Fantastic service! Called Tom, discussed what I needed done. He was at my home within the hour and had my pesky door knob fixed and 10 door an fled the keyed! This past weekend, we locked ourselves out of the house, in the garage. I looked up a local locksmith in the area and called Bill. He was there in 15 minutes and even apologized for taking so long! He was so super nice and knowledgeable and was able to get in the garage door lock in about 10 minutes! I'm hoping we are never in this situation again - but if we are - I'm going to call Bill!

Old world service in a new location!  Got a duplicate key made for my BMW motorcycle.  It was done professionally, efficiently, and less than half of what the dealership charged.  It's so refreshing to get service, and feel that you've gotten a great deal.  In such a cut throat business as locksmithing, I truly hope these folks maintain their integrity.

I called this company for a key because i had lost mine. The worker left the interior frame of the door loose for both driver and passenger. The handles were all loose and popped out. We agreed on meeting the next day and when we tried contacting he ignored us. We called with a different number and when he answered and recognized our voice he hung up right away. We were aleeady having a bad day and he made it worse thank you.He took 140 dollars and only gave us 1 key. The key does not even open the drivers door. And both door handles are loose and the he broke the drivers handle. A peace of the car is broken that doesnt even have to do with the door. Terrible job

A really amazing company.  My neighbor locked herself out of her house, her garage door code wouldn't work, and she was stuck.  I googled locksmiths, and found Rusk to be close-by.  Josh answered right away, and gave me an estimate of when he would be here.  He kept in contact to keep us apprised of his ETA, and arrived on time.  A super nice guy, who did quick and effective job getting into the house.  He even tows a mobile office and made extra keys too.  I'd call Rusk again in a heartbeat.  Thanks Josh!  A pleasure doing business with you!

These guys know their keys! I have brought in at least 2 very complicated older car keys, one of which was broken in two pieces! These guys helped me every time. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices, in my opinion.

Anytime Lock & Safe is quick in responding to my request.  I would have no doubt to use their services if I run into the same situation again in the future.

Tried for several hours to get someone out to help me unlock a door. I was told three different times someone would be contacting me within a few minutes but nobody ever contacted me or ever showed up. Nothing like being stranded for several hours with no help.
