I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Excellent attention to detail and very professional.

Need a key for my car, went there many times to get it cut. After numerous times I finally left the blank and the key. When I went back to get the newly cut key it was cut wrong and it was so sad too bad and,Norm I assume is the owner,never saw him and they couldn't care less I would never use these people again

I lost the key to a lock and these guys unlocked it in minutes for a very reasonable fee.  Other locksmiths wanted to charge all kinds of extra fees. This locksmith was good to their word and unlocked the lock at the price estimated. They could have taken a lot longer and charged me more, but they didn't.

Great job! He gave the option to meet him on his route to save on the trip charge. His quote for a Honda key was accurate and very competitive. Expert service. The van is nice, new, clean and organized. Even with this Corona Flu, he took very safe precautions and disinfected everything before handing it to me. It was a pleasure to be served by a real pro and an interesting guy to chat with while he worked. A+++++

The transponder key even has a plastic "Handle" similar to the real Honda key for hundreds less than the Honda Stealership quoted!

I lost the only key to my beloved 1991 Jaguar, the last car my parents owned.The car my Dad drove every day to visit my Mother at her Nursing Care home. When they passed away I brought the Jag to Arizona. I have gone 10 years without losing the key. Tom understood how desperate I was to replace it. First he had to connect with New Jersey and the next day to the United Kingdom.How lucky I was to have someone unwilling to give up.I now have two keys and can drive happily. I called these people on 11201 N Tatum Blvdon Feb. 22, 2017, and they sent someone who generated a new keybox for my 2010 Toyota Prius.  The key worked when I tested it, but when I went to drive my Prius, it generated an warning on the engine, and the hybrid system no longer worked!  I asked the technician if when he plugged into my Prius under the dash if he could have caused a problem with it and he said no.
I drove with gasoline to the dealer (with the warning lights all on!), and they charged me $125 to reprogram Prius hybrid communications system and said that the technician had probably inadvertently erased the programming on the system when he programmed my new key box.
When I contacted this company, they refused to re-imburse me the cost to fix my car!
USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Not sure they are all knowledgeable, and I'm out $125.

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair.  I purchased a new one for 60.00.  This business it crooked.  Use any other locksmith except for this one.

I'm giving them three stars because they did what they needed to do, which was unlock my car, but when I called the dispatcher and asked how much it was going to cost, he told me, in very heavily accented English, that it was $15 to come out to my car, and $30 to unlock it. Since I had been quoted $55 and $65 from two other locksmiths before I called this guy, I told him to go ahead and come.

He showed up almost immediately, because apparently he lives right around the corner from my office parking garage. We drove down three levels of parking garage ramp, and when he got to my car, he looked in the window at my pushbutton locking mechanism and told me it would be $165 to unlock it. I told him there was no way I was paying that, especially when I've been quoted less than half that. He snorted at me when I told him how much the dispatcher had quoted me, which led me to believe that either A) I didn't understand the dispatcher's accent, or B) the spring pollen is really getting to him, too.

It wasn't until I told him that I would pay him $15 for coming out but I wasn't going to pay more than $55 for him to unlock the car that he agreed to do it. He inserted his little air expander thingies and his long bendy stick thingy, and had my door unlocked in less than 10 seconds.

Five minutes of travel time and 10 seconds of work for $165? BRB, going to buy some air expander thingies and a long bendy stick thingy.

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

When the technician finally arrived he jacked the price up from $35 to $189, saying it depends on the lock.  This lock was in a door handle, and it took him 5 minutes to pick it.

This company goes by several names.  The ones I caught were Coyote Lock and Key and Speedy Lock.  I needed them  to open a lock located in the handle of a residential door.  I was quoted $35 plus $19 for the house call.  I agreed and asked them to come in 2 hours since I was leaving for a meeting.  She said to be sure and leave my phone on as the technician would be calling when he was on his way.   They mistakenly sent two technicians on the same job and it took 8 calls to straighten it all out (so much for my meeting).

The technician didn't arrive when scheduled and that took a couple more calls.  By this time they were beginning to speak politely to me.  Prior to this I was yelled at a couple of times.

The technician wanted to charge me $189 plus $19 for the house call.  I told him I'd break a window before I would pay that kind of money.  We finally agreed on a price of $41 plus $19 for the house call.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCKSMITH.

BTW apparently they are nationwide and scam people everywhere
