Mike Stell came out of retirement pursuing his passion back into the roofing business. He is honest, professional, and knowledgeable. He saved me so much time not having to call for another quote. He fixed the issue on the spot at no charge. I know others will probably charge to patch up a small spot. He is flexible and willing to work with your schedule as well. Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through.  His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup.  MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job.  For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition.  They guarantee their work for five years.  I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work.  Pricing was reasonable as well.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Lyon's Roofing MAY be a great roofing company.  They MAY be the best.  But I will never know this because they failed to deliver an estimate after visiting my house a couple weeks ago.

For me, it is all about first impressions.  How a company acts BEFORE getting your business is as important as after they get your business.  I contacted them via the online estimate request.  They called in a timely manner.  They scheduled a project specialist to come out that week.  So far so good.  The specialist called me and confirmed the appointment.  He arrived on time.  He was very knowledgeable and polite.  He stated he needed to get a satellite image of my home ordered and would have the estimate mid-week the following week.  He stated it would arrive via email.  A week passed and no email.  I called the following week.  The person who answered said they were busy and would have to get back to me in the order they received my call.  Finally, I get a call that evening.  The specialist told me he would try and have my estimate by the end of the week.   Well, it seems a bit long to wait for an estimate- 2 weeks?  Why not a simple call, mid-week (when they told me it would be done), to say they were running behind?  It makes me think they just forgot or did not care.

Im going with another roofing company.  The other company was also prompt and knowledgeable and highly rated with the BBB.  They responded to my follow up emails within minutes.  I received an estimate THE SAME DAY the representative came out, just as he said.  I will be writing up a review on that company after they perform the work.  

All I am saying is that a person/ company is usually at their best/ or should be, when they are first trying to get your business.  If Lyon's roofing cannot even get me an estimate in a timely manner, why would I think they would complete work in a timely manner?  It sends up red flags for me when a company slacks off before they get your business.

I needed a written Inspection Report from them for my refinancing company. They did come out in a timely manner; the problem was that they did not understand my request and did not give me the report just a receipt for the payment. As of today, I still have not had any response from them. Part of the problem was that the Gentlemen who came out did not speak or understand English. I would love to give them business, he was very polite and did seem to know what he was doing but they did not do what I ask and charged me for it

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Alex did a wonderful job tearing down our old rusty, leaking gutters and replacing them with beautiful new ones.  Always called to let me know he was coming, showed up on time and did an excellent job.
Highly recommend this company.

Bought a maintenance package from them for $435 to replace missing and loose shingles up to one bundle and seal down anything else that is loose. Had two prior quotes that said I only needed about 1/2 bundle but wanted to go through Angie list. Took pictures before and after.

Did a great job on the missing shingles but didn't touch multiple spots that were loose and coming up. Didn't use the rest of the bundle. Didn't even attempt to seal the loose ones. Didn't even look. Called them and they're claiming they used the whole shingle bundle but they didn't, and even so, why wouldn't you seal up the ones popping up that didn't need replacement. That's exactly what your deal said you'd do? Don't waste you money. I could've paid a guy from Craigslist $50 to do this.

Update- I also called and nicely asked them to come back out and finish 3-4 spots that should've been fixed in the first place but they had no interest in doing so since they already got paid. As you can see from the Owners response, they don't care about doing a satisfactory job or facts. I posted pictures, they posted none. Is it too much to ask for a business to actually do a job they're paid for? With German Roofing apparently so. And they also have no interest in obtaining facts or holding their workers accountable. Must be Joe Biden supporters ‍ save your money and go elsewhere

With all the monsoon storms all the roofing companies are very busy.. Arizona Roof Rescue provided great customer service.. Very responsive to my questions.. Price is very reasonable..

Price: More than fair. John at Patriotic Roofing does small roof repairs to complete new roof replacements. Patriotic Roofing actually beat all other estimates.

Overall: Super fast to reply back to you,  super low prices, hassell free, comes out within a few days to do the job, and communicates clearly.

I've referred him to numerous people already!

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen.
