I just moved to Scottsdale and wanted a couple of keys made.  I found Mercury and went in, they were very friendly.  I had 2 house keys and 2 mailbox keys made.  I went home the house key was fine but the mailbox key didn't work.  I went back and I think the owner was there and said he would come to my house and fix it.  I couldn't believe he came here and fixed it in 2 minutes.  Now that is service.  Love this place.  They will always get my business

Worked with Stoddart's Lock & Safe to install electronic locks at our new house. Josh was our locksmith and he did a great job of getting everything installed and working without issue. Good folks I'd definitely do business with again!

Very difficult to work with this company. Phone number provided is to a dispatcher named Belle, who speaks poor English. I am not sure if the issue is her poor comprehension of English that is making scheduling a locksmith difficult. I have called twice for confirming the appointment but she just keeps telling me to keep the line open. No name of technician or ETA provided.

Peter does a fantastic job for us at a senior retirement community here in Surprise with all of our door lock and key needs! Incredibly friendly and professional.

We brought the wrong key up to Tahoe for the weekend and found ourselves locked out on a Friday evening. Thank god for Rob! He got here fast and unlocked all the doors in no time!

Amazing customer service!  I was able to schedule a specific time and was happy how I was treated.  My two keyfobs for my car didn't work.  Luckily they were able to program a new one.  They took the time to discuss their service.  Then took the extra effort to get the new keyfob to work.  

They are well versed in locksmithing and after meeting with them I'll always come here.

JT's is a great key and locksmith company. I've had them to my home in Maricopa for a couple different re-key projects. Always very courteous and one of the more affordable solutions in Maricopa. These guy are the best!!  Jimbo always comes same day for what ever problem we have with either my safe or push-code door lock or rekeying.  He always has the answer to my problem and does it with a smile on his face.  Support your local business and they will take care of you.

I had my keys redone when I moved into my new home and booked online through yelp. The owner was very responsive and friendly! I bought a home from out of state so I wasn't going to be here when the tech came to change the locks, so I asked my uncle to come and be present to unlock the doors etc. The whole process was seamless which was refreshing since I was dealing with so much buying a home out of state and having to schedule so many different things. Regarding the job, the tech was super quick and knowledgeable! Everything works perfectly and I am contacting them again since I bought new stainless steel locks and need the old brass swapped out. I will be referring any family or friends here who need lock assistance!!

Called in to get a replacement 2012 Mazda 3 car key. The Manager who never revealed his name called me back right away (only good aspect of the service).

When i spoke with him he would not give me a clear quote for an electric key or a regular key and stated he had to go my residence to determine the total price. I informed him i did not feel comfortable with that I needed a quote before they came so i didn't have to pay the service fee if i wasn't purchasing a key from them.

The manager frustrated then stated well then why don't you call a dealership and hung up. Not very courteous will never have my business.  

Go to someone else!

I received a flyer in the mail with a new move in re-key special. I called that day to set an appointment, and he was available the next day. Ernie re-keyed all of my locks in about an hour. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his workmanship! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family who need a locksmith!

Tyrone is the real deal when it comes to legit locksmiths.   He definitely has the customers best interest at heart, full of integrity, patient, thorough and honest.

He come to my home to program another transponder key to my Lexus.  He was on time and completed the job in a short time.

Gonna put a solid in for these folks. Way better service than you'll get at Home Depot or elsewhere, and an impossibly complete supply of key blanks of all kinds. Got at duplicate made for my boat and another odd one done later for the motorcycle.
