Eric is very responsive and was professional and kind. I had an issue with my steering wheel lock that needed to be replaced. Within an hour of texting him, Eric was in my driveway working on my car. Called this company to get a new key for my vehicle. They quoted me a higher cost than going through the dealership by $50. I thought the dealership was high but this company was even higher.

I'm totally impressed! FAST, INEXPENSIVE, GREAT SERVICE! The tiny tip of a key got broken off on my car's trunk, so I was then unable to open it with the key. Then the mechanism to pop the trunk from the inside also broke. I lived with this mess for over 6 years because quotes from others were $300-$500! Everyone said they would have to drill out & replace the lock and they would never guarantee a price. Not Johnny Locksmith! All he needed was about 5 seconds to get the broken key out! WOW! And super-cheap! He totally honored the price he quoted & responded super-fast! I would totally call him again! THANK YOU! It is so wonderful to have easy access to my trunk again!

Tom was right on time, if not even a little early. He knew I had to leave the house at a certain time. He was quick and efficient. I called on a Tuesday evening at 4:30 and he was at my house at 8AM that next day. He got a key out that had broken off and created two new keys in under 20 mins. Highly recommend!

I just purchased a car for my son and needed another key. I was able to obtain a generic FOB. I called several locksmiths in the area that had good reviews. Most wanted over $200 to cut and program the FOB and nevermind what the dealerships want. I found Alcatraz Locksmith on Yelp and reached out to the owner Todd. Well, in a nutshell, Todd was awesome and had a flat fee of $40 for cutting the key and $50 for standard programming, if you can meet at his place of business. I highly recommend Todd for all your locksmith needs.

The girl on the phone was awesome! The guy who came was super friendly! They were fast to get there! Can't say enough good things about them! I've never had to use a locksmith before and I'll for sure recommend them every time!

We had an urgent need to change locks on our rental. Tenant left with the key, which made it worse. CJ came within an hour, changed 5 locks, and completed everything quickly for a very reasonable price! He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote too.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
