I have friends that have worked with them in CA and they are extremely happy post install. Their customer service is great all the way through.

Unprofessional business.  Made appointment and couldn't find tools for job and didn't call to inform me.  Left me waiting for them.  I wouldn't recommend.

I must give kudos where it's due with contractors! I'm usually skeptical & very cautious with dealings. I HATE chasing down people & getting stabby with them but I will. My water heater had a slow leak & caused some sweet water damage to my garage drywall & inside my master closet wall/carpet! Edge Restoration dried it out & sent Gurr Brothers Construction to repair my drywall & replace the carpet. It was a seamless process throughout. Sam from Gurr Brothers showed up, kept me in the loop of when & who to expect @ my house & stayed in constant communication of plumbing, drywall & carpet people that were dropping by. Although a bit of a nightmare to have your houses gutted for a while?!? I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled & for them to deal with my Homeowner's Insurance too. Martin has always been dependable and very personable! I am a REALTOR, and anytime my clients have had roofing needs, he has always made himself available to help us. He's very honest and trustworthy. Occasionally he's made quite the drive to tell us the roof is in great condition.

John at Summit roofing was great. He came by within 24 hours of me contacting him to do a roof assessment on my house after a large wind storm. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He showed me how to fix the roof myself for the time being and estimated how long my roof will last before needing replacement. Asked me to call him back in a number of years which I will absolutely do.  Thank you John for your help and honesty, it is greatly appreciated.

Awesome guy!  I had visibly lost a shingle after a storm.  I'll admit he was the second roofer I called as he was second on the search list with a 5 star review.  The first company I called said they were booked out 3.5 weeks.  Ernnie came out same day to take a look at my roof. After looking it over he explained I had three shingles total that had blown off and he could get us squeezed in between appointments 3-5 days later, but he would do the best he could.  He called the next day and asked if we had time to have him fix it that day.  After the storm the night before, and concerns of more of the same in the coming week, he didn't want to make our roof wait.  While on our roof he found a few shingles starting to lift, and noted our tree over hanging the home had damaged a few others.  He tacked down the loose ones while he was up there, and used the few extras he had that matched our roof to replace the few the tree had damaged, at no extra charge.  I will be referring him to our neighbors who have also lost a few shingles, and be calling him in the future for all my roofing needs.

I have an exterior patio drain that requires a roofer to fix it....Armando came  whereas other roofers didn't want to deal with it.   Thank you, Armando !!

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Got a referral to Seth and Trident to repair a leak in a tile section. No other roofer would come to look at a repair, they just want to do full refoofs.

Seth arrived- found and fixed the leak right away. Then we started looking at my older flat roof section and he quoted to do that part also... at a better price and faster completion time than other quotes I had.

They did both jobs on time, clean workspace and as quoted.

We had our roof replaced by Trades Unlimited. The work was outstanding. Everyday the crew cleaned up all around the house (really important when you realize all the nails). They made the roof much tighter by adding additional roof tiles.
In summary they exceed all expectations.

We have used Arizona Native Roofing for all of our rental properties, home and offices.  The work is impeccable.  In our business being on time and getting the job done efficiently is key. We have used Arizona Native Roofing for 15 years. We were customers when the business started and remain so today.  Would highly recommend Jason and Arizona Native Roofing.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Impossible to get a hold of. Have left numerous messages, texts, emails and left message with phone service. Nothing!

They did $3000+ in repairs and after 18 months was having problems again. It's the nature of the Mexican tile roof. That's not my complaint. It's that after coming to my house again, looking at it twice again with his drone and saying he would start in a few weeks, he disappeared and won't return any calls.

They're still looking for new business on Angie's list so they're still in business. Unacceptable!

Gave up on them and having two other contractors bid a complete roof replacement. Around $30,000. This could have been Ironwood's job but since they won't get back to me, their loss!

I am so happy with Reyes Roofing! From start to finish their promptness and professionalism and exemplary customer service was the highest I've seen in a very long time.  Not only did they repair my roof but included that if anything comes up even if it's small; call us, we'll take care of you. I have called to have someone come out to look at spots where I'm having leaks that they supposedly fixed twice and in 5 weeks, at least 4 calls, someone is always going to call me back. Nobody has done that yet. Incredibly unimpressed with the lack of follow through and work quality.
