Excellent service.  I had some locks rekeyed and Harrison did a great job, timely, courteous and helpful.  I highly recommend these folks.

I needed to get assistance in order to rekey the locks on my moms house in Queen Valley. Steve and Sharon were willing to go to the part of the city and more impressively, agreed to go same day. Their pricing was also very reasonable (especially given the distance). When changing the locks they were quick and knowledgeable. Even providing additional tips for the long term care of the locks, doors, etc. Both were friendly and I would use them again. Thank you for the quick service!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get referred to Integrity Lock & Key when searching for a locksmith to perform some work in our home.  Thomas was very thorough in explaining everything to us, gave us options, and painstakingly performed changing out door locks and rekeying things in our home.  He arrived on time, had excellent follow-through, was communicative, and was a very conscientious person.  His work ethic and skill level are top-notch, and he is meticulous in his workmanship.  We were extremely happy with the work he performed and highly recommend him and his company.

Great job. Came right away to fix the door knob that was stuck in the locked position.  This was the door leading from the house into the garage. He had it fixed very quickly., then helped to to adjust the stop lock on our 8ft front door.  Unfortunately I don't recall his name, but he was tall and could easily reach the top of the door.

Bill was great!  What a relief that I found him on a Saturday evening! He answered the call right away, gave me a 30 minute ETA, and was able to unlock our office door in no time (door got shut with keys in the office).  Bill made the process quick and easy!  To avoid this situation in the future he was able to make two spare keys.  The other thing I really appreciated is that he took the proper steps to make sure I was who I said I was and was authorized to get into the locked office.  His prices are very reasonable even for the after-hours service.  I will certainly use his services in the future if I need to.  Thank you Bill, you are awesome.

I needed a couple of locks replaced so I called these folks. Nathan came out same day and suggested to just rekey them. He saved me a bundle. Super nice and trustworthy gentleman. Price was excellent. I strongly recommend them. 5 stars.

Our garage door opener along with our house keys were stolen from our home.  We called Mike and he was willing and available to help us, on that same day!!! He arrived at our home at the time he promised. He was very understanding to our needs.  He even made suggestions to save us some money. He was conscientious about his job.  Thanks to Mike, our family now feels safe in our home again.  We will definitely call Mike for any of our future locksmith needs.

We requested a quote on Monday and were satisfied with their quote. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day.

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

I called this company for a key because i had lost mine. The worker left the interior frame of the door loose for both driver and passenger. The handles were all loose and popped out. We agreed on meeting the next day and when we tried contacting he ignored us. We called with a different number and when he answered and recognized our voice he hung up right away. We were aleeady having a bad day and he made it worse thank you.He took 140 dollars and only gave us 1 key. The key does not even open the drivers door. And both door handles are loose and the he broke the drivers handle. A peace of the car is broken that doesnt even have to do with the door. Terrible job

Josh came out to my house this am and had the whole house re-keyed in no time! Super nice guy and great with recommendations. Even quickly fixed my sticky front door. I highly recommend him and sending him to my family for their homes.

The staff eas extremely helpful and professional, Don in particular. I live 40 miles away and was referred by 3 other locksmiths for the job I needed done.

Mickey managed to figure out how to fix a lock on an antique post office box door lock so I could turn it into a bank for my grandchildren.  He then showed me how to change combinations.  Very helpful.  Works out of his van.  Fee was very reasonable.  He'll get more business from me for sure.  Strong recommendation from me.  Use this guy, you won't be disappointed.

Tried for several hours to get someone out to help me unlock a door. I was told three different times someone would be contacting me within a few minutes but nobody ever contacted me or ever showed up. Nothing like being stranded for several hours with no help.
