I called Wise Mechanical to service my HVAC system based on the reviews I saw. I can say that the reviews don't lie. Outstanding service and very professional. Joe serviced my system and made necessary repairs to keep me cool this spring and summer. Definitely will use again to keep my system running smooth.

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. Thanks to Comfort One, my AC issue was addressed & fixed all on the same day  - professional from start to finish! No one wants to deal with 100° plus AZ weather, a pandemic & an AC failure all at once! THANK YOU @ Comfort One for the quick fix, & great service!

Rusty came to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon, after we received an exorbitant quote from another company. He was friendly, professional, and helped us out with some coolant to last us until he could get the needed parts and replace them.
Since we were experiencing 100 degree days without air conditioning, that was a huge blessing!  The other company was going to charge us at least 1/3 more than Rusty and they did not supply us with emergency coolant. Pretty bum deal when we had used them a few times,  and come to find out we were overcharged for a bandaid service than an actual fix.
You can trust Rusty to be fair and honest!

They were very responsive when I reached out for a quote and once the appointment was scheduled, they arrived on time. The job was not a complex one for plumbing, so it took just a few minutes. They finished the task, the final price was still the same as quoted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. Will definitely only go to them for all my hvac needs

Mark and Amy are the best A/C team in Phoenix. I have been using them for about 5 years now and won't use anyone else.   They have great customer service. Mark even came out at 4:00 am in the winter to chase down a gremlin.   I don't know anyone else that would do that. I am always happy to refer these guys to my friends, family, and anyone that asks.

Homeadvisor.com estimates repairs to a home a.c. as follows:  A/C compressor repair hard start kit: $100-$250. Capacitor or contactor replacement: $90-$400. Home air compressor replacement: $1350-$1800, depending on size and type. Evaporator coil replacement: $650-$1200.

They replaced my compressor for $2,000.00. They had an opportunity to exceed my expectations and chose not to. I had a problem, they solved it.

I used this group 3 times as they were highly rated on Yelp.

First repair for $500 wasn't done correctly, so had to have them out second time and paid another $760.

Called them in on a second house, and they overcharged me by double. Was in a very hot house so I didn't call around even though we felt like the estimate way rather high. When I looked into it, I learned how badly we were overcharged. The repair guy was smug and not informative.

Do not use this group unless you want to get totally ripped off. While they may have been good in the past, they no longer are.

Joseph came out as a second opinion after our warranty company denied our ac repair.  He was professional and helpful in explaining what needs to be done.  We may end up needing to replace the unit,  but his report will hopefully help to get reimbursed by the warranty company. Highly recommend.
