Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

We were so impressed by him, that we wished we would have hired his company to replace our roof.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.  Thank you, Eric for a very positive experience during a stressful time.

What an incredible guy. Wayne encompasses all the attributes you would like to find in a company you do business with. He is friendly, easy to understand, punctual, hard-working and most of all honest. Couple that with the fair prices he charges and you have an awesome combination. He knocked out a tough job on my roof that required replacing tiles and mortar. I contacted several other companies and they didn't come close to Wayne's fine service, in price or punctuality. He will be placed on my speed dial since he not only does roofing but is a handyman, and works throughout the valley. RHS Roofing has done an excellent roofing job in addition to expeditious manner. Anthony came immediately to offer me an estimate that I believe his estimate was a good price for the whole roof as well and he was dedicated to his responsibility.
I would recommend it to everyone when it comes to roofing repair.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Detected a leak in our sky lights and based on Yelp reviews called this company immediately.  April in the office is utterly a delight and so very pleasant to work with.  She had someone come out to assess the problem.  That initial process had some hiccups and finally we arrived to what needed to be done. The stellar people are David and Charlie.  They know their business and after a couple of call backs had us 100% happy and they did what was asked and MORE!  Note David and Charlie's names are the names you see over and over in the reviews.  Great company!!!  Next time I will go direct to David and Charlie and skip the first step.  Thanks guys!  Hubby and I are happy campers!!

A little turned off by the sales practices. I called Johnson out for a quote to fix a small leak in my roof and it turned into a complete patio roof renovation. Not what I was looking for. The associate was more interested in drumming up business rather than tackling my problem at hand. Finally we came to a number to get my leak fixed and that was $250 for shingle maintenance, the minimum that they charge.

I cannot comment on the work that Johnson does, but I felt that I would not be getting a good deal if I went with them because all the associate was concerned with was creating problems with my current roof and quoting those.  

He was able to suggest ways for me to fix it and where to allocate the materials, I did appreciate that.

We contacted Legacy Roofing to fix some broken tiles on the roof of our new house.  They provided an email quote that suggested gluing the tiles with silicone rather than replacing them.  We called them and asked that the tiles be replaced.   They came to the house and glued the tiles with silicone, despite the fact that we had told them to replace the tiles.   The silicone barely held the tiles together and was totally inadequate.   We hired another contractor to replace the siliconed tiles, who charged us half what Legacy Roofing quoted just to glue them.  Of course a dispute ensued, where Legacy Roofing demanded payment.  I have never been called a cray by anyone before.  But Nancy, their financial officer, certainly took no time to begin the verbal abuse.  They did not do the work they were supposed to, demanded payment, and ended up charging twice as much for a repair as someone else charged for a full replacement.  We settled with them as they took their collections demand out on the broker who had introduced us to them, and it became an issue of honor, but I can assure you that there was no honor on their end.  I would suggest that you avoid this vendor if you can.  There are quite a few positive reviews for this company and they look good.  But you really don't know about a company until things go bad to see how they behave, and when things went bad for me, Legacy Roofing totally lost it and behaved in a manner appropriate for a 2 year old child having temper tantrums.

Dave McMillan - Arizona Roofing and Remodeling resurfaced my tile roof and did the Kool Deck surface on my patio to match the Kool Deck around my pool.  Dave responded quickly and his crews were efficient and cleaned up at the end of each work day.  I am pleased with the results and highly recommend this company.

Recently I was in need of a new roof. Fortunately I made contact with StoneCreek Roofing Company. I am a disabled Veteran and after dealing with some of the businesses in the area I was somewhat skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised. They were professional and there was no price gouging or made up expenses at the end of the job. Very satisfied.

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic.  Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly.  His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone.  They were done in a couple of days from start to finish.  I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best.  I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

Charles Stewart and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. He showed up when he said he would and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again and would gladly recommend him to anyone who asked.

We had the roof on our 20 year old home in Show Low replaced by KGJ Roofing this year and couldn't be happier.  From the estimate, to the selection of roofing shingles, to the scheduling of the job, everything went smoothly.  The roofing team showed up as scheduled and completed the job, including removing old roofing and constructing a fix to a bad roof design, in less than 3 days.  Our property was always left in order and they used a magnet over the areas each day to be sure loose nails were picked up.  Kenny, owner, and Shirley, office manager, are not your typical Mountain construction team.  They communicated with us regularly and could be counted on to do what they said, when they said they would do it.  There were no additional charges when all was said and done - the original estimate is what we paid.  We would highly recommend KGJ Roofing if you are looking for top-notch professional roofing from a trusted, competent team!

