We had several roofers come out to give estimates. None of them had the customer service and knowledge like Proficient! Mike and Lauren were always available to answer any questions that we had on the materials or timeline, etc... We had our home, cabana and shop re-roofed and they all look AMAZING! The crew was on time and we didn't have a single issue before, during or after the install. Not to mention the price! We saved THOUSANDS with them. Seriously - it was thousands. We had all of our roofing completed for LESS than what competitors wanted just to do only our home AND with a better quality material! It has been about 8 months since our roofing was done and even though we had a few nasty storms, the roof still looks perfect! We have gotten so many compliments too! THANK YOU MIKE & LAUREN! When we start doing rental properties, you will be our roofer!

Bought an online deal to have my roof inspected and gutters cleaned. Ken provided me with a very thorough overview of the condition of my roof (which was fairly new and he didn't try to sell me on things or services that I didn't need). I felt like I was being treated very honestly and I appreciated that. I will certainly call them again when it's time for another cleaning and inspection.

We recently hired Poor Boys to pour our cement driveway and a cement patio in the back yard. Everything from the estimate to the finishing work was top notch. They arrived on time on the day they said they would and when they left the job was clean with not a pebble out of place. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if I need a contractor.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

I noticed there were a few tiles that shifted on my roof after a series of storms. So, I asked a friend and he recommended TRM from previous experience. So, I called to scheduled. The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was very professional and accommodating. Nick showed up on time to inspect the roof. He moved tiles around and corrected all the tiles that shifted. He also made recommendations without trying to sell you an entire roof. Very professional, honest and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Joe/Showtime Roofing was one several bids I obtained to strip and re-roof our 2400 sq ft home + a 720 sq ft patio roof. I ended up choosing Showtime Roofing and they did the job in early June 2022. I waited for some months to leave a review, as I wanted to see how the roof performed during the monsoon storms. I'm happy to report, no issues!
There were several reasons that I choose Joe over the other 4 bids I got. One was materials -- there were details in the materials Joe used that stood out. For one example, we chose a quality dimensional shingle. If you drive around, you will see that for most roofs with asphalt architectural / dimensional shingles, they took standard 3-tab shingles of the same color as the dimensional shingles, and cut each of them into 3 pieces for the ridges and peaks. This is a common cost cutting measure that most roofers do, but may not disclose to the homeowner. Joe did it correctly and used hip and ridge shingles for the peaks, which definitely gives a much more attractive appearance.
During the job, I could always reach Joe by phone if I had a question or an issue. Joe's crew started and completed the job on time as promised. The last point I would mention is that Joe's bid price was at or lower than the other bids I got, and as I said, there were some materials and methodology in the job that I felt were a little bit superior compared to that of other bids.
To sum up, I would definitely use Showtime Roofing again, and I would recommend Joe and his company to others.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

I AM DELIGHTED! Donnie (owner) actually answered the phone himself. I know that's good since I have called numerous roofers and usually get someone who knows nothing.....takes my number and never hear from them.
My job was small...one tile pulled off by a tree during a storm. Donnie had me send him pictures. I already had the product info (from builder) so he went to the distributor, picked it up, along with 3 tiles for future need, and installed the next day. Bless his heart! It took and hour, plus he walked the roof and took care of some other tiles. He came quickly and was efficient. He charged me far less than the roofer who installed the roof was going to charge, plus they were going to make me wait 2 weeks for the evaluation and then have to come back with the tile, even though they had the product info.
He'll be my go-to-roofer-dude!

I can't say enough good things about Don and his crew. Excellent communication and always showed up on time. Very fair prices. They replaced the entire roof and did so quickly with a lot of attention to detail.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.
A special thank you goes out to Melvin, the carpenter doing the inside work, here are Before and After pictures of Malvin's work.
Thank you Rhino Construction,
Happy Customer

Single family home with tile roof, should be easy to replace the underlayment and bring up to the current building code. Not so much with Brandon. I had to hire a roofing inspector, and exchange calls and emails to Rosie On The House and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to figure out how to get my roof finished to local code. When I asked the lead guy on the crew why the hips, ridges flashing and nailing pattern was not done up to code, he replied, they were told not to. Brandon knows roofing and is a smooth talker but tried to take advantage my family. Please feel free to check Google reviews for pictures.

