Gilli came out within 30 minutes of my contact, even though it wasn't an emergency.  He removed the malfunctioning knob on my security door, replaced it with a new knob, and rekeyed the lock for me.  He didn't have the right color of knob, but drove to his supplier and back very quickly, so I was able to get the color I wanted.  He was efficient as a worker, and left no mess.  I'm not familiar with locksmith pricing, but I felt that what I paid was in line with what other skilled workers (plumbers, etc) charge for a service call.  He told me he guarantees his work for 3 months.

Wow!  All I can say is wow.  I had to do a re-key of to security doors. It wasn't a crisis/emergency situation , but wanted to get er done.  After calling several locksmiths and being quoted "weekend rates" because of my request falling on a Saturday, I was getting discouraged that it would actually get done that same day.

I call Mike and not only did I get reasonable quote, he was fast and professional.  I am so glad I made that extra call.  If you are in north Phoenix and need a friendly, fair priced locksmith, Mike is your man.

I had 7 keys relayed by Hunter. He was very timely to arrive at our home. Hunter is a very reliable & conscientious person. He was very accommodating to our retiree budget & very respectful. Hunter is a young man who can be trusted with the security of your home. Hunter can also make car keys and is much more reasonably priced than any dealership! Had a great experience working with this company , and their employee Ruben. He turned a stressful situation into a phewwwwwww moment. Ruben was patient, professional and persistent . He was able to get into our locked detached garage with some very clever ideas, and kept the cost down as much as possible. I highly recommend Bobs , but you have to request Ruben, he's the BEST! You won't be disappointed!

My BF Locke's our car key in the trunk of our car, called valley locksmith and he (Shawn) showed up quick he works quick got it all don't in less than 5 minutes.

I tried for a week to contact Noble to get a quote on a replacement key fob and key for a newly purchased used vehicle that only came with one set. Tried calling at least 20 times but the answer machine was ALWAYS on. Tried emailing the vehicle details directly but never a response.

Bought a new to me car that only came with 1 key. Eric took care of my needs by cutting the cheap blanks I brought in. He went above and beyond by going out to the car to test the keys and lubricated the locks. I'll be back the next time I need more keys. The big boxes couldn't or wouldn't cut the keys I brought in.

They did a great job installing mul-t-locks at my residence.  Very professional and trustworthy.

BEWARE!!!  My elderly friend locked herself out of her home. She was quoted $29 plus cost of labor. A man {and his dog} from A1 Dependable lock and Key arrived and, using an inflatable wedge, opened the door to her home. It took less than 2 minutes. He charged her $104. When I objected, he said  "everybody has their price".   He proceeded to enter her home {with his dog!!} to wait for his payment. Please beware and do not let this happen to you!

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

THIS IS A BAIT N SWITCH SCAM,!! Con men! Do not call Peoria Locksmith mobile Service, or any other service on website locksmithpeoriaaz.com. Or phone# 623-207-9226. They quoted $50 on the phone, then "imprisoned" me by blocking my car until I paid $179! Note that there is no business address on their website, so they can "disappear" if you call to complain. I've filed a police report and complaint with BEtter Business Bureau.
