The ac in my new construction home in Casa Grande was not blowing any air. I felt that it had to be an issue with the thermostat so I reset it several times and tried to redo the settings. But it was not blowing any air after 2 hours of many resets and swearing in 99 degrees in my living room.
I called Mark and they were able to fix it. They said the thermostat was installed incorrectly and there were other issues with the wiring. Mark said he will have a technician fix one my dripping pans in my home in Phoenix. My Scottsdale AC guy didn't even want to try to fix it and he lives down the street from me.

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend this business because of their prompt communication and honest diagnosis and recommendations. Also, because this company is local, I don't have to schedule too far out in advance when something needs repairs or maintenance.

480-406-7487. He came out, was friendly, very good diagnostician, said my problem could be resolved with a defrost and if that didn't work, call him to come back. He waived his fee for the visit! He was correct and it works now, hooray.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Thank you very much, wish you and your company all the best...Vince (U.S. Navy (retired))

We have been using Wise Mechanical for our air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance for over a year now. Joe is outstanding and provides fantastic service. We moved into a 20-year old house last year and signed up for Joe's annual maintenance program. Within the 1st 6 months we had to have 2 or 3 repairs done and Wise Mechanical always came immediately and had our a/c up and running in no time. Thanks Joe!

Comfort One installed a new Ac on our home a couple years ago. At that time, our one AC finally bit the dust. Comfort One installed a new AC. But while their, they also did basic maintenance on our second unit at no cost. They found a couple of issues that should have been covered under that unit's warranty.... we learned the prior installer screwed up the install and screwed up that warranty package.
Comfort One worked with the warranty company and got us back on track with the second unit and its warranty.
Fast forward to this past weekend. We came home and BOTH units had been offline. They came out, figured out the glitch, then invoiced us at ZERO dollars as it covered under the warranty.
Nice to know the company has a solid work effort, strives to make clients happy, and does that little extra you like to see in customer service.

Another company 'fixed' our 7-year-old air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling but had to be called back a few weeks later because it failed again. The diagnosis the 2nd time was a shorted compressor, and the recommend fix was a whole new system. The quoted price was absurd but after the tech 'spoke with his manager' the price was lowered to ridiculous and they didn't have time on their schedule for 10 days. A friend recommended we call Rusty's and I'm sure glad we did. Rusty's came out the next day and had our house cooling in no time - the compressor was fine. Rusty's is knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy and efficient and I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Yavapai for the past 8 years and have a maintenance agreement with them which I purchased for a 2 year period.
Called to have an annual service inspection on my a/c and the serviceman came out and was probably here for no more than 20 minutes. I showed him where everything was he went to work, sort of, and came to tell me my unit needed a new capacitor, fan motor was leaking oil and another item, can't remember what it was, all needed replacement to the tune of about $1300 for parts. Not sure about labor and taxes. The person never connect any gauges to the unit to measure what they were reading, never turned on the unit nor looked at the blower which is part of the furnace. I asked what would happen if I did not replace and he said it was possible that the unit would continue to run if the one part, I can't remember the name for it, malfunctioned. I would then have to go the fuse box for the unit and turn it off. This is an 18 year old Rudd unit and I have had no issues in the past and only run for like 2 months out of the year for at most 8 hours per day.
I thanked him for the service call and told him I would just run it until it died. His work invoice he gave me did not mention any of the above items that need repair/service. He didn't charge me anything, might have been $60, but then again he didn't do anything.
I talked to another company and had them come out to inspect my unit and to verify if anything mentioned by Yavapai was accurate.
This person spent well over an hour at my house connected all sorts go gauges to the unit to measure performance, turned the unit on and then took the time to show me what the gauges read and that they were all within tolerances. Fan motor was not leaking and he even checked the refrigerant levels. When he was inspecting the blower unit he noticed that the wiring was wrong for the thermostat and fixed that for me so that my a/c did not run when I had only the fan turned on. Interesting that Yavapai had never mentioned this to me in the previous years. Well Yavapai has lost a customer even though I still have time left on my maintenance agreement.
By the way Chino Heating and Cooling was outstanding and now is my service provider in the future.

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel. I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good. They were a pleasure to work with.

Mark, Amy and their professional team are true gem in the crowded field of HVAC companies to choose from here in the valley. I wish I could give them 10 stars! My short view is this: do yourself a favor hire A&M IMO they simply are the best in the valley.
If you want to read more, below you can read my long review & all the reasons I feel they are simply the best...
A&M just finished installing a new HVAC system in early January and my husband and I could not be happier with the work and American Standard products they sell. You may pay a little more for this team of professionals, but I promise you it will be money well spent!
I did a lot of research on cost (let's face it this is a major investment) and how to get the best value for our replacement HVAC system. Everything I read said that the brand you select and who installs your system is what brings the greatest value to your new HVAC. We chose A&M because we felt they had a quality brand (American Standard) and we thought they would do the best installation.
The painstaking care that A&M spent making sure that everything was perfect cannot be understated. They started the process by taking load measurements and making sure our units matched our needs. They then discussed hot spots and the current challenges we have keeping our home comfortable, and from there they built a custom plan to meet our needs. They recommended several changes to the way the builder had set up our original HVAC system.
The install team came out and spent an entire week (5-6 days w/at least 3 workers on site) installing our new A/C units and correcting the builder duct work. Aside from finding tears in our builder duct work, they worked to make the flow of air more efficient by making major changes to the original builder duct work layout, and where needed reinstalling new duct work. No detail in the install was too small to give attention to or overlooked.
If you've read this review to the end you can see that A&M has a true fan :-) They made me a fan of their company through their outstanding customer service, their honest hard work, painstaking attention to detail and the value they give you for work done in their pricing. When you are looking at prices on a paper it's hard to decided who to select because it seems like an HVAC company is an HVAC company and the work they do is all the same. It is clear to me now, after watching my neighbors do HVAC installs (which tops took 2 days to install), that HVAC companies are not all the same.

I was very disappointed with the tune up I scheduled. The tune up is just an excuse to inspect the unit and upsell you on their maintenance plan and/or unnecessary preventative repairs. NOTHING was tuned up! The filters were not inspected or changed, the coils were not cleaned, the drain lines were not flushed. So basically I paid $70 for someone to tell me that my 5 year old Trane units were fine, which I already knew. Very deceptive and misleading service and provider. Needless to say I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. I called to speak with a manager about my concerns and never received a call back.

I had two requests for my service visit. The first was to do a precautionary checkup on several AC units, and the second was to repair a unit that I suspected lost an air handler fan motor. Cameron, the technician, diagnosed the broken unit as indeed needing a new motor, and told me it would be $200 for the labor to replace it (the motor itself was under warranty). He
did a good job on the repairs, but unfortunately when he was about halfway done replacing the motor he approached me to say he made a mistake and the price was now double. It appears that a mistake was indeed made. The question becomes this: I gave a go-ahead based on the price quoted. And who should absorb the cost of the mistake, the customer or the company's rep who made the mistake?
