We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Having to replace your roof is a big deal, and no one likes dealing with major home issues like a roof or air conditioner replacement. With that said, I am so glad my in-laws found AZ's Finest Roofing.

AZ's Finest Roofing is exactly that -- Arizona's Finest. :) Though located in San Tan Valley, they drove up to my North Phoenix house, super early on day one... ready to go... with a hard working and friendly crew, and they've been working efficiently every day!

Also, my insurance did not cover the wood work, and Danny was able to provide me a great price for that part of the roof! He and April are very friendly, courteous, prompt, and super professional. Overall, best experience ever with a roofer... not that I have so much experience, but I do know good customer service and great work ethic!

Let me summarize my experience in a nutshell.  Johnson Roofing quoted me $950 for a job and then said, in order to fix it right, they needed an additional $3,173. They cancelled several appointment times. They filed a lien on my property for work they did not do. After the lien expired, they then filed a small claims and included a second invoice where someone from Johnson signed my name? The second invoice was dismissed by the courts and Tyler had no answer for them as to why he provided a false signature on the invoice. Let me know if anyone would like me to post a copy of the invoice, happy to do so.

The best roofing company I have ever used. A professional group to say the least, Frank is the ideal foreman who works with a team of roofers that don't fool around.
They were here this morning right on time and got right to work. Frank spent time with me to answer all of my questions as nobody has before. He knows his stuff. And the workers did a great job and went the extra mile to make sure the job was just right. If you are looking for the best, go no further. You found it. Solid five stars all the way.

I was looking to re-roof my home and a co-worker referred me to Express Roofing as she had previously had her roof done by them. I contacted them and made an appointment for inspection and an estimate. They came promptly and inspected the roof, then scheduled another appointment to go over the estimate in detail and explain the products they would use and how. They also recommended we add some extra roof vents since ours was inadequate (something the other companies I contacted didn't). Their estimate was in the middle of the other two I had received, but theirs included the cost of wood whereas the others didn't. There were no surprises as a result. The workers showed up each morning promptly and worked long hours to get our roof done in 2-1/2 days. The work site was cleaned up each evening so you'd never know they were there. Because they didn't use all of the wood in the estimate, we actually received a discount back for that. Express Roofing's professionalism, excellent work, superior work materials, and honesty makes me highly recommend this company for anyone looking to re-roof their home.

The crew from KY-KO arrived at our residence right on time the day they began work. They were very considerate of our neighbors, quietly unloading all their equipment, tools, and materials. Once they started work they were very fast and did a fantastic job of removing all the old roofing materials down to the plywood deck. At the end of the first day, they had stripped the entire roof and had begun laying down the new roofing materials. KY-KO coordinated getting our solar water heater removed from the roof and followed up with me to let me know the status of the job as they moved along. I was very impressed with the overall pre-planning and follow-up they provided. At the end of each day, they picked up all the trash, nails, and old roofing materials from the yard and from the swimming pool. When they left there was nothing left in the yard; the only way you'd know they had been there was because the roof was beginning to shape up as a new one. I can't say enough good things about the way the crew conducted themselves while on the job site, and I can't say enough good things about the terrific job of coordination that was provided by the office. The only bad thing I have to say about the entire job is the letter they sent out telling me they had the right to file a mechanic's lean against our property if I didn't pay the balance of their bill. This came after I spoke to the office staff explaining to them that both my wife and I had COVID-19 and were both struggling to care for one another. I told them I would definitely pay the remainder of the balance and asked them to please send an invoice, which they never did. I would rate the overall quality of the work as 5 stars, but I must admit I was somewhat offended by the threat to file a mechanic's lean.

We had our roof repaired by RENCO Roofing. On 10 December, we noticed some water damage on our ceiling. On 16 December, Jari Marjanen, who was wonderful to work with, came an inspected our roof. He found the problem: the material used underneath the title roofing was faulty. He gave us a quote to fix the material.

The quote was the most reasonably priced out of the other quotes we had gotten. And the quote included fixing the entire roof section, not just the area around the material.

They came out on 23 December and fixed the roof. The crew was easy to work with and very clean.

I'd recommend considering RENCO Roofing, and I'll be keeping their information for the future.
