I had a problem with my front door lock, Gili came in no time and fix the lock he was really efficient and change a reasonable price. I definitely going to use him in my future locksmith needs.

Wow!  All I can say is wow.  I had to do a re-key of to security doors. It wasn't a crisis/emergency situation , but wanted to get er done.  After calling several locksmiths and being quoted "weekend rates" because of my request falling on a Saturday, I was getting discouraged that it would actually get done that same day.

I call Mike and not only did I get reasonable quote, he was fast and professional.  I am so glad I made that extra call.  If you are in north Phoenix and need a friendly, fair priced locksmith, Mike is your man.

I was impressed by how quickly Hunter responded to my Yelp request for a quote.   Within 24 hours he was at our home rekeying six doors.  I always like working with companies that are honest upfront and don't try to gouge you onsite.  Hunter was honest, professional, and fair. He presented options without creating the stress of a high pressure upsell.  As it turned out, we mutually agreed to scale back the job (from 13 locks to 8 locks).  He made a fair adjustment to the price which I appreciated.  Should we need locksmith services in the future, I'll be certain to call Hunter at Golden Lock & Key.

I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment (I locked the handle, went outside, shut the door and realized my keys were not attached to my.  purse) at about 8:30-9pm. I was home alone at the time, absolutely freaking out, sobbing, didn't know what to do. My landlord's office was closed at the time.

I called several locksmiths that I couldn't afford. Finally I called Bulldog Locksmith. They were affordable and they came very quickly. They opened my door in minutes (it was so fast)!

I highly recommend Bulldog Locksmith. They were so friendly, fast and efficient. They were a great help to a scared woman who made a stupid mistake.

Forget Home Depot and my old favorite ACE- THIS is the place to go for quick, QUALITY SERVICE, at a very reasonable price. The guys here are knowledgeable and are always able to repair at a fraction of the cost in less time than it would take for me even to get a guy over to answer my questions at the big box stores. As many times as I've been, (about 16 in the last 6 months) I have yet to have had a key or lock problem- sometimes I even thought I would have to "bite the bullet" and buy a new one but they were able to repair at a fraction of the cost or at NO additional COST.

I'm so pleased to have found this business, it's my family's "go-to" I've recommended to everyone I know.

My husband's keys were stolen this morning so I called David based on the good reviews listed here on Yelp. He was very responsive by phone and called to let me know when he was coming. He came on time and fixed the lock very quickly. I highly recommend him!

Zach was awesome and affordable. I called him day of and he still came by to help me out. He will be my go to for all key/lock needs going forward!

I had them cut a 2nd flip key for me and the technician couldn't program both keys to open my car. He could only get one or the other to work. He tried saying that my car had a lock on being able to have both. Told me I would have to go to the dealership to have them clear it ( did not have to do this).  This was on a Friday and they said they would call me on Monday and have someone else come out and try it and they will give me a call but they never called and when I tried to call them I got no answer. I wound up having to program it myself. To top the whole thing off they said they use manufacture keys but the one they gave me was an aftermarket key.

Hard to contact. Waited over 20 minutes on the phone listening to their canned message. I gave up!

Went into store location. I appreciate quality parts and material, so I purchased a "perpetua (stainless steel) key" for one of my restored classic vehicles.  Prices on these kinds of keys can run decently high "for a key". I took it in to have it copied from the original. The man working on the key immediately started making fun of the case I brought it in. He takes the key back and quickly realizes it's steel, after running it through a machine used for weaker metals. Attempts to use another machine ( suited for steel keys) but manages to launch, bend, twist, and chip the key. After he hands the key back to me, he continues to make fun and tell me how irresponsible I am for purchasing a key like this, then I guess in an attempt to Emasculate the key, he tells me that the key is aluminum and weaker than brass keys. After previously saying it was steel and even having a tough time cutting it on the machine used for steel.

Near the end of the transaction he's asking me "for what car", as to judge me on weather or not it was an appropriate thing to purchase for a vehicle.

I would hope that customer service improves there.  Instead of needing to make 6 dollars off a key, they would ask the material, look at their equipment, asses the difficulty, and maybe recommend I go somewhere else that could handle it. Messing up someone's key, and not even apologizing for 6 dollars isn't cool weather it be cheap or expensive.

Bullshyt this place is not open 24/7. Just drove 25 minutes n wasted my time...never again.

BEWARE!!!  My elderly friend locked herself out of her home. She was quoted $29 plus cost of labor. A man {and his dog} from A1 Dependable lock and Key arrived and, using an inflatable wedge, opened the door to her home. It took less than 2 minutes. He charged her $104. When I objected, he said  "everybody has their price".   He proceeded to enter her home {with his dog!!} to wait for his payment. Please beware and do not let this happen to you!

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

THIS IS A BAIT N SWITCH SCAM,!! Con men! Do not call Peoria Locksmith mobile Service, or any other service on website locksmithpeoriaaz.com. Or phone# 623-207-9226. They quoted $50 on the phone, then "imprisoned" me by blocking my car until I paid $179! Note that there is no business address on their website, so they can "disappear" if you call to complain. I've filed a police report and complaint with BEtter Business Bureau.
