Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

I recently needed some outdated door hardware replaced so I took to Yelp to find someone that could help. Everything positive you read about Levi is true! He showed up on time, in a mask, gave me basic and upgraded options and got to work quickly. He does great work!
When one of the doors shifted and the new hardware needed a tweak, Levi came back to adjust it. Great customer service, highly recommend

Arthur was a pleasure to work with. Made me 3 keys in about 10 minutes, including a key fob. He also gave me some advice on a soon-to-be dead battery in my car while also giving me a jump so I could make it to O'Reilly. Overall a great service, thanks for everything!

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

Excellent family owned locksmith shop. I needed a decent little safe.  Taylor was very helpful in answering questions and they had exactly what I needed.  It was expertly delivered and installed the next day by the owner and his son-in-law (I think) at a fair price and within the window of time promised ... along with personal instructions.  Couldn't be happier.

My mom locked her keys in the car and Cj was at our house extremely quick to help. The whole process from the time we called to the door being unlocked was less than 45 minutes!! 10/10 recommend this company.
