I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Super helpful and friendly. I love this place , quick easy in and out , no long lines and uneducated staff the big box places have . Selection of safes is pretty good too . I had keys made and they were a great fit. I'll definitely be back here for all my keys and lock needs from now on.

First I contacted a guy off google. His website said starting at  29.00 for lock replacement.  Well guess what he tried to charge for a front door simple lock replace? 295.00. The guy advertise as a Poway business but had no building in poway. To top it off he had no truck pulled up in a car with a tool bag.  After he left I called Alan at Scottish Locksmith. Alan new all about guys like this. Alan fixed my front door lock and went the extra mile to make sure I could still use my same key. Price was more than fair. Thanks!

I reached out via Yelp at 7:30pm  last evening and had a response immediately from Ben who offered to come on out to unlock our vehicle; however, we opted to have him come the following morning. He was prompt; efficient and knowledgeable.  Ben was able to unlock our 2014 model vehicle within five minutes of arriving.  Because we did not find our keys inside the vehicle we thought we were going to have to go to the dealership to get a key made however, Ben had everything he needed to make us an ignition key right there after we provided him the VIN# etc.  All of this was quickly done and at a reasonable cost.  We are thrilled with the customer service and professionalism we received from Ben and would highly recommend him and his company for all your locksmith needs.  Thank you Ben!!!

Very quick response and extremely professional.  Nick showed up on time with the right equipment and had an alternative new lock to replace an aged one.  His prices are reasonable especially for the quality of his work.  I would highly recommend him and I'll certainly use his service in the future.

Chuck has been great to us!  He lives in our neighborhood and when he was at my house, a couple of my neighbors grabbed him for some little things they needed done.  He also saved my bacon on my commercial space.

Tom goes way above and beyond. I don't want to write everything he did in that regard for us, as people might expect exactly the same, lol. But in the first place, we thought we would have to pay $295 for a new car key and he told us all it needed was the battery - $20 plus the callout fee.

Expect absolute honesty from Tom, and that he will be making sure you don't have to spend more than is necessary. Plus, he's so friendly.

If you need an emergency locksmith - for car and surely also home - look no further.

We are opening a small business and needed our front lock re-keyed. I called Laura the Lock Lady on Thursday afternoon in hopes of securing a Saturday appointment, and she was MORE than accommodating. She explained eveything I needed to know and even gave me an estimate.  Her price was extremely reasonable, even lower than I had anticipated.  Plus, she called 30+ minutes out to let us know she was on her way (2 hr appt window), and she  even arrived a few minutes early!  Best Locksmith services in town ! Our new lock works beautifully. No more worrying about a key breaking off in the door. Thank you Laura for 5-Star customer service !

BEWARE!!!  Wish I'd seen FB posts before scheduling this company to rekey locks for my BFF.  They quoted $19 per lock (which I researched and found to be a pretty standard rate), but when the tech arrived he gave her some song and dance about 6 pin cylinders and charged $45 per lock (which I also researched and found to be hogwash).  Total price was more than three times what was quoted.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unscrupulous and take advantage of unsuspecting customers.  Feel really bad about trying to help someone out and having such a lousy outcome.

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair.  I purchased a new one for 60.00.  This business it crooked.  Use any other locksmith except for this one.

Well after waiting 40 minutes past a scheduled time (I gave about two hours notice) I was misquoted prices, ended up paying a ridiculous amount for an unlock service that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. Furthermore, the tech quoted me 180 to begin with, and knocked off 40 bucks for the wait, what a nice guy right? No, because I would have definitely decline service if that was the case. Honestly I want to thank you guys for raping me financially, because I'll never forget my keys now. Seriously considering therapy for PTSD after this unprofessional, overpriced experience. Completely unsatisfactory, especially waiting in the Arizona heat.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

When the technician finally arrived he jacked the price up from $35 to $189, saying it depends on the lock.  This lock was in a door handle, and it took him 5 minutes to pick it.

This company goes by several names.  The ones I caught were Coyote Lock and Key and Speedy Lock.  I needed them  to open a lock located in the handle of a residential door.  I was quoted $35 plus $19 for the house call.  I agreed and asked them to come in 2 hours since I was leaving for a meeting.  She said to be sure and leave my phone on as the technician would be calling when he was on his way.   They mistakenly sent two technicians on the same job and it took 8 calls to straighten it all out (so much for my meeting).

The technician didn't arrive when scheduled and that took a couple more calls.  By this time they were beginning to speak politely to me.  Prior to this I was yelled at a couple of times.

The technician wanted to charge me $189 plus $19 for the house call.  I told him I'd break a window before I would pay that kind of money.  We finally agreed on a price of $41 plus $19 for the house call.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCKSMITH.

BTW apparently they are nationwide and scam people everywhere
