Based out of Gilbert, Arizona, EcoDry Restoration started in a small back office space with only a truck and trailer to our name. As a group of guys with ambition and a deep-rooted work ethic, it took hours of study, practice and perseverance to be able to offer the best service in the business. After many hours of relentless effort and consistent performance of the highest quality work, we have grown to a fleet of over 30 trucks that aim to offer that same quality service to this day. Midway through November we discovered we had a leak in our kitchen from behind our sink. We immediately called our home warranty and they got us a plumber immediately, they then recommended a 'free inspection' from EcoDry. They were out to our house within felt like minutes. Walker came into our home and began taping off more rooms than just our kitchen that needed immediate repair due to water damage stating that this is a 'job we've done over a thousand times' a 'simple insurance claim and we would only pay a deductible' and 'we will even pay 1k dollars towards your deductible to help you out during the holidays - so long as we PROMISE to use their construction team' We called and made the claim with my insurance and from there he had his demo team came into our home and rip out walls, countertops, sinks.

Unfortunately for us, the type of insurance policy our home had was a non peril plan and did not cover anything plumbing related. So assuming we had a proper insurance policy, we verbally passed the okay to proceed, unbeknownst to us that it would not be covered.

Thankfully, Caleb with EcoDry gave us his best efforts to resolve this matter and for that I am grateful. What began as a poor experience was resolved due to their care of customer service and satisfaction even from situations outside of their own control. Our balance was cleared and had a repair made to a kitchen appliance we had damaged accidentally through demo free of charge (quickly too)

I did my due diligence, researched the company, asked Walker so many questions about what about this _______ but didn't question my insurance plan. As a homeowner I learned to fully understand and read my home insurance policy and to not let people into my home without a direct OKAY from my insurance on authorization and coverage beforehand. I encourage any new homeowner to do the same before allowing work to begin on their home for their own sanity as well as the time of the business.

I sincerely wish this entire situation was different but have taken it as a learning experience. Overall, I appreciate the work EcoDry did in our home during its demo. Their team was kind and hardworking. Getting out all of the wet dry wall and cabinetry basically leaving us no mess was a help. Following up with Caleb's diligence to make right of this situation thereafter, I can say (after finding a new insurance policy) I would be happy to reevaluate using EcoDry and it's construction teams in the future if need be.

I've never written a bad review about a company on here so that should tell you about the level of service ecodry has provided. Once they receive the funds from the insurance, they stopped responding although they missed multiple sites of water damage in which they are supposed to catch and remove. They even agreed it was a mishap on their end but never followed up after numerous attempts on my end to get ahold of them. They left my counter/sink standing on wooden panels for about a month. They advised for me to get my cabinets rebuilt even though there was still leakage.

Chandler Trotter was the absolutely worst employee and I would never hire an employee like him if I were a business owner. The only person that really offered me quality help and assistance was a guy named Michael but he moved to Vegas and he is the only reason why I feel bad about writing this bad review. Overall, STAY FARRRRRRR, FAR AWAY from this company if you can help it. Especially if you're getting referred from Sage plumbing. I was a bit deceived because Sage was awesome but this company ended up being my worst nightmare.

amazing company. Came out for a free, in-home assessment and consultation and we're very straightforward and honest. I worked with Drew who was  professional, humble and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anybody who is looking for mitigation projects and recommendations on reconstruction.

We had a team from EcoDry come out to fix damage from a flood in the upstairs bathroom. Our team was Leonard, Thomas, & Moses. They did an outstanding job. They took great pride in their work. They used protective plastic on carpet and stairs. They took great care in cleaning up after themselves. They were kind, courteous, friendly, and worked hard. Thank you EcoDry, Leonard and your team. We appreciate you so much and HIGHLY recommend your team and company.

Willie arrived within an hour of being contacted by our plumber. He was very professional, friendly, informative and patient with all of our questions and concerns. We've never had the need of a restoration company before so the whole experience was new to us. He came in accessed the damage and took charge of calling our insurance and leaving us with a timeline of what was to take place in the upcoming days to remedy the water damage. We were very impressed with his customer service and hope the work in the next days is as top notch as he was. I'll write another review to follow up.

The General Manager from EcoDry contacted me this morning and provided excellent customer service.  His only reason for calling was to ensure I have a good experience with EcoDry.  I explained my full situation and wanted to ensure that I left knowing that EcoDry wants to be a good partner in the valley and help those who have water damage in their home.  He has taken my concerns for further consideration with his sales team.  He was very respectful and explained why the representative took the samples and the location he took them.  He also understood my perspective and has taken care of my situation with a full refund for the asbestos testing.

I had a pipe break and damaged my kitchen and back room area. It's the first time I had to have this much work done to my home. Leonard, Kevin and Thomas (Van #7) were the coolest crew who were so professional and put my mind at ease from start. To have strangers in your house for hours at a time is already uncomfortable but these men made me feel comfortable and they were great at their job.

I have  second floor bathroom. The pipe going to the supply line burst causing water to flood into my garage. The plumber came and recommended EcoDry.
Drew came out and did an assessment to see how much water damage was done. I was told Mitigation needed to step in and demo,clean,contain and make sure it was all good. Drew was very knowledgeable , professional and thorough in his explanation.
He was very detailed and made the process very clear. Jose and his crew came out and proceeded with demo. He explained everything that was happening that day very clearly, calmly and professionally. The following day Willi came with his crew. He was very professional also. He explained the process of what was now going to happen. Everyone of the men on the job worked hard and diligently. They were all very polite and respectful. The last day a man (I didn't catch his name) did a dryness test. He was very professional and knowledgeable also. These guys made sure they did a great job from start to cleanup. I highly recommend EcoDry. They can all make a very unpleasant experience bearable.

We noticed water damage from the upstairs into our kitchen/dining area. It seemed quite severe. Our homeowners insurance recommended these guys and I am so glad they did! Their work was fast- I mean only a few hours! They were extremely respectful of our home and worked efficiently and timely! And Leonard helped identify where the leak originated so it expedited the plumber's job as well as let us get a bit of normalcy back in our everyday lives. Everything the team did was explained in detail by Leonard (Lead, Van #7) and I felt like they really cared about attention to detail, logicality, and respect for the home and all living occupants. Had a leak from a broken pipe in the ceiling that caused water damage to my pantry. EcoDry was advised by the plumber who fixed the leak... I had a newborn baby at the time and was too overwhelmed by issues with him to even think of doing my homework on water damage restoration so i unformatted blindly followed the plumber's advice.

EcoDry knew that there was an insurance claim being made and, even though they claimed they always worked with our insurance, they actually were not an approved contractor. They also took advantage of the claim to insurance and far over charged for the work they did. For taping plastic around the pantry, running a dehumidifier, and cutting out a 2 foot by 3 foot area out, they billed over $3000.00

I will say the workers who came to our house were great, but I would never recommend this company because of the over charging combined with not working well with the insurance company they're trying to rip off.

The toilet leaked and water was under the walls and vanity. Ecodry did the demolition which I was ok with. Then RMJ construction came in to do the reconstruction. The quality of the work was good, The bathroom walls look great. Here is my complaints: they allowed $900 for a new vanity. What they didn't say was out of $900 they 'needed' $500 for the installation. So the vanity they put in is one step above a cardboard box.  There were 4 different project managers, all with an average age of 22. Yea, loads of experience there. Communication within the company are ZERO. No one passes info on to the next person. They wanted to put a 37x22 inch vanity top on a 18x22 base. Took me 3 days to convince them it would be a disaster. I'm an old lady but I even knew better!!!!!!  If they say they will be there between 7 to 8 am on Thursday that really means they will call sometime Monday to let you know they will be here at 9am tomorrow but they will show up around 3.
So expect to have to stay home for the entire duration of the project and deal with young men barely out of their teens that have 1 to 3 years experience.
Again I say the QUALITY of the drywall work, they paint job and installations were excellent work, IF you have the patience to deal with poor communications.
One last point,I ama 71 year old woman and I believe they would never have pulled this crap  on a man!!!!!!!!

Beware! I was referred to this company by Sage Plumbing in which I was referred to by our home warranty company when we noticed a small leak in our shower / bath.  This company convinced me that their partner company should come out first to assess for water damage.  EcoDry then came out and tried to convince me that I needed to have half my bathroom demolished.  EcoDry then tried to sell me on RMJ construction to repair and remodel for a discount.  Turns out that EcoDry and RMJ have the same owners.  Needless to say, the leak was never addressed and all that really needs to happen is access through the valve or at the very most through the back side of the wall / closet area to fix the leak.  Water damage is likely overspray and at the very most a few drywall panels need to be replaced.  Be very careful with this company and the others mentioned.

This is an updated review of my experience with Eco-Dry Restoration. Two days ago I posted a two-star review of my family's experience with eco-dry. Today Randall from Eco-Dry reached out to discuss my concerns, and why I was upset with the service that I had received and the work that had been done. Randall was very sympathetic and we were able to come to a resolution where both parties were satisfied. Hopefully I will never again have to have large amounts of my home demolished, but if I do, I will contact Eco-Dry.

Willie came out right away and was very curtious and professional and was able to tell us we luckily didn't have a leak in our wall.  Will definitely use EcoDry if we have an issue in the future.

We had water leaking in our master bathroom, our home Warrenty company sent out Desert Rain plumbing, who prior to coming out, contacted me via text:

Hello, this is xxx with Desert Rain Plumbing. I am contacting you in regards to a work order we received from your home warranty company. Your diagnosis appointment is scheduled for Wednesday, July 21st, between 12pm-5pm. To confirm your appointment, please respond with your email address and if you live in a gated community. Thank you

The work order states it is for a leak, what is going on exactly?

If you are interested, we do have a restoration company that we do recommend. We can get someone from their company out to look at the damage it may have caused to the floor. They would be able to prepare everything for our technician. It would be a free assessment for you. Would you be interested?

Perfect, I will send your information to the restoration company right now. They will call you within 30 minutes to an hour to set up an appointment with you for them to do the free assessment.
Just to confirm your appointment with our technician, you are scheduled for Wednesday. July 21st between 12pm-5pm. Your technician will be Jonny, he will call when he is on his way there. If you have any dogs, please make sure they are put away while the technician is there. Thank you!

The restoration company came out, proceeded to say there was extensive water leakage and wetness, they stated they would need to do a more through inspection.  They had us sign a form that would give them, Ecodry permission to deal directly with the insurance company. Promising it would be covered. They tore out the floor and halfway up the walls, removed the vanity, sink, shower, and toilet. Took many photos, then, submitted the bill for $7700. And some change to our homeowners ins. Who denied the claim as the work was unnecessary, and had not been approved by them.  We still have no bathroom. And have been contacted by Ecodry's billing administrator/lawyer, as we are now considered responsible for payment.  I am not impressed and have since found multiple similar stories just like ours on various other consumer websites.

EcoDry did the mitigation work when my water heater failed and leaked. Landon helped me file the claim and Eric, Isaiah, and Veronica came out the next day to do the work. I have to commend this team for their hard work. The day was very hot and they were working in such tight spaces, but they were really dedicated and thorough. They did not quit until the job was done, and they stayed friendly and cheerful all day. They worked well with my insurance company, too. I hope I never have water damage again, but if I do I would definitely call EcoDry.

After my 1 star review of Ecodry on yelp, I was contacted several times by the owner apologizing for not responding to my complaint with BBB requesting their assistance to obtain information on who hired them to perform emergency dry out and demolition at my home because during the process, their crew damaged more than 18 ceramic tiles on a 2 years old floor. The insurance carrier refused to pay for the damaged flooring because eco-dry was not sent by them. After more than 9 months trying to find our who sent them the work request, I had no option but to file a BBB complaint, since Eco dry never responded to them either, I gave them a bad review. That's when the owner called me and stated that the person who called them was a plumber from Choice Home Warranty!!!!-I was shook. In our home, we maintain homeowners insurance as well as a home warranty for a/c and appliances coverage if they fail due to wear and tear. Home Choice sent a skinny pete look alike plumber to cap the leaky pipe in the attic, however, he couldn't do much because there was no access to the attic----- from the master closet !!!!!, also, he said it was too hot in July for him to get through the attic. I paid him the $85.00 service fee and asked him to leave. Next day, Eco dry showed up to remove all the damaged drywall, baseboards etc- I allowed them access thinking my home insurance carrier sent them. It was after I reported the floor damage, that we learned they never sent a work order to them and calls to their office requesting information were unansweared.

