I saw a recommendation for Anthem Roofing on our community website (Next Door) when I was looking for someone to repair our roof. During monsoon season, Valley roofers are all busy, but Wayne came out right away and ended up giving me a quote that was literally over 50% less than the next closest bid. I accepted the bid and he and his son came out two days later on a Sunday morning (!) and did a fantastic job, leaving the worksite and area spotless.
My highest recommendation - I wish dealing with all contractors was this great.

We had this company give us an inspection and quote on our roof.  After reviewing 5 companies we felt this is the company we could trust 100%.  They did a great job and provided quality work.  The entire staff was very concerned that we understood every step in the process and were happy with the quality of the work.  They believe on doing it right the first time , no cutting corners.  They were professional and respectful and we would recommend them 100%.

Being on an HOA board for our condos, I got a roofing estimate from a company for 4 different roofing areas in our community. The first total estimate was $1800. Our second bidder was Arizona's Finest. Their estimate is $8575! And that was after the estimator insisted on walking all over our roofs so that he could tell us how much we really needed.

Instead of building a relationship of trust with us and one day getting the job of replacing all of our roofs, this is one of those companies that just want the huge contract without any established business rapport with the client.  Of course they will not be getting to replace all of our roofs when the time comes, and neither will we be hiring them for this initial job.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were scheduled with them a month ago. Corrina and office staff lied to me for 2 days. Everyday it was the same thing.They would say the roofers will be here at 7 then 8 then 11 then 12.. this kept going on for 2 days and nobody showed up. It was a complete waste of time working with them. I finally had to cancel. I couldn't deal with all the lies and how unprofessional they are. They completely ruined the schedule with my ac company. The roof needed to be complete before the ac could be installed. Now we have no ac and the roof isn't t fixed. Horrible

After a recent rainstorm while I was remodeling the inside of my house, I noticed the ceiling was wet in the family room. I realized I needed to get my roof replaced as I just had all the popcorn ceiling removed and ceiling textured.

I decided to look on Yelp for roofing companies. Since I had never had a roof replaced, I decided only to get estimates from companies which had 4 Stars or higher on Yelp. I had gotten estimates from the Top 5 roofers on Yelp.

After reviewing all the roof replacement estimates, I had decided to go with Legacy Roofing. Alex from Legacy Roofing fully explained the quote in detail. He explained why certain things had to be done to bring my roof up to code. He took pictures of my roof showing me past repairs which was just a band aid repair. I explained to Alex my concern in getting my roof replacement done ASAP and Alex and his boss Frank was able to schedule me in within 2 weeks. Other smaller roofing companies said it would be 4 - 6 weeks before they could start.

Legacy Roofing started on time. Frank kept in updated on the roof repair. One day while the roofers were working on my roof, one of the roofers noticed I was unloading some construction material from my pick-up and asked if I needed help unloading my pick-up! I couldn't believe after working on my roof all day he wanted to also help unload my truck. I declined his offer as I didn't want him doing any extra work.

As Legacy Roofing was wrapping up my roof repair, Frank had called me and mentioned that the roofers noticed I had some bulk trash in side yard and they could haul it away for me since they had their trailer already there. I couldn't believe it, my bulk trash of 3 toilets and miscellaneous construction waste was hauled away!

Not only did Legacy Roofing do a great job on my roof, but they went above and beyond to help me on non-roof related items!!!

I definitely recommend Legacy Roofing if you want your roof repair to start on time and replacement to go smoothly. 5 Stars*****

Got my roof replaced and was charged extra to replace wood in the middle of my house. They claim the wood was changed but if you walk on top it sags. Most of the facia board was replaced but it was replaced with common board.

Look elsewhere and don't believe the fake reviews. Minimum work, bad craftsmanship and expensive for what you get.

Firebird Exteriors was absolutely fantastic.  Kyle was prompt to assess and bid on my roofing project and the bid was received quickly.  His team arrived early and got to work and completely removed the foam on my existing flat roof, replaced some sheeting that needed to be replaced, re-foamed, and coated my roof in silicone.  They were done in a couple of days from start to finish.  I had a number of bids, and Kyles was the best.  I definitely recommend them and will use them for future needs and referrals.

Charles and his team were meticulous and very professional. They masked and painted my exterior home in 2days! And, his price was 20% less than the other quote I received. I couldn't be happier.

We had the roof on our 20 year old home in Show Low replaced by KGJ Roofing this year and couldn't be happier.  From the estimate, to the selection of roofing shingles, to the scheduling of the job, everything went smoothly.  The roofing team showed up as scheduled and completed the job, including removing old roofing and constructing a fix to a bad roof design, in less than 3 days.  Our property was always left in order and they used a magnet over the areas each day to be sure loose nails were picked up.  Kenny, owner, and Shirley, office manager, are not your typical Mountain construction team.  They communicated with us regularly and could be counted on to do what they said, when they said they would do it.  There were no additional charges when all was said and done - the original estimate is what we paid.  We would highly recommend KGJ Roofing if you are looking for top-notch professional roofing from a trusted, competent team!

Well I have had the unfortunate experience of needing to use Rene and Express 3 times for our roof from 2008-15. The first time, in 2008, I selected Rene based on his thorough quote, professionalism and explanation of our needs. Then the hail of 2010 ruined our new roof! I turned back to Rene for the insurance covered replacement and was satisfied again. in 2013 while on the roof, I noticed some damaged shingles again! Turns out they were defective and we were faced with a warranty issue that Owens Corning was not fully wanting to cover. It was not completely seamless but, after some discussion Rene battled OC for us and, eventually, we got our roof replaced again.

Rene is very sincere and open to discussions about your concerns and has always worked with us on any issues that arose. I would definitely use Express again and recommend that you give them an opportunity to bid your job.

The only negative I can report is that their clean up was not totally spotless; I do still find random nails in the grass but that is a nearly impossible job to get them all!

Hopefully YELP will be honest and post this review. We had an entire new roof done with Ky-Ko. The first problem we had was one of their roofers made some obvious mistakes on his work, and it was acknowledged as their error by KYKO.
However, the roofer who did the work and that we spoke to was extremely rude, disrespectful and antagonistic, the best way to describe it was he was a bully.  Then when KYKO corrected the error, the roofer did it wrong again. Very shoddy work. A Supervisor came out and acknowledged it was a very poor repair job and they did then correct the work. We then got a standard letter from KYKO that everyone gets stating they have a right to file a lien if not paid after 20 days.  The letter even says DO NOT BE ALARMED. We get that if people don't pay they should pursue that. But for those of us who pay on time, and in full, the letter was offensive. The office staff was very pleasant each time we called but the work done and the roofers themselves seem to forget where the revenue comes from that pays their salary.

Lars from Renco came out and did an estimate for us prior to purchasing the home (during the 10 day inspection period).  Once we closed, Lars had to come back to update the estimate for the HOA.  Lars also went on a hunting expedition to find a tile that matched ours since the company went out of business.  He found an exact match.  HOA approved the work and RENCO did a fantastic job for us.  They also did our sons roof (that is where we got the recommendation).  Highly recommend!
