I will absolutely give these guys 5 stars! 6 if I could. We were having issues with a different roofing company who couldn't seem to get what we needed. Our neighbors were using Four Peaks and so we went over and spoke to Jason. From the get-go he was amazing! He was quick to respond and get us all set up with what we needed. Then our insurance co was dragging their feet but Jason was patient and understanding. We got our roof completed faster than expected and it's perfect! Thank you Jason and Four Peaks Roofing!

I needed my roof replaced as it was getting old and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I had a few roofing companies come out and provide free estimates and Hardacker Roofing was the one of the most competitive that also provided a 10-year workmanship warranty. They came out the following week and went to work on replacing the roof. They did such a good job and I absolutely love my new roof. I had my house painted afterwards and the roof and paint job make it look like a brand new house. :)

We had a leak develop in our roof at Christmas, I called 4 companies after Christmas, only Mikku & sons called back, they came2 days later, estimated to fix the leak & do the whole roof since I was planning this later in the year.  I decided on the whole roof, estimate came within 1 day, roof was scheduled 2 weeks later, amazing.  The crews were on time, every day, very professional, the place worked like a well oiled machine.  They set up a website to communicate & coordinate.  The end product is excellent.  Cleaned up, picked up debris, nails, I wish half the companies I hire worked this well.  You can not go wrong, really good guys too. BTW, only one of those 4 companies called me, it was 2 weeks later, and they said they could come in March.

Jason with America Roofing has earned 5 Stars!  Jason has exceptional customer service. He shows or his staff will come on the day requested to inspect the roof.  It is an efficient inspection. It is fair. They will tell you what needs to be done and  what can wait.  I will continue to call on America Roofing and refer them!

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

You should be aware that this company will charge you a 15% late fee 10 days after the work is done, unless you write to them in advance that you're going to be giving the invoice to someone else (like a solar installer or an insurance company) to pay. It's very important that you give them this information in writing, and also be aware that they will not warn you that you're about to incur a hefty late fee.

They did a perfectly fine job on our roof, as far as I can tell.

Prowest installed an incredible roof on our older home. We could not be more delighted! Tom helped us navigate the muddy waters of insurance claims. He stood by us every step of the way, jumping on the roof to chalk out the damages prior to the assessor arriving. The whole process was incredible - and the crew was polite  clean snd very responsible I recommend this company! Oh and the roof is gorgeous- with s great warranty!

McMillan Brothers painted the exterior of my house and did an excellent job.  They were very thorough and when they were complete they cleaned up as if they were never there.  Charles came out to give me an estimate and was very nice.  There was even a miscommunication on the scope of work and when I brought it to Charles' attention he made it right.  I love the way my house turned out and would recommend McMillan for all your painting and roofing needs.

I usually don't post in here about services because most services these days are just average. I do have to mention one company. LR Roofing Solutions. We had a leak on our roof over our garage. It started about a year ago. It wasn't until this last major storm we had that I decided to get it fixed. I called four companies. Two couldn't get an estimator out for 4-6 weeks, seriously? One could get someone out next week and the other, LR was out the next day. Luis was beyond professional. He did an inspection, emailed me that night with a quote and had another guy come out two days later to get a material estimation. Everything was smooth thru his office personal and payment was easy, by check. You can save the 3% CC fee by paying cash or check. The next week his crew was out and fixed everything, cleaned everything when they left and came back the next day to touched up a few areas and painted the new vent tubes. It's rare these days to get a company to do everything right the first time. I highly recommend LR Roofing Solutions for your roofing needs. His number is (602)369-7447. We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

The roof on my house was 20 years old and was starting to show its age.  As part of the process we sought out reviews on Yelp and from our neighbors.  Brown roofing was by far the most highly recommended.  Still we got bids from four other roofers as well as Brown.  Craig came out himself to inspect the old roof and was a total professional in preparing and relaying his bid.   After settling on Brown the process of getting the new roof was smooth and concise  The workers were professional and obviously highly skilled at their job.  The completed job looks great and though we have only had one small rain storm the roof is doing what one would expect a new roof to do.   I highly recommend this contractor if you are looking for any type of roof repair/replacement.

We got three bids to have our roof repaired. First response was the only one who actually got  ON the roof, took pictures and showed us what they said we needed. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned everything up when,they finished. We highly recommend them.

Little higher price quote than competitor but went with them based on the thorouness of the appraiser on what needed repairs and pictures on what needed repaired . Arrived 4 business days after appraisal- brought 5 men with them - made repairs in timely manner. Did thorough cleanup before leaving .

We needed to have a professional look at our roof and identify any necessary repairs.  They were able to get us in the schedule and in just a few days we had an inspection and got good news.  Just a broken tile or two and that our under-paper was in pretty good shape.  They quickly got back out and replaced the broken tiles and did some seam sealing.  Honest assessment, quick scheduling and a fair price!

Didn't even show up for the appointment I had to wait a week for! I took the day off and everything! I called, no answer, left a message, call not returned. Called the next morning and still no answer. I will be shopping elsewhere.

After getting a second leak after my HOA jokingly repaired my roof in 6 months, I knew it was time to get it done right. Alex came out on Monday and gave me a quote to clean, repair and apply the top coating to the roof of my townhome. His estimate was spot on what I was expecting after receiving quotes from two other companies and I appreciated his friendly attitude and promptness.  I was put on the schedule for Saturday that week and then notified they could do my job on Friday - awesome! His crew showed up and promptly went to work, putting mesh around my air conditioner to prevent the pigeons from nesting and reattached the plumbing for my a/c unit as well. I appreciated their ownership as they protected my interests and made sure my neighbor's a/c run off was routed away from my roof as well. I would recommend Alex and team for any roofing job!