We found we needed our roof repaired when we noticed the patio cover was disconnecting from our roof/house.  Called three companies.  One stood out, Express Roofing.   Jeremy was prompt for his appointment and provided a detailed estimate with an interesting video.  When I did need to ask questions Jenna was very friendly and helpful.  Always got my concerns addressed.  Their crew was delayed by a day but they worked very hard and full days.  Finished ahead of schedule.  Rene, the owner, was here often, checking on the work and communicating with us.  They were awesome!  I would highly recommend them any time.  Very pleased with the finished product.  Can't say enough about their work and work ethics.  Awesome job guys!  Thank you!

We had a great experience dealing with Joe Jiminez who gave us our quote.   Please read the full review and possibly make your experience  the same.

To begin with, we had a leak and after researching, getting quotes, dealing with salesman etc, it was getting old. No one really stood out. From other companies we received outrageous bids, bums bidding for dollars, people badmouthing other companies, people with bad mouths, high pressure salesman... you name it.  I just was not going to sign on the dotted line until I was comfortable.  By the way, I am a contractors nightmare client.  I was a contractor for 10 years and am now a in financial sales.  I research and pick things apart so they are detailed and perfect until everything is understood by all parties.  I am very thourough and not for everyone, it works for me.

So, Kyko was one of the first quotes we recieved.  We recieved a very professional folder, detailed info, warranty info and a sample of the underlayment they use, alot of photos of why our roof failed. No pressure, very polite rep whom I referred to earlier (Joe Jiminez).  I let him know we were getting quotes and would talk it over and let him know when we were ready.  He was thorough, educated us as to the process of scope of work and gave us no pressure.  The educational part came in handy.  See, he told us the cement tiles were in great shape and may last 100 years, longer than either of us.  He said the tar paper underlayment will need replacing from time to time but the expensive part can be reused.  He also was very detailed in his measurements as the tiles ran off and we're not installed correctly and the leak was caused by poor craftsmanship on the initial construction.  Thin lightweight paper without the proper overlapping from sheet row to row.  We took the estimate and his card.

For 4-6 weeks we got quotes from other companies and ran across every sales pitch imaginable, leading Kyko as the best value.

My neighbor also got a quote from Joe.  He is also a contractor (non home building) and had another company do his as a preventive measure but said nothing bad about his interaction with Kyko or Joe, just someone he was introduced to.  It will come up again later in the review.

I booked during their busy time so there was a slight wait to get started but it was worth it.  We were kept informed a few days prior, the crew showed up early and quietly began setting up without making noise, started making noise at the time we agreed on since it was the hottest time of the year.  They finished in about 2-3 days total.  They replaced all the felt with a thicker version that should last 30+ expected years, realigned the rows of tiles, replaced the wood strips, replaced the vents and flashing, painted and installed a birds top flashing (per code).  It really was a great job. All that I had to do when they were done is return the invoice with a check.  There was no nickel and diming, no extras, not even for what happened below.

Here is the cherry on top, we had a leak that prompted the call to Kyko initially, the guys foot went through the rotted corner of the board and through our cathedral ceiling drywall.  Not really their fault, we had a feeling the water damaged it. Within 30 minutes Joe called me, apologized and said they will send out a drywall guy at the companies expense.  Granted it went from a small broken seam to a 2 foot hole but I was floored they did not try to blame it on the soft wood. I would have the expense anyway.  We were happy.  We were not invoiced until after the roof was done, drywall was fixed and Joe called to make sure we were happy.  We paid the invoice in full as agreed to avoid any finance charges and still refer Joe to friends and family who have also used him with simular results, in turn they refer him out as well.

About 2 weeks after they were all done I saw the neighbor who chose to go with another contractor, he said it looked great and he watched the guys work quickly and said they were super clean.  It was nice to hear because I was at work for almost all of the job.  I explained the drywall situation and he said given the opportunity again he would have used them (Kyko).  It came down to a few hundred dollars and in the end, he paid more.  I'll elaborate, I paid a few hundred more on the roof but my warranty was twice as long, he had to pay a painter to paint his bird stop after the roofers had left, and paid another roofer to inspect the job when they were done where he found a few things that should have been addressed.

These guys are the best in the valley.  We had some broken roof tiles and a few other roof problems when we sold our home and they came out quickly to fix them and were very reasonably priced.  They were easy to be reached and very professional documenting all their work and the charges.  I highly recommend them.