I will be contacting management at Home Choice Warranty because this system of underground referrals is not right! My insurance declined coverage for the floor damage costing us more than $1800 to no fault of our own. This underground network of referrals to this company should be investigated and stop immediately.

Isaac is the man! Our water heater started leaking this weekend so we called our home warranty service.   They sent a certified plumbing specialist (Tony) and Isaac from EcoDry Restoration was there shortly thereafter.  Both said I will need a new Water Heater as the water was already going into the concrete.  Isaac inspected the unit and checked both sides of the wall.  Both of them made the process quick and painless and i was put at ease with their explanation on how we will proceed from here.  Amazing guys!

Chris and his guys were great!!

Had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the ceiling and floor boards. They were out within a few hours of the plumber leaving. Assessed the damage and were out the next morning to remove the damage. They were clean and great to work with. The drying process was estimated 3-5 days and was done within 2 days. They coordinated the construction company and mediated discussion with insurance. I'd absolutely recommend!! Thanks guys!!

Fair is fair.... Although I'm not happy with outcome. Ecodry did do the work contracted for them to do. And because insurance denied the claim they did take off a large percent of the charge. I still don't have a bathroom, totally not there fault, but the cleanup job they did was top notch.

Our service with EcoDry started out fine; there was a leak inside my mother's wall - our plumber called EcoDry and they sent out a nice guy that helped my mom through the contracts and paperwork - then they did the work. The workers were also quite nice.

However, during this household catastrophe where my mom's kitchen had to be torn up, appliances moved, cabinets taken out, etc - my dad was brought home from the hospital on hospice. He died while the work was being done. My dad was 100% responsible for their finances, so on top of the incredible emotional stress of his passing, my mom was also at a loss for how to deal with the financial aspects of a confusing household disaster with 3 vendors and the insurance agency.

I was there for my dad's passing, but had to return to my life briefly before I could come back to help my mom with everything. My dad died on the 12th.  EcoDry completed their work on the 13th.

The next week my mom started getting calls from a person named Evelyn from EcoDry about the bill. They did not send a bill or paperwork or any kind of statement that my mom could forward to me - they just started calling her, telling her they knew that the insurance company had released a check to her, and they wanted their money. She gave them my number. The first time Evelyn called me, I explained that my mom was recently bereaved and I would be back in AZ on the 11th to pay all her bills.

Evelyn called my mother and me every day after that, and I got madder and madder, and explained in more and more detail. Yes,  my mother got the check. Yes, we will endorse it to EcoDry. YES WE WILL PAY YOU. Mind you, I'm writing this on April 12th. They completed the work on March 12th. So she's harassing my mom and we have no bill in hand, and it hasn't even been 30 days! She's polite, yes. But she keeps politely threatening to turn it over to their legal department, as well. She's also emailing my mom this threat, and scaring her. While she's mourning! Who does that to an elderly lady? Who does that to ANYONE?

All I can say is, don't use EcoDry. No amount of decent work is worth the incredible amount of harassment we got over a payment that as far as I am concerned, isn't even overdue. I paid them and wrote a letter, but if I could I would hire a skywriter or take out a billboard. These people are responsible for making a terrible situation for a helpless old lady a million times worse. Please pick another provider.

I have changed my original rating of 1 star to 5 stars because I would recommend Eco Dry 100% to anyone that has water issues, but I'd also tell them at the same time DO NOT USE RMJ CONSTRUCTION even if they recommend or offer a discount.... I gave 1 star to Eco Dry because they are pushing their sister business to handle the repairs by enticing the customer with a $500 coverage of your deductible to use RMJ Construction. Water Heater leaked and Home Warranty sent Eco Dry to our home to assess damage. They make the process seem very easy because if you sign all the paperwork, they will handle everything directly with your insurance, if you use their sister company, they will pay $500.00 of your deductible. Because I wanted to get this fixed ASAP I did not research RMJ Construction beforehand. The estimator was super friendly and said if I needed anything to call. As soon as things with RMJ went sideways they all didn't claim RMJ Construction. They said I needed to contact RMJ directly. The guy who came to pick up the drying equipment awesome kid made us feel even more comfortable about the process. I reached out to him when RMJ was falling apart, not showing up, not completing work that was estimated he said he'd let someone higher up know at Eco Dry, but I never received any update or reply. I called Eco Dry directly to speak to upper management no return call. I know some of the guys working with Eco Dry know how important Character, Integrity and Honesty are in this world. With many bad reviews for RMJ, I would hope maybe they would change their language when pushing their sister company knowing that it's a mixed chance you will get good or bad service. If I was looking for a construction company on my own for repairs, I would have never chosen RMJ Construction, but because you guys referred, and I thought your service and staff were awesome I trusted you were recommending a reputable company.

I had a tenant who failed to report a leak. Ecodry came over and took care of the mitigation. They were very in depth in their treatment. The insurance refused to cover the damage and Ecodry was willing to work with me. I'm very grateful for the professionalism of Caleb and all the team at Ecodry.

I met Michael S this last year through some friends. In general conversation I learned he worked for EcoDry (a restoration company) and my fiancée and I explained to him our horrible experience last year with a roof leak we had and water damage. The process with the other resto company and insurance was the worst experience ever. Michael S said take my number and hopefully you never need it. So.... Here were are, wake up to water in my closet from a roof leak. Text Michael on a Sunday to find out he is not in Arizona anymore and in Las Vegas. He called me back ASAP. From Las Vegas on a Sunday, Michael took the lead. Within 10 min I had a call from Randall. Randall was professional, polite, and what a breathe of fresh air. Randal scheduled Willie J to come to the rescue. Within an hour there is this young man at my door. My fiancée and I are about to jump off the ledge with yet another roof leak water damage until Willie J comes in the house, professional, clean, nice, and talked us off the ledge. He immediately went to work explaining to me along the way, identified the issue, marked the walls and ceiling found the damage, took pictures, helped me call my insurance company, started a claim, scheduled his team to start work and just like that, the world is not coming to an end. So glad I met Michael S and took his number, Randall is amazing, and then Willie J... amazing guy! My fiancé said, are these guys for real ? And really she is right, EcoDry is lucky to have these three guys and can't wait to meet the rest as we get through the process. This service is not normal! I appreciate all of them! Good job EcoDry! Keep the good ones!

Extremely dissatisfied with EcoDry and the way they go about their business. Was referred to them by a plumber after our water heater ended up leaking a tad bit and damaged the dry wall. They came out and provided an estimate same day which I appreciated, but they were quick to advise that it would cost well over my homeowners insurance deductible of $1,000 to fix the damaged area and were very willing to get on the phone with my insurance company to start the claim. I felt pretty uneasy from the beginning so this is where I had to step away.

I'm no professional but I know they provided an exaggerated quote from the get go (I should not  have started the claim, but oh well). When I stepped away I called a contractor I knew and was told it would be a job that would cost under $300 (even the plumber the following day advised the damage was minimal). I ended up telling the EcoDry guy I was going to proceed with someone else and walked them out.

They ended up reaching out that evening and advising me they'd cover $750 worth of the deductible. I didn't budge. They then reached out the following day and advised they would cover the full deductible. Also didn't budge. My insurance rep ended up reaching out about my claim and was advised by her that EcoDry has a reputation of over billing the insurance and not providing evidence which would/could ultimately fall under your responsibility or cause more headaches throughout the process.

Couple of takeaways:
1. Get a 2nd opinion when dealing with this company. They may be ripping you off.
2. I understand it's a business and they have to make money somehow, but it was obvious to me that this company is unethical and lack integrity.

LIED ABOUT INSURANCE WILL COVER EVERYTHING , broke our glass shower door and left glass allover the house & placed shattered glass with my belongings in a box!!

State Farm said this is not the first time ECODRY have played this trick!

So my insurance does not cover it and now I have to pay directly to EcoDry COSTING more than the $4,400 deductible I'm suppose to pay State Farm.

Home emergencies are never fun, but Chandler and the entire crew with EcoDry Restoration made the process bearable.
Chandler was quick and efficient, he smoothly dealt with our home owner's insurance. The crew was clean, polite, and they worked fast.

EcoDry came out to my home after a water heater leak. They were very helpful, friendly, professional and expeditious. My job got done quickly after the incident, and they were very communicative throughout my experience with them. I would definitely use EcoDry again.

I received a call from Randall from EcoDry. He saw my review and wanted to have a conversation with me about my experience. I explained to him what happened, and Randall was very attentive and open to hearing my experience. Apparently the EcoDry and Quality Contents Relationship is new.  In the end, Randal agreed that the way Quality Contents operated was unacceptable. Randal was able to speak to the owners of QC and was able to resolve my issue. I appreciate Randal for taking the time to listen and to come to an amicable solution to our issue

I FELT HOPEFULL AFTER OWNER CONTACTED MY PROPERTY MANAGER THEY DID A CLEAN JOB BUT IM STILL LEFT WITH NO PATHROOM NO ONE DOING WORK NO RESULTS.   I redacted a recently negative review due to the owner of the company cooperating  as you see I'm now re-writing this review it will not be redacted till bathroom done.  I have the paperwork that states if I use their contractor they would split deductible. ECHO dry are not taking responsibility  they put me in this position. See the mess torn up walls broken wood this is what this contractor they referred did.  From the plumming company who referred me to  ECHO Dry  ( ill get thier name too and add it..)  to this review. They referred ECHO dry. NOW A YEAR AND a HALF later just look at pictures  The contractor now is making excuses doesn't want to do job now.  RmJ took it now saying they need more money. If ECHO dry referred someone you should know the quality of work and can stand by their work . The owner of ECHO Dry  said they will no longer use them well that doesn't help my bathroom and nothing happening. I'm taking this to the media better business bureau, and going after contractors license OF RMJ My property manager who is a commercial  contractor is getting me all the info. My insurance company has been notified as well and given names of companies involved. I can't refinance my house because this bathroom is not complete.   ECHO Dry spoke to my property manager so  I agreed to take off previose neg. Review. I see  that was a mistake. If you don't have integrity you have nothing. Get a second opinion before using ECHO Dry. What's so sad is I wrote a glowing review the first time they were helpfull with insurance and their Profesional way followed safety standards were quick on the job.. lead me to believe they had my back.  Contractors name RMJ. ECHO dry did a clean job no complaints on their work but the fact they sent me a contractor who has 2 stars they did not do research. So I'm suffering and am not going to be able to refinance my house. Have no bathroom and damaged walls.

This company was recommended by my plumber, they said they couldn't get anyone out until the weekend then charged additional fees for that, they made me sign paperwork for an agreed amount which included wall repairs and water mitigation. Then said that another construction co would have to do the repairs, then still tried to charge near the original amount for water mitigation, my insurance company helped make them reduce the bill. It was still over $2000. To dry out a wall from an upstairs leak. Never would recommend this company, many sleepless nights and stress, it was a terrible experience.

Ecodry was called because my drywall was damaged due to a pipe leak and there was mold growing.  They cane the same day to assess the damage and open a work order and work with my insurance company. They started the demolition and treated the affected area and made sure it was dry. Special thanks to Michael who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to provide a stellar service.  Not only was he professional but because my water was shut off to avoid more leak while waiting on the plumber to repair the broken pipe, Michael was nice enough to apply a temporary fix so I could resume using water in my house. He came early morning to help so I could take a shower before heading out for the day. Even the plumber didn't help with that.  The plumber actually didn't show up until an entire week after assessing the damage. I REALLY appreciate Ecodry professionalism and will recommend especially because Michael's actions show that this company cares about its customers comfort and complete satisfaction.  He ensured the work was completed and that I wouldn't be inconvenienced while waiting for the plumber. THANK YOU!

EcoDry came into our home during COVID. They acted like our wall leak was an emergency. Told us we have nothing to worry about, they would deal with insurance company. Said they worked with our insurance all the time. There's no problem

We came away feeling rushed and railroaded into doing things that didn't turn out to be necessary. We went  back and forth with them for a while. After one aggressive call Andy called us back and listened to us and helped work out the situation. A potentially bad experience was made much better by an attentive person in the organization. Thank you Andy.

