Four Peaks came out and reviewed the work and said a quote would be forthcoming. They were professional and knowledgeable. I did not receive a quote or further communication from their Project manager. The project was awarded today to another Company. Thank you!

Awesome company just had some shingles falling on the ground they came out and inspected it and they put a whole new roof on in one day polite friendly fast and courteous I will definitely recommend them to anybody else that comes my way if you want to have a roof put on and you want to have a no nonsense experience call this company up they are very professional I will never go to another roofing company again. Amanda was awesome she was professional she came out and she was my voice for the whole job

In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system.  

Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels.  Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive.    

Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical.  His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors.  Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome.

Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones.  Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction.  

We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.

I have been trying to get this company to do the right thing for over 2 years now. I have filed a BBB complaint. Beware of this company!!! Originally in 2019 they said they would fix the leaks. They said they made multiple repairs; however, I still have a leak. And as you can see in the pictures it's terrible. The ceiling is caving in and the damage is even worse. I tried giving them a chance to even fix their mistakes. Don't hire them, they don't do quality work.

After their fixes and then another rainstorm I called again. This time they said it's not your roof it's your air conditioning lines. I had an HVAC company come out and said this is very common for any roofing company to blame the AC or other people just so they don't have to fix it. Well here we are almost 3 years later and take a look at the photos now. The coat job that they did for $5000 is completely bubbled all over because of the ponding water. Josh came over and said oh the roof warranty doesn't cover this. It's your original foam roof that is causing this and we were only paid to coat your roof and the warranty blah blah. I said no Josh your warranty covers the sealant and I called you repeatedly for years and you keep coming out and blaming something else. If you would've fixed the ponding water 3 years ago we would've never been in this situation. I will file another BBB these people have no ethical integrity. They are scam artists. Trash!

Quinn is the guy who answers calls but will never return your cal or pass down any messages to anyone else. All around this is a F company and they should not have a license to work on anyones home.

If you want to use your money wisely do not give them $1.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

My landlord chose this company, to repair our roof. Long story short, they left the day of the storm, 7/30/18, and did not protect the roof. The inside of building got destroyed, as well as over $18,000 of damage to personal property....so far no returned calls from the company, and not getting any luck contacting them through landlord either.

Absolutely the worst roofing company we've ever dealt with. They solicited through door to door promising top service. So far they had their vendor drop off all materials for a roof replacement on my sidewalk in my front yard. While waiting for insurance checks so they can start the work, materials have now been sitting for weeks on front sidewalk.
When ProWest was informed that neighbors and city were complaining and we needed the materials to be stored elsewhere while waiting for checks, they have done nothing. Very unresponsive and unprofessional.

I would highly recommend not using this roofing company.

I would definitely recommend McMillan Brothers Painting Company.  From my initial contact with Charles through the painting experience with Oscar, the whole experience was a good one.  Charles came to give me an estimate the day I spoke with him and gave me a great price (which I learned by getting estimates from other companies).  He was also empathetic and patient when I had a hard time deciding on a color to paint my cabinets. Soon after we agreed what was to be done, the painting began.  In addition to the painting of the cabinets, I had the siding on my house power washed and the exterior block of my house and my gate painted. Oscar, the person who did the painting, was friendly, dependable, competent and courteous.  He arrived when he said he would, worked hard, did a good job and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.  The whole painting project was completed in three days and I am very satisfied with the work that McMillan Brothers did for me!

First off, this is for the quoting process and installation. I can only trust the workmanship based on everything else. Luis was very patient and prompt. I'm very analytical. A lot of back and forth to understand the scope and price. I did extensive research and L&R was the highest rated on Yelp and BBB. I received 3 bids of which L&R was the best in both price and detail. That's not why I chose them, I actually signed on with them before getting my 3rd quote. We went with an all new underlayment using existing tiles.
I got a call about 2 weeks after signing saying they would be here on Saturday. The Thursday before they just showed up and dropped off materials. One other roofer told me he would staff it with 4 people and it would be about a week. That was my expectation. Maybe because L&R is in Mesa and didn't have a lot going on in Glendale at the time, but they showed up at about 1/4 to 7AM. There must have been 10 workers. By 5pm, they were 99.99% done. The next day the Forman, Victor showed up and finished about 8 or so top cap tiles that they didn't have with them on Saturday. They cleared out the trailer and were done! I can't say enough about the professionalism on display. My neighbors were in awe at seeing how fast they finished. No sign, no fanfair, just got in and got it done.

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. Their team is Very responsive and reliable. We are happy with the final results. Thank you for your service! Highly recommended!

Recently had Brown Roofing do a roof replacement on our 2 story house in Peoria. The project couldn't have gone smoother. They are very knowledgeable and their communication was great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they'd do it. I would recommend them to anyone. They made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable.

Did a great job on the exterior of our property. We'll be definitely using Desert Eagle in the future at our other properties.

We're hired Copper West Roofing twice now for two different home roofs in the valley and both experiences have been fantastic. Professional, fast response times, reasonable pricing and high quality work. We are very happy with their work and it takes a lot to say that. Highly recommend. This is my go-to roofing team.

These Guys are awesome! They repaired our gutter system at Lucky Paws and after few days the system was no good because of weather, water, whatever...they came back and they re did it. The re did the whole thing without any hesitation!!!! They are just the best! I would use them for my next job or home repair!!! Thank youuuuu GUYS thank you for your kindness and enormous heart!

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

Estrella Roofing came out and gave us a quote as soon as they could. Bart was great. They were thorough, communicative, and honest. The other company that quoted me didn't even want to climb on the roof and take a look.

They completed their work in two days cleaned up very well after themselves both days, communicated with us well and I think solved all of our problems!

Great local business.  The replaced our patio roof.  Fair price, but also thorough.  There was some older plywood and trim that needed to be replaced and they found it and communicated it to me.  Overall, very happy with the work they did.  The roofing crew was also friendly and professional.
