Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. Bill at Pop-a-Lock is the best. He re-keyed every lock in my house (at a price that was lower than most other locksmiths) and provided great customer service. I was charged exactly what he quoted me on the phone rather than trying to tack on additional fees. On top of that he came back to my house to fix a broken lock and didn't charge me!! I cannot say enough good things about the great service he provides to his customers. I have recommended them to so many people who have also been very happy. He is the only locksmith I will ever use!

I locked my keys in a new Condo and was mad because of past experiences with locksmiths. Called Jeff and was quoted a discounted cash price over the phone which is rare for this business. Was quoted arrival in less than half an hour and he showed up early. Did the paperwork and opened it up very quickly. Expected him to tell me it was a difficult lock and that it would be double the price. But he asked for exactly what he quoted on the phone! What?!? An honest locksmith? Amazing! I made the dumb mistake of locking my family out of the house. I called Call Locksmith AZ and they came within 15 minutes and had us back in our home in about 10 minutes. Alon Avital, the locksmith, was very friendly, professional, competent, and quick. The price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again if the need arises. I would recommend them highly if you are ever in need of a locksmith.

Peter came by and rekey all 8 locks and fixed the latch on one of my doors! It took him about an hr.. reasonable pricing compare to three other places i called!!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Excellent service!  I needed a laser cut key for the glove box of my car, which the dealer said had to be specially ordered from Toyota and could take 3-4 weeks to get. The little key that goes in the key remote was small and not a standard size. Not a problem, he had a replacement key laser cut in less than 15 minutes and it works perfectly. One word... Awesome!

Needed a spare key which I provided, for my vehicle cut and programmed. They were able to get me in, no appointment necessary, had the new remote programmed without a hitch, new blank cut,  and were done in under 10 minutes. It took me longer to drive from my house then it took them to get all of it done. The price was the best in the valley as I called around, got quotes and did my homework. Would definitely recommend The Lock Shop to friends and family and should the need arise, call them again.

Couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately my dad has lost his keys more times than one can count and this was the first locksmith that didn't try to take advantage of him once on site. Thank you.