Today Caleb from EcoDry called me after reading my Yelp review. He wanted to learn more about my experience with his company. Caleb listened to me share my frustrations, and he took my feedback. I believe companies that collect and use feedback provide better customer service. Caleb expressed genuine concern after learning of my experience with EcoDry. He assured me that my situation was atypical and that EcoDry is working hard always to improve customer experiences. I believe this to be true from his actions. He did what he could to restore my faith in EcoDry by rectifying the situation.  I sincerely appreciate his kindness, and I value being heard.

Sadly, our guest bathroom had a major flood a month after our master bathroom! I'm talking water shooting out light a fire hydrant, water everywhere. It was in the middle of the night so my husband and I attempted to clean as much as we can. Unfortunately, the water won. We called Roland the next day and he came out within the hour and set everything up for us to get clean and dried the next day. They had to tear up most our bathroom and drywall down to the first floor. The team kept things very clean and did a great job. We are praying to never have a water damage issue ever again. But if we do, we'll be calling Roland at EcoDry.

I had Sewage flooding in a tiny apartment. I was referred to them by my plumber who said that this Company comes out immediately and gets the mitigation process started, to prevent further damage.

That they did! Came out right away they're going to do some tear out and get things dried up for me. Rolland has been wonderful in explaining and helping me to understand the process.

I will update this review once their work is completed... So far, so great!

Please be warned and be careful when dealing with this company. The supposedly small affected space became a bigger area now that we have to fix for reconstruction. Now, there are several uncovered walls  and cabinets removed in our house that we have to replace. It will require month(s) to bring the house back to normal. The company is more concern of how much money they can collect from insurance company than compassion to their clients who will be dealing on those areas they demolished and days or months to fix it.

Excellent Job!  EcoDry's crew did an awesome job at removing some wet carpet and ensuring the cement was properly treated to prevent mold growth. They came out quickly and were courteous and respectful. ***Would HIGHLY recommend!***

I had a leak that was causing a wet carpet in a spare bedroom closet. Eco dry came out per my home warranty. They were adamant I had a category 3 water issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP. The panic they instilled in me worked and the next day a worker came to demo my bathroom. My adjuster put a halt on it and luckily he did because Eco dry sent me an invoice for the asbestos and lead tests and work that was never started in the amount of $1600. No worries they dropped it to 1350. I'm so upset this company uses stress and fear tactics and the promise to help you and they did the opposite. I wish I would have never trusted this company. I also wish I'd read the reviews.

We were referred to Eco Dry by our plumber.  We had a slab leak that did damage to multiple rooms in our home. Eco Dry was at our home within a half hour after the plumber contacted them.  They determined what areas were going to require restoration and even called our insurance company to start the claim.  They also contacted a packing company to move all of our belongings out of the way to make room for the repairs.
Nathan Reitz handled our mitigation and it was done in a professional and timely manner.  I appreciate all their assistance during this trying time.

We discovered a toilet leak. Within one hour of contacting them, Dallas showed up, tested for moisture, contacted our insurance company and scheduled a team to come out. He explained the process thoroughly and clearly.
The next day at 0800 sharp, Robert, Logan, and Braydon arrived. Robert explained what their plan of attack was. The three of them worked for several hours, only taking a lunch break. Robert updated me throughout the demo process and only removed what was necessary.. When they finished, they left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived.  Everyone was professional, courteous, and ethical. A much better experience than other mitigation companies I have worked with in the past.  They only brought in equipment which was necessary and did not leave it longer than what was necessary.

We were referred to EcoDry by our plumber. Chris was here the same day and provided a detailed breakdown of what would be required to complete the job. He was extremely informative and helpful.

We hired them for the job and the next day the crew - Kyle, Carl, Isiah, Roland - began the demo and cleanup. They were nice and professional, knocking the job out quicker than expected and cleaning up thoroughly once they were done.

Fans and a dehumidifier were left for two days in order to dry out the area. A tech visited each day to monitor the progress. Once the area was completely dry the equipment was removed.

We were very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again if need be.

EcoDry recommended a reconstruction company - RMJ - to restore our bedroom and bathroom to its previous condition. We expect to start that process this week and I will leave a review for them once it is done.

I had a plumbing leak that was a mystery for half of a day.  When the leak was discovered, I had water everywhere.  The plumbers finished late in the day, and that very evening, someone from EcoDry showed up to tell me how the clean up would work.  The next day, fans, and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed by some very, polite, careful, young men.   They worked quickly, and obviously knew what they were doing.  The next day, another well trained young man came to take the equipment away.  It is no fun having a plumbing leak, for sure, but this company took care of me.  All I had to do was let them in the house.  If you are reading this, you must have a mess in your house.  This is the company you should call.  Such professional business in this day and age is amazing!!!!!

******This is an update to my previous review. I did speak with Randall who was very concerned about how my case was handled and assured me that he would look into the matter. He said it is not their place to say what an insurance company would or would not cover and their intentions were to stop any future damage. I appreciate the fact Randall called and did his best to address this issue. - If you do business with this company, I would recommend you proceed with caution and make sure they do a better job communicating with you then they did with me. *********

We are out of state owners of a condo in Phoenix. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom and was referred to EcoDry by the plumber to come and look at the damage. They told my wife it needed fans put in and some drywall would need to be removed. They sent her a form to sign (Beware) this gives them the right to tear up your house. They literally demoed the entire Kitchen down to the studs and the bathroom to the studs without ever asking our permission if that was ok! When I called them to the carpet on this issue they said the form my wife sign gave them permission to do whatever it takes so they took upon themselves to gut our condo. I called Dallas our rep who told me not to worry the insurance company would pay for their services and would pay for all the damages. I asked him how was it possible for the insurance company to pay now because you demoed everything and there is nothing to see. Again he assures me they took pictures and documented everything and he had NEVER lost against an insurance company when it came to paying a claim. One additional side note, this condo is rented out - so this company literally gut my condo and forced placed me into paying for hotel fees for my tenant while I shopped around to fix all the damages they caused. In the end, Dallas was wrong, and no he did not document everything nor did he take enough photos to satisfy the insurance company, and of COURSE they turned down the claim. I would strongly recommend you NEVER do business with this company - you can not trust anything they say it is a completed scam because in the end after the insurance company turns down your claim they come back to you to pay them for gutting your house without permission...... totally ridiculous. BTW they refer RMJ construction company which provided a bid that included $10,000 in repair cost - $4,800 dollars to rebuild the box to the cabinets so they could put the old facings on them - LOL - OMG that is way out of line pricing  - we put in brand new shaker cabinets for $3800. I would strongly recommend you stay away from that company as well. ---- OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HOMEOWNERS.

I was contacted by ecodry shortly after posting my complaint.  They acknowledged the situation for what is was and wanted to make it right. I appreciate that they reached out and were fairly easy to work with in order to correct what happened and we came to a solution that I feels works for both them and myself. We had a very bad leak in our guest bathroom and had Eco Dry come out and help us get this fixed they started to take the walls down and sinks toilet everything they needed to do they started to do it at first everything was going good then like 2 days later my closet that next door to the bathroom the carpet was very wet and it was the water from the bathroom they had to come back and get that fixed 2 guys from eco Dry said they needed to take everything out of my closet so I told them that I would take my stuff out they said no that they had to do it I kept insisting and one of the guys said that I couldn't because they had to put my stuff in boxes and I said that it was ok I could take my stuff out and he continued to say no like 15 min went by he came up to me and said the boxes were not going to make it that they were going to start taking my thing out into my bedroom once again I said I would do it and again he said no that they had to do because it was contaminated water on the carpet once they finished I went back into my room and my husbands WEDDING RING was Missing I looking everywhere even in places we wouldn't even place it at I called there supervisor and he took forever to get back to me I had to call him back 2 times and the 3rd time he ignored my call waited until morning and he said that they trust there guys that they no they didn't take it this is very unprofessional especially trusting them to come into our home and take something very valuable like this and them not do anything about it is just not ok!!!!!! Now we are left with a big bill and a very broken heart.

If I could go back in time, I would have never allowed them in my home.

The first issue is when they suggested I make two claims. Without mentioning that I would be without a kitchen for 3 months, would loose my insurance and be discredited to all other carriers for having two claims. The additional costs I will pay in premiums make all the headache not worth the insurance involvement. Their only concern is to sell you on the demo, not anything after that.

Then they don't give an honest representation of the process and who is responsible for the work. For example, they told me they would handle the whole restoration process. But that was actually handled by myself and another party (who does the actual restoration).  I got a different story from everyone I talked to.

The third issue is their cost. Having them show up basically ensures the estimate will go over the $10,000 threshold, causing much drama with insurance and my mortgage company who have special processes for claims over that threshold which severely delay payment. They sent over an unskilled crew of guys; half of them stood around, and one made comments about how more people on the job would make more money for the crew. Skilled demo crews are much faster and not nearly as expensive.

They are not a restoration company and do not have a licensed contractor to repair all they've demolished. They are a demolition crew and then leave fans to dry out. They don't know how to rehang the doors they've unhinged and I found the handful of screws they forgot to put in. It's a hack job at best; not reconstruction.

The clean rooms they set up are not worth the effort. Everything I own was still covered in plaster dust. The mess they caused by removing my kitchen door (without rehanging it properly), stapling plastic into walls and ceilings and using duct tape to set up a clean room was completely unjustified. I had to have all the areas repainted and if I really wanted it done correctly it would have to be retextured also.

They didn't give me a chance to inspect if there was actual damage. They threw out what we're probably perfectly good cabinets and the drawer fixtures before I had any chance to determine that we needed it to return the items back to the original state.

I definitely got the feeling that my working class home was not worth their courteous attention. It was a wham-bam-goodbye-ma'am project. Although from the checks my insurance company sent for them, they're better paid than most attorneys and CPA's I work with.

Random plumber recommended Eco Dry to me after he noticed potential water damage. The dry out was the best experience as they were quick and convenient. The dry out team is also the reason why this review is 2 stars.

The reconstruction team and process was a nightmare. A two week job was done in 2.5 MONTHS because of 1) the lack of work done on a daily basis 2) two no-shows from the contractors Eco Dry hired 3) countless last minute cancellations from the contractors aka they called to say they couldn't make it that day.

Staff was friendly overall but I felt that they didn't care that their hired contractors were taking too long. Unless they're the only company to do business with, I'll never hire Eco Dry again.

Great company for the tear-out and dealing with the underlying issue.

Still a bad company. I see many comments from the owner telling people that they meant to comment on EcoDry Reconstruction Yelp page, and not his company.

While I get where he is coming from, it is very unethical and unprofessional to do great on the front end, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND another company (with the same name) for the back end, that you know is awful.

We used Restoration to have out kitchen gutted due to a burst drain pipe, and they did great. Ty particularly. But then we were told to go through EcoDry Reconstruction for the kitchen rebuild - which, why would we think it is a different company when they have the same name?

Do not tell people to comment on another page when you are recommending this company to your customers.

Highly satisfied with Ty's work, highly dissatisfied with the companies morals and ethics.

Lesson learned - always check Yelp first.

My experience has been similar to many of the other complaints. Rush work. Sloppy rebuild that wasn't initially noticed. Pushy sales people. Horrible business practices. Overcharged the insurance. All kinds of nonsense about being two different companies in how they bill and charge out, which they use to dupe customers into paying more. Violation of fair debt collection act. Horrendous company. I am filing a complaint with the insurance commission and BBB. They keep making up stuff to get more money and are harassing me at this point. I have never dealt with a business entity like this before. Insurance company warned me about them, but I got suckered like the rest of you (Rooter4Less plumber sent out by Home Warranty pulled the let me call my buddy to come check this leak inside the wall).

Found water in the bathroom and baseboards pulling away from the wall. Willie came out that same day and assessed the damages and explained what his crew would be doing the next morning.. They were efficient and got the job done quickly.  They cleaned up before they left

This is the update for my review left on Ecodry Restoration.  

I spoke with the operations manager for the company, and they were willing to work with me to make the price more affordable. I was able to cover the costs with my insurance, so I wasnt required to pay out of pocket. The company also covered the cost of a new toilet, which I am very grateful for  They were able to take an awful experience and completely turn it around. It shows me their dedication to put the customers first. I am extremely appreciative that they rectified the situation and made an extremely stressful situation less so.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Mr. Roland Riley who works at EcoDry. This morning we noticed a large puddle of water in our backyard, but we were not sure where it was coming from. So we called EcoDry to have someone access the problem. Mr. Roland showed up on time, he was wearing a mask, and he quickly identify the source of the problem and fixed it right away. If you ever experience any water damage service in your home, I highly recommend to call EcoDry and request Mr. Riley as your service tech. We were very impressed by his professionalism.

