Went to Mercury for the first time and highly recommend them to anyone needing these services. He re-keyed all my outdoor handsets and was super friendly. Great conversation while I waited. Ask him to tell you about the time he moved a 6000 lb safe in flip-flops!! :-)

I called Stoddard's on Tuesday evening after my husband's ignition on his 2005 Honda Civic started acting up. Scott answered and told me he'd have to run the situation by his tech, Terry, and would call back. He called me back within 15 minutes with a recommendation for us to try before we actually had someone come out. Unfortunately it didn't work for us, however Terry was able to come out the next day. He called 30 minutes before arrival and was very prompt and professional. He tried multiple different things and spent quite a long time trying to get the ignition fixed, but it was beyond repair, which is no fault of his (Ended up being more a mechanical issue, which is beyond their expertise). Despite the fact that he had cut a new key and repinned the ignition, Terry only charged us for a service call since he wasn't able to get the ignition fixed. While they weren't able to fix the problem, I did appreciate the exceptional customer service and would definitely feel confident in recommending them to anyone needing a good locksmith.

Several days ago my key broke and i had the pleasure of meeting Eran. Eran was wonderful, talkative and so polite! He did such a great job with fixing my key! I've had zero troubles with it since he worked his magic. Thank you, Eran!

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. Since our job wasn't a very complicated one, we weren't in a big rush, and Robert was in the area, Robert squeezed us in and arrived within 30 minutes as promised.  Robert provided professional work, he has great work ethics, and has a wonderful attitude and personality.  I highly recommend United Lock and Key.  Deserved 10 stars!

They did what everybody else said it was not doable. It was a car key, to be programmed and cut. The dealer asked the customary $400.00 for a key, other locksmiths said it cannot be done, Pennington said "I don't see why not". And it was done in a matter of minutes.

I needed rekey all our door.  Bobby came and provided estimates.  He also identified problem locks and helped me with all my lock issues and rekey.

I used ACME in Scottsdale back in 2015 and they did a great job too.

Unfortunately five stars is the highest rating because they deserve far more credit for the attentive, extremely prompt, and caring customer service they provide.  

I had a last minute emergency to rekey my mom's entire home, due to an order of protection against a drug abusing and mentally unstable younger brother, who thought he could continue to occupy the home, even though an order of protection for my mom and her home said he could not.

My recently widowed mom (our dad died from COVID) needed to sell her home. Two property inspections were cancelled due to this former brother being there and chasing away inspectors. The need to secure the residence was immediate, and JT's husband and wife team had it done within 24 hours afterwards making arrangements for the new keys to be mailed to us.  They confirmed the garage code had been changed, locks were changed; and when I mentioned not knowing if the windows were all locked they said they could go back to the house and make sure they were locked.  WOW!!!!

They treat you like family.  The genuine care and concern in their voices is palapable. They are two amazing human beings ,and I sincerely wish our world was filled with more people like them.  I will never forget their kindness, and my mom's mind and fears have been placed at ease.  THANK YOU SO MUCH JT'S !!!!

Have been going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe for a little over a year.  They have usually been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait.  Recently stopped in to get a quote on a file cabinet lock install.  The owner said that his staff doesn't like to do those types of jobs and that I should just buy a new cabinet with a lock already installed.  He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to leave.  Until that encounter I was satisfied with their service.  However, the arrogance of the owner was enough for me to look for a new locksmith.  A real business owner doesn't let his employees dictate what jobs he should accept.  Additionally if you really don't want to do this kind of job I suggest a better customer service approach to the situation like a referral to another company.  That's how businesses grow customer loyalty, not by insulting them.  Found another locksmith who was more than able to come out to my office and do the install in person for a very fair rate.

These folks made two keys for me:  one for a wooden surveyor's transit box dating back to the late 19th or early 20th Century, and another more mundane one for a Craftsman toolbox.  They only took a couple of days, despite being pretty busy after being closed for a week after the owner passed.  The price was quite reasonable and the service was friendly, competent, and timely.

I used MrRekey when I purchased my new home and the locksmith was professional, courteous, and friendly.

They arrived on time and provided excellent service.

I used them again after a contractor lost a key and they again did a stellar job!

I had a situation where everything on this day wasn't going my way. I lost my wallet, misplaced my phone, and on top of it all, I locked my house keys in my car...You name it, everything went wrong on this day until I called these guys.

My friend had a similar situation a couple of days prior where she locked her keys inside of Buttercup (her old school VW trailer). She was very happy with their service and price, so she recommended I give them. I called them from her phone and explained my situation. They asked me a few questions and then they were at my place in no time.

They unlocked condo almost effortlessly. I then used my spare key to open my car and retrieve my master set of keys. They literally turned my day around. I later found my wallet and my iPhone.

I locked myself out of my house this morning and other places I had called told me they couldn't get to me for an hour or more. Lucky for me Tyrone, who is the owner, happened to be nearby and was able to get to me very quickly. When he arrived, he got right to work. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very professional and easy to talk to which is always nice. Definitely give him a call if find yourself in need of a locksmith.

Great fast service! Super nice guy who knows what he's doing and is honest. Reasonably priced! I highly recommend!

Gonna put a solid in for these folks. Way better service than you'll get at Home Depot or elsewhere, and an impossibly complete supply of key blanks of all kinds. Got at duplicate made for my boat and another odd one done later for the motorcycle.
