They came out quickly for a reasonable price. The technician explained the situation to us and refused to do anymore than absolutely necessary because we will probably need to get a new unit.  Would use them again.

I love them! They use various manual brushes that attach to the vac machine. Some companies use rotating motorized brush. However, they told me they used to do that and it caused more mess and could damage soft foil ducts. They are very experienced and knowledgeable people. They also use a sanitizer at the end to sanitize your ducts leaving my house smelling fresh! Tips: get yourself a new air filter so that they can change it as part of the service!

Carlos answered my initial request in just a few minutes and was able to schedule the repair same day. His work was efficient and reasonably priced. He also explained everything to me as he was working so I could understand the problem and his solution for repair. Highly recommend

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week

We are very impress with Company, their customer service, punctuality and over all carness in response!.

We sign the contract for a year for coming inspection on our air Condition.

Prompt, courteous, professional, competent. Resolved our AC problem & explained the problem in an easy-to-understand way. Reasonable cost.

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Came out on a Sunday, even though the business was closed. Fixed up my fridge for super cheap, even offered up places to buy a newer appliance for when this manufacturer defect requires us to replace the fridge. Kind man, would definitely hire again.

I'm blown away how much attention to detail our appliance install received. Jeremy explains the brand technicals in detail and also the operational dos and don'ts.
My advice to future consumers is , please save yourself time and heart ache and get Jeremy to take care of all your home appliance needs!

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

Got a good price for the service, but they said they would come back to replace the melted wires to the capacitor, but never did.  Too bad, would have given them 5 stars, but you gotta keep your word.

Update 5/3/17:

10 minutes after posting this review, Pro Solutions called to apologize and fix the problem. Also offered a free 1 year maintenance service contract.  So, an extra star for the fast response and a fifth star for offering the service contract.  Thank you for taking the time to provide some knock your socks off customer service!

Terrible business.  I had an A/C go down and called this business to have them fix the problem.  When they were here, they fixed the system without informing us of what the problem was in order for me to decide how to go about this.  They repaired a thermostat wire, but did a bad job with the repair.  A week later, the same problem came back.  They were trying to upsell us a new unit, because of the wire.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded.  Just shows they are willing to rip you off and take no accountability foe their service..  Stay away from this business!

Update: owner has contacted me on this forum via comment but when I asked for support from him via direct message, I've been ignored.

Chas Roberts is truly the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. I live in a newly built home with a 'new' unit, however, I deal with a broken AC unit every 3 months or so. I have literally had 10+ visits from technicians who 'fix' my unit and then it breaks again. Apparently my warranty is now up even though my home had a FAULTY unit installed from the start. I am now paying for visits from technicians at Chas Roberts who continue to NEVER solve my problem. The only problem they've ever 'solved' is continuing to fill up my unit with more freon which is a concern in itself for mine & my family's health - it can't be good to inhale this stuff on an accelerated basis.

I actually can't believe Chas Roberts isn't in trouble  with the law for running a scam. They continue to take advantage and rake in money from innocent customers. I am truly considering contacting local media about my issues with Chas Roberts and their business malpractices so future innocent customers do not have to deal with the same issues that we have had.

I do see that the owner replies to some these Yelp reviews, however, we've NEVER received positive customer service when we call in or when we deal with the many technicians who have come out. I hope that the owner isn't just replying to these negative reviews so that Chas Roberts can look better on this highly visible platform, Yelp. Do the right thing in ALL of your business practices.
