Eric and his team worked with me on a roof repair due to monsoon storm damage. They had great customer service, and the team did an excellent job doing the repair. Had some roofing repairs prior to closing on a home.  The workmanship was good, however left all of the old nails in the landscaping and blew the remainder into the pool.  Dangerous and careless to people and animals!  Just could not be bothered to clean up the worksite.  Would not recommend.

These guys get an A+. I got 3 bids for my underlayment replacement, and while they were the lowest, their statement of work was complete and they have nothing but 5 star reviews here, so we accepted their bid. They started work about a week after I made a down payment and finished in 3 days. The crew was professional and cleaned up very well. The roof looks, well, the same as it did before except for the visible new drip edge, so that's a good thing! One of our solar lights near a wall took an accidental hit from debris, but we were compensated, so no worries there. The 10 year guarantee helps too!

Had my roof replaced by Castillo Roofing LLC. Ubaldo, the owner came out and provided a free estimate. He explained what he was going to do, provided a written quote. Scope included a complete removal, anticipated wood repair, replacement of sky light and shed.

Projected 2000 square feet. Told him where I had a leak and he explained what they would do. Work had a reasonable warranty. Never had a complete roof repair and got another quote to cross check cost.  Was very happy with Castillo Roofing price.

Work was schedule but we had a rain delay. Job took two days to complete. Three workers Day 1 and four workers on Day 2. Ubaldo checked work completed at the end of each day. Good clean up and very polite and professional work force.

My Brother-in-Law highly recommended Castillo Roofing. He was right. Ubaldo is now doing roof repair for Niece! Happy to find a reliable roofing company and a small family owned business!

We asked Arizona's Finest to come out after the monsoon storm a few weeks ago damaged our roof. The person making the appointment was nice but told us because they had such a high volume of calls it would be a few weeks before they could see us. A few days before the appointment they changed the time without asking if the new time would work for us because they were so busy.

Today, Danny came out, told my husband he would look around himself and then left without another word. No letting us know what he found or explaining to us what repairs he felt were necessary. I called the office and they again just said they were very busy right now and quoted me a much higher amount then others I have received. It feels like he just threw a high number out there because we were not worth his time. He also missed a place on our roof in the quote which we would have pointed out to him if he had bothered talking to us afterwards.

We have used Johnson Roofing twice in the past two years. The people working for them are respectful and have excellent communication from setting the initial appointment to arriving at my house. Quotes seemed very reasonable and their work is excellent. I would definitely recommend.

When my husband and I decided to hire Legacy Roofing, we were initially very impressed with the company. Alex, an inspector, came out to our home and did a thorough inspection of the roof, complete with detailed pictures and explanations of the work that was needed. After the initial inspection was completed, my husband made sure to correct his phone number with Alex, as Alex had my husband's phone number incorrect on his paperwork.

After reviewing the quote given to us by Alex, my husband and I decided to hire Legacy roofing and made an appointment for our roof to be repaired on 5/10/17 @ 7am. On 5/10, the roofers were late. At 8:15am, I called the office and one of the owners, Frank, answered the phone. He was surprised no one had started work on my home, and informed me that he would call me back at the number I called him on asap to give me a status. 30 minutes later, Frank had not called me back, and I called the office again. Upon calling the office, a female employee answered and informed me that Frank had attempted to call me back, but had the incorrect phone number-- we had corrected the phone number on the account with the inspector the week prior. Frank called me back and informed me that the roofers would be arriving within an hour. So instead of starting the job at 7:00 as scheduled, the team arrived around 9:30am.

After the roofers finished their work, they left my home unannounced. There was no knock on the door and no phone call to say that the work had been completed- very unacceptable!  My husband and I had no idea if the work had been completed because no one bothered to update us or check in. My husband had to reach out to Frank, (it should have been the other way around) and was informed that the job was completed and that an inspector would be out the following day to inspect the work. I have never had work completed on my home, where a company did  not call when they were hours late and did not bother to inform the homeowners that the work was completed. We were very dissatisfied  with Legacy roofing by this point, and  the worst was yet to  come.

By 1pm the following day, no one had called to set up the final inspection. When I called Frank to inquire, he was less than concerned. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service thus far and the fact that no one had called us to set up the final inspection. I hinted that I felt that some type of compensation was due and all Frank could say was What is it that you want? He did not offer any sort of compensation for our dissatisfaction and just made excuses about how slammed his crew was with work. His lack of caring attitude was disheartening to say the least. Frank informed me that an inspector would be in contact with us shortly.

