Four Peaks is a high class reputable outfit.  I have a flat roof that needed to be re-coated.  I obtained a bid from the roofing company that did my roof once before.  They were running about eight weeks out so I got a bid from Four Peaks.  Jason was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.    They were able to complete my roof inside of two weeks, and they were also $3K cheaper than the other company.  I was not shopping price nearly as much as I was shopping speed.  The work was completed on time and without a hitch.  I highly recommend Four Peaks.

Lucas and team were incredibly helpful in educating me throughout the process. I can guarantee I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to larger purchases like my roof because I want to make sure that I'm getting the best for the proper pricing. They explained the insurance process to me, helped me pick out what was best for my home, and were incredibly quick with getting things completed. Our roof needed a major overhaul due to shoddy work by Circle G Roofing. Mikku was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor.
These men worked their fingers to the bone for three days to power-wash, repair, prep and foam seal our our roof.  Each morning they arrived promptly at 6am and worked through the afternoon with incredible diligence.  The roof is now leak free, properly graded, sleek and freshly sealed.
This level of competence is worth its weight in gold.

It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

We had Mike Fuller give us a bid to re-coat our roof walk decks. He was professional and knowledgeable, and, gave us suggestions on what was best. They did a great job, neat and cleaned up after every step of the process. We would certainly use them again.

The team handled a job for us in Westbrook Village and were fantastic to work with.  We had an added challenge in that we were not in The Valley to oversea and communicate locally.   Our HOA needed to approve the roofing material used and Almeida Roofing coordinated all of the samples and getting signatures. Melissa and the office team communicated well with us and kept us apprised of the process and timing.  The work was executed to quote and we were very happy with the response time, the team on the job and the clean up.  I would recommend Almeida Roofing and go back to them if needed.

I had a sales rep knock on my door after a severe storm informing me of damage on my roof. I initiated an insurance claim in August and signed a contract with Prowest for the scope of work to cover the insurance items. I did inform them verbally that I also wanted to replace damaged fascia at the same time. I subsequently confirmed via text that they could replace damaged fascia. I had texted asking how we should proceed for identifying which fascia would be replaced but no response.

The roof rebuild happened on September 26. Some fascia was already getting replaced so assumed that any needed fascia was getting fixed and we would settle up on costs later. At the end of the build, there were several sections of fascia that were in horrible condition including one section of board obliterated by termite activity. When doing the final walk through, I was assured this was an easy fix and someone could come back out subsequently to fix. After not having any luck getting Prowest to commit to actually coming to repair the fascia, I solicited quotes from multiple other roofing companies to fix the fascia. When I told them the roof was two weeks old, the roofers appeared baffled and less than interested to engage in something like this (I don't blame them). The contractors explained that this fix was much more invasive and involved than I had been led to believe originally during the final walk through. I was also advised that another contractor doing this work would likely void my roof warranty.

Needless to say, after soliciting quotes from
four other roofing companies, none were willing to engage given how new the roof was and the consensus and advice from them was to have Prowest make this right.

I have subsequently tried working with the sales rep. He did get me under contract and I made a 50% deposit on the project (payment made on 10/25). However, I am now told that it could be a LONG time until they can schedule this repair.

I am doing an entire home remodel and the painters have been on standby for weeks waiting for this to be resolved. I fear I will have to now paint the house with horrible looking fascia until I can get this repair done, then re-hire painters to come back out.

I am giving one extra star as the sales rep has been very responsive even amid this issue, but doing business overall with this company has been a huge headache given the fascia issue that they are not making right.

We just had McMillan Brothers Painting do the exterior of one our rental properties. They were great to work with! They explained everything they would do and followed through. The two gentlemen painting did a great job and were very polite. We would highly recommend this company!

