I have friends that have worked with them in CA and they are extremely happy post install. Their customer service is great all the way through.

Since the only other review here is about getting a bid, I thought I'd share my experience.  I got a competitive bid in a timely manner.  They showed up on time and have been very responsive about the whole process.  If I hire them, I will follow up with more info about the actual work that is done.

I had Gurr Brothers Construction,  who was referred to me by another contractor, complete some repairs on one of my properties after a small roof leak. Being out-of-state, I relied on photos and feedback from the tenant. Bradley was the superintendent on the job and he was able to complete everything smoothly, professionally and effectively. Once the job was completed, I was sent photos of the work.   Both Bradley and Rachael in the office were able to work together as a team and keep both the tenant and myself fully informed. I would definitely recommend Gurr Brothers to others and contract with them again!

Martin has always been dependable and very personable! I am a REALTOR, and anytime my clients have had roofing needs, he has always made himself available to help us. He's very honest and trustworthy. Occasionally he's made quite the drive to tell us the roof is in great condition.

So I called Summit Roofing because he was recommended by a friend who actually does roofing??? My friend is a general contractor and  told me to call Summit directly because they are honest and fair priced. Man, he wasn't kidding- first off I was told I needed to replace these metal things on roof, and they did not need to be replaced at all. Also, the area might need some flat wood and it was added into my other estimates as a for sure cost. Summit had it in their bill as an extra, only if after tear off of the section if the new wood is needed.

You get what you pay for, so I'm not going to just choose the lowest price ...but I will pick the most honest company.

Roof is now done, before and after pictures of the roof were emailed to me after competition for my records. The owner spoke to me personally throughout the process and although I'm sure he's a busy guy, never made me feel like an imposition.

Two years after having part of our tile roof replaced we decided to sell our home. With any inspection some things were found with the roof. Being that I had already dealt with big roofing companies in the past I went another route and found Ernnie. He was so professional from the beginning. He explained every single step of the process and documented everything. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call him again if I ever need roof help!

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Sections of roof flew way and were shattered during a recent dust storm.  I found this very disappointing because I had already paid for partial replacement of the same areas 2 years ago following a monsoon.  I got quotes from 3 companies, and Trident was not only the most friendly, but the lowest quote.  Torren was super kind, answered my many questions, sent a quote in writing the same day, and was out to fix my roof the following day.  He repaired many of the roofs in my area and even repaired my neighbor's unbroken tiles for free. His work looks great and I am very happy that we chose Trident.

PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job.  The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will!  We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed.  Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction.  It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about.  I'd bring them back again.

Where should I start. After the crazy rain spell we had back in November i started to notice some buckling in the ceiling and even had some drywall come down in my great room.

I was referred to Arizona Native Roofing by my in laws. I spoke with Jason and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed repairs in a few spots. The cost was very reasonable.

The workers showed up on time and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us. I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Jason and his great company.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

Impossible to get a hold of. Have left numerous messages, texts, emails and left message with phone service. Nothing!

They did $3000+ in repairs and after 18 months was having problems again. It's the nature of the Mexican tile roof. That's not my complaint. It's that after coming to my house again, looking at it twice again with his drone and saying he would start in a few weeks, he disappeared and won't return any calls.

They're still looking for new business on Angie's list so they're still in business. Unacceptable!

Gave up on them and having two other contractors bid a complete roof replacement. Around $30,000. This could have been Ironwood's job but since they won't get back to me, their loss!

Had an appointment for Reyes to come out and give me a quote on roof replacement. Made sure I was home an hour early, and shuffled my schedule around so I could even be there a half hour later than the appointment. Reyes was a no-call, no-show. I understand running late, but why would anybody do business with a company that isn't even reliable enough to call when they are going to be late?
