I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

I locked myself out of my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia in Eloy Arizona when I went into truck stop for a shower. I forgot owner's name but he was only locksmith willing to come help me, nobody wanted to help me out!!! Lazy azz, sorry excuse for lock pickers around the Eloy, Casa Grade AZ area,, except for this dude!!! Then he gives me the bill and I almost kissed the dude! I didn't though, instead gave him a $20 tip...

Found AA on Yelp -- excellent service. Very professional and fair price -- and good job.

We had trouble with our lock and was out the same day

I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up within the timeframe they gave me. I called the office and no one answered. I called again and the guy that answered said he was finishing a job and could be there in 10 minutes. No sorry and no explanation as to why he's late. I asked him to charge me regular rate since he's late and he said no. I am appalled!

The company should have called me in advance to tell me they were running late. They also should have done something to make it right for being late. Horrible customer service!

I have used Northwest Lock & Safe multiple times, for keys and locksmith services.  I have always had wonderful experiences and their employees are the best to work with!  Great company and people!

I asked multiple places around Phoenix to get my Subaru key copied onto a flip key blank that I already had and either they wouldn't do it or charged about $100. It was a bit of a drive to get to acme but it was worth it.
In and out the door in less than 5 minutes and only paid $39 for the flip key and an additional key.

If you have a Keyport, go here. It's always a hassle going to Walmart/Lowes/Home Depot, since it depends on the person helping you if they will cut your keys for you or not.

Called multiple locations downtown Phoenix for a quick unlock. Guru was the quickest and most reasonably priced. Easy and prompt service. A Plus in customer service.

I called the office and spoke to a lady about having the lock on our 3rd car garage replaced as a tenant lost the key. I explained it was a T-lock handle and she said no problem. She gave me an estimate of cost and said someone could be to the house within an hour. I called back to make arrangements for someone to meet them at the house and the lady now said they don't do these kinds of locks...only car ignitions. I asked why I was told earlier that they did do it and she hung up on me.

I called on Monday morning to check on duplicating my car key because I knew it was not available everywhere. Supposedly the woman on the phone checked, while I was on hold and returned to tell me they had a blank and could duplicate my key the next morning when I could get there. I arrived at opening and was told by this man that he did NOT have the blank and needed to get one. It wasted my time and when I told him that he got mad and told me he didn't need my business.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHER LOCKSMITHS IN THE AREA.

Our family was traveling a route downtown -- one we've taken numerous times down Central Ave from South Phoenix.   I noticed the store front on Central (North of Southern on the East side of Central) and I made a note to check it out since we often travel to Chandler or Downtown Phoenix to get our bikes tuned up or fixed.

My mental note payed off shortly after Christmas.   "Santa" brought our son a new mountain bike for Christmas and my husband put the bike together.   I don't want to seem ungrateful for my husband's efforts, but mechanics is not his forte.  A couple of weeks of riding the new bike and everything started to go haywire - including the brakes and alignment.

We took the bike over to Bob's and he fine-tuned my husbands work.

Note:  Parking is a bit confusing -- you kind of park in a driveway off Central.  I actually considered dropping the rating to 3-stars just because the parking is a pain.

As other's have mentioned, Bob is also a lawn mower mechanic and a locksmith -- he must be handy to have around the home :)   I don't think my husband is quite as ambitious to fix our lawn mower and he will probably be less likely to volunteer to fix anything else after he reads my review....but for the record, I appreciate him and his willingness to fix things....but I'm glad to find backups in South Phoenix if we need them!

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