While I can't speak to the work that the company performs, I can say this is an honest company.  I had a different company suggest I replace the underlayment under my tile roof because it looked like it was deteriorating and in bad shape and that it was very old... I decided to get a second opinion.  Luis the president came out to my home quickly and as scheduled.... and took a look at various sections of the roof ... and informed me that while he could not tell with certainty how old the underlayment is (which is understandable because its not really possible to tell how old it is with certainty) but he said it's in good shape and does not need to be replaced.  I will definitely keep his business card and not hesitate to contact this company in the future if I need roof repairs or maintenance... or when the eventual day does come to replace the underlayment .  Give em a call if you need an honest assessment. We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with Brown Roofing. They replaced my roof 5 years and I was so happy with everything that I called them back when I had some issues. I was fortunate enough to get Jesse to come out. Turns out it was actually my A/C not draining off the roof but into the roof, so even it was no issue with their workmanship, Jesse recommended an HVAC tech who was out the next day. Jesse then came back after the work was complete to make sure everything was OK with the roof...no charge. I can't say enough good things about this business. If you are lucky you will get to work with Jesse who is a credit to this business. Debbie in the office is great too!

Great service.  I called Desert Eagle and made an appointment.  John arrived on time  which is important to me. He checked out my roof, educated me a bit, made some helpful suggestions and quoted me a fair price.  His crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up the area before they left each day. John followed up each day and conducted a final walk down when the job was complete.  He took the time to address some small cosmetic items that I wouldn't have noticed if had he not mentioned them.  That attention to detail is important.   I would definitely recommend Desert Eagle and will use them in the future.

Ryan and Kyle obviously know how to run a successful company! I have been looking for a chimney repair company for over a year! Constantly being let down or completely ignored! But not by The Repair Guys! Even though they are a roof repair company, they were nice enough to at least come take a look at the chimney. All the repairs were stucco related on the outside of the chimney so they could fix it! They bring their own supplies and equipment (which never seems to happen anymore with the rest of the handymen/contractors I've hired)! They even took before and after pics! Also like that they do paper invoices for me to file! Another very impressive quality is that they actually LISTEN!!! They didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about just because I am a female! Their work is clean, detail oriented, and extra careful of surrounding area. Good work ethic, reasonably priced, honest, and definitely not lazy! So glad I found them!!!!

I had a leak in roof above my garage and I called 3 roofing companies to come inspect and give me quotes. True to their name, First Response was the first to respond and had someone, Geoff, at my house within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and location. As it turned out, there was a small gap between the flashing and the roof that just needed a bead of caulk to seal it. Geoff went and got some seal, in a couple different colors to suit my preference, and then fixed the gap.  The best part, he did it FREE. He said they don't charge for service quotes and their minimum is $500 but that involves replacing tiles and whatnot. For something so small and easy to fix as my issue, he said he was happy to care of it at no charge. It's so nice to find an honest and reliable roofer and I'll be using First Response for all of my future roofing needs

After having Estrella Roofing do such a great job on my last residence I of course called them again for the recent house purchase I made. Bart and Adilene again were amazing with their service, communication, and honestly. Bart was able to make it out to inspect my roof within a few days which was extremely needed since I was already in escrow and needed a quote fast. The sellers real estate agency had sent out a different company and I was told the entire roof and underlayment needed to be replaced and it would cost over 10k. After that quote was so high they called another company out who said they could patch it in sections but the quote was still over 7k saying they could not reuse the existing slipped tiles. I'm not a roofer but I know if the tile isn't broken then they can be reattached and used again. Incomes Bart with the honesty. He told me there were sections that needed patching and there were a lot of slipping tiles but the roof overall was in fine condition. Due to this confirmation I went ahead and closed on the house. The Estrella Roofing team was there within a few weeks and repaired everything. I lucked out because a severe storm that destroyed many peoples roofs in The Valley had just passed through two days before. So they were able to repair any damage I may have incurred from that storm as well. A few months after the repair I had solar installed on my roof. In order to proceed your roof has to be in good condition prior to install since they warranty everything. My residence passed the inspection without a single question which further shows the work completed by Estrella was excellent. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you need a roofer and want a real honest opinion from people who are not in the market to overcharge and rip you off, you need to call them.

After this monsoon season, we noticed a leak in our garage ceiling. We were recommended to State 48 & we are glad that we called. They were professional, responded in a timely manner and reasonably priced. They had our roof patched up without putting a hole in our wallet. They did a quality job and we highly recommend. I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. They came out a week after I signed the work order and started the job. Jacob was one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. His attention to detail and his work ethic alone would have me recommending this company to anyone who needs roofing repair. From start to finish each day they left my place as they found it, clean and orderly.
