An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

After a different safe mover flaked on me two days before our move, I contacted Arizona Lock and Safe and hoped they would be able to squeeze in our job.  

I sent a (rather panicked) email at 9pm and received a response almost immediately.  I was directed to call Scott in the morning to see if they could help.  Scott got me scheduled for the next day.  I couldn't believe it!

John and Brady arrived on time, explained everything, and got to work.  They were quick, efficient, and super-careful moving a very large safe.  

The price was reasonable, as well.  The fee is by the hour, and these guys wasted no time.  Great job!  I would definitely use Arizona Lock and Safe again and highly recommend them.

Finally, the service was wonderful. The woman who helped us wasn't trying too hard or fake at all, but she was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. We didn't feel like she was helping us just to get our business. She was just being a nice person. We didn't end up spending more than $40 there, and we feel like she would have treated us just the same had we spent $4,000. Another gentleman also came to check on us while she was out of the room and he was extremely respectful and nice. Our visit there was the highlight of our day.

This was such a scam I am writing my first ever online review, of any company. I was locked out of my apartment (car at mechanics and forgot to take my apartment key off) so I just used my cell phone. I asked Siri to find a locksmith in my area. She listed about 15 options and the one that was the closest was called "AAA1 Phoenix Emerg A 1 Day 24 Hour Locks", at least that is what showed up on my phone. I called and the person who answered said the cost would be $29 service fee and a minimum $25 labor. The lock on my Apartment is a very standard Kwikset lock you see everywhere, nothing fancy. I assumed it would be no problem for a trained locksmith and I was right. The locksmith showed up, looked at my lock, and said it would be $130 to pick the lock and an additional $10 if he had to drill it (on top of the $29 service fee). After telling the technician that was nowhere close to what I was quoted and expecting he said there was nothing he could do. He said I could call the dispatcher and discuss the pricing. The dispatcher said the quote was for a minimum $25 labor because they don't know what type of lock they will need to pick. I told him I would call someone else and that is when it got really sketchy like I was haggling at a flea market. After three different offers the technician took the phone back from me and told the dispatcher he would handle it. So the technician, who first told me he had nothing to do with the pricing and that he just worked for the company, asked me if I would agree to a flat $100? $29 for the service fee and $71 for the labor. I agreed, wanting to be done with this lunacy. It did not even take the technician 30 seconds to open the door. The invoice said "callorange.com Locksmith & Security" which was a different name than the one mentioned earlier. VERY SHADY!!

I needed to replace a key for my apartment, so I handed the guy my key and said "I need one just like this" to which he responded "I have one that shape but without the holes" so I told him that was fine and he made the key. I give my card to his daughter and then he hands me the key that has a big stamp on it with the name of the shop and its phone number. As I'm asking if there are any keys that don't have the name because it has to look like I got them at the same place she runs my card. Which wouldn't be a problem except they didn't have any I could use! And she was rude to while I was trying to explain that I couldn't use it with Hicks engraved one it... She said well all we can do it cover it with tape. Really? Tape is the solution? How about giving me my money back because I can't use the key and I specifically said they had to look the same? Ugh

If you were also scammed by this business please submit a complaint to the attorney general at azag.gov/complaints/cons…, we were quoted $14.99 service call fee plus labor to unlock the doors of a 2002 Yukon with NO ALARM, and ended up paying $298.02 which they did not tell us until after the car was unlocked.  I was told by other locksmith's this is a known issue.  Please submit a complaint to stop other people from suffering the same fate.
