Brian came out once again to review and maintain our HVAC system.  Does not get any better then this guy. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. Carlos is very professional and thorough. The level of his air conditioning service is far superior to any prior hvac professional i have seen (40 years and multiple homes with ac service done). He truly professionally cleans your condensing coils. Doesn't just rinse them with water.  Takes pieces apart and looks for problems before they break. All the usual charge level pressure test, etc also. No bogus upselling !  Also quoted install of a mini-split and his pricing is very reasonable. Will look to do that in the future.

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Our AC Air intake was not functioning. I installed a new Thermostat and a new Capacitor, but no luck. Having reached my limit on my HVAC skills, I messaged Arizona Colling Co that night, They scheduled an appointment for the next day. This surprised me as I am way out in AZ City.

Ben Sandoval showed up on time and immediately got to work on the diagnosis. He presented me with a full explanation of the issue and a more than fair price. I accepted. 40 minutes later, we were nice and cool.

I recommend this company and Ben specifically, as he went the extra mile to make my family happy and cool, even though he stayed well past dinner time to do so. Thanks, Ben! I will be calling you when we need a new full unit!

We had been using a home warranty company for many years and both our gas furnace and AC units were failing. The warranty company wanted to put a band aid on the units , even though they would not have worked properly. Andre was sent out and he was our advocate and fought for us and we had both units replaced , saving us thousands of dollars . He is  honest , trustworthy , and knowledgeable . He is our go to now for all of our HVAC needs

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. Had a problem with microwave constantly blowing a fuse. Contacted Appliance HD who stated they'd be out next day from 8-11 am, no show ,no call...Very poor service. Customer service stated you pass the window of service,can't send another tech today.No explanation, we can try again tomorrow if you want to to wait 4 hours and see if we show up. I declined and called Hew's Air and spoke with Kirk the owner who was very attentive and knew right away what the problem was. Set appointment for next day, showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Even replaced a stove top grill on the side. Excellent job, highly recommend his service, fixes all appliances.

Wow! Michael was on-time, so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely hire him again in the future for our business.

We are brand new to the area and recently moved into a new house and we needed a reputable serviceman.  Our home warranty (2-10) had recommended a badly rated company, which we refused to use.

So I decided to try Home Advisor and Linda from Honest Appliance called me very quick. She was honest and forthcoming regarding license and insurance. I felt comfortable with having someone come out to decipher the dishwasher leaking problem.

Anthony, the owner, kept me up to speed with his arrival. He was very thorough with his assessment of the problem. His was courteous and responsive to my questions. He taught me some things that will benefit the dishwasher in the future. The dishwasher is now leak free and I'm highly satisfied with the overall work and price.

Fast forward 2 weeks later, I needed a reverse osmosis system installed. Anthony knows how to do this. Because he has earned my trust on the previous matter, he has been scheduled for another matter. Once you find an honest, dependable and cost conscientious company; it's silly to look elsewhere.

James and Tyler came all the way from Phoenix into Mesa to help my air conditioning  needs. My commercial building needed an AC inspection for an annual review. These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2 . They documented everything with lots of photos . I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition.  The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill.

I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews.

My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient.

Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

Absolutely one of the best services I have had in Arizona. The AC installation was done professionally by two outstanding technicians. I had Meadow Air replace both the a/c units at my house this past weekend. I worked with Rob and he was so patient with me and always answered all of my questions. We were given a great price on the units; much better than others with less comparable equipment. The Techs who performed the installation (5 of them) were extremely professional and you'd never even know they did any work inside and outside the house. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know in the market for new a/c units or service!

Thank you to Pete at Chas Roberts who help repair my AC today, he made me feel confident that the same mistake wouldn't happen again. I also will be a getting a new unit and 10 year warranty due to the malfunctioning unit that was installed when my condo was built.
