Just had my roof fixed and re papered by Caliber. Our neighborhood went together as a group and formed a procurement bid committee to assemble spec's and review roofing companies that they felt met and exceeded the work standard, pricing standards and overall customer satisfaction  
CALIBER ROOFING SERVICES WAS THEIR VENDOR OF CHOICE.  Previously before they did their work I had done my homework about a year before i.e late 2019 before Covid hit. Well, I have Caliber come out once for a project estimate and then compared for detail, thoroughness and professionalism. They were prompt and on time and very responsive to my requests. They also gave me the pricing for the neighborhood specifications along with recommendations for upgrades if I wanted to go beyond the TIGHT SPECIFICATIONS from the Neighborhood Committee.  Since I am selling my house this year their was no need to go beyond and select great options to save money in keeping the roofer drier, energy efficient while ensuring water was not sitting anywhere on the roof.  

When I went back to my previous bidders and asked them meet the Caliber specifications they all but one came in much much higher price wise. A year of Covid REALLY SPIKE PRICES so knowing my neighborhood has chosen Caliber and many had their roofs completed and all were satisfied I went with Caliber. AND, I AM GLAD I DID!  They PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT out one more time before starting the work the project to walk the project to reconfirm and reaffirm my job and my expectations.  They started work promptly, efficiently, communicated openly and finished the work in about a weeks time. They let me know I had some wood rot and gave me options along with giving me a discount on the wood procurement to complete the project.  Chris came back upon completion and we again walked the finished project where any and all my questions were answered completely and fully by Chris. Lastly they ate some of the extra replacement tiles that I needed on my roof. I am very pleased with Caliber, their work, their communication manner and professionalism on my project. The area was cleaned up after they life like they were never there. I recommend Caliber Roofing for your roofing project and needs.

I felt I had an Honest informative sale. I was very pleased, They showed up on time and that was with a short notice. Shingles were removed ,vents replaced and painted and new shingles put on.

This February, a wind storm caused serious damage to my roof. I called my insurance agent. He gave me two names that could do the repairs. Mike Stell at AZ Shingle Pros was one of them. Mike [the president of the company] came by, examined the damage, and told me what he and his team could do for me. Then he gave me an estimate for repairs the next day. I was sold and looked no further. Mike worked with the insurance company and achieved an awesome settlement. Mike's crew under the leadership of his brother, came each day 7am till 5pm. This was no small task with 2 fireplaces, skylights, satellite dishes, and 7,300 sqft of roof. At the completion of the last work day, the crew stood on the uphill side of the driveway and assessed their work. There was even a high five.
In a time when contractors can be divided into two groups: those that focus on upsell, fast completion, and use cheap materials, it was heartwarming to see a dedicated crew that took pride in their work.
I have never done a yelp review before this one but felt compelled because AZ Shingle Pros excelled in every parameter you would use to measure a business. I am more than pleased.

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Lyon's Roofing MAY be a great roofing company.  They MAY be the best.  But I will never know this because they failed to deliver an estimate after visiting my house a couple weeks ago.

For me, it is all about first impressions.  How a company acts BEFORE getting your business is as important as after they get your business.  I contacted them via the online estimate request.  They called in a timely manner.  They scheduled a project specialist to come out that week.  So far so good.  The specialist called me and confirmed the appointment.  He arrived on time.  He was very knowledgeable and polite.  He stated he needed to get a satellite image of my home ordered and would have the estimate mid-week the following week.  He stated it would arrive via email.  A week passed and no email.  I called the following week.  The person who answered said they were busy and would have to get back to me in the order they received my call.  Finally, I get a call that evening.  The specialist told me he would try and have my estimate by the end of the week.   Well, it seems a bit long to wait for an estimate- 2 weeks?  Why not a simple call, mid-week (when they told me it would be done), to say they were running behind?  It makes me think they just forgot or did not care.

Im going with another roofing company.  The other company was also prompt and knowledgeable and highly rated with the BBB.  They responded to my follow up emails within minutes.  I received an estimate THE SAME DAY the representative came out, just as he said.  I will be writing up a review on that company after they perform the work.  

All I am saying is that a person/ company is usually at their best/ or should be, when they are first trying to get your business.  If Lyon's roofing cannot even get me an estimate in a timely manner, why would I think they would complete work in a timely manner?  It sends up red flags for me when a company slacks off before they get your business.

I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

We have an HOA and were given specific colors to paint our house and trim. Alex came out and replaced our old clogged gutters with new Ones that match perfectly! He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. While he was up on our roof, he noticed the our skylights were old and cracked. He gave us a fair bid and came out and replaced them as well! Great professional, friendly service! Highly recommend.

After 20+ years my tile roof underlayment was giving out - I started noticing a few spots here and there.

I got three bids (German, Porter, and someone forgettable).  I found German through my cousin who used them to do his roof a year ago.  I honestly thought Porter was going to get the job but they totally overbid the job.
German came out when scheduled and removed all of the tile, underlayment, and damaged wood.  They put two layers of underlayment on the roof and put the tiles back on. I wrote into the contract that they'd paint the new wood and the bird stops and the crew wasn't happy to learn that (from me) on the last day.  But, there it was in black and white.  They finished the whole job in a week.

The boss came out the following week to inspect the work and found a few spots that needed more sealant. Bear in mind that I never would have seen those spots so he could have easily blown it off. I appreciated his honesty.

About a month after the roof job I noticed some peeling paint in an overhang. I called and someone came out to inspect the area.  We both concluded that it was most likely damage from before the underlayment was replaced but he did over to peel back the tile and make sure everything was OK in that area. Again, professional attitude.  I scraped and repainted that area and we were right - must have been an old problem.

For the most part they were clean, professional, and efficient.  They treated my property with respect.  We did find a nail here and there for a week after the job was done but I suppose that's to be expected.
I would use them again.

Al came out the same day I called. He fixed the issue I had with my roof within 30 minutes. Their pricing was inline with other companies I had called. I would highly recommend Arizona Roof Rescue to anyone needing their roof repaired

So this is an update. Since having my roof repaired by patriotic roofing its been raining. I'm so happy to say no more leaks. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I'm an out of state investor and always struggle to find good, reliable people to do work on my properties.  I've started using yelp to find contractors, and came across Revamp Roofing.  Within minutes after my submission I got contacted by Reuben.  It has been such a positive experience from start to finish.  He provided a quote over email by looking up house on google earth, and the next day he went out to the property to firm up the numbers.  I originally just wanted to do the back patio, but he gave such a good price on the whole roof (which he told me I probably had 2 more years on), I just did the whole thing.  Reuben communicates extremely well.  The previous owners did not install the correct duct work for my AC unit (he sent pictures), and he handled getting all the right contractors involved and taking care of the issue without having to get me involved.  I've found my go to roofing company for any of my roof needs in my rentals!  Really great guy, and amazing work!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen.