Dealing with what I thought was a simple leak tuned into a production
Had Eco Restoration come  out to tackle the production.
Roland and Ray came out yesterday morning on the time that was quoted. Explained what had to be one and got it all done in one day.
They were very through and got it set up for the plumber.
Was not happy dealing with this problem but they made it  easier .
Was very surprised to see how clean they left my house.
Made a good choice with Eco Restoration.

Anytime Home Services recommended EcoDry to assist us in getting our water damage caused by the hot water heater leaking mitigated.  We went through the home insurance for this.

We were also looking at DryForce and when I looked up both EcoDry and DryForce, they both had good BBB ratings and similar Yelp reviews.  People either really LOVED or HATED both companies.  I found it odd for either 1 or 5 star ratings.

We have Allstate for home insurance.  I read the 1 star reviews and I can't speak on their experience, but I can share my experience.

Zach Prince and Tanner Price were the initial 2 people I dealt with.  I had already gotten DryForce to come out.  Both would work with my home insurance and both seemed capable.

My dad had used EcoDry for his water damage that his hot water heater caused and I did see a part of the process.  But I was rethinking whether I should use them or not, as my sister handled this for my dad and said EcoDry overcharged the insurance.

So I was going to use DryForce and told EcoDry I would get back to them because I felt the guy I was dealing with was a bit more customer value oriented, but it really was a toss up.  EcoDry said without me asking that they waive the deductible, they eat that cost and so there would be no out-of-pocket costs to me and that really appealed to my husband and I.

We'd already had enough unplanned out-of-pocket expenses this summer, not having to pay another $500 sounded appealing to us.  DryForce would only reduce the it to $250 so we chose EcoDry and hoped for the best.

It was relatively easy to schedule for the Clean Up crew to come and get the work done - Sebastian headed that and was super nice, professional and they cleaned up all the water damage, put fans, humidifier and all.  Thankfully the damage was very contained to only the dry wall and only in the area of the hot water heater, not going into other areas of the house like it did at my dad's house.

Scheduling to get the Reconstruction Team out was a bit tricky, as they were really booked.  I think I was a bit annoyed with Josh and the team initially but once we were on the same page, things worked out fine and no issues.  Reconstruction is less of an emergency situation and may take longer.

Our reconstruction took maybe 4-5 hours and the guys - Raul and his guy were very polite, communicative.  They did an excellent job, let my garage area cleaned.  It really looks much better than before we moved in a little over 3 yrs ago.  He ended up painting all that area and left us with the extra paint.  It looked like they cared about what they did and it showed.

The job that EcoDry did for my dad, as his water damage was a bit extensive, causing all the garage cabinets to be taken out, things in his laundry room had to also be fixed, as well as to my dad's kitchen.  The job looked good.

Allstate assessed the job to be just under $1000 for the Reconstruction.  With the $500 deductible that EcoDry was eating, they only got just under $500 from the insurance.  I don't know how much for the cleanup.

I asked my dad if he had any out-of-pocket and he said he didn't.

I had called Zach and Tanner multiple times during the whole process, which was about 2 weeks, I believe.  The hold up was more Allstate not being on the ball with their stuff, otherwise, it might have been done quicker.

Thanks to Josh for getting me taken care of earlier than what he thought.  We are loving the job you guys did.  Thank you so much.  I would recommend and I am really glad we went with them.

We had an awesome experience working with eco dry. The night of the accident we had Scott and Brad our here a few hours after the water leak was noticed.

The next morning Erron Travis and Carson arrived at the scheduled time and worked diligently until the demo was complete.
My in-laws are in town and we're here for the ordeal. They even commented how professional and neat and clean their team was at doing such a difficult job. I couldn't be happier about my experience with eco dry and recommend to anybody.

These people are nothing more then scam artists  We used them for a small water leak in our kitchen they did a good job cleaning it up, but when it came to the cosmetic work it all went downhill. Then they came after us to collect money for work they didn't do. I explained to the lawyer that they sicked on us that the work wasn't done. After going back and forth in emails and he said the company decided to close the case. 6 months later we get a court summons saying that we never paid them. Once again i explained to them that the work was not done and i have proof, they quickly dropped the case. It is sad that they were trying to just shake us down for the money. NEVER EVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

If you are suffering water damage from water pipes bursting, rain or (what ever), then you need a to call Echo Dry immediately if not sooner.

When your ceiling is coming down water everywhere, last thing your nerves need is trying to figure out which company to use.

NOT all these dry out companies are equally skilled. Some of them simply suck.

This company shows up with SKILLED workers.  
When they are done it will look like nothing ever happened. The problem fixed!

I'm still impressed with Johnny and Tommy's technique.  In our house we have had extra insulation blown in above the ceiling. Its nasty dusty stuff a complete nightmare to deal with.

We thought there would be insulation dust and particles getting in the air and spreading through the whole house. The joy of dusting for weeks.  That was not the case at all. They COMPLETELY sealed off the areas with plastic from ground to ceiling  BEFORE starting with the water damaged ceiling.

They contained the spread of blown insulation to a minimum. Pretty amazing actually.

Machines had to be left running for several days. They cut out the damaged ceiling and made a temporary patch with plastic. Once again they demonstrated excellent technique,  by hooking up plastic rolled up like a standing tunnel from  tops of machines  to the ceiling. Keeping blowing debree to a minimum.

Call them now and get back to living.

From start to finish the mitigation team was (Mike R (lead tech), Ben B, Kevin H, Elijah, and Jensen) were amazing. Very hard working and went above and beyond for our family. We had a major leak that took out two bathrooms in our home.

We found a leak in our kitchen sink drain that caused some damage to the cabinet's interior and dry wall behind it. EcoDry was recommended to us so we had someone come out to investigate ASAP.

EcoDry sent a very professional gentleman by the name of Jakob Prince. Mr Prince sat down with us and explained what was going to need to happen and the approximate timeframe that it would happen in.  

We weren't expecting to spend money on emergency repairs and water damage isn't something to leave for another day. I think Mr. Prince sensed the stress in the room. Unbeknownst to us as my wife and I were in another room discussing our finances in order to make a decision on what we were going to do, Mr Prince made a call to the owner of the company and was able to pull some strings so we got a major discount. I'm not exaggerating, the discount was huge and completely out of he blue. He made the call without us even asking or knowing that was an option.

You always hear about companies pulling a fast one over their customers and hope that you don't get caught up with a company or individual like that. That is definitely not the case here. I would be more than willing to work with Jakob Prince and EcoDry if we ever require their service again. Wont even hesitate!

I had a massive leak between structural walls (master bath and dining room/great room) in Sept and USAA sent out a company which did an asbestos test then 2 weeks went by before they showed up.  They'd make appointments, but they never showed.  Finally, after complaining daily to USAA about their preferred vendor, I fired the vendor and USAA said I had to pick my own company.  

Meanwhile as I was waiting for the first water mitigators to show up, I'd crossed paths with a fellow on FB Marketplace who was selling a huge buffet that might fit where my old built-in was going to be torn out.  In the process of asking me what I was trying to store/replace, I told him.  Turns out he works with RMJ Construction and said if I had any questions, etc to give him a call. I did finally and the next day Ecodry showed up.  Nathan, Kyle and Matthew led the team.  

Further leaks ensued and Ecodry has been there taking care of things.  
The guys are total professionals, polite, considerate and very comfortable to have tearing up your house!  It's an extremely chaotic experience so it helps to have nice professionals with whom to work.  
The latest team includes Foster.  

Thank you guys.  It's been a wild ride but I so appreciate you!

Working with EcoDry has been such a positive experience. Jakob was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate. When we heard the words water damage our hearts sank. Jakob explained the process to us, answered our questions and, although it is still upsetting to have to deal with water damage, we feel confident moving through the process. Thank you guys so much!

Update 6.13.18: The ceiling of my home is messed up from where the demo crew used duct tape, our insurance didn't pay enough so they just didn't finish the job, and they went back on their word about helping with $500 of our deductible which they offered to help us out because, again, our insurance didn't pay what they wanted. RUN FAR AWAY

The owner called me after my initial post within 30 minutes! It was incredible the dedication to making his customers happy and feel heard. He explained all my concerns in detail and help ease my anxiety. My primary concern was being a lawsuit case as my insurance was only permitting 4k payment on a 11k claim (estimated amounts). He rest assured me it can get worked out. My insurance agent needed additional explanation on the charges for the work and was awaiting a call back from someone at Eco Dry, which he never got. The owner said he was going to call him tomorrow and make sure it gets delt with.
It is no surprise that people can have bad experience places, however, good customer service can make up for almost anything. This is what he did. He reached out, talked me through my concerns (7pm at night mind you) and is getting my file worked on. I ended that phone call with a smile on my face.

HIGHLY Recommended!!!!  I just bought my new home (new to me) and within a week had leaking water from the Sewer line coming in through my Kitchen ceiling.  A friend contacted EcoDry for me and they had someone out to my place within an hour of calling.  The first visit I believe his name was Carlos was excellent, he calmed me down and explained how everything was going to happen to dry out the wood and sanitize it.  Within an hour of that I had a team of guys containing the situation and working to sanitize and dry the damage just as it had been explained to me.  Thanks to their quick response and professional work it was dried out within just over 24 hours.  I am grateful to the EcoDry  team for mitigating the damage in my new home.

I was referred to by a plumber and within hours of that referral someone showed up and told us we had water damage and asbestos issues. I felt a bit scared because it seems they pressure you into using them as the only company who can handle it, so I agreed to let them take care of it.... they not to great on communication, they did communicate a bit but they were busy ripping out my walls and bathrooms, to which they damaged both the drains to my shower and tub and went as far as to even break the tub without a word to me that it broke, them the topper of it all they broke my countertop and covered it with plastic and said nothing. So those costs are coming out of my pocket, then they spent 5 days drying wood that was eventually replaced by the other company because the wood was beyond repairs... charged the insurance company for the usage of fans. Then they left without a word that they were done and didn't even try to connect a temporary sink as they promised so the insurance company got charged for it and for the hookup of it, which to me means they cheated the insurance company and lied to them taking the money and when I mentioned it to one of their people when I had to sign the insurance check nothing was still said. They at least did a good job but to break stuff and not say anything and now like I said I have to pay, well to me it amounts to a company that's not the best. It would be nice to hear from them and not just apologize(because apologies don't pay the bills) but to somehow just do be...they will also make promise to help you out then they try to scheme money from insurance company and not try to pay and make claims that it's not their fault that they break
Update: I was asked as soon as I receive a refund that I was to change my review to a good one, how can anyone in business honestly ask their customer to change an honest review to lie so that other people and insurance companies can be schemed out of money, I believe they overcharge and make you go in circles to get anything from them, so no I will not bow to the pressure put on me to change my review

Originally I would've given EcoDry Restoration 5 stars but that was back in January when they did the mitigation in my kitchen. They did an awesome job BUT I still do not have a kitchen (I've been without one since January 4th). My insurance estimate for their services was around $2800 but they sent a bill to insurance for $10,000 and now it's been referred to their attorney and they are trying to sue me too. All of this BS I'm going through means I'm on my 3rd insurance adjuster which means I will now have to wait until my new adjuster is brought up to speed. Hind sight I should've checked with insurance before I used them from a recommendation from Any Time Home Services who came to fix a leaking disposal that was replaced by American Home Shield. If after reading this you decide to use then, be warned and DEFINITELY do not use their sister company EcoDry Restoration.

Wonderful company to work with. Responded very quickly to call regarding water leak.
The team worked 2 days almost 15 hour days to get the job done. They worked directly with my home insurance so I didn't even have to call. The kept me up to date everyday if not 2x daily on what was happening. The demo crew was amazing and restoration crew too!
So pleasant and continued to be courteous and respectful of my family while demolition was going on.
We had a leak back in July so this time I knew exactly who to call. They take care of everything from start to finish!  Thanks EcoDry for your commitment and hard work!

Andy from EcoDry came to the rescue. EcoDry refunded the money that RMJ overcharged me and got RMJ to stop trying to collect any additional funds from me.

