We were locked out of our house in Mesa and called this company.  He said he would send out a tech from Apache Junction and Harrison arrived 20 minutes after the call.

He was polite and worked on our locked security door for a few minutes and was able to unlock it with no damage to the lock.

Thomas was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He even stayed late to replace the locks on our new house and was more than willing to be flexible to coordinate with our schedule. If I ever have any issues with my locks, Thomas is the first guy I'm calling (and not just because there's a three year warranty).

I called Tim from Shamrock at 2:41pm on a Wednesday and he showed up by 3pm.  He quoted me over the phone and the initial quote didn't change once he completed the job.  He was professional and I'd definitely use his services again, but I hope I am never locked out of my house...

I was waiting on another locksmith to call back. I could not wait any longer. I came on Yelp and fond kwik pick. I called and inform them what I needed to open and they said they can open it and they quoted me a price. Bill sent me a text telling what time he would be. Bill arrived on time. He was very friendly and went to work. Had no problem opening the trailer door. Than he open a storage door at no cost. The Price did not change. Bill was so friendly he made me so comfortable and I felt like I have known him for years.

We had a backyard shed at the house we rented that nobody could find the keys for. I called Nathan on a Tuesday and he called me back Wednesday (even though the recording said they'd be closed till that Saturday). He was out Friday, right on time, and was able to get into the shed and rekey the lock to match the house keys in about 20 minutes. The price was certainly reasonable.

Morty was quick to arrive and friendly! The process took no more than 5 mins minutes. Would highly recommend.

I have not dealt with North Valley before. I drove to the shop thinking they were open, but they were closed. I left a brief message. David called back within 3 minutes explaining that he was under the weather (why the shop was closed), asked me what I needed, and proceeded to give me instructions on the likely solution to my problem. He was very pleasant, and helpful.
I returned home, followed his directions, and managed to fix my lock problem.
I am very impressed with David's sense of putting the customer first, without any probable financial return. KUDOS!
North Valley Lockshop will definitely be my go-to place for lock and security issues.

I just had to write about the amazing experience we had with Downtown Locksmith rekeying our entire house. Not only was our service provider prompt and professional, he actually alerted us to a problem with one of our doors- which we already knew about- and said he could easily fix it- for $10! The work was perfect, and the price was more than fair. If we ever have an issue with any of our locks, we will for sure go to Downtown Locksmith. You should too!

Locked my keys in my bedroom and didn't want to damage my door so I called Castros and they responded very quickly and let me in. I didn't have to miss much work. Highly recommend

I had an urgent situation with my patio door lock.

Awesome place! Robert was able to help out my wife with her replacement of her keyless remote start key. I would come here over and over again. Highly recommend.

Anthony got back to me quickly.  After my wife got up I asked her how she felt about getting the ignition repaired.  She said to ho ahead.  I called and said that could take of us after their first call. Michael called to let me know that was on his way.  Rebuilt my ignition,  cut a new key and had us good to go in under two hours.  Highly recommend.

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. Tom correctly identfied the problem and replaced the broken door dead bolt lock with a new part he had on the truck! Convenient digital pay options. I am extremely satisfied with this service!
