We live in Province and you need to quit soliciting door to door or you will be kicked out.  Final warning.  Especially if I tell maybe in a couple of months I would be interested and then you tell me the cost will be higher then.  That is no way to do business.  Your prices are high anyway.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We started off by hiring them to redo our roof and they did such a fantastic job! We talked about a few other projects in the house as far as remodeling and those jobs went smooth as can be taylor Blankenship is very communicative and understands the thoughts and puts them into action, thank you taylor i have many more projects for you in the future!

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. George and George Jr. were fantastic. They came over, saw what I wanted to do, recommended some things and then basically took care of it. I had a couple issues which they came and talked and addressed them and they worked with me and didn't think I was being unreasonable or paranoid.  They understood where I was coming from and took care of the problems for me.  Great guys, would definitely do business with them again.

Being in the Real Estate Business, I am often in need of a good roofing company. I can tell you that I have found Five Guys; Jake and his crew, to be some of the best out there. They are very professional and perform top notch work. I am never concerned that they are not going to get the job done right the first time.  Thank you Five Guys.

Great experience using Overson Roofing originally when we needed to reroof, and then again recently when a storm took a few tiles off the front of our house. Would use them again!

I had the same experience as Ron P - and my appointment WAS confirmed. They were supposed to come on August 19. This was confirmed with Tyler, the same guy who looked at my roof and provided the estimate. They did not show. I called both numbers I had for this company, went to voice mail and said voicemail was full. Finally got a hold of Tyler, he said the crew had a problem with their work vehicle and had not reported it. I was very unhappy as I had scheduled painters to come after the roof repairs. Asked to speak with the owner - Tyler said he'd send me Brian's contact info. Nothing. I texted the other phone number asking to speak with the owner. Someone responded to say they would have the office/owner contact me. Nothing. I messaged through Yelp asking to speak with the owner. Nothing. No one even followed up to reschedule the missed appointment.  
My best advice to anyone looking at this company?  Move on!  Don't waste your time like I did.

Mark is excellent at taking care of his customers. I have a brand new house and experienced multiple tile damages. The builder refused to pay for the repairs. I called Mark multiple times and he gave me advice and information multi times before I actually had him come out to fix my issues. Mark is very up front and honest. He came out and fixed my problems efficiently and fast. Mark made feel like a VIP customer. I would highly recommend his roofing services to anyone.

I have had David at our old home in Chandler,  David crew found the leak three others Roofing companies could not find now my home in Tempe I had to have D & M Roofing again. I could not ask for a nicer guy to work with.  My home in Tempe had a roof put on a few years ago (previous owner had the new roof done) David was a little puzzled on why I would have a leak where I did.  David wasn't happy till he found the spot no bigger than a quarter.  David went into the attic found the problem took pictures assured me it wasn't a major problem then fixed the problem. I love this guy he was not going to leave until he found the problem.
Just before he left he said if I had any problem to call him right away and he would be out and I believe he would.  Again hard to find a good honest roofer that really cares.

Just had our roof replaced due to hail damage a few months ago. Arrow used the insurance appraisal for its charges. Work was done in one day. Cleanup was very good. At this point, we are very satisfied with the job. The proof of the pudding will come with a good rain. Thanks, Arrow.

I had a roof leak that needed to be fixed. Of the requests I submitted in yelp, I selected Patterson Roofing because of the prompt reply, professionalism, and other reviews on Yelp.  William was very flexible with scheduling and the communication was great from start to finish. The quality of work seems great too. I would recommend and use again in the future.

Best roofers around. Done when they say they're gonna be. Would recommend to anyone, price will be worth the quality and great customer service

In June Josh came out from Stapleton Roofing to inspect and give us an estimate on our roof repairs.  He gave us an estimat at that time, which wasn't the lowest nor the highest.  We mentioned that we had a leak on the back patio roof that another roofer tried and couldn't fix.  Josh said, No problem, we'll take care of it.  Ryan came out three times to stop the leak on the patio and it still leaks.  After leaving several voice mails with no response, we got someone on the phone.  We were told Ryan had left the company and that that particular repair was not written in the contract and they would give us an estimate to repair it.  We asked them to talk to Josh and were told it wasn't necessary because it was writtten in the contract.  It is clear this company does not stand by their word.  I would not use this company again nor recommend it.  I feel that took advantage of two senior citizens.  Very sad.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
