Best Roofing Contractors in United States
I didn't use them but must write a review for their wonderful customer service. Whomever I spoke to via the Yelp messages app was upfront, honest and gave helpful advice and tips on what to look for when searching for a legitimate roofing company but also what to look for in an insurance company policy.
My moms roof was destroyed during monsoon season and the insurance company we have didn't cover it because it wasn't caused by fire or lightening -_- Thoroughly annoyed I reached out to to ProStruct Builders for an estimate and they replied stating that they aren't able to help with our roofing needs at the moment and made suggestions that financially would make more sense for us. Like what?!?! You're not gonna try to hustle me for money? Whoa thats different.
On top of that they pointed out that the insurance policy we have is pretty crappy and should consider switching and gave pointers on what it should include.
I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness even after knowing they weren't gaining anything from it. I appreciate the look out. Thanks for restoring my faith in good business and humanity!

If you're thinking about going Solar + Energy Storage, these are your guys! They are nothing short of a reputable, professional, 1st class organization.
I have friends that have worked with them in CA and they are extremely happy post install. Their customer service is great all the way through.
I'm excited to to get my project going in AZ with them!

My home has a bit of a weathered roof at this point, being well past its prime and missing a few shingles here and there. Recently, some debris accumulation had caused water damming in one spot, which resulted in some roof damage and ultimately a small leak where water was intruding under the shingles.
Not wanting a whole new roof, certainly not during one of the rainiest parts of the year, I tried calling all over the place to find someone that would actually do a repair rather than read me the Riot Act™ about needing a new roof. After wasting my time with other folks who came out to do a repair only to instead try and sell me a roof (yes, that happened), I finally found Edwin at Desert Canyon Roofing. To my surprise and delight, Edwin completely understood my situation and was happy to help me get the leak resolved without trying to hassle me about a new roof.
A few days after he did his initial assessment and showed me some photos of the damage, Edwin returned with one of his employees and the two of them made short work of my roof repair. Edwin even pointed out some additional areas that could use more sealing, including the flashings for the vent stacks and air conditioning plenums. He even provided photos of their current condition, so I could make an informed decision instead of just taking his word for it. How many contractors would do that? I was impressed, and happy to have Edwin do the additional work while he was already up there fixing my leak issue.
I waited until today to write the review, because we've had our first rain since the repair. I am pleased to say that we no longer have a leak and all is well. I am so happy to not have to fret about the roof leak every time it rains during the winter. I can also take my time researching a new roof, which I am sure I will be hiring Edwin to put up for me after this experience.
I genuinely appreciate Edwin's quick response, short lead time and willingness to work with me on getting this repaired. The price was very reasonable and the work was very high quality and efficient. I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Desert Canyon and Edwin in particular.

Great company to work with, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
They where recommended by our Insurance broker and where timely and efficient. Showed up when they said they where, and did excellent work, you would never guess that we had water damage and had to have portions of drywall replaced, textured and painted.

Martin has always been dependable and very personable! I am a REALTOR, and anytime my clients have had roofing needs, he has always made himself available to help us. He's very honest and trustworthy. Occasionally he's made quite the drive to tell us the roof is in great condition.
When communicating with him you'll note his knowledge speaks for itself.
If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable roofer, look no further!

Called to make appointment for roof survey. Summit returned my call and said they would stop by the next day. Great. I then received a call back saying to just call company XYZ as he is just too busy. Not sure why anyone would turn down business but Thanks for nothing Summit Roofing. Excellent customer service!

Awesome guy! I had visibly lost a shingle after a storm. I'll admit he was the second roofer I called as he was second on the search list with a 5 star review. The first company I called said they were booked out 3.5 weeks. Ernnie came out same day to take a look at my roof. After looking it over he explained I had three shingles total that had blown off and he could get us squeezed in between appointments 3-5 days later, but he would do the best he could. He called the next day and asked if we had time to have him fix it that day. After the storm the night before, and concerns of more of the same in the coming week, he didn't want to make our roof wait. While on our roof he found a few shingles starting to lift, and noted our tree over hanging the home had damaged a few others. He tacked down the loose ones while he was up there, and used the few extras he had that matched our roof to replace the few the tree had damaged, at no extra charge. I will be referring him to our neighbors who have also lost a few shingles, and be calling him in the future for all my roofing needs.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

I was referred to Trident Roofing by another roofer that didn't work in my area. I lucked out! Seth diagnosed the problem areas which were the struts the ac unit sits on. We agreed on a price and his crew set to work. They were very professional and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. In the end Seth sent an ac contractor to insure everything was connected correctly and provided me before and after pictures of the work. This is the best experience I've had with a roofing contractor and won't be using anybody else going forward.

I WISH I HAD ANOTHER ROOF FOR THEM TO REPAIR!
PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional. After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires. Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP: I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive. He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP: They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion. Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

An incredibly talented company of roofing experts. They handled a very difficult roofing problem that others tried to fix and failed. Pleasant to work with, totally professional. They know roofs like none other, even my foam roof that they fixed the underlying problem with as well. Easy to give them my highest recommendation.

I recently had Arizona Native Roofing work on my roof. I had a roof put over an atrium and then Jason re-did my whole roof and added tiles. In this heat I am still in awe all the work he did (he had to come back several days). Mostly I appreciated his honesty in doing what he said he was going to do. I have recommended this company to others. I have peace of mind now. Thank you Native Arizona Roofing Company and Jason!

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Impossible to get a hold of. Have left numerous messages, texts, emails and left message with phone service. Nothing!
They did $3000+ in repairs and after 18 months was having problems again. It's the nature of the Mexican tile roof. That's not my complaint. It's that after coming to my house again, looking at it twice again with his drone and saying he would start in a few weeks, he disappeared and won't return any calls.
They're still looking for new business on Angie's list so they're still in business. Unacceptable!
Gave up on them and having two other contractors bid a complete roof replacement. Around $30,000. This could have been Ironwood's job but since they won't get back to me, their loss!

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.
Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.
I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.
Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.
Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.
Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

We had Jack the Roofer install a new foam roof on our home. They did an excellent job and were very communicative along the way. The job supervisors name was Joel and he was a complete pro the whole way through. I highly recommend them for those in need of a new roof!
