After finding several gallons of water in my duct work last night, I called this morning and got an appointment scheduled for later in the day. The tech arrived on time and was very thorough and fast with his work. The best part to me, he didn't mind me watching him work and giving him a hand when I could. Not sure how the prices compare with other companies, but I will not look anywhere else!!! Very satisfied with the quality of work and how quickly it was done! I will definitely recommend Sorensen's to anyone who asks!

We called Tuesday , the tek was here Wednesday Am . Found the problem with our heat portion of our heat pump. If possible Eric would return Thursday Am. He was here by 10:30 and repaired our unit as promised.

Carlos is very professional and thorough. The level of his air conditioning service is far superior to any prior hvac professional i have seen (40 years and multiple homes with ac service done). He truly professionally cleans your condensing coils. Doesn't just rinse them with water.  Takes pieces apart and looks for problems before they break. All the usual charge level pressure test, etc also. No bogus upselling !  Also quoted install of a mini-split and his pricing is very reasonable. Will look to do that in the future.

The evaporator coil in our A/C unit was going out.  We called Andre and within a week he had the part and scheduled the appointment to get it fixed.
He did a professional job at a reasonable price.  We would highly recommend Andre to anyone who needs an efficient A/C repairman.

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Convenient Home Services did an SRP audit at my home & discovered a couple of problems which I agreed they should fix. The crew was amazing.  They made sure I understood everything that was being done & left my home in immaculate condition.  Also had sun screens installed & that also went smoothly.  Follow-up calls were made to assure that all was exactly as they promised. Would recommend to everyone.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Robert was at my house today to do the annual check up on my AC unit. He was the most honest and professional tech I have used since my unit was installed in 2014. I do not plan on using any other company from now on.  Robert with Meadow Air was fantastic. Thank you.

Our HVAC unit was making a lawn mower type of noise, called chas Roberts and the lady said they couldn't get anyone out there for 10 days and to go ahead and keep running it (our house is a new build and not even 4 months old, builder is contracted with Chas Roberts) 3 days before them coming out our unit was no longer blowing cold air. Called Chas and they were able to come out that day because now it's an emergency and the gentlemen who went up there to check it out basically said we need 3 new parts for the system and the reason for our system failing was something to do with installation.
So apparently these parts were expedited. Gave us no estimated time, aren't treating this as an emergency situation and it's in the middle of summer in Arizona! This happened on august 19th and is now the 28th. No one should have to go without AC in their house for that long. No communication from Chas Roberts and we keep calling for an update and they give us no detailed response or no estimated time. They had a lead tech come out to see if any of the parts were salvageable and basically told us the same thing the first guy came out saying 3 parts needed to be replaced. Lead tech was going to see if they had a unit with the parts to replace so we could have a working AC again but did not hear back from anyone about that and it feels like they're just toying with us.They call us an emergency situation but they are not treating it like one!!!! Horrible company! Will not recommend Chas Roberts to anyone!!!