Alex, the inspector arrived around 3pm that day. Upon inspection, my husband was horrified to hear that the roofing crew had failed to complete a huge portion of work that was included in our initial quote. Our gutters were not cleaned and some of the mortar work had not been completed. Alex was very apologetic  and ended up doing 2 hours of work for us that day, in order to compete the job. Alex is Legacy's only saving grace. Unfortunately, Alex did not have the authority to offer any discount off of our bill for the incompetence of the roofing crew from the previous day, We paid our bill, and never heard anything from Frank, the owner. No apology, no explanation, nothing. We will never recommend Legacy roofing and will never use them again.

Dave and his crew provided exceptional service.  They are prompt, efficient, and very professional.  Throughout the project, I was kept abreast of the progress of the work being performed.  Dave ensured to send pictures during each phase of the project.  I HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all roofing, and exterior painting needs.

It was wonderful working with this company. We found out our roof was leaking during a rainstorm and had someone out that very day. We got quotes from multiple people and they were by far the cheapest. They put a tarp on our roof and came back later that week and fully repaired. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend.

Kyle and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  We received a total of six bids, and Kyle did offer a competitive bid.  Kyle went over all the work needed which we already knew would be a roof replacement and a new gutter system.  Our home is a Santa Fe style, flat roof home so the roof is a bit tricky.  They nailed it!  Roof is properly sloped, and now there is spray foam for insulation, and two coats of elastomeric.  The new gutters look fantastic as well.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  They were always on time, and respectful.  It was great to work with a company with such great values and high standards of work.

Sure have loved all of the storms our valley has been getting this summer, but the wind finally took its toll on the roof of my patio and needed to be replaced quickly before any rain got in. Charles and Henry were quick to respond and were able to come give me a quote the same day as my incident. Materials were acquired very fast and the job was started within a couple of days. One of the guys from their crew was supposed to come back the following day for some final details and didn't show -- Charles was just a phone call away and fixed the issue immediately. These guys value their clients.

Admittedly I did not do any other shopping around for quotes due to the delicate time constraints of my situation, but the price seemed fair. Some of the wood in my roof was rotting a bit too, and Henry was able to work with us on our total cost just so he could make sure the job was done correctly.

KGJ roofing was very professional to work with.  They exceeded my expectations at every turn of the process.  I noticed a leak in my ceiling and called up KGJ roofing after doing some research on roofers.  The owner Kenny sent out a guy named Pat.  Pat inspected roof and measured it all and noticed some wind damage he felt my be covered by my insurance.  I was ready to just write a check for a new roof and this information ended up saving me 14k.   The Forman Scott was terrific and communicating and sending me pics as I was in Tucson at my primary residence during the roof replacement.  Shirley in the office kept me informed often and was very helpful anytime I reached out to her.

I would highly recommend KGJ roofing to anyone needing a new roof.  I upgraded from shingles to metal and couldn't be happier!

I/we wanted to share our very positive experience with Express Roofing.  Jeff was very polite and accommodating over the phone.  Rene really makes it 'happen'.  Rene ran on time and was very clear with photos and videos helping us to understand how sick our roof was.  After agreeing on a plan of action the Express Roofing team made all tolerable.  They were on time and courteous.  They were clean and completed the project on time.  Even Jordan was a pleasure to work with regarding the minimal detail follow up. If it is possible to have fun spending a bunch of money to reroof your home it would be watching Rene's drone images of the roof getting dismantled and put back together.  Thanks Rene.

I have had a kyko foasm roof on my home for almost 10 yers now - still under warranty -------- had some leaks 3 weeks ago when we had the major 4-5 inch deluge........one was up the parapet wall, not related to the foam and not covered, I was told how to repair myself - I did

A week or so later, above the garage doors - single side and double side and hidden when the doorsd are open, I noticed two pouches protruding downward and obviously ceiling drywall damage. On top the roof I see that a repair was made on the white foam with a brown repair material - it's in between the leaks below in the garage ---------------- when I called, Kyko said they would re-inspect; but they had done this repair and never informed me the first time they came------the rub is that interior damage repair is NOT COVERED---heads up if, like me, you think a warranty covers leakage damage - no - just the roof repair itself  You're on your own for interior leak damages.

We had our roof repaired by RENCO Roofing. On 10 December, we noticed some water damage on our ceiling. On 16 December, Jari Marjanen, who was wonderful to work with, came an inspected our roof. He found the problem: the material used underneath the title roofing was faulty. He gave us a quote to fix the material.

The quote was the most reasonably priced out of the other quotes we had gotten. And the quote included fixing the entire roof section, not just the area around the material.

They came out on 23 December and fixed the roof. The crew was easy to work with and very clean.

I'd recommend considering RENCO Roofing, and I'll be keeping their information for the future.
