I have an interior lock that is a beast to deal with, and one of my kids accidentally shut the door with the handle in lock position. The tech did his level best with the usual tools, but rather than resorting to drilling out the lock, the business owner came down with a specialty tool and saved the day, and me quite a lot of money! I have a lot of work lined up for them as I remodel, and everyone I know is getting a referral to them, it's tough to find skilled *and* principled service professionals! AAA+ highly recommended and Veteran Owned!

These wonderful people came in to the house I just bought and took care of a million little things for me and my family. They not only changed the house locks but the mail lock and even reprogrammed the garage door opener!  They left us with plenty of keys and a second remote for the garage!

I have never been in the actual store but I have used their service several times. Always friendly, timely and competitively priced.

Jonathan was the Locksmith that helped me, he was knowledgeable and also match a lower quote that I got for programming 2 keys... I would recommend him and would use his service again...

My review is an email with amounts censored for obvious reasons. This company gave me a quote close to HALF the dealer quote plus they offer the mobile service which I received.

I'm a Realtor and called Tim as soon as my buyer's home closed. He was able to come out less than 24 hours later, rekey the house, and called me to pay him over the phone so my client wouldn't have to deal with it. My client was pleased and prices were so reasonable! Definitely will use again!

I was locked out of my delivery van after hours on a Friday evening. I called 9 locksmiths in the west valley. Bill was one of two locksmiths that even called me back, and he was able to come out as soon as he could. The next available person was a five hour wait minimum. He was super communicative, quick, friendly and everything on the van was in perfect condition once he was finished. He really helped me out and I was able to finish my delivery schedule that same night. Can't recommend him enough!

I would give him zero stars if I could. Locked out in the middle of the night. His technician takes over an hour to arrive. And completely overcharges us. When asked about the situation, Mike just brushes it off and says it's not his technician. Horrible service and professionalism.

We requested a quote on Monday and were satisfied with their quote. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day.

The technician quickly changed the locks on several doors and made extra keys for us. The keys all worked as they should and the technician was very friendly and informative.

Solid, local, and trustworthy business.  Came here a long time ago to get some duplicate keys made.  At the time, I lived in a 90 year old historic apartment in Encanto-Palmcroft and the door had the original locks.  Trying to find a key blank at any of the normal spots (Home Depot, etc) was impossible which is how I ended up here.  They cut a couple keys for me but when I got home, they didn't work.  Stopped back in and they knew why I had come back even before I could explain.  The key cutting machine was not calibrated/reset for my keys so the cuts were just about a millimeter or so deeper than they should have been.  They realized that right after I left, apologized, and made new working keys for me.  Super friendly, knowledgeable, took ownership of the issue and resolved.  Thanks!