The water damage cleanup part of the job was fast and professional. 5-stars to EoDry for this part of the job.

EcoDry sent RMJ to do the drywall replacement, texturing and painting. This is the only thing EcoDry did that was wrong.

RMJ hired a subcontractor to do the work. It took 3-days for the initial work and 2-months to finish the last hour of work. No one from EcoDry or RMJ ever can out to inspect the workmanship.

The company is a bunch of young guys, but all of them seem to be very respectful and nice, which makes a HUGE difference when you're already dealing with something awful in your home (in my case, a busted pipe flooded my bedroom and bathroom). They were available via text and phone 24/7 so when my pipe burst at 2 am I was able to reach someone and they came out at 430 am to start the job. I am very thankful for their timeliness and courtesy

Absolutely great company they were amazing from the beginning they really looked out to for me as a friend almost like it wasn't business. But almost like they were going out of their way to make sure I understood the entire process.
The management was also extremely helpful and very courteous, when I was had concerns regarding billing they were helping in helping understand that process. All in all the work they did was great and so clean when you think of demolition in your house you would think they would leave the place dusty and gross, but ecodry made sure my house was spotless after they were done with the demolition! It was unreal it's the little things like that, that make me so happy. Anyways I highly recommend them and would definitely go back if I ever had my house flood again (hopefully not) Haha.

We recently had a water damage issue in our kitchen originating under  our sink cabinet. When we called our home warranty service they assigned us a plumber. However the plumber was unable to come for 4 days so the plumbing company suggested we have a company come out to assess the damage. Eco Dry arrived about 30 mins later and immediately checked extent of damage. The technicians they sent out were very professional and polite. Taking care to wear shoe protection as I was concerned about outside shoes getting on my white carpet. They made sure that all mold and bacteria was contained and cleared before they gave us the go ahead for our sink cabinet rebuild. They also referred us to a company who could restore our kitchen to the way it was. That particular company did not end up doing the work but another smaller company called ESP Construction was sent out. David with ESP was wonderful as well. Carlos of Eco Dry was the supervisor of the project and even when there were difficulties, he worked with us to resolve them.
We had Elijah and Jacob here working as well. All very professional and considerate. They would not take out their equipment until the air quality check came back at a safe level. It was frustrating to wait but in the end our safety was of importance to this company especially since I have very serious immune problems.
Yes, there was a mess of stress through all of this  because of the nature of water damage remediation, but Eco Dry got the job done and did everything they said they would! My kitchen is back and we are very happy.

Great company to use! Short story is- my hot water heater went out and was leaking.

I would like to personally recommend the following team if you need work done! Hunter as the coordinator/ point of contact for when you first find your issue. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the process and put me at ease. He explained what they would do and in what time frame it would be done. He sat with me while we spoke to my insurance agent and even helped coordinate the claim with my adjuster. Hunter made a call as soon as he got there to get the demo crew out to clear out the damage.

Austin, Jake, and Zach showed up and worked hard and fast at cleaning thing up. Austin explained what they were doing how far they would have to tear out drywall and how it would be put back together. His crew was there within an hour of Hunters call might I add. Amazing!

Then David and chance followed up with me, making sure my adjuster stayed on top of getting out to create an estimate so they could begin the reconstruction. Once I had the estimate and check from the adjuster, David had the recon guy Alex out within 48 hours to begin putting things back together. Alex did an amazing job and was so quick, took from 7am-4pm. What an outstanding experience and job performed by the whole team! My go to company for any future disasters (knock on wood)

Was recommended to use EcoDry by a plumber after I had a water leak in a bedroom. They did a good job with the dry out and came out every other day to check on the progress. They also called a company out to pack out the contents of the room so it could be dried out properly. The problem I had was when it came time for the insurance company to pay them. They ended up sending an inflated bill to my insurance. Also, the packing company they recommended tried to bill the insurance $3000 for 2 hours of packing work. I had to speak with my insurance multiple times and their legal department had to contact me to find out exactly what EcoDry did during the restoration process. I just cannot recommend a company that tries to take advantage of situations like this. When it came time to restore the room they recommended a company RMJ construction. They came out to look at the damage but refused to give me a price quote and just told me that it would cost whatever the insurance gave me. They were the only company that wouldn't give me a straight answer which seemed strange. From some of the other reviews I've read I'm glad I didn't go with them.

Did you ever get that uneasy feeling that you were getting hustled, but didn't have enough expertise or experience to know it?  Only wish I had checked Yelp BEFORE I agreed to have them tear out walls in my garage.  A water heater contractor said I should let A buddy of his look at possible water damage.  I knew the leak was small, but, stupid naive me, agreed.  Next thing I know, they're tearing up my garage and talking to my HO insurer.  
Long story short: I believe their work was unnecessary, and that they grossly overcharged my insurer.  They said they would do the restoration work but were slow to follow up. That's when I checked Yelp.  It was too late for the initial work, but not too late to order them off the restoration phase.  Moral of the story: DO YOUR HOMEWORK -- check Yelp, BBB, and any other sources you can.

Brandon and Crew did an excellent job repairing walls damaged by a huge water heater leak. They showed up within a couple of hours and worked until 7:30pm cleaning up and leaving the area spotless. They draped the area to prevent dust escaping to the rest of the house; they were meticulous, courteous, and friendly. The next day Roland showed up on time and made a thorough check on the dryness of the walls. He was also very friendly and professional. I knew nothing about this company, as they were recommended by the plumber. I would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them should you have an emergency.

EcoDry came out at the recommendation of the technician from our home warranty company after it was discovered the dishwasher caused major water damage in our kitchen.  The first crew responsible for tear out was amazing and did outstanding work! They were neat, organized, and extremely professional putting down plastic and hanging sheeting to handle the mess.  

Fans and a dehumidifier were set up to dry the floor and it was agreed with our insurance and the EcoDry project manager that the floor would be cut out after 4 days if it didn't dry.  4th day came and the Ecodry guys said they needed to let dry longer because insurance wouldn't pay for cutting it out, which was a total lie, after talking with our insurance adjustor he said EcoDry was trying to pad the bill by extending the time fans were used. Almost a week after the floor was cut out, I call to see what the plan was for the build back crew, it seemed as though they had forgotten about us after we wanted the fans out.

Every day we waited hours after the time they told us someone would be there until the time they actually showed up. Very frustrating when you tell your work you'll be in late and then have to call them to say it'll be even later because the workers haven't shown up yet.

Here is where the real trouble starts; all the crews in reconstruction are NOT employees of EcoDry and were unlicensed sub-contractors. Mostly they were gruff, extremely messy, and careless to the point of breaking personal property in our home. The counter guy Sal was a colossal jerk and left his L.A. county prison issued towels behind. These are NOT the kind of people you want to leave in your house without you being there or alone with your significant other; they seem to have major problems with speaking civilly to or respecting women.

Our restoration work has been done but our countertop is so uneven our flat top stove cannot be put back because one side is higher than the other and doesn't fit. The countertop disaster caused the backsplash to be installed poorly which now means none of our outlets or covers are installed properly, the old and new grout colors don't match, and the dishwasher won't close because of the countertop being uneven. Kitchen sink is scratched and scuffed, garbage disposal was damaged and makes a racket, faucet won't turn, extend, or retract correctly because plumbing was installed incorrectly, and the water filtration system leaks when it is turned on.

The restoration crew used our dining room chair as a ladder to do dry wall work and broke the chair and left it covered in plaster and the countertop contactor damaged a personal project we were working on in the garage. They drug the dishwasher across our hardwood floors leaving a massive 8 foot plus long scrape, a gnarly gash in another part of floor, dents, dings and scrapes in all other parts of floor, scrapes in microwave and fridge, front porch and black gate covered in white plaster and plaster dust, dings, dents and scrapes in the cabinets and drawers, dirt and electrical outlets in drawers.

We sent pictures to our project manager Mark as soon as the countertops and drywall were put in and he largely brushed us off. After all the work was done, we asked for another person to reach out to us since our project manager didn't seem to care, his manager David did, we explained everything over the phone. David asked for pictures which we already had given to Mark and David denied any and all damage. We insisted he or someone come see the issues in person and he cancelled.  We've taken 11 days off already working with these guys. I asked for David's supervisor or the owner to contact me and that still has yet to happen. That was 7 days ago.  Something is wrong with this company.  We're in the process of filing an ROC complaint. Steer clear of EcoDry.

Metting the people at Ecodry isn't what I planned on. They have been amazing from start to finish. My home was flooded and pretty much all flooring and several walls/ceilings replaced and everything repainted. They were great dealing the insurance and mortgage companies. They made a very crappy situation much better than expected.  My house is amazing now, almost glad it flooded...almost. Everyone has been so great to us from the pack out guys, all the contractors and project manager Pete Roberts. I would highly recommend them!

Referred by the plumber I had come out for a backed up sewage line. They were initially out there right away, got things torn down and dried up in a couple of days. Basically contracted out all the reconstruction work to them, as they agreed to cover part of the deductible if I did and because their initial response and customer service seemed great. After that, communication became extremely terrible and it took forever to start getting things put back together.

I was without a working toilet for over a week, and then it was another couple of weeks before anything else was done. It has been almost two months now since the initial incident and I'm still waiting for my bathroom to be fully completed. Once the work is completed, I will never be working with this company again.

I have been so pleased with my experience with EcoDry. My home had a substantial leak and the situation was less than ideal. Chandler showed up the same day that my plumber confirmed the leak to start the process. The next day Tyler, Gilbert, and Jr were there early to start the demo process. The four guys I interacted with in person were nothing short of amazing. Each one was professional, kind, and patient with my relentless questions. They did not miss a beat, went above and beyond to protect my my home and ensure I was taken care of with movers and my insurance. Everyone else I dealt with has been wonderful, has returned calls quickly, and has made this miserable process seamless. I am so thankful and hopefully never have to do this again, but if I do I am going right back to EcoDry.

We are extremely satisfied with the professional service rendered by EcoDry Restoration. An EcoDry rep came out right away as soon as we found the leak in our kitchen, and they sent out a team of professionals to get started on the work very soon after. Roland, Dylan, and Jake took every precaution necessary to keep my house clean while they did their work in the kitchen and even got down on their hands and knees to clean the floors when they were done! I was very impressed and will definitely use them again in the future if need be (of course I hope to never see them again, but that's just because I don't want to find any more water damage in my house!).

Super nice and professional case management at first, but then...the demo team didn't care for my things, and their staff didn't care for my time. The demo crew said oh don't worry, insurance will cover that about faults of theirs like the tape they used damaging my floor and walls. The different people who came out to do the moisture checks never got their schedule correct, and missed the time or came too early based on what I had scheduled with them. My insurance company called me to tell me today they overcharged, and charged for things that were unnecessary in my kind of leak situation. They charged my insurance company over four times what they should have, using equipment that was too big or unnecessary for the job, doing unnecessary treatments and claiming to use 4x as much in materials than they observably used.

Beyond disappointed to the point you have to be kidding me.
Demolition crew showed up on time and did there work and clean up.
In the process of removing the plastic runner from the front steps and deck they ripped up a significant amount of paint. It gets better.
After the demolition is completed we have a difficult time getting anyone to call us back from their main office and there is a very good reason.  Apparently their restoration department which is separate from the demolition department does not serve our area we live in.
As it stands we have a demolished bathroom and no contractor to finish the job. WOW
Look elsewhere when needing help on your next flooded job.

Working for the manufacturer of restoration chemicals and equipment (not for EcoDry Restoration), this experience has provided a unique insight into the other side of the restoration business. Knowing things in theory and then seeing the equipment in use, in the exact environment that each item was designed for was amazing.

We were impressed by the containment and demo process and can only say positive things about our experience with EcoDry Restoration. Each step of the way was managed by a qualified individual and we were given regular updates.

The EcoDry Restoration demo team left the condo very neatly and the subsequent water checks when the drying equipment was in place were conducted in a professional and considerate way.

The only other thing left to say is thank you! A  bad incident resulted in a very positive experience.

