This company has to have the worst service I have ever encountered. I decided to get an estimate with them based on prior reviews. I am buying a home and needed a full roof inspection per issues that arose during the home inspection. They offered to complete this service this morning. Yesterday the office lady advised she would give me the time they would be there in the afternoon. She never called. I called in the afternoon and she told me she would have the time at 7am this morning. I called at 7 this morning and she said she would call back in 10 mins with the time. No call. I called an hour later and she said '9:30ish' so I agreed to be there from 9-10 so that I could allow them access to the garage and the attic space to review the subroof. I waited there for an hour for no call no show. I called and she advised me the contractor had to go to another job...no call? She could not give me a new time. I advised I needed to know if I should wait or go back to work and she said she would call me back. Yeah right! She never did. Two hours later (now that I am back at work) the contractor calls me to tell me he is there, but has no idea he was supposed to go inside or do a full roof inspection. I apologized but told him due to their service I would not be moving forward. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache and go with a professional company. Jared from Elite Roofing has already had more contact with me in the last 30 minutes than I did with TRC in the last 36 hours. Elite Roofing is so professional, so kind, and so helpful - give them a call!

I highly recommend Anderson Roofing and Repair! Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. He was hired to make sure that I was getting the quality that I expected. His comment to me after visiting the work site Bob, this roof will outlast the both of us! They have done very quality work and I trust these guys to do my own home. Their crew is very efficient and work well together, very thorough This is pretty high praise from a roofing company owner who is semi-retired and is hard to please. Lexy and Regan made sure they kept me updated during the job as I was out of town. I am extremely pleased with their workmanship and their bid was exceptional. You will appreciate the piece of mind that comes with working with a company that is local and really cared about my concerns. Even the contractors that dropped off the materials on my roof were careful and courteous. They answer the phone, return e-mails and phone messages, and I couldn't be happier with their work! Not only did they seamlessly manage communications with our insurance company to process the coverage of our roof replacement, but they installed the roof promptly and quickly. This was all happening around some major life events for us, including welcoming a new baby, and they made the process totally painless which was very much needed and appreciated. MSW Contracting is awesome!  When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid.  From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company.  He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined.  While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW.  Additionally, his staff was amazing -  courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

I am a professional remodeler. I have worked with hundreds of different sub contractors on thousands of different jobs. I have come to value and appreciate my great subcontractors more than they will ever know. Having said that Lyon's is my go to roofing company. They have such an organized process, are responsive, do what they say they are going to do, and their quality is excellent. If there is ever an issue (rarely) I can count on them to make it right quickly. They are everything I look for in a great subcontractor.  Thanks Lyons - you rock!

I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

On June 4, 2020, we had Curtis-C Roofing/Gutters install gutters at our home in the community of Pradera at West Wing in Peoria AZ.  Yesterday, August 16, 2020, we had our first rain which was heavy and the gutters made such a difference.  They worked like a dream!! So glad we had them installed.

I called three different companies to get a quote on a Roof Repair. I had water stains on the ceiling in my living room.  German Roofing was available to come out quickly for a free estimate. Carlos looked at the roof, wrote a quote and explained the necessary repairs. He was very knowledgable and polite. I  hired German Roofing on the spot. They scheduled my repair within a week. I never did get the promised estimate from Right Roofing, and another company showed up at their convenience not mine and seemed annoyed with me.  So I spoke to Lu at German Roofing who was super efficient and friendly. On the day the work began Fernando came to do the work, with another worker. He too was very professional and friendly. A hard worker the work was completed with matching shingles and with all the right flashings and seals. German Roofing warranties their work. Their price was reasonable and I am very happy with my experience with them. From first contact to the last when the work was inspected no disappointments. I would highly recommend German Roofing.

With all the monsoon storms all the roofing companies are very busy.. Arizona Roof Rescue provided great customer service.. Very responsive to my questions.. Price is very reasonable..

A friend recommended Revamp Roofing to me telling me about how I would receive honest pricing and excellent workmanship.  I called Revamp Roofing and it began with the owner, Ruben coming out and carefully explaining his commitment to the highest level of service and quality.  His price was the best of 3 quotes I received.

I can't say enough about how great was my entire experience with this company.  Our house is 60-years old and there were some expected repairs due to hidden rotten wood. The repairs were excellent and there were no 'gotchas' or surprise-pricing. The crews were incredibly respectful and courteous.  The roof looks beautiful and I can honestly say that Ruben and his crew restored my faith that there is a company out there that is committed to highest standards at a fair and competitive price.  You will NOT be disappointed if you choose this company!

Geremy installed floating wood shelves in the kitchen and did a good job. They're sturdy and look good, but could have been finished better in the end. Putty was left to dry and I had to have my handyman sand it all down as well as add more where there were some noticeable gaps at joints. I didn't ask Geremy come back to finish because it wasn't the end of the world to have to have someone else finish, it just would have been nice if he had completed the job himself. There was also an incident where he accidentally leaned against the stove knobs, turned on the burner and melted plastic on my brand new stove top that had never been used. It wasn't able to be cleaned up complete which is a bummer, but the worst part is he didn't tell me about it- I had to hear from my handman.

I hired him for a second job- a pergola over my back patio. After he rescheduled a couple of times and then didn't show up another one or two times, he finally came, but came so late in the day that he ran out of time and couldn't install my string lights. I went ahead and paid him the full amount for the job but I've never been able to get him to come back to finish the lights that he said he'd be back to hang the following day. After a lot of excuses, several texts and a phone call and continuing to tell me he'd come back to hang them, he still hasn't finished the job. I've been waiting since May 20th and now he isn't responding to my messages at all.

It's a shame because his work is good, but reliability and communication are terrible.
