After reading the review by Jessica P. I decided to give Sorensen's a call, and I was very happy with the results. My heat went out, so I gave them a call and Brian came out a few hours later. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to repair it. Even knowing he had other service calls to go on that night, he took the time to answer all my questions. He even went the extra mile and looked at my water heater for me after mentioning that the hot water didn't last long. I will definitely be calling them for all my ac and heating needs. I suggest giving them a call. BTW I am an actual client.

Great experience with Honest Air Duct Cleaning!  It was super easy to schedule their service, Lance called in advance to confirm the time, and he showed up on time as scheduled.  Lance worked efficiently through the house, but was also very generous in answering my questions, and providing me with advice going forward.  (I now know that our 1950's house has very rusted air ducts, which is the cause of all of the dirt/rust chips blowing out of the returns).  Lance offered to show me this, and provided me his step ladder and a flash light to see the condition of our ducting myself.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.  He never tried to sell me any additional services, and I felt like their price was very reasonable.  I highly recommend you try out Honest Air Duct Cleaning.

Carlos is very professional and thorough. The level of his air conditioning service is far superior to any prior hvac professional i have seen (40 years and multiple homes with ac service done). He truly professionally cleans your condensing coils. Doesn't just rinse them with water.  Takes pieces apart and looks for problems before they break. All the usual charge level pressure test, etc also. No bogus upselling !  Also quoted install of a mini-split and his pricing is very reasonable. Will look to do that in the future.

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Andre was the third (out of four) companies I had come out and inspect my broken AC. He came out on a Sunday and seemed to go above and beyond the others in terms of explaining the problem, providing possible solutions and ultimately his reasonable price. He and his crew did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him for all AC services.

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

We had them come dis the heating element in our old dryer that has never need fixed before, in October, $125. Now it stopped spinning. Couldn't find their number so we called someone else. $280 because Hew's did not ground the heating element properly and ruined whatever it was that needs fixed now! We tried contacting them and left a message explaining what happened. Never heard from them! I'd like the money refunded, since they ruined our dryer! Ended up buying a new one since $280 is too much for the old dryer to be repaired and we just spent $125 on it! I don't recommend these people!

Wow! Michael was on-time, so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely hire him again in the future for our business.

I'm blown away how much attention to detail our appliance install received. Jeremy explains the brand technicals in detail and also the operational dos and don'ts.
My advice to future consumers is , please save yourself time and heart ache and get Jeremy to take care of all your home appliance needs!

I have been using CHS for almost five years and I cant say enough great things about their staff and service! One summer my AC was out of Freon and it was 90 degrees in my house upon returning from vacation. It was Sunday and my home warranty company couldnt get anyone out so I call CHS and they came over immediately! They were such life savers and fixed my issue while my small children cooled off in the pool. Thanks CHS!

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

ZERO Stars for this company!!
This is the worst company ever. Unfortunately I recently moved to AZ and the homeowner has a home warranty which always designates that this company be used. They have made it clear that since there is a home warranty that A/C issues are not an emergency and will not be fixed in a timely manner.  When I first moved here in June it took 5 days for them to come to the house and fix the A/C unit. The tech at that time told me that the unit was old and should have been replaced. On 8/1 the A/C unit died again. The same tech was out the second time, this time he stated that there was a leak and that the Freon had all leaked out and it had burned out the control board.  At that time, it took them until 8/14 to order the needed part, but someone screwed up and the wrong part was ordered. It is now 8/31 and they were scheduled to replace the part but cancelled until 9/4.  They still do not consider this to be a necessary or important repair.  This has to be the most unethical and greed driven company I have ever had to deal with in my life.
I would steer people away from working with this company and find a company that actually cares about helping those in the community.  Their company logo states Never a problem, just a solution, this is a total joke and a bald faced lie.  Run away from this company!!

Robert was great!!! We have tenants in our house and the Air Conditioning broke right in the middle of the 120 degree heatwave. Robert worked with our home warranty company and had the A/C fixed promptly. He was on the job within an hour. Great customer service and we will definitely be using him again.

3 months ago, I wrote a review about being locked into a warranty with Chas Roberts. When I tried to schedule a seasonal maintenance appointment at that time I was told it would take 4 months for them to come out to check my unit. After my post on Yelp, I was quickly contacted with a prompt date change for my service.

My AC unit is now not working and I have called to get an appointment with Chas Roberts to have it fixed. The warranty I purchased with this company requires me to have only Chas Roberts service my unit.  They have informed me that I will have to wait 11 days for someone to come out to look at the unit. It is July in Phoenix. It is hot. I purchased a warranty with my unit to avoid ever being in this situation. I have had scheduled maintenance twice a year since the purchase of my AC unit to assure it is in good working condition and to avoid ever being in this situation.

As I stated in my previous review, I will never purchase another AC unit from Chas Roberts. 25 years of customer loyalty obviously means nothing to this company.