Last week we discovered what we thought was a water leak. Plummer came out and it turned out to be a lip on the toilet.
AZ plumbing recommended Echo dry, he called them and Scott from echo dry was on the ground within an hour.
Echo dry took care of everything from the estimate to filing the claim with my home owners insurance and setting up the restoration.
The next day  (Sunday June 24, 2018) Aaron and Roland came in and began the demo they would have started Saturday but we had plans. They showed up early walked me through all the work to be completed and  began the job.
By far this was one of the most professional teams I've used, everything from sealing off the work area to professional conduct in the home... I can't say enough about how well they worked in and around the home.
If ever in need of water damage restoration I highly recommend the folks at echo dry restoration and the Scott, Aaron and Roland are the team to request!

We had one water damage incident after another. Right after the first, I asked a tradesmen for someone who could work on our second one. He recommended EcoDry as his friend owns the company. Yelp reviews looked good.

A nice man came to look at the damage and recommended we start by taking off the drywall damage, spray an anti-microbial, and putting in fans. One of the three people who came to do that was being trained so one man mostly just told him what to do. I stopped the process there to wait for the insurance company's recommended contractor company's estimator to look at the site and put in the claim. In the meantime, I asked EcoDry for a bill. That way I could get a feel for their costs.

Their costs were, in some cases, three times what the two estimates for the first incident were if I used those line item costs. Most companies use the same software program when they generate an estimate they'll be showing insurance people. It just does not look like EcoDry used that same program (unless their's has added a built-in multiplier). They also, in my opinion and according to my measurements, padded the quantity of materials by, in one case, 10 times.

If I used the costs provided by the other 2 estimates (which were nearly identical) and used my measurements (and I know how to figure square footage), they should have charged a bit less than half what they charged. That was a $1500 difference on this tiny job!

I would not touch them with a 10 foot pole which they would probably be happy to sell me for $500!

I would not recommend them.  They tried to charge us more than we had done by them.    Had to go over charges couple of times.  Didn't show up as promised to fix.  Called them when workers didn't show 2 days in a row.  No coordination between employees.  Not a good experience.  Would recommend shopping around and get more info up front.

I had a job with some water damage that had occurred and since I don't specialize in this I contacted EcoDry restoration to help me out. Hunter came out right away and assessed the situation and worked with the homeowner insurance to take care of it. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and made the homeowner feel not so overwhelmed. I was glad I could count on Hunter and the EcoDry team to take care of my client! Talk about service! I had a leak in my spare bedroom shower and eco came out that day to check to see if there was mold and sure enough there was! Two hours later Brad, Bash, and Zack were at my front door to start the process and do the containment step! Great service walked me through everything they were doing step by step and told me what to expect next. Not only did they put plastic down their whole walk way but they cleaned everything up better then how it was when they first walked in. I would recommend them to everyone! After a plumber repaired my garbage disposal and noticed the water damage that the leak had caused under my sink, he contacted EcoDry to evaluate the situation.

Ty from EcoDry called me within 15 minutes, and was at my house in less than 45 minutes from the time that the plumber contacted him.

Ty got on the phone with my insurance company, and my claim was filed in less than 30 minutes.

An hour later, Cody Pennington and his crew (Kevin L. and James S.) were at my house.  They got to work immediately.  They took great care in removing the counter top and cabinets that had to be taken out to address the water seepage behind the cabinets.  They erected a clean room to protect me and my dogs from any potential bacteria.  Because it was now late in the day, they promised to return the next morning at 9:00 AM to complete the job.  I'd also like to mention that they were continually cleaning throughout the demolition process.

At 9:00 AM on the dot, Cody and his crew were back.  Exercising great caution and incredible cleaning prowess again, they finished the demolition, removed the clean room and installed a temporary sink within a couple of hours.

While they were met with a few technical challenges during the demolition (especially all of the water lines coming out of the wall), they were persistent and never gave up working to resolve those issues and making sure that I would have water available overnight.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and detail orientation of Cody and his team.  To date, the entire EcoDry team has stayed in touch with me, always making sure that I know what to expect and when to expect it.

Hi my name is Francisco . I encountered a leak coming from my walls so I didn't want any further damage to happen so I had called my plumber and he recommended EcoDry to come out and inspect The water damage and assist with the demo and drying process . I wasn't exactly sure how this all worked because this is my first time this has happened but EcoDry came that same day and took samples and did the tests for asbestos and Led in the paint . A day later I was scheduled to start the demolition. The first crew with Cody, Everett and Keone came Saturday morning and started setting everything up. They were super professional and I was surprised by how clean they worked. They set up plastic over my floor and they wore shoe covers and just overall showed how professional this company is . They found more damage along the way so they set up another crew to return the next day . The second crew with Brad, Kevin and Alex came Sunday and finished the demolition. They were just as professional as the first crew and answered all my questions I had and were overall very nice and had very good attitude with me and my family. Two days later on Tuesday the supervisor Roland came and inspected everything and set up fans to start drying the area. I gave them full permission to enter my property since they provided a lockbox but every day before they came to check on the progress they still gave me a call and let me know beforehand which I really appreciated. This company went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend EcoDry . Will definitely be doing business with them again!!!

If they ever hand you over to RMJ ----which is a sister company DO NOT EVER NEVER EVER go that route. I am 4 months out and they keep sending workers who are not licensed , qualified . Never show up half the time when you take the time off for them to get the work done. If you want to cry for 6 months and still not have anything done give them a shot. PLEASE PLEASE check out RMJ and EcoDry on the ROC website. They are linked. They were shut down and restarted under a different name.

When water started pouring through our kitchen ceiling from our upstairs bathroom one evening, we knew we needed to get someone out right away!  EcoDry was able to come the next morning & assess the damage.  Everyone I worked with was so nice, which made the process way less stressful.  Hunter did the moisture assessment, using a neat tool that showed him where the walls & floor & ceiling were saturated with moisture.  He also helped me file the claim over the phone with my home insurance company.  The demolition crew came out the next day.  Aaron M., Tyler, Ronnie, Cameron, & Kameron worked hard from morning until evening, getting an incredible amount of work done in one day.  They taped plastic sheeting over their entire work area to contain the dust & other potentially harmful things.  They cut out the damaged dry wall, part of the carpet, the shower & the bathtub.  They carefully set aside anything that could be salvaged, such as the crown molding & bathtub.  Before leaving, they placed several fans & a dehumidifier to dry out the area, and each day, a supervisor came to check the moisture levels until it was dry enough to take out the fans (about 3 days).  Throughout the process, I stayed home with my 3 little kids, and we just hung out in other rooms.  All the workers were very personable & nice to my kids too.  I definitely recommend Eco Dry Restoration for the water mitigation process!

I have been so impressed with EcoDry over the past 24 hours. Within an hour of being called, Jacob Prince was here doing an initial assessment and answering all of my questions. The next morning at 9am sharp, Roland, Ray and TJ arrived to begin the remediation and demo. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness these guys have shown. Had some major water damage and Eco Dry helped us immensely.  They tore out all the damaged drywall and worked hard to ensure everything was dry before we completed the restoration work.  Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, a pipe was hit and they were on site within an hour to help again.  Hunter was extremely professional in his review of the situation, and Roland did a great job in setting up all the equipment to ensure things were taken care of.  I own a small business so know the value of good employees - these two guys are great!  If you are looking for a company that truly cares about the customer and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service then EcoDry is the one to call!

During a visit to my parents in home in Arizona we had the unfortunate experience of having a pipe break. We called EcoDry, and they came to the rescue. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way the folks at EcoDry handled the situation. I don't typically leave reviews for businesses, but in this case I made an exception. Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout every step of the process. I was especially impressed with the way their back office helped us deal with the insurance company. Hopefully we won't have to deal with another disaster to cleanup, but if In the case that we do, we'll definitely call EcoDry.

We had a leak in our bathroom and I didn't think much of the area of the wall that was wet.  Once I spoke to the plumber, they suggested we have EcoDry out to check out the area first.  Boy, I am glad we did!  Hunter was out that evening and we sure had more water damage than what could be seen.  He explained the process and had a crew out to do start the reclamation process.  Our adjuster was out on a Sunday and Hunter asked if could bring the crew in earlier for the adjuster but he didn't want the tea rout to happen just yet.  They were very accommodating to what the adjuster needed as well as us.  The crew came out on Monday - Ryan K., Justin L., and Brad B.  Great group of guys!  The job was a bit bigger than anticipated as they found more water up behind the tile.  They took care of us and got us set up with 2 fans and a dehumidifier once the walls and tub were removed.  The plumber was then out that afternoon to fix the plumbing issue.

Every day we then had a supervisor come by and check the progress of the dry out.  Thanks to Jacob, Roland, and Matthew for checking the area daily and after five days, the dryers are gone.  Yeah!

They suggested RMJ Construction to do the rebuild and Manny was out last week to figure out the next steps.  So far the experience has not been so bad with the great people we worked with at EcoDry.  We are very grateful the plumber made the suggestion as the issue was much bigger than the eye could see!  Thanks for taking great care of my family!

EcoDry was called by a plumber when my basement bathroom flooded on 3/5/2018. It was a battle from the gate. I worked with a contractor they sent out named Chad, Chad was unprofessional he had no idea what his job was, and I caught him in so many lies.  First, he came out to collect my money, he sent out people to redo my bathroom, and they had to rip up part of my carpet in my bedroom, I told Chad I got my carpet redone 4 months prior and all the stuff was at Lowe's because they were the ones who did my carpet.  Chad said he'd have it taken care of and order the carpet. I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks, I called him and he told me they were to INSTALL my carpet that Saturday. So I waited and waited, and the guy shows up that from my understanding is to install the carpet, but the guy was under the impression he was to measure my floors, I was so disappointed.  I tried calling Chad 10x and texting him, he never called me back, remember it was a Saturday.  So Monday morning I call him and he said he did not know why they were doing this, so I called his manager and his manager said we don't work on Saturday I said back then don't send people out to my house to work on Saturday His manager agreed. Finally the carpet came and Chad tried to cheat me out of the carpet pad that was cheaper than the one I bought previously, isn't that ironic? He said they accidently grabbed the wrong one, but the workers installed the carpet wrong and so I began the process AGAIN. I told chad I never wanted to see him again or work with him. I then was appointed Dusty, dusty worked hard to resolved many things, when my shower doors went up the subway tile for my shower was put up crooked!!! they bandaid it with chrome, and I am fine with it but they didn't compensate me for it. Now my shower head is leaking and Dusty quit and Im working with David. David has a plumber who hasn't showed up 2x to my place, and I'm still dealing with a leaking shower. I'd never EVER use ecodry again! All they want is to get paid! All their workers i think only graduated from high school. Are so unprofessional. They're liars, cheaters and scammers! I feel bad for the companies who partner with them because they will screw them over just like their screw their customers over! The WORST! Avoid them at ALL COSTS!

Friday night, our hot water heater finally gave out and water was everywhere. Needless to say our drywall was saturated. I called our home warranty company who set up an appointment with these guys. Within the hour a rep was at our door. Did some tests and set up a work order for the next morning at 8am. On a Saturday, the guys were here promptly at 7:30am and went to work. They took the water heater out and tore out the drywall on all of the affected areas. Set up blowers to dry the area. Gave me detailed info on what happens next.

In summary, this company was very prompt and refreshingly courteous. They answered every question that I had, both on their process and how the claim would be handled. I would definately give them my business again and again.

I have to mention the outstanding services of Keethan, Roland and Mike. All three were stellar examples of top notch customer service and should be recognized for their efforts. Kudos again guys!

Due to the recent heavy rain, a leak was discovered in our bathroom and required some immediate attention as well as remediation. Was referred to EcoDry and not only did they have someone come out to assess the damage within 6 hours but were able to schedule service within 48 hours (just before next storm was scheduled to arrive). EcoDry came to my house in a timely manner. They were very efficient and explained every part the the process to make sure I understood how they operated. The gentlemen that worked on my restoration were very polite, they covered their shoes to make sure they didn't bring in any outside dirt in order to protect my floors. Ecodry came out to remove a wall and the ceiling due to a pipe busting in my house. The technicians that arrived Kyle and Carl were professional and they did amazing work. Very clean cut lines in the drywall and ceiling and no mess when they left. In addition the initial consult with Brad to determine the work that needed to be done was good. He explained the process and the work that needed to be done.

