Edwin and his crew are top-notch. Our 25-year-old tile roof underlayment needed to be replaced as well as our 35 ft rolled patio roof. They were here for 4 days and did an exceptional job from start to finish. They repaired my patio roof leak and replaced the facia boards, installed new underlayment and 3-rib valleys on the main roof, new bird-stop, replaced broken tiles, and painted all areas to match. Communication and customer service are great. Solid job!

Gurr Brothers did beautiful work rebuilding my kitchen after an unfortunate water damage incident under my kitchen sink.  They re-built my kitchen cabinetry and made them look absolutely identical to the original cabinets; the end-piece of my cabinets actually looked better than before.  I will now always call Gurr Brothers' plumber, Don and electrician, Jake, who both helped get the job done - they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and amazing at their jobs.  Sam managed my project and he went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and any issues were promptly addressed.  I will definitely call them again for my next project.

Martin has always been dependable and very personable! I am a REALTOR, and anytime my clients have had roofing needs, he has always made himself available to help us. He's very honest and trustworthy. Occasionally he's made quite the drive to tell us the roof is in great condition.

When communicating with him you'll note his knowledge speaks for itself.

We have a second home in Scottsdale and when we came out we found with recent rain we had a substantial leak in our den. I called Summit Roofing on 12/27/16 and they sent someone out on 12/30/16 to look at roof and give me a price for repair.
After Victor  looked at the roof he said it was a pretty simple repair and they could reach the broken tile from the flat roof so they didn't have to remove a lot of extra tiles to reach it. He said they would be able to do it for us and we would hear from John (the owner) the next day and they would probably get it done the next week.
It continued to rain for the next 2 days and the leak was getting worse.
We had to leave to go back home on Monday, January 2, 2017 with a trash dumpster sitting on plastic under the leaking ceiling.
In the car on the way to the airport, I get an email from John.  I will pass on this repair.  Call Glendale Roofing or Kyle Roofing.

He left us hanging , thinking he was going to repair our roof. I guess it wasn't a big enough job for him.

I realize it was a weekend, however, he knew the information on Friday morning and could have told us right then that they didn't want the job. I could have called someone else. But he waited the entire weekend and then just sends me an email. When I called him to ask why he said he couldn't warranty the work. I asked him, didn't you know that last Friday?

Now we had to try and get someone out to our house when we are not there and get it repaired and hope it stops raining...

Just bad customer skills. Would never call him again. He is unreliable and doesn't stand by his word. Plus, did I mention coward? Hiding behind the anonymous email.  For shame!!!

Awesome guy!  I had visibly lost a shingle after a storm.  I'll admit he was the second roofer I called as he was second on the search list with a 5 star review.  The first company I called said they were booked out 3.5 weeks.  Ernnie came out same day to take a look at my roof. After looking it over he explained I had three shingles total that had blown off and he could get us squeezed in between appointments 3-5 days later, but he would do the best he could.  He called the next day and asked if we had time to have him fix it that day.  After the storm the night before, and concerns of more of the same in the coming week, he didn't want to make our roof wait.  While on our roof he found a few shingles starting to lift, and noted our tree over hanging the home had damaged a few others.  He tacked down the loose ones while he was up there, and used the few extras he had that matched our roof to replace the few the tree had damaged, at no extra charge.  I will be referring him to our neighbors who have also lost a few shingles, and be calling him in the future for all my roofing needs.

I had some leaking around a tubular skylight that we had had previously installed by a handyman. AEL had a fast response on my request for a quote and they came by the same day to scope out the situation. They were able to start work the next morning and did a great job. They even found a couple additional issues that they addressed with me and fixed in addition to the skylight leak. They took before and after pictures and gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend AEL Roofing Services.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

Came home from work to a note on my door from Torren, noticing that my roof is in need of work, which is true. I previously received bids from other roofers but wasn't happy with any of them because they kept trying to sell me things I didn't need.

I gave Torren a call, met him on my roof and told him what I wanted done. He educated me on things I didn't know and provided me with an estimate on what needed to be done.

Work was done timely and neatly. I even called them back two weeks later to touch up a spot I was concerned with and they came out no questions asked and addressed my concern.

Would definitely recommend them.

I recently had my roof redone by Trades Unlimited and the result was fantastic.  I was very pleased with the quality of work, promptness, and going the extra mile to satisfy the customer.  I would hire them again without any hesitation!!

We had a relatively small roofing project on our front porch that needed attention. We've had other roofing companies work on our roof and most have been disappointing, dishonest or difficult to work with/unreliable. Jason was the opposite, honest, communicative and followed through. Here on out  Native Roofing will be our go-to and I will be recommending the company to friends and neighbors who need repairs.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

It's monsoon season and AZ end of July and been pouring for two days! I have a few holes in my roof from birds, the sun, ect. I didn't know it would leak in my living room until the rain came in. Chris was on my roof same day and came ready to take care it. He patched it up to get me through the weekend and more than fair and kind and prompt!!  I can't believe how genuine this guy is and we'll recommended from my friend Dennis! This is the guy to call for real service that won't jack up the prices because he's in busy season and 5pm on a Friday in the rain!!!! Do yourself a favor stick with the local guy who has his own business and not a big company who doesn't care! True 5 star guy and quality work! This was the third roofer out this month and he has my referal for life!

I am so happy with Reyes Roofing! From start to finish their promptness and professionalism and exemplary customer service was the highest I've seen in a very long time.  Not only did they repair my roof but included that if anything comes up even if it's small; call us, we'll take care of you. Our patio roof was fixed by Jack the Roofer in 2011 when we moved into our new home. The deal was made by the seller of the home when issues were found with the patio roof during the inspection. 3 years later we had a partial collapse of the patio roof due to a leak. While difficult to get a hold off and track down, Jack himself eventually came out and fixed the roof which was under warranty. A year later after a strong storm the roof started leaking again. The roof is still under warranty so we called Jack again, and called again and again. 4 months later we are still waiting. Bottom line, I would not recommend his service because he will not honor his own warranty. Unfortunately we are stuck with him and are at a point where we are considering legal action.
