I deal with them occasionally through my work and they have always done a good job and reliable.

I bought a used Ford truck that only had one key and I needed to get a spare transponder key. They  gave me a fair quote (Rodeo Ford wanted $45 more and by appointment only) and I will be going there in the next few days for that key.

I had an issue with a sliding glass door that would not latch properly.  I tried several times to fix it myself, but was unsuccessful.  I called these guys and the gentleman who came out figured out the problem right away, repaired the door, and now it latches.  I was afraid I would need to replace the whole door, but they fixed it at a fraction of the cost.

I would definitely use these guys for any lockout or locksmith needs, especially aluminum sliding doors as not many technicians know how to work on these and actually fix the problem!  Great job!!

He showed up following CDC guidelines and was quick. I was expecting to wait 1-3 hours before he arrived on location and he arrived in 20 mins. He was very friendly and polite. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a locksmith! :) 10/10

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

I called Adams locksmith Tuesday night to have my new condo re-keyed the next day. I was given a service call time of 0630 the next morning. Tom showed up on time and did a great job. These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

After having my vehicle towed from Needles, Ca to Glendale Arizona because of overheating and fluid draining out , I decided to try On The Go Auto Repair. So glad I did. The same day I contacted them Steve came to my house to assess my problem. It did not take him but a couple minutes to determine that my radiator had decided to rupture. He provided me with a written quote and his next availability to replace the radiator, which was the next day. I scheduled it and he arrived as promised. 113 degrees outside and he was ready to work. The work was done cleanly. He came with everything that he needed and completely the job. I have never used a mobile repair service before but I have to tell you this was a great experience. Steve was the best. Thanks for getting me back up and running in such a short period of time.

I set up an appointment to get a duplicate car key (stupid transponder chips) and extra keyless remote. The day of the appointment, the tech was a little late, but he called me ahead of time to let me know, and once he got there, he was friendly, professional and fast. Good service for a very reasonable price compared to other locksmiths I've researched... and certainly much cheaper than having it done by a dealership.

On time, professional and they were awesome to rekey locks and get some new keys. I would recommend them to anyone needing their service

John and Bell Lock and Safe were a life saver!!
I was locked out of my house and I made the mistake of calling one of those 1-800 locksmith companies. I had been waiting in the heat for hours and no one showed up. I called John at Bell lock and he was there in 15 minutes to let me in. The other company never showed up or called me back. Thank God for John. He was fast and professional. Also the price he quoted over the phone was the same price I paid when he arrived. I would definitely use Bell Lock and Safe again and recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith.

The times in which we live - especially in the world of real estate. As a very excited first-time home buyer on my closing day I was handed 15-20 keys for 8-10 different locks around the property. Even having a log of which key number goes to which lock my brain turned into scrambled eggs. I knew I was going to need to get the house rekeyed with the hopes of being able to have one key work for all of the locks around the house.

Called to get quotes from a few places and the person who answered for North Valley Locksmith was very friendly. He even took my call while on a construction site (never too busy for potential new clients). Originally wanted to try and schedule something over the weekend I received a follow-up call from Wade who said he could actually make the appointment same day later in the evening. He showed up on time and ready to work. Talked about my dad being a vet and how crazy real estate is right now, but he even brought towels to not mess up my new tile floors. Took him about an hour but got everything squared away.

About 15 minutes after Wade left I was locking up the place and could not get the front screen door to fully lock. I thought maybe something was wrong with a spring. Called Wade and he came back over within 20-25 minutes. Turns out I was the dummy - he locked the security door on the first attempt. Now I know I need to push the door in before locking it. Gave him a $20 for his gas to come back when I was in the wrong but was still very respectful the entire time.
