Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find.  I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area.  Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business.  Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience.  Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage.  Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages.  Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement.  Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together.  The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly.  And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet broom making sure that they got as many nails as possible.  He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process.  Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust.  Just call TSM.

Logan the Project Manager was very professional and accurate with his bid proposal and start to finish dates. His crew did an outstanding job on the installation and cleaned up my property after each day.  I would definitely recommend hiring All About Roofing LLC..!

Originally I was going to get a quote from 2 roofers, one of which I used before and one recommended to me by a neighbor, after having rain damage several months ago. But the contractor who was going to do the inside repair suggested I contact Roof Medics so I got a quote from them, too.  Their quote was very competitive and being the analytical guy that I am, I created a table to compare the quotes, showing additional factors besides price like Yelp rating, years in the business, BBB complaints, materials and warranty. The Roof Medics stood out as the clear winner in my evaluation.

The Roof Medics team was outstanding; I especially appreciated the thorough cleanup they did each day to remove debris and nails.  Daryl was friendly and professional, and always answered my questions. They were there when they said they'd be and finished on time.  I'd highly recommend them.

Dean and his team did a great job replacing my entire patio roof and drywall that got water damaged. Very happy with the job done. He came out right away and provided me with a reasonable estimate. The job got done in a timely manner. The men cleaned up and kept everything professional. Definitely recommend Dean and his team. He is honest and will tell you the best route to take. Prior to contacting him, I got quoted  a ridiculous amount by a different company, who wanted to just put a band-aid over my roof. Glad I found these guys.

JTD Provided a quote via pictures and came out the next day to remount some fallen concrete shingles. I was at work while the job was being completed and Juan recommended 1 additional item be done. I was very appreciative that he waited for my approval via text before adding additional cost to the project. I was provided an invoice promptly after the job was complete.
I will be using JTD Roofing for any of my future needs.

My house had the original 60 year old tile roof so I couldn't complain much when it needed replacement. I had Allstate and two other well-regarded roofing companies come out for an estimate. Chad from Allstate was the one that seemed to be the most knowledgeable straight-talker. They really lived up to all these outstanding ratings. Every step along the way was pleasant and professional, from Veronica in the office to Nelson as the on-the-job supervisor. I hated to give up the tile, but these shingles are really beautiful. Come the monsoon season, I will be really glad I made this purchase.

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

We had a hail storm in 2009...remember? That's when our roof was destroyed and was replaced by Right Way. The work was mostly excellent. It looks good, anyway. I spent extra to have facias replaced and I was not disappointed. However, and this is the tough part because I love this company, but the roof has been leaking ever since Right Way installed it 12 years ago. With every heavy rain, water leaks in somewhere around our rooftop AC unit, and then in the middle of the night the living room ceiling ends up soggy and wet on the living room floor. I had Right Way come out several times over the years to try to fix it, but it never got repaired. Well, then the warranty ran out on the roof, but the leak is still there. So, Johnny (owner) came out, told me what was shot, and took a $3000 check from me. I was on vacation when the roof was actually repaired. I don't know what was done, but I know plywood sheets and new shingles were involved. I was soooo happy to finally have the 12 year-old leak fixed. But a week after returning home from vacation, we had a nice monsoon shower, and at 11PM, the living room ceiling landed with a soggy thud on the living room floor.  

We've been trying to launch a remodeling project in our house for better than three years, but no contractors will touch the house until the leak is fixed and the ceiling stops collapsing.  

Wanna know what's really aggravating? Before the hail storm in 2009, we had not a single roof leak. After Right Way installed the roof, we get an indoor rain shower when we get a moderate to heavy outdoor rain shower. We can only imagine how much mold is growing in the attic. This may turn into additional liability for Right Way, but we're not sure yet.  

UPDATE 12/9/2021: Right Way Roofing sent out two of the best leak detectors. They performed a water test and couldn't find the leak. But once they got into the attic and under the AC unit on the roof, they were able to find where the water is coming in around the ductwork. Lori Clark thinks the leak is coming from plumbing or the AC unit itself, but it's not. This is just a really difficult roof leak, that's all. We won't know if the leak is truly fixed until we get a rain with high winds. After the guys patched that leak, they returned two weeks later, did another water test, and the attic stayed dry.

If you need to get your roof repaired or replaced, this is the business to go with! Very honest inspection of my roof and after 20+ years in the hot AZ weather, it needed to be replaced. I was shown photos of my roof and explained all the costs upfront. They clean up the property thoroughly each day and I could not be happier with the quality of work that they did. Several of my neighbors stopped by to get referral information for their homes as they were so impressed with speed and efficiency of the workers.

Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

I have a roof leak and called lots of places to come out and check it. Some places were 2-3 weeks out before they could come out. Called and left Garrett a message, he called be right back and said he could stop by the next day. He called and showed up on time, then after checking my roof leak and talking to him, he told me because my house is only 9 years old to go after the home builder. I have not paid him anything and he is so willing to help. I am in the process of going after the home builder, and if things fall through I will be using ridge roofing to repair. Thanks Garrett!

Excellent response time.  Reasonable quote, found issues other roofing firms did not see.  Team came out just a few days after accepting the quote and were done well ahead of schedule. Cleaned up the area.  A top tier roofing service.  Professional organization.
