I had lost ALL the keys to my RV (including the hitch lock ) and only realized it a day before I was planning to head out to the lake for a long weekend of kayaking.  Corey answered the phone the first time I called and was able to come out  at a convenient time for me and get all the locks rekeyed in less than 30 minutes!  Super awesome service, excellent prices and great communications.  I will definitely be using his services again when I need a locksmith. An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

I had a broken lock on my trailer hitch, hitch pin.  Couldn't get the hitch off my truck.  Called. They answered the phone, no voice mail.  Set up appointment for same day, later in afternoon.  Called about 30 minutes out. Arrived on time.  Friendly, and eager to help. Got the lock off, freeing my hitch.  Payment via credit card, easy enough.  Professional all the way around.  Would recommend.

I called Arizona Lock and Safe to move and install a safe for me and got great service for an excellent price. They did a really great job and their prices are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends.

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

Looked them up on the internet the web site says they make keys for BMWs called the person said they are not making keys for BMW at the moment TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE

Poor customer service, don't use this place they are rude and not helpful. They need to learn how to treat people

When the individual reviewed my home to re-key locks he had quoted one price. He did not review the total before beginning the job. He did not break down how many locks and the price for each. He ran my debit card before showing me the total. I thought it was the price he mentioned. When he left he handed me the receipt and it was $300 more than what was stated. I would have never allowed him to move forward if I known the total amount. Theres an item on the receipt thats unclear of what was charged.  Never again will I use them.
