I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

Fast, nice, and affordable.  Locked keys in my truck with a truck full of groceries. I have no spare key and a locksmith was my only option. Locksmith was there within 20 minutes. 5 minutes later I was on my way.

A couple months later, in the dead-heat of Summer, My wife and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our home and vehicle directly in from of our home. I called AA Affordable and he was on his was to another call in another city. Upon learning that we were lock out in the summer heat he immediately re-dispatched himself to our location to assist in reentry to our home. I sent a message on Yelp that I needed a locksmith on Sunday morning at 6:00 AM. A couple hours later David contacted to see if I still needed help. He was at my home in 20 minutes with consistent updates as I requested. He had the car open less then 5 minutes later and a spare key made in the event it happens again. I had not checked other prices but I was very pleased with the price. David is a very polite and respectful guy. He did wear a mask and I could not be happier. If I ever need a locksmith again I will use Sage Locksmith and also referring anyone who needs one to them. Thanks for saving the day and possibly my marriage.

I've used these guys several times for both home and work, and they're great.  The latest time was a need for new copies of my car key, which has been challenging in the past because copies work the ignition and trunk but often not in the door lock - only the original key works in the door lock.  I want the copy I use daily to work in case of problems with the remote openers.  Dunno why that one lock is finicky, maybe it's slightly off since it was manufactured, or maybe wear.  It took some tinkering, but A-Professional Locks ended up with copies that work smoothly in all three cylinders.  Great service and skill every time I've been in there.

I purchased a key on amazon for my car and my mother went in and got it cut. I ordered a new key and go to get it cut. So this time the old lady said that it wouldn't work and denied our service and was rude "I don't know why you kids are trying to get these fancy keys." I don't think it's necessary to support a business that is rude to people and denies service. Please don't go here she is judgmental and rude. My mother and I are very annoyed and disappointed.

First of all, not only did somebody answer the phone at this place, but someone was actually at the storefront as well. I don't remember how many places I called, but it was to the point that I decided to go to the first place that actually answered their phones. I did that, and made an appointment. When I showed up to that other place, the doors to the shop were locked. So I called, and they said that they had gotten busy and would not be able to make it until later in the afternoon. They offered to help me make an appointment with the person who would be working on my key fob, and I told them that I had already done that and that was why I was standing in front of their store that is locked. About an hour later, I did get a call from that person to schedule an appointment, and I told them that I would not be available at the times that day had offered.

However, here at Acme locksmith, not only did someone answer the phone right away, but they also have a person right at the store to manage it while other people are out on calls. So there is always somebody at the store. Next... I had called them. I had set up a time for me to show up, which was within the hour. When I arrived, it was less than a minute before they got started on programming my key fob for my car.

I highly recommend this place, not only for their service, but I recommend them on the fact that they are there when they said they would be there. Sean, the person that helped me was friendly and extremely helpful to let me know all the details necessary to get the correct key FOB for my car. (I've gone through a few incorrect orders (not by them).

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

This is a great place to get your keys made. They have just about every key blank you can imagine and the owner has been in the business for a long time. They have never let me down yet.

This place is great.  I found it by chance as a certified repair shop for an electric razor scooter I bought.  The owner is old school and he's carved out a nice little business for himself.  Definitely a local small business.  Great service and a fun experience.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
