Mission Restoration replaced my entire roof that was damaged by a hail storm.
The work was delayed a few time because weather conditions prevented repair....that's understandable.
When the works crews did arrive they worked nonstop for two days and were very professional. It took them two days to complete the roof and the third day for a immaculate clean up. The roof looks great and the price was right, my homeowners insurance took care of that.
Justin was the guy in charge of the whole procedure and he was great to work with, very polite and professional....he kept me informed from start to finish and his integrity was spot on.

I must give kudos where it's due with contractors! I'm usually skeptical & very cautious with dealings. I HATE chasing down people & getting stabby with them but I will. My water heater had a slow leak & caused some sweet water damage to my garage drywall & inside my master closet wall/carpet! Edge Restoration dried it out & sent Gurr Brothers Construction to repair my drywall & replace the carpet. It was a seamless process throughout. Sam from Gurr Brothers showed up, kept me in the loop of when & who to expect @ my house & stayed in constant communication of plumbing, drywall & carpet people that were dropping by. Although a bit of a nightmare to have your houses gutted for a while?!? I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled & for them to deal with my Homeowner's Insurance too. We have a second home in Scottsdale and when we came out we found with recent rain we had a substantial leak in our den. I called Summit Roofing on 12/27/16 and they sent someone out on 12/30/16 to look at roof and give me a price for repair.
After Victor  looked at the roof he said it was a pretty simple repair and they could reach the broken tile from the flat roof so they didn't have to remove a lot of extra tiles to reach it. He said they would be able to do it for us and we would hear from John (the owner) the next day and they would probably get it done the next week.
It continued to rain for the next 2 days and the leak was getting worse.
We had to leave to go back home on Monday, January 2, 2017 with a trash dumpster sitting on plastic under the leaking ceiling.
In the car on the way to the airport, I get an email from John.  I will pass on this repair.  Call Glendale Roofing or Kyle Roofing.

He left us hanging , thinking he was going to repair our roof. I guess it wasn't a big enough job for him.

I realize it was a weekend, however, he knew the information on Friday morning and could have told us right then that they didn't want the job. I could have called someone else. But he waited the entire weekend and then just sends me an email. When I called him to ask why he said he couldn't warranty the work. I asked him, didn't you know that last Friday?

Now we had to try and get someone out to our house when we are not there and get it repaired and hope it stops raining...

Just bad customer skills. Would never call him again. He is unreliable and doesn't stand by his word. Plus, did I mention coward? Hiding behind the anonymous email.  For shame!!!

Awesome guy!  I had visibly lost a shingle after a storm.  I'll admit he was the second roofer I called as he was second on the search list with a 5 star review.  The first company I called said they were booked out 3.5 weeks.  Ernnie came out same day to take a look at my roof. After looking it over he explained I had three shingles total that had blown off and he could get us squeezed in between appointments 3-5 days later, but he would do the best he could.  He called the next day and asked if we had time to have him fix it that day.  After the storm the night before, and concerns of more of the same in the coming week, he didn't want to make our roof wait.  While on our roof he found a few shingles starting to lift, and noted our tree over hanging the home had damaged a few others.  He tacked down the loose ones while he was up there, and used the few extras he had that matched our roof to replace the few the tree had damaged, at no extra charge.  I will be referring him to our neighbors who have also lost a few shingles, and be calling him in the future for all my roofing needs.

Armando was amazing on how quick he provided an inspection and estimate. By far the most competitive price I found.  Do yourself a favor and at least call him to get an estimate. You'll thank me later.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Seth knows his stuff- I've worked with a lot of contractors over decades, and he is one of the rare ones that actually does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. He honors his bids, explains everything up front, his crews are experienced and so is he, he uses top notch products for reroofs at a fair price, and I know that even large insurance companies use his company for reroof jobs, and other roofers even recommend him!!  Plus he's a great guy- what more could I ask for? Thanks Trident!

I WISH I HAD ANOTHER ROOF FOR THEM TO REPAIR!

PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job.  The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will!  We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed.  Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction.  It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about.  I'd bring them back again.

From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service.
