We live in Province and you need to quit soliciting door to door or you will be kicked out.  Final warning.  Especially if I tell maybe in a couple of months I would be interested and then you tell me the cost will be higher then.  That is no way to do business.  Your prices are high anyway.

Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

We had a minor leak and needed some drywall, baseboard, and door trim work done. Taylor gave a very good quote, and his work was impeccable. I highly recommend him for any project, including drywall, painting, texturing, and flooring. When it's time for my roofing, he'll be my first call.

We just had our home painted and it looks absolutely fantastic. We selected our painter from the recommendations on Nextdoor and Yelp and also my community prepared a list. We live in Westridge Village in Fountain Hills . Adam came over the very next day he gave us an exceptionally great price and  he was very prompt. His crew was clean, efficient friendly and knew what they were doing. Now we're going to  have him paint the inside. Appreciated the fast response, and fitting me into there schedule with very short notice.  Eric is very dedicated to his business and is very conscientious of doing a good job at a fair price.  He made a point of following up and addressed all my concerns after he finished the job of repairing my roof.

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

In late 2018 I received two bids to patch and apply a new elastomeric coating on the roof of a home I had recently purchased.  One of the bids came from a roofing contractor my realtor recommended and the other,  GPS Remodeling, I picked from positive reviews on Yelp.

I went with GPS because their cost was in line with what I had expected and considerably better than the first contractor who I thought was way overpriced.  Normally I get three bids for a job, but in this case I felt it wasn't necessary after talking with George, the owner.  Something in the way George presented himself and the work that was needed he convinced me he I could trust him.  

The work was completed on the schedule he proposed with no surprises.  When I did my final inspection and called George with a few questions, he said he would stop over later that day so we could walk through my concerns.  He came prepared to address everything I had any concern about on the spot, most of which in hindsight probably did not represent a real problem, but George was more interested in making sure I was fully satisfied.  

Lastly, 18 months later during an unusually wet and windy winter the tenant renting the house called the property manager to report some water leakage around a window.  He sent out a roofing contractor to investigate, who came back with a proposal to re-coat the entire roof again. Not believing the contractor had diagnosed the problem correctly I called GPS back out.  George was out within a day and came to a different conclusion that I thought made much better sense.  Again he took care of the proposed fix on the spot without addressing whether it was a warranty issue under the original job or outside of the original scope.  I believe it was outside.

Jake who did the roof estimate was wonderful! He was very helpful and replied in a timely manner. I thought the roofing company was professional and well-organized. No complaints and I would recommend!

From the salesman to the workers who completed my repairs, these guys were 100% honest and professional. With only a $500 repair needed, other companies tried to convince me to submit a wind damage claim to my insurance company for an entire roof replacement. Not knowing roofers I did this with Sonoran Peak Construction + Roofing. Boy was that a mistake! They shot down my claim, and nearly 1 year later my roof was still not repaired. The guy who owns this company is a crooked as they get, so run as far away as you can when you hear his name (Steven Cron)! Long story short I finally got Overson out and they provided me with a reasonable bid to get the job done. No nonsense and no hassle. These guys are great!

I called many roofing companies and none wanted to do a small job ( I just needed fascia replaced due to wood rot) orthey never contacted me back or said they'd come n never did... Gleason came gave me an estimate and got the job done in 2 weeks... their workers are super friendly and the owner was a pleasure to deal with... deff recommend

Great experience.
Jim came out on Sunday to give an estimate which I found really great.  The work was done quickly and efficiently.  Every night they cleaned up after themselves and threw away any debris.  They even used the blower to make sure any scraps and leftovers were cleaned.  Upon completion, there were some minor adjustments that needed to be made and they corrected them above and beyond my expectations.

Most importantly, the roof looks excellent! And at the end, they worked kindly with us even from a distance as we were out of state, mailing and using phone calls to finish things up.

I am a licensed Realtor in Arizona and currently have my previous primary residence under contract for sale. It was a home built in late 2015 and the home inspection turned up a few broken tiles and a small area of composite roofing that needed to be repaired. I contacted many roofing companies to address these minor repairs and never received responses. William called within minutes of my request for an estimate via yelp and provided me with his email so I could send the home inspection report. That same day I had an estimate and the property was scheduled for repair that week. The repairs were made and pictures were sent along with the final invoice. From start to finish Stapleton Roofing has been fantastic!! Took me a while to decide between quotes and roofing options...I always liked the idea of a foam roof and so glad I trusted my instinct and went with this company! Experience was smooth from day one thru out the entire process...arrived as planned, each team had decades of knowledge & experience, worked professionally each day and yards were cleaned up daily! They suggested waiting out a rainy weekend and they were spot on back on Monday for the final coats. When it came time to spray they even covered the few cars parked near my home just in case! Each foreman gave me a daily update & what to expect next...all questions or calls were returned within an hour!! My neighbors were so impressed that Stapleton is replacing their tile room right now! I encourage you to call for your roofing needs...you will be glad you did!!

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