My review of Jim Brown and Sons from 2021 is in the not rated section. I do not know why, but please scroll to my review and see what an excellent job Jim Brown and Sons did on our roof. They went above and beyond in their service to us by assisting us with a complaint against another roofing company with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Gary came out to our home multiple times to be here when the ROC inspector was here. He did this without any expectation of us using Jim Brown and Sons when the case was resolved. We did choose to use them to replace our roof. It took almost a year from the first time Gary of JBS first came to our home to the time we were able to have Jim Brown and Sons (JBS) do the work. Our home is dry and leak proof and has been that way for an entire year. Thank you Jim Brown and Sons!

I do NOT recommend using this company. In february 2020 we noticed a leak in one of the ceilings in our home. We contacted them and it was found the roof was put on incorrectly with incorrect materials on the entire back addition. The restoration department referred us to their roofing department to have the roof fixed before they completed the interior. The roofing department send Pete to inspect the roof. They were unable to complete the work until 4/15. On 4/14 the crew arrives unscheduled and a day early waking this healthcare worker whom works 13 hour night shifts. Pete was well aware of this nighshift schedule and needing to schedule around it. Pete and his crew didn't care and showed up a day early in the middle of my night waking me 3 separate times. I was told the job would all be done that day (4/14) after having woken me they worked 1-2 hours and left. They arrive again the next am so 2 days of no sleep to work another 1-2 hours. They left a giant mess in the driveway, in the dog run, and tar and roofing chunks on my lawn furniture ruining the fabric. There was roofing matter all over the clothes and shoes in my closet. Pete further did not see a larger than fist sized hole in the roof which caused further interior damage and despite being aware of it he did not fix it. He now wants another $400 to complete the roof that should have been noticed by a so called professional or anyone with eyes for that matter. His utter incompetence and flippant attitude towards customers is appalling. I contacted the office and was told they will make this right. That did not happen there was no apologies or attempt to make it right for lack of professionalism, severe below quality of work, and disregard for customer care and customer property. We most certainly overpaid for this service. We had many projects in line over the next year to 2 years and Zona beyond being fired for the restoration work you will not be getting anymore work from us. We will be sure to educate others of your appalling business practices in order to spare them. You are shameful!

I highly recommend Koala T Roofing.
My tile roof was over 20 years old and beginning to leak. I got a couple of estimates, but found Koala T to be the best choice.
Deanna, the owner, was very easy to work with.
The roofers were efficient and left my property spotless.

In late July, Sun City Roofing replaced our original shingles, which were old and damaged from last year's storms. This work was done during this year's Arizona's monsoon season because it could no longer wait. We choose Sun City Roofing because an affiliated company, Desert Mesa Painting, did an excellent exterior paint job earlier.
Their proprietor, Joe, was very responsive. After inspection, he wrote an itemized estimate. He was also expedient in dealing with our homeowners' association. Joe's team promptly stripped the old shingles and put down an underlayment protection material. That night, a windstorm came up with 40 mph gusts, and lifted several areas of underlayment, exposing the wood to possible rainwater. I called Joe that evening, and the next morning, his crew reattached the underlayment. Unbelievably, that second night, another severe windstorm raised additional protection areas. I phoned again, and again his crew made a prompt repair.
On Sunday night, a storm hit with winds and then rain. In a few areas where wood became exposed, some water trickled in and left spots on the garage ceiling.
The next day, the shingles were delivered. Then, a roofing crew of 6 - 8 men completed the shingle installation in one day. I've not seen this level of performance before, but the crew was organized and the work was sound. My ground-based inspection didn't spot any deficiencies. Joe explained how he emphasizes quality. His lead man has been employed for over 10 years. I have waited for over a month to watch for latent problems, but none have appeared.
Conclusion: This job's difficulties were caused by my poor timing in starting the roofing job during monsoon season, and the ensuing weather-related difficulties. I don't fault Sun City Roofing for this; in fact, I was pleased with their prompt emergency responses. Local readers will realize how unpredictable and severe Arizona's monsoon season can be.
