Four Peaks is a high class reputable outfit.  I have a flat roof that needed to be re-coated.  I obtained a bid from the roofing company that did my roof once before.  They were running about eight weeks out so I got a bid from Four Peaks.  Jason was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.    They were able to complete my roof inside of two weeks, and they were also $3K cheaper than the other company.  I was not shopping price nearly as much as I was shopping speed.  The work was completed on time and without a hitch.  I highly recommend Four Peaks.

Multi-Pro Roof Solutions recently helped me to get a new roof.  They were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Multi-Pro Roof Solutions helped me with the insurance claim and the process was very smooth. My new roof looks great and it was installed within days after we started the process. I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

I received 2 quotes for BUR and then called Mikku and Sons and their quote for foam was not much higher so I decided it was worth the extra expense after talking to Devin. Josh came out (on time) and taped the plywood seams and sprayed on the foam with a nice level coat of foam and offered to return to apply the second coat of elastomeric after the stucco guys finished, just in case the damage the coating. I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them for a foam roof.

Just finished having some roof repairs (broken tiles and loose tiles) done by America Roofing.  They are one of two roofers used by the builder in our neighborhood.  The other roofer was the one who both did the original roof and then the repairs on closing.  America Roofing was able to replace the broken mud balls, the broken tiles we found and the other 15 broken or loose tiles the previous roofer didn't repair correctly or glued together (vs. replaced).  

Not sure about having a full roof done but for repairs, the crew that they sent out did a great job.  YMMV but they did good work on my house at a fair price.

As it turns out I needed a general contractor (not a roof contractor) so I did not use Arizona Roofing. But Chris was very helpful and even took the time to help point me in the right direction to get my issue resolved.

We contacted Almeida Roofing for an estimate to replace two tiles on our roof. Two people came to assess the repair. My husband and I both work from home and my coworkers were able to clearly hear a string of expletives that one of them used. This was so unprofessional, upsetting and may end up costing me my job. The pair left our property without a word leaving us very confused. My husband called and left a voicemail asking if the estimate assessment had taken place and a few hours later we received an email with an estimate for $500. Others quoted us $200 to $300. Yeah right.

I interviewed several roofing companies and had the best and most  responsive experience with  ProWest.  Jason,  our  salesman/project manager, was very professional and personable  throughout.  He scheduled with us quickly after we submitted our request for an estimate, provided us product samples, and listened to our needs, concerns and expectations.  He provided us with a complete written estimate  of the work, as well as options for additional materials upgrades should be want them - and he provided us with this promptly (I had to beg other companies to send me  written estimates).  Very solution focused, no pressure, hard-sell, or up-selling whatsoever.  We felt totally in the driver's seat.  Jason did not rush us to make decisions either, as we were looking for just the right look  for our home.  We ended up going with the GAF High-definition shingles in Shakewood and couldn't be more pleased with the result.  From 3-tab shingles to HD shingles is a definite upgrade.  We also appreciate Jason helping  us find a contractor to repair other exterior projects (including repaint) that would impact roof completion on our house and garage, and again very pleased with the results.

We recently had the exterior of our home painted by McMillan Brothers and it was the best experience we have ever had with a painting company. James McMillan visited our home to provide and estimate and we hired them to do the work.The painters were very knowledgeable and the quality of their work is outstanding. They worked very hard and did an amazing job. We are more than happy with the experience and highly recommend McMillan Brothers to anyone needing a paint job or their roof redone. To top off the great experience they also replaced a cracked roof tile while they were doing the job. 5 star company for sure.

When we had storm damage last monsoon season, our roof took a hit. We looked around, talked to a few companies, and got a feel for the company we wanted to use. When you're spending this kind of money on something you need on your house that is going to last you many years, choosing the right company is important. We felt the right vibe with Luis. He stayed in touch and showed up when he said he would. The price was competitive. A few months later, we still feel like we made the right choice. Hopefully we don't have more storm damage any time soon, but we'll recommend L&R any time, and cross our fingers that he's still around the next time we need a new roof.

We had a 13' x 13' walk deck we needed a foam roof torn off of and wanted a hard surface put on that we could put patio furniture on and make a more usable space.  We interviewed 3 roofers and we chose Brown roofing because of my comfort level with one of the owners (Craig, who came and did the estimate), and also the unique rubberized roofing material he quoted and brought samples of (it was a slightly more rubber material which we liked better that the other roofers had suggested and also had a color shade we liked better).  They were able to start the project timely and in a manner that worked with our schedules.  The project was not a very easy project.  When they tore off the foam roof, they ended up finding there were 3 other roof coatings that had been done previously that they had to rip up (it basically had four roofs that had to be ripped up and disposed of).  They did all the demo work and still stayed on schedule and honored the quote/proposal we had agreed to.  The roof also didn't have an ideal drainage layout and their were hardships to overcome to get the flat roof deck to drain properly.  Both owners communicated with us very openly and worked on the drainage of the deck until we felt good about the outcome.  The owners communication was very open throughout the entire process.  We called and emailed several times throughout the process and were always responded to on our inquiries and they always followed through on their commitments.  We had no issues with any of the workers that worked on our deck- they were all friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions.  The area was always left clean and we never had any complaints from our neighbors about the workers, vehicles or any mess.  We are very excited to use our new deck and we appreciate the work that Brown roofing put into it to make it enjoyable.  The company has great integrity and workmanship and I would gladly recommend anyone to use Brown Roofing.  Sincerely, Scott & Rachel

I contacted a number of roofing companies in my area and actually had four quotes given to me for the repair work I needed to be done on my home.   Robert and Jacob came out gave me a detailed explanation as to how they would fix my tile and foam roof and gave me a very fair estimate. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but it was the most detailed and what I believe to be the best repair for me and for the people who are purchasing my home. Alex and Spartan Roofing was the reason I didn't lose out on purchasing a home during this crazy market.  During the inspection period, our inspector showed us the roof had issues.  I called Spartan Roofing to provide a roof inspection.  He did so and recommended we completely redo the underlayment, add additional tiles (as the builder tried to stretch the coverage) and redo all the flashing.  I had 5 other roofers out for other estimates.  Alex was by far the best price and was very responsive to questions and making sure this was going to get done.  The plan was for the roof to be completed after the closing of the house.  Well, last minute (2 days before close) the lender required the roof to be done before.  This forced our closing date back by 4 business days.  Well, Spartan Roofing was able to start immediately and completed the roof in those 4 days.  The guys did an incredible job!  The roof looks amazing and if he wouldn't have been able to make the roof job happen before closing the sellers were going to 'cure' the deal and I would have lost the house.  Alex is a stand-up guy and will do right by you.  He doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you how it is.  Believe me when I tell you, I did my thorough research when trying to find the right roofer for this job.  Look no further, Spartan Roofing will get your roof job done right.  A huge thank you to Alex and the Spartan Roofing team!
