I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Alan (the owner) was just here, rekeyed 3 kwikset locks for me and repaired a latch. In and out in about 20 minutes, and great work. Quick, affordable and honest. Also he's a nice guy - even the dog liked him. 5 stars.

Great service from the tech Dave!  Came out as scheduled and made all keys requested plus had time to make additional keys that were not planned.

Today is my wife's birthday and Nick saved the day! Our keys got locked in the car but he quickly arrived and opened the door so that we could be on our way. Thank you for your great service and the birthday discount!

I guess he was delisted right after I found him on Google, but he charged $60 for programming a smart key and cutting the emergency key, which seemed like a fair price. I drove over to him.

Tom was amazing to deal with and helped us on very short notice to replace my daughter's car key which broke off of the fob. He even met me at in the parking lot of our daughter's employer and made 2 new programmed keys within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business!

She did a great job!  A little pricy but worth the time and effort.  She called us before she came by on her scheduled time.  Very clean and quick.

One of their techs, Dj dropped everything to get to my house to help get me into my vehicle because of a lost key. He was absolutely amazing. Should you use this company request him because they just don't get any better!

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

Great service and friendly! I called after losing a key to my safe and within hours had a new one. Saved me from such stress. Plus, this is a wonderful family-owned business with very friendly staff! I ended up chatting with the owner for a long while after my key was made. It's hard to find that kind of care, friendliness and service. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! They're complete scam artists. My wife lost her key for her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was stranded so I called and asked how much it would cost to get a replacement. I was told there'd be a $25 trip charge and that the key fob would be $125.

They came out and ended up charging $670 ($29 trip charge, $152 to look up the code by VIN, $289 for the key fob, and $145 for programming). AFTER the work was done. And the key doesn't work. It unlocks the door but doesn't start the engine. Also, he broke the back hatch of the truck, but fixed it later.

I called and talked to the same guy I contacted and now he says he quoted me the "starting price" of $150 because he couldn't possibly know how much the key fob would be even though I gave him the year, make and model of the vehicle. He was rude and belligerent.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I called this locksmith on Tuesday morning, explained that I needed a mobile locksmith to pick my travel trailer lock and make replacement keys.  They said no problem, they would send out a locksmith.  Quoted me around $60...  Ok fine...  When the "locksmith" got to my house he looked confused, had to text his supervisor...  He then told me it was going to be $129!  Just to open the door!  He didn't have any capabilities to make keys!  He was not a mobile locksmith.  I told him I would absolutely not pay $129, that he should leave.  

He then demanded that I pay the service call fee...  Ok... But you came unprepared to do the thing that I asked you to do!  Make keys!   He couldn't cut a single house key if he wanted to...  Anyway I'm pretty ticked at this point.  Paid him to get him out of there, then called the company back.  They took my number said the manager would get back to me to resolve the fiasco the next day.  No call back yet.  So manager, if you are reading this, please call me...  Let's resolve this!  Service was on 7/28/15 at 3pm...
