crew attempted to not remove everything, even after Drake had told them to do it! If you use this company, you should have Drake involved from the beginning.

They left all the demolished parts laying in my yard and the bathroom. The new company hired for the rebuild had to haul the garbage away for us. This company has much room for improvement. The punched holes in unaffected walls of both my bathrooms due to carelessness. They broke cabinet frames they were supposed to save due to recklessness and carelessness.

The company referred to us by the insurance company has been very responsive and reputable. I hope Quick restore will learn from this process to improve customer service.

I used the Tucson location for service.

I would give a 0 if I could.

It appears you are only valued if you are going through insurance.

They removed my cabinets (I paid them) and broke the faces when they were supposed to save them. They also were supposed to provide a quote to replace cabinets (it never came).

They said they'd finish the work after I resolve the plumbing issue. They didn't answer or return my calls for 2 weeks and my kitchen was in pieces the whole time!

Because they didn't save the cabinet faces and it was going to cost me more money, I reached out to insurance.

When I did get a response, the guy didn't want to send the photos of the damage. He told me there were too many and on multiple devices. I called the main number and he sent out a coworker the next day.

The guy came out and share some photo. I spoke to the main person and asked for the rest of the photos. He said that's all they had.

I guess he want getting me back for not wanting to work with him after leaving me hanging for 2 WEEKS.

I would never recommend this company.
