Best Locksmiths in Arizona

My mailbox was jammed yesterday, Ivan came to my rescue. He was at my house within an hour. He's incredibly polite, professional and timely. Thank you Ivan for your help!!

When you called we said we'd take care of any damages that we might have caused with the soonest available opening which would be about 48 hours from now. Now this has nothing to do with money.  Even if another customer called and offered us a treasure trove, we would also give them the first available appointment.  We can put you in touch with the rare customer we have caused damage, ( in some cases ,by far exceeding the cost of your door panel, and they will tell you that we took care of them no matter the cost). If you'd have a little more patience and not curse at us on the phone with vulgar language, we'd gotten this taken care of.

That is a pretty flowery version. I agree I got upset and lost my cool, but It's pretty tough to say, hey, your door panel has to flap in the breeze for 2 days because they have other appointments. Especially after the $200.00 I Paid for the service and the needlessly broken panel. But, I will not disagree. I lost my cool and was wrong in that regard. So, here is your chance. Will you take care of the panel? I looked at it yesterday. Your tech broke the plastic cover over the latch and stripped three of the plastic inserts that hold the panel on. They won't lock in place. Just pop back out.

Called J&J on a Wednesday for a non-emergency job and they were able to schedule me the following day.  Jeff & Tony called the morning of service to give me an update on their timing and even showed up 5 mins ahead of schedule.  They immediately got to work assessing our sliding door and lock issues, explained to me why it hadn't been working and what they were going to do to fix it.  They were in in and out in 40 minutes and our door & lock works like a charm.  Will definitely be referring them or calling them next time we have an issue! Thanks guys!

We used this company and received very fair pricing and outstanding service for the replacement of a lost Toyota key fob. Clint is an incredibly knowledgeable locksmith.
I highly recommend this company for all lock or key issues.

Total rip. Broke the lock.  Did not take off the broken lock, charged 95.00.  Could not make the replacement key.  This was a complete disaster.  

I will NEVER call this company again nor will I ever recommend them.

Guy did a great job for us. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and  very fair priced. He is a one stop shop and has everything that you need on his truck. Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed. We'll use him anytime we have locksmith needs for sure.

AZ lockouts was a huge life saver! The dispatcher was very friendly and prices are lower than most of the locksmiths that I called for quotes. I locked my keys in my car and they helped me get into it quickly. They took less than 30 mins to get out to meet me. Do yourself a favor and go with them!

I ran out of gas and left my gas cap key home, which is 100 miles away (grabbed the wrong set of keys as I rushed out).

Three hours later, none of the locksmiths that my road-side-service contacted would come to help until they finally reached Christy, who was done for the day and replied: "I can't leave this woman stranded in this three-digit-degree weather."

What more can say... she is my hero.

One of their drivers was driving on the highway like a maniac this morning. Going at like 15 over the speed limit, swerving in between lanes, cut off two people that I saw and one was so closed the other driver swerved into the lane next to them. Would report them directly but they flew past me and I couldn't catch their license plate

Wony return calls or answer  any messages . Will never recommend. Even on a holiday when people  travel the most

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
