My latch to our back door was not working. Called Ivan and he said he'd be here by 1pm. He was here promptly at 1 and was very professional, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend Ivan and will definitely use him in the future if needed.

Needed a couple keys cut for my Honda Civic. Called them and got pricing. Let me know it's cheaper if I meet them and got it done. Great service at a good price.

I used J&J Locksmith to re-key my house locks. Jeff Weigandt does excellent work. He is a pleasure to work with and his pricing is reasonable. Most importantly he was on time and went above and beyond to show and explain his work to me. I would highly recommend Jeff and J&J Locksmith for all your locksmith needs.

I have used Eagle twice, and both times Eagle was outstanding in both work and customer service.  The first time- three years ago - my daughter and I had taken our coffees out to enjoy on the patio. When we pulled the sliding door closed behind us, a board used in the track at night - and which was leaning up in the frame, FELL INTO THE TRACK.  We were out there in my small walled in patio without even a cell phone!  No neighbors were out mid-day, I mean we were alone in the world locked out without key or phone.  After awhile a neighbor two doors down stepped out into his patio, and when we called out in our plight, he called a locksmith...turned out to be Eagle which came immediately, got in my front door, came through the house, got the board out of the sliding door track, and us into the house.  I believe the man's name was Roy; he had responded within mere minutes, and the charge was so small I can't ever remember how much.
The second time was last week.  I had opened my garage door to get a garbage can back in, and as I stepped out the garage door closed itself down right behind me.  I was all alone out on my driveway without a door key, and once again, without cell phone.  Another neighbor called Eagle for me, and once again Eagle was in my drive within the time they gave us...20 minutes.
The name of the young man from Eagle this times was Ken.  Ken had to drill out my old front door lock, but replaced it and provided me with keys. While Ken was inside he noticed a sock stuck in a clear tube in my vacuum cleaner in the hallway, and got it out for me!  Eagle is not only very fair-priced, but exceeds all expectations in attention to detail and customer service.  Our townhouse community knows Eagle well, and you should remember the name, too. Guy came out to unlock my car and make me a new set. He showed up on time, got the job done quick even though it was raining. He was really nice and gave me a great deal. Their prices are lower than most and there were no surprise fees or charges when the job was done. I would highly recommend Guys lock and key!

Recently my car key broke in half and I could not start my car. Called Locksmith Express and she was there promptly with a device that was able to pull up my key code and create a new one in minutes. She was so responsive and friendly, plus did it for a very fair price - lower than I was expecting! If I ever need a locksmith again it will be Locksmith Express. Thank you for saving me that day!!

This was my first experience with a locksmith.  I contacted Daniel and told him that I needed to replace my deadbolt and doorknob on my security door.  He said he could be here between 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.  Daniel arrived early and explained what he would be doing.  He immediately started working and was done in 20 minutes!!!!  He is super friendly and a true professional. I felt very comfortable being around him .  If you need a locksmith he's your guy he's quick and takes pride in his work!!!  Thank you Daniel, I highly recommend you!  I'll be calling him again to replace my other locks!

I bought a safe from them 20 years ago. Still works great. Since then I've bought 2 more safes and had all the keys for my 70 unit apartment building re keyed and duplicated many times. A fabulous company with first hand knowledge of locks and safes. There mobile emergency units are top notch.

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
