I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Called multiple locksmiths and they all declined to program my spare car key for my 2015 Toyota. This was the only place that would do it for me. He came 45 minutes early and even showed me step by step about everything he was doing. I paid nearly half the price compared to the Toyota Dealership for a new Toyota Smart Key. 100% would recommend.

When 3 other lock smiths said they could not open a Skelton lock. Nick came on my fourth call took him about 5 minutes. Nice guy to come any try. Oh, and if Skelton keyed locks are so hard to open why doesn't Lamborghini use them.

Tom was amazing to deal with and helped us on very short notice to replace my daughter's car key which broke off of the fob. He even met me at in the parking lot of our daughter's employer and made 2 new programmed keys within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business!

I called these people on 11201 N Tatum Blvdon Feb. 22, 2017, and they sent someone who generated a new keybox for my 2010 Toyota Prius.  The key worked when I tested it, but when I went to drive my Prius, it generated an warning on the engine, and the hybrid system no longer worked!  I asked the technician if when he plugged into my Prius under the dash if he could have caused a problem with it and he said no.
I drove with gasoline to the dealer (with the warning lights all on!), and they charged me $125 to reprogram Prius hybrid communications system and said that the technician had probably inadvertently erased the programming on the system when he programmed my new key box.
When I contacted this company, they refused to re-imburse me the cost to fix my car!
USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Not sure they are all knowledgeable, and I'm out $125.

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

Great service and friendly! I called after losing a key to my safe and within hours had a new one. Saved me from such stress. Plus, this is a wonderful family-owned business with very friendly staff! I ended up chatting with the owner for a long while after my key was made. It's hard to find that kind of care, friendliness and service. Highly recommend!

Warning - this place is shady!  Scam artists and bullies!  I made an appoint for 3 days ago - just wanted a spare FOB made for our car.  I was kept waiting for over 3 hours from my scheduled appointment with a text every 30 minutes saying they were on the way.  When they showed up 3 hours later the price had gone up $50 and they didn't have the right FOB.  Made arrangements to meet the next day.  Again, 3 hours late.  This time they were rude, said they only accepted cash (although this was news to me) or they'd charge 6% more.  No checks, just cash.  After waiting 6 hours total for them I had to run 4 blocks to an ATM.  The locksmith was so angry and called and said he was annoyed to have to wait for me!  Oh, the irony.  Seriously, just a complete clown show and very mean!

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

When the technician finally arrived he jacked the price up from $35 to $189, saying it depends on the lock.  This lock was in a door handle, and it took him 5 minutes to pick it.

This company goes by several names.  The ones I caught were Coyote Lock and Key and Speedy Lock.  I needed them  to open a lock located in the handle of a residential door.  I was quoted $35 plus $19 for the house call.  I agreed and asked them to come in 2 hours since I was leaving for a meeting.  She said to be sure and leave my phone on as the technician would be calling when he was on his way.   They mistakenly sent two technicians on the same job and it took 8 calls to straighten it all out (so much for my meeting).

The technician didn't arrive when scheduled and that took a couple more calls.  By this time they were beginning to speak politely to me.  Prior to this I was yelled at a couple of times.

The technician wanted to charge me $189 plus $19 for the house call.  I told him I'd break a window before I would pay that kind of money.  We finally agreed on a price of $41 plus $19 for the house call.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCKSMITH.

BTW apparently they are nationwide and scam people everywhere