Very professional! I was impressed with their ability to come to my house so late after we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom down into the ceiling and light fixture of the room below. I first had Foster come out at 11 at night! He assessed the damage and helped us get started with a home owners insurance claim. By 9 am the next morning I had three very professional and polite young gentlemen Ronnie, Jesse, And Daniel come in and explained the process of removing the damaged ceiling and materials and ease my worries of a hole in my ceiling! They were very careful of their demo work, blocking off the room with plastic as not to damage any other areas and cleaned up after themselves very well to not leave my house in anymore disarray. They left fans and a dehumidifier while the rest of the wood dried and were done in a timely manner. The next two days I had Roland come out check the process of the dry out. He was exactly on time with my one hour time window which is something unheard of in most companies. He was also very helpful in explaining the rest of the process as well as very polite. I appreciate all the help everyone has done with EcoDry in making my horrifying water nightmare into a pleasant experience. And though I hope to never have to call you guys again. You will be my first choice should anything like this happen again. Thank you and your employees-highly recommend.

Had a bathroom flood early in the morning, called them and they were on the job within 1hr of the phone call. I had never had to deal with an insurance claim and they helped me out completely and put me in contact with the restoration company as well. In the course of 5 years of home ownership, water damage has happened to me 3 different times. One from my AC unit in my attic, one from my water heater in my garage, and this time from my upstairs toilet drain in my brand new house! So gross! The other times, I had mistakingly called my insurance and they sent out their preferred mitigation companies. Had nothing but bad experiences with both of them. This time I was referred to EcoDry before I called my insurance. (Little did I know, I get to choose what contractor I want.) They got to my home to assess everything for free and basically took over from that point. They called my insurance with me, told them exactly what was going on and handled everything from then on. So much stress was lifted off of my shoulders from this company compared to the past 2 times I had to deal with water leaks. They explained everything for the dry out and then the rebuild thoroughly. Machines were brought to dry everything out and to clean the air since the water that was leaking was sewer water. (I swear the air in my whole house is now cleaner than it was.) The construction of the dry wall was done like it never even had happened. They even fixed a spot from the AC leak that was textured and painted poorly from the last company. 110% satisfaction from me. They really did go above and beyond to help me out. Definitely going to refer this company next time anything happens to anyone I know. Thank you EcoDry!!

I had a toilet overflow up stairs a few days ago and the plumber that came to fix it referred me to this company. Not sure how they would do since I've never used them before I was a little skeptical.  To my surprise they exceeded my expectations. They handled everything from the Insurence side to drying the water up, then even came back and repaired my house like new!! I thought my house would never be the same but TRUST ME it looks brand new!!!! If you ever need an honest company to fix your house to like new condition give these guys a call. Since then my neighbor called them yesterday and so far he has said the same thing!! He said they came out on a Thursday night late to make sure fix the problem right away!!

I had Ecodry come out to my home after my water heater broke. I read reviews to see what I was getting myself into. I was kindof worried. But the second they stepped into my house, it was a different story. They were all so kind and helpful, they let me in on every step of the process. While I was out of town recently, my water filtration system leaked and caused water damage in my garage.  EcoDry was recommended by my plumber and they were GREAT! Prompt, masked, and worked hard. I especially liked the guys who came to tear out all the damaged drywall so everything could dry out prior to reconstruction. The team leader was Zach R and his co-worker was Alex R.  They spent several hours clearing out the damage and this involved moving shelving, unhooking and reconnecting my water heater, and things like that.  The water pressure has always been low in my kitchen. Zach especially was concerned about that and when the job was done and they were gone, I realized he had fixed it!  This has made an enormous difference to me in my every day life so I called their boss, Roland, to tell him what a great job they did.  Roland remembered the project and told me Zach had called him about the water pressure. Roland told him it was probably low due to some clogging on the inside and explained to him how to fix it, which he did.  Needless to say, I am delighted with all of these guys and their taking the job above and beyond to leave me in better shape than ever.  I had thought the low water pressure was all I could expect at this location, but now I know what to do if this happens again.  So these are good guys and I happily recommend them.

Beware of this company! Their entire intent is to take 42% of your insurance payout. They are not reliable with communication, questionable in ethics and downright nasty with their customer interactions and customer care. They will not offer nor present an itemized bid for the work being performed and will rob you blind after you hand the check over to them for their work. Josh Schnurr is without question the worst project manager I've ever dealt with in contracting, and its laughable he even can call himself that with a straight face. His education is the Art Institute! Please enjoy the images he has chosen to share with the public and ask yourself if this unprofessional kid is someone you want overseeing your thousands of dollars project. Hear me out.. You don't! He does not communicate, lies when it's convenient and is one of the most untrustworthy individuals you will ever do business with. You have been warned. Run away, far away from Josh Schnurr. Wish we had never made the call we did in hiring them for our restoration. The damage itself is less stressful than working with these crooks.

I've been very pleased with EcoDry and recommend them. I had a bathroom plumbing problem that resulted in significant water damage to floors and drywall of my residence. An outside plumber I had contacted was hesitant to come on the weekend evening but Nathan at EcoDry happily came to assess the damage immediately. He was friendly, efficient, and professional and throughly explained the testing and reasoning for what areas were water-damaged. Those same high marks go to Kyle, Brandon J, and Carl who worked over several days to remove the damaged floor and wall under hot conditions. Kyle the foreman kept me informed of their progress and they finished when estimated and everyone I interacted with was just upbeat and pleasant. I'm not a construction expert but the demolition work seems to have been done throughly and with care not to damage anything that could be salvaged. Thanks again.

I had an emergency water flooding issue and Nathan came out the same day to provide an assessment. My crew arrived the next day ready to get the project done. Roland, Wyatt, and Dylan were the best!!! They arrived early for the job and were very friendly and courteous. They explained everything to me every step of the way, and answered all of my questions. They were even so efficient they finished much earlier than I anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend that you use these guys if you have any restoration needs. They are one of the best work crews I've had in a long time.

Ecodry is top notch!! I had a leak in my kitchen the refrigerator ice maker leaked and caused damage to the laundry room and living room and kitchen Josh was super nice and professional and told me what needed to be removed and explained everything in a way I could understand!! They had a crew out at my house within the hour!! There van was super clean inside and out!! And the lead guy was super professional as well they didn't waste any time!! They put up wall containment cutting my living room in half!! To keep all the dust down!! Which I thought was weird that they would set all that up!! It looked super professional!! Once all the containment was laid down they went right to work!! They worked hard and fast and would answer any of my questions!! During the demolitions! They saved all my countertops!! Super professional!! I hope I never have a leak again but if I do I am definitely using Ecodry!! They were very respectful of my home, and I was shocked at how clean everything was! Zero dust!!

EcoDry is very difficult to work with, primarily due to very poor communication skills. Took months to get a written estimate to insulate an attic, and then the estimate was three short paragraphs with no relevant detail or pricing by item, when the total was estimated at $21,000. No description of the type of insulation being used, what the R-value would be, or how long it might take to complete, etc. The letterhead the estimate was written on had a company logo, but no phone number, address, website, or the name of the employee who did the estimate, etc.; it's unprofessional, bordering on suspicious to be so anonymous on their own letterhead. Furthermore the bid included things that were never discussed or explained, like removing an A/C wall unit, and something about 2 wall registers, which had no explanation. I am now waiting for a detailed explanation of the estimate in writing, but I'm doubtful that will happen.

A day they were supposed to come out and do work at a specific time, as well as an estimate they called 2 hours early and said they were on their way. When our tenant told them she needed about 30 minutes to get ready, they said they would have to reschedule and never came that day, a very inconsiderate way to do things.

In EcoDry's defense, they were working with PenguinAir, on a different issue (faulty HVAC install, which led to a roof leak, and Penguin hired EcoDry to do the drywall repairs). The communication provided by the two companies, to our tenant, and myself was horrible. Each company just kept pushing the issue back across the table to each other trying to wash their hands of it. Shockingly, a manager at Penguin told me they do not work with any other subcontractors in Phoenix for things like this. In a smaller city, I could believe it, but in all of Phoenix, they have only one contractor for this type of thing?!?!?

EcoDry knocked down our wall and ceiling the day we called, a bit of high pressure sales.  They then took 3+ months to restore the walls, ceiling, and paint.  The painter they brought initially was a waste of time, and did a horrible job.  The sheen was not correct on the wall, ceiling and crown molding, the quality of the paint and application was poor, the paint color did not match the rest of the wall, and they left a mess.  The second painter they were supposed to bring to fix the work of the first painter never showed up, calling on the day of the appointment to say he forgot to put us in his calendar.  The person I'm working with at EcoDry is a very nice guy, but it's been 3 months and the work is not done yet.  I would never go with these guys again, and I would warn everyone to stay away from this company as they make big promises but are not able to deliver.

Remove a water heater that was already empty and shut down. remove sheetrock from water heater stand and 4' high by 5' long wall an insulation in the garage. Sent 3 workers 1 of which had knowledge of demo and two trainees that had zero experience to complete this demo. Being charged 21 man hours for this. My advice to anyone who has no choice when something like this happens is to make sure you understand what exactly they are charging you for before the work is completed. Also wanted to destroy my 1/2 bath inside that was just remodeled cause the little toy they play with says there is water in the wall. Thank goodness i stopped them from doing that cause low an behold nothing penetrated the interior wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the end result here is a $2800 bill which is now $6000 cause they wont work with me on this matter. Now this is someone taking advantage of someone that is in distress with their home needless to say taking advantage of insurance. If this isnt  fraud i dont know what is.

I needed to get some Demo work done after a leaky pipe in my attic. Eco Dry Restoration was recommended by the plumber and they were out to house in a very timely manner. Packing up my pantry and moving items in the garage were done yesterday and the demo team was here at 8 just like they said. Roland, Wyatt and Dylan worked nonstop till they were done and left the garage very clean. I'm recommending Eco Dry for the great service so far. They answered all my questions and convinced me I needed a new hot water heater which I knew was going to be replaced sooner rather than later.

Stay away from this restoration company.  Make sure you have everything in writing of what they are going to do for your house.  They promised to do everything just to secure the job.  But will not follow through.   poor customer service and poor ethics.

Hi there my name is Michael, I live in beach club village. On Friday morning a week a go we had severe water leak which left sever water damage resulted in difficult living conditions at times. Anyway brad from Eco Dry was the manager and my main contact for this situation. Brad was fanominal and amazing to get something like this put on his list of projects to get done at the last second. He told me everything that was going to happen in chronoligal order and who at what times. It happens just like he said very easy to work with and communicative. I couldn't of asked for better customer service and made everything happen to get  reconstruction started or I should say get things In order for prep. I couldn't ask for a better experience and a better company than Eco Dry. If you ever have a water emergency contact Eco Dry.  You will be In great hands. This company is top notch. I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom with constant dripping despite the water being turned off. Jesse came out and diagnosed the problem area and even called my insurance company to help start my claim! Aaron, Trevor and Roland were here the next day to complete the dry out process and they were awesome. My water heater was leaking all over the place Monday morning. Found ECODRY on yelp and give them a called. In a few hours I had Scott here explaining the stuff they do and how the process will work with my insurance company and how they will be able to help. He sat down with me and helped me to call the insurance company and start my claim, in less than ten minutes that was taken care of. Next morning the demolition crew arrived, right at 8am as scheduled. Roland and Joseph did an amazing job!!! They were friendly, punctual, very cordial, patient with all my questions, very careful when moving all my stuff and even covered and protected certain areas to avoid dust and other things to get damage. They were the best! Demolition is supposed to be a headache well I stayed home working throughout the entire process and couldn't even hear them making noise. Great crew! So far I only have good things to say about EcoDry and will definitely recommend this company!

It had rained very hard during monsoon season and while we were downstairs we suddenly heard rain coming through the roof and onto our stairway floor. If you're calling this company it's probably not a good day for you however if have water damage, this is the company to call. These guys were great from beginning to end- starts with a courtesy call and they come on out and take care of the job to your satisfaction. I had Mike Ben and Kevin on my job, as well as their supervisor, Chase. I had my mother staying at my house to help me while I try to get work done from home. These guys were courteous to us both as we asked them questions as they worked we had concerns about breathing in the air the products that they used. We asked them all sorts of questions and they didn't mind answering them twice sometimes. We had concerns about the air bc my son has asthma but the products they use were safe. (Thanks for being patient w us)After the job is complete they asked me if I was happy with it and I was there was. Then the moisture checkups went smooth as well. I am happy I had this guys on my job! Great company!

