Great old school business.  Very good to work with.  Needed keys for a camper shell.  They had me taken care of in a very short amount of time.  

Next time I need keys or any type of lock service, this is where I'm going.

Great company to work with! Provided exceptional and punctual service. Made two trips to the house when we realized a piece of our hardware set was machined improperly ( manufacturer's fault ). Even though it wasn't their fault that the install couldn't happen on the first visit, they didn't charge for the second visit and handled the new install quickly and professionally. HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. Ethical, affordable and high quality workmanship.

Great service. RJ worked steadily and fast. He was very friendly and talkative. I enjoyed that he explained what he was doing as he was working. I highly recommend his service!

Accidentally locked keys in my truck, so I searched the Yelp! reviews and Sitton Locksmith looked to be an easy choice with the great reviews.  I called and within the hour he was over and quickly got the truck unlocked.  He used a mini air-bag that opened up a big enough gap from the door frame to slide a flexible fiberglass pole in to push the unlock button.

The best part was after he was done.  He was very upfront about costs on the phone and was very professional and personable on site.  When making payment, he asked if my auto insurance covered roadside assistance, which I had completely forgot about.  No worries, he wrote up the invoice properly and I submitted the roadside claim online and will be reimbursed.

If I ever have a lock or similar issue again, I won't hesitate to use Sitton.  Great experience!

I would give 10 Stars if I could.  I lost the key to my car.  My junky old car was having computer issues preventing the locksmith from being able to program a new key.   He kept trying everything he could think of and every suggestion he could find for a very long time.   I had given up hope then he told me he had done  it!!!!  I have no doubt that at the dealership this ordeal would have cost me at least double what I paid.   I was so happy he got it to work and didn't charge me a ton I almost started crying.  I definitely recommend Desert Locksmith.

They have made multiple key fobs for me and always have what I need in stock with super fast service. I highly recommend them!

As a Realtor being able to have other agents access my listings is of upmost importance,  so when I was told a fellow Realtor had taken or lost the key to my listing it was imparitive I get a replacement immediately to keep the showings active. I called and Bo answered,  I described the situation and he told me he would call me back as soon as he was on his way. In a short period of time he called back and said he would be there in 20 minutes.  Less than 20 minutes he was pulling up. Great guy, very friendly and efficient. He got the door open and made extra keys. Let's sell this now!

Called to have a broken house lock replaced, and Nathan arrived in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly and articulate. The lock cylinder was replaced and keyed to match another door lock. Work was done within 10-15 minutes, and a printed receipt provided. Cost was $75, but think they have Angie's list coupon as noted by another reviewer. Speedy and competent service, just what I was hoping for!

I bought a new home and needed 6 locks rekeyed, 4 garage door openers reprogrammed, and a pin pad code changed. The service guy was great. He completed all that in less than an hour, he showed up in the time frame I was told, and was pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend them.

Bell Lock and Safe is awesome! John was at my house in less than 20 minutes to fix a broken door knob and had the job done in less than an hour! He was professional, nice and went above and beyond, making sure my door was working correctly before he left. He also wore a mask which I appreciate. The price was very reasonable, I really could not ask for better service! I will contact Bell Lock and Safe for any future locksmith needs and you should too!! :)

Not sure if I can rightfully review Assist as I did not spend any money with them. That's because when I called Joe and told him that my lock had essentially exploded inside my door, and that I had done as much as I could, he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that he could be out the next day, but I had come so far with what I had done that he could probably talk me through the rest of it. He explained what I needed to do next and in about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A lot of other service people would have known that I almost had it fixed but still come out and charge me for an hour service call. I can guarantee you that Joe will get my next paying job.

Corey went above and beyond his work to fix our front door lock that had been broken before we moved in and our realtor decided to tell us the door lock was simply "stuck" and that we should spray WD-40 to help it! Complete BS beware of Arizona premier! We didn't mind paying Corey for his services and thank him for being honest and fixing our garage door opener as well since that stoped working too!

Locked out of my house and in desperation called North Valley. They answered immediately and within 20 min Wade was at my door. My lock was hard to get open but Wade devised a work-around. I highly recommend them and would use again. Hopefully I won't have to!