THIS IS AN INSURANCE SCAM! RUN AWAY!! They showed up, initiated a call our insurance company to file a claim for a leak in our shower pan and saw dollar signs. When insurance denied the claim, they left the job and charged us $2000.00 for about 15 man hours at most, 2 fans and 1 dehumidifier. When I called to find out the status and the plan for restoration, their CEO or whoever was supposed to be in charge, wouldn't even confess to who he was for about 3 minutes into the phone call and then offered no answers. They disappeared 3 days after they showed up; repairing nothing and billing us $2000.00. They are a scam.

So after a horendous time with RMJ and it's contractors which I ended up paying more than what my insurance approved to rectify the terrible job they did, Andy from Ecodry took care of all the problems encountered during the  time Ecodry was at my home. Again the only and the only reason I even considered revising me review was because of Andy and his word. He not only tried to help out for all the damages they incurred, but was prompt on follow-up and making sure ECODRY did their share to solve a problem that went terribly wrong . Again , do your research on who you pick to rebuilt the place after water damage .... It is very very very important not go with the company that just is handed to you because they will help out with deductibles. It will be a terrible mistake . Mark my words terrible mistake . As for ECODRY , as long as people like Andy are still there, I would reconsider using them . After ECODRY , use your on research who you use to reconstruct .

Do not deal with this company, they will cheat the insurance company and they will do anything to get more money . The damage to my ceiling was submitted by EcoDry to my insurance company as more than $5000. but going back and forth with email with the insurance company and at the end was agreed at $900. In my opinion the damage was only around $300 since the moisture was very minimal but it took them a week with all the fan that they used to dry the so called damage. The contractor that Ecodry contracted to finish the ceiling drywall did not show up and I end up with a 6X6 feet hole in my ceiling, I have to do the dry wall myself. My insurance company will not agree with the more that $5000 they were trying to get paid. The Eco dry representative that was handling the case was Spencer Jeffers. They even sent wrong pictures that was not taken from my home to the insurance company just to get paid. Hire another company but not this one to avoid what happened to my claim, very dishonest.

Plumber hired through our home warranty company recommended EcoDry come open a wall and test for asbestos before he would find the source of a leak. We contacted our homeowners insurance to make sure that this was okay since EcoDry would not give us a quote before starting the work. The guys that came out were friendly, professional and on time. The work they did (taking out drywall, asbestos remediation, sealing off and drying out the area) was good. However, the amount they tried to bill was five times as much as it cost to repair/replace the drywall, baseboards, texture and paint. This amount was over $4k more than the max covered by our insurance and the bill was sent through a lawyer so all correspondence had to be through our insurance company's legal department. Although they ended up settling on an amount just below our max, they severely overcharge and involve lawyers from the beginning, creating an unnecessary long and stressful process.

When we have damage to our home it will be upsetting and overwhelming. Had a leak in my slab and the plumber needed to get to the pipe from underneath the slab. Ecodry came in and removed the kitchen. I did not have time to shop around due to the sense of urgency. After the pipes were repaired EcoDry (Josh) came back and started work on my kitchen.  Their front line Alfredo did the work.  I can cry right now because they both exceeded my expectations. I can be a difficult customer and Josh and Alfredo were patient and professional.  I would hire them again. Thank You Josh and Alfredo!!!!!!!

When a leak in my kitchen was discovered on 5/15 I called my plumber and he arranged for EcoDry to be at my house on the 16th. The EcoDry team did an efficient and thorough job in preparing the affected area for the plumbers to complete the repair on Wed. I was very impressed by the efficiency and thoroughness of the crew. They were very customer oriented and easy to work with. Zack brought in dryers and a dehumidifier that ran for 4 days to make sure the moisture content reached a level that would allow reconstruction to begin. A different company that works with EdoDry and specializes in countertops and cabinets will be doing the reconstruction.

I had my water heater go out. Didn't know what to do and definitely didn't want mold to start growing. My neighbor had a similar situation happen and highly recommend EcoDry. (Now I know why!) From the time I called, they were at my house in 30 min! They checked out my garage and checked inside as well. Didn't even think the water would go inside, but it soaked the walls and my carpet without me even knowing. They were extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and explained everything really well. They understood that I had no idea what to do and they handled everything! They sat with me to set up a claim and worked directly with my homeowners insurance! While everything was drying out they had someone out every day to check the job and even worked around my hectic schedule. When it came to the rebuild, the insurance was trying to short me (being an stingy insurance company) and the Reconstruction team called them up and made sure they didn't jip me. Every single person I had to deal with, from the techs to the rebuilders, were all extremely professional and some of the best costumer service I've ever dealt with. I would recommend this company to my personal family and friends and anyone to who has no idea what to do in the unfortunate situation of water damage. These guys will take care of you! Trust me! 10/5 stars!

This company is a joke and ripping people off! Back in December I had a water heater burst in my garage. They were referred to me by the plumber (which was also shady but referred by my Home owners warranty). They came out right away and overly eager to help me at 7pm. They said I needed to do the demo right away so mold doesn't start growing in the walls. They said that can start in as little as 24hrs. Well me being panicked about what was going on, unfortunately believed them. I live in Arizona! Mold doesn't grow that quickly, I caught the leak quickly. Well then they gave me an estimate for all the work and it was at least 5 times what it should have cost. They even offered to pay part of my deductible for me! Before the rep called my insurance to open a claim, he (Zach Prince)  said, just be quiet and let me do the talking and go with whatever I say. Well the claim was opened and they came back out the next day to start the demo and put up dryers to dry everything out.  On the insurance claim, they said there was substantial damage to the garage and water was spraying everywhere when they arrived! FALSE!!! I caught the leak early and water was just trickling out onto the garage floor!! Well when the insurance claims adjuster came out, he said the claim was too small and would be denied. He's the one that alerted me what Ecodry said on the claim and it was completely falsified. They took me for a ride and completely screwed me! I am still fighting with them because they want 1500 dollars for the demo that was done that should actually cost at the very most 300 dollars. Please do not use this company, they're committing insurance fraud and screwing people left and right! They should be ashamed of their selves and lose their license!!

This isn't a service you will find yourself needing to use everyday (I hope), but at some point most all of us will have an unexpected leak or some sort of an issue that might require water restoration. If you find yourself needing this type of assistance, do not hesitate to call EcoDry. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.  From their punctuality to their absolute knowledge and expertise throughout the entire process; I'm impressed and amazed with their service. Their employees were prompt, clean, professional and courteous. From start to finish, EcoDry took the stress out of an unpleasant situation and their top notch service and overall professionalism deserves recognition. There is not one thing I would change in dealing with them. I would highly recommend EcoDry to anyone who is in need of their service(s). In a world full of mediocrity, it's refreshing to find a company that values their customers and strives to be the best in their industry. After getting hold of the owner of the company we were able to come to terms that were agreeable to all parties. the owner was very helpful and very apologetic. I will say the re construction of the project was completed in a very professional manner and it was quality work. However they say they tested my wall for asbestos and it was positive. How convenient for them. Because they jacked their rate up to $9000 dollars because of it. Insane. Not to mention the fact that we had that bathroom completely gutted and remodeled about 6 years ago. It was down to the studs. But because the house was built in 1979 they assumed they could cheat us by saying there was asbestos. I'm pretty sure the sheet rock in 2011 did not contain asbestos. I'd go to someone else before ever doing business with these cheaters. Very sad. I was referred to them by a plumber or I'd never have done business with them without checking. I got the plumber from my home warranty company so assumed they were honest. Stupid me!!!  My guess is the plumber gets a kick back as well. From someone who knows find an honest company from your insurance company. This is NOT ONE OF THEM. DISHONEST TO THE CORE. this is a major part of what is wrong in this country. Cheaters and liars. I hope they don't have offices in Houston. Those people don't deserve to be treated this way.

When this company was recommended I was hesitant because in the past we did not have much luck with these types of companies....amd it proved to be just the same as the other ones we have used. They were very quick to come in, rip out our wall and set up their fans....very timely. However, when it came time to get their equipment, we waited during our 2 hour window....to which no one showed up. I called and was told they were on their way, then got a call a bit later from the person coming, saying he was on his way....but yet we thought he was awhile ago? So wasted our time in waiting for them. Before we began the process....i wanted to ensure that they do re construction....because with our old house that had a leak, we were left scrambling to find someone for repairs as we were just left with a mess...i was assured they did. Well, they picked up equipment Saturday, today is Tuesday, and after numerous calls, none have been returned for someone to fix the gian hole in our ceiling....and once again I am left trying to find someone to fix this for us. Keep in mind, we are 2 weeks new to the state, and don't know anywhere or anyone around here. Do not use this company if you want them to help fix what they rip out

I came home at 12:40 am Thursday am after an evening shift at work and found 2 of water throughout my house. I got online and tried a 24/7 plumber who never called me back. After an hour of waiting for the callback, I clicked on the Sunny Plumber website and a chat window popped up. I explained the situation and within minutes a customer person called me on the phone and said she could have a technician at my place within an hour. Mathew from Sunny Plumber showed up within the hour and figured the problem out pretty quickly. (plastic emergency shut off valve on my guest bath toilet). While this is all going on I was waiting for an emergency restoration call back from both Service-master and Serv-pro. Serv-pro called and couldn't respond with assistance until later in the morning, Service-master didn't call back until later that day. Mathew told me they worked with a company called Eco-dry and they could be here within an hour, so I had him contact them and Tanner arrived within an hour to assess the situation and develop a plan of mitigation for the mess created by the flood of water throughout my house. They sent a pack out team that evening while I was at work, who did a great job boxing up my belongings and neatly placing everything in the garage. The next day the demo crew arrived right on time. It was Chris, Josh and Jake and they were awesome! They were friendly and kind to me and my dogs, they laid down plastic to help with the dust and cleaned the place up pretty nicely for a demolition. They even moved my couch back into the living room so I would have somewhere to sit. I received a call that they were done and placing the fans and dehumidifier and would follow up Saturday for moisture testing. When I got home there were 24 fans placed throughout the house strategically pointed at and drying the wet framing. On Saturday they arrived a little early after calling to let me know, and Jacob did the testing and explained the process. He removed some fans and showed me the moisture results explaining why they had to leave 19 of the fans for another day. He said they would be back Sunday to moisture test again and called me back to let me know the time frame. Thanks guys, so far so good!!!

My rental property in Phoenix, AZ had water heater problem.  The garage was flooded as the water heater burst and cause damaged on the walls of the laundry room, office room to the living room.  One of the excellent technicians of Rite-A-Way called EcoDry Restoration after he asked my permission as he knew that work needs to be done right away.  That same day, EcoDry came out to the property and sent one of there excellent technicians by the name of HUNTER ANDERSON.  As soon as he found out the problem he called and inform me of the damaged that was done by the water heater.  He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, caring and understood my tenant and myself situation.  I gave him the go signal to do what needs to be done.  Without even a contract, except verbal, they did the job.  Cut the damaged part of the walls and install machineries to dry them.  I can't imagine the problem not until Hunter and my tenant sent me some pictures.  MOLDS, MOLDS EVERYWHERE.  I wish more technicians are like Hunter.  I was so relieved (I am in California) that a person like Hunter is taking good care of my property.  Other technicians who were part of the Restoration Company like CHRIS, AARON (I believed that was his name) were also involved and called me everytime they are at the property; making me aware what was going on when they were drying the walls.  These employees are all asset to any Company that they work for. They represent the company with dignity and integrity.  They don't take advantage of people that is under distress.  I cant ask for more.  All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

We had water damage from a shower head that leaked behind our dry wall.  Our plumber called Eco Dry for us and they came out immediately.  Jake arrived and literally took over the problem.  He called our homeowners insurance and arranged all the details and then immediately called his workers to start the demolition of the shower stall, flooring and wet wall board.  Before I knew it the bathroom was stripped and huge dryers were in place to dry the support beams that were left in place.  Every day someone stopped by to take a reading to see how the drying was progressing.  On day 3 or 4 the reading was low enough for the dryers to be taken away and the next phase of restoration to begin.  Eco Dry arranged for Noble Industries to finish the reconstruction phase a move I was entirely happy with.  I have nothing but high praise for Eco Dry and their services.  Each person we dealt with was very professional, considerate and friendly and it was not a problem to place a phone call and receive an answer.  Dealing with the insurance company was a breeze for they did everything for me.  I felt like a queen with everything being taken care of while I sat back and watched.  I highly recommend this company for any wet damage restoration needs.
