Our roof was damaged in a summer monsoon. I reached out to a few roofing companies and Rich came out right away and did a thorough evaluation of our roof, recommending we replace half of it and following up promptly with a fair and detailed estimate. After our homeowners insurance also evaluated the damage, we were able to replace the whole roof under the claim. So the team came out and worked quickly. It took about 4 days. Unfortunately another monsoon storm came after the first day of roof work so we sustained some water damage to the interior walls. The team finished the roof up and they followed up promptly to inspect the water stains, brought someone out to repair everything, and covered the cost. When they quality checked the roof, a few spots required fixing and the team came back and took care of it. Definitely appreciated Rich's attention to detail and communication. The office staff are nice too. The project manager we were assigned was just okay (not quite as easy to connect with and not as communicative as we expected during the project).
Even with the hiccups, the company definitely made things right in the end. They were reliable, trustworthy and did good quality work for us. We are happy with our new roof and would work with them again.

This company has to have the worst service I have ever encountered. I decided to get an estimate with them based on prior reviews. I am buying a home and needed a full roof inspection per issues that arose during the home inspection. They offered to complete this service this morning. Yesterday the office lady advised she would give me the time they would be there in the afternoon. She never called. I called in the afternoon and she told me she would have the time at 7am this morning. I called at 7 this morning and she said she would call back in 10 mins with the time. No call. I called an hour later and she said '9:30ish' so I agreed to be there from 9-10 so that I could allow them access to the garage and the attic space to review the subroof. I waited there for an hour for no call no show. I called and she advised me the contractor had to go to another job...no call? She could not give me a new time. I advised I needed to know if I should wait or go back to work and she said she would call me back. Yeah right! She never did. Two hours later (now that I am back at work) the contractor calls me to tell me he is there, but has no idea he was supposed to go inside or do a full roof inspection. I apologized but told him due to their service I would not be moving forward. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache and go with a professional company. Jared from Elite Roofing has already had more contact with me in the last 30 minutes than I did with TRC in the last 36 hours. Anderson Roofing did an amazing job on our full custom home tile roof remodel.  Lexi was so polite and detail oriented thru the process.  We knew we were dealing with a true professional company with the knowledge and experience when the owner Regan came out himself to consult with us on the process and project.  We imported tile from Spain and needed true craftsmanship when it came time to install and properly blend this custom tile.   They did an AMAZING job and highly recommended.   RJ was so helpful during the install checking on our job regularly and making sure the installers always had what they needed to keep working smoothly.   They also had a very competitive price which was well worth the value and hands on professionalism we received

Awesome service! Ryan came out today to evaluate my roof after a recent monsoon storm. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance adjustment and claims process. He was friendly, personable and didn't utilize high pressure sales tactics like some those other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took some pictures and debriefed with me afterwards. Ultimately, his recommendation wasn't to replace the roof quite yet. That type of honesty and trustworthiness is rare these days. When it's time to replace my roof, I can 100% guarantee I will be using Temple Roofing. Thanks, Ryan...you're awesome!

Our roof was damaged in the hail storm last month.   The owner was looking at our neighbors roof and said he would look at mine for nothing.  He saw that I was a disabled vet and did all the work looking at the entire roof and marking he damage.  When he was finished he told me I did need a new roof and that when the adjuster came he would be there with him.   The adjuster came and Mike walked the entire roof with him.  At the end I got an entire new roof.  When the crew arrived to do the work, they were all great workers.  At the end of the job, they all walked around the entire house picking up every little piece of dirt and nails.  In my life I have come in contact with many contractors and this company, from owner, Mike, to the lowest man on the crew is by far the best I have ever worked with.  I would tell any one to use them, you will not be disapointed.  If any one would want to talk to me about them, my e-mail is [email protected]

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

James called within an hour of finding MSW on HomeAdvisor. He came out the next morning and did an estimate, the pricing was much better than I expected. I needed my home's foam roof patched and resprayed with protective coating, they also did my shed. Everything was completed within four days of first contacting them. James did an excellent job, very professional and my dog liked him. He provided before and after photos and I have a 4 yr warranty.  I trust him and was happy with every aspect of the service. I would highly recommend James and MSW as a company for roofing (and they do house painting too).

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!

Wonderful!  Just amazing. With all the recent storms in Phoenix, trying to find someone to come over asap was proving to be quite the obstacle.  I called and just a few hours later I have two gentleman at my door and on my roof.  They were originally going to place a tarp until an estimator could come take a look but as it turns out they made a quick trip to Home Depot and not 20 minutes later they were done and my vent cover (brand new AND PAINTED to match my house) was installed and complete. Call these people.  Angelic in the office was very, very helpful with scheduling and payment.  Thank you.

Luis came to fix the cracked tile, patch the flat roof area and replaced missing tile. Luis and his team are very kind, hardworking people. I called them again few times when I want them to fix some more stuff and they did not charge me any of that anymore! I am grateful and will call Luis again for some roofing repair! Thank you Luis and your team!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Communication was great when I contacted the company via yelp. Receptionist was really friendly and nice they sent a guy out in 2 days to give me a quote. He came out did some measurements and we talked about how the gutters could be installed and what colors. Being that I live in townhouse the situation is a little tricky. He would need an extended ladder to get to the roof. You actually have to get on top of my garage then extend the ladder to the roof, he told me he had to contact his supervisor or management to find out if he could do it and I never heard back from them. So just going to try to have custom awnings installed.

Every once in a while... the stars align perfectly. I did a roof inspection myself about  3 months ago. All looked good to me. Two weeks ago I looked again, (my roof inspection drone makes it easy) and found shifted tiles and cracked tiles. This 22 year old roof looked like it was stressed. Could it have been from the massive storm? I started calling neighbors to see who they used...
So, I took some drone pictures and called Arizona Roof Rescue and Alan Monzon was at my home that day.
Alan got me onto the roof and offered me the choice to pick out any section of the roof and we would see what was going on. Well picture 1 & 2 is what the drone saw. Those little arrows... cracked tile.Picture A is what we found upon. removing a few tiles. Picture 3 & 4 is the condition of the roof after the tiles were removed. Yes, that is a big hole.
A 4 day job by the most polite and caring crew. They made sure every inch of my property was clean at the end of the day. They cared enough to keep me involved in the process as much as I wished... and they always had a big smile. Phenomenally and wonderfully happy. Roof is done, warranteed, and looks awesome!

Scheduled the job for a couple days later.  They showed up early, very nice and professional and completed the work and inspected the roof at no additional charge.  Thanks!!

Revamp Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. The entire experience from the estimate to the completion of the work was exceptional, and very much appreciated. The experience we had while shopping for contractors left a very bad taste in our mouths.. until we called this company. We had a couple companies stand us up and never show up to give an estimate - no phone call or anything. We had 3-4 others (major companies) give us an estimate but when we wrote back with additional questions, we received no replies at all. Of the companies who gave us an estimate, none of them wanted to do the repairs we needed. They were only interested in doing a total re-roof and told us that's what we really need. Devin (spelling?) at Revamp was honest and told us we don't need an entire re-roof, saving us a ton of money (the repairs were $1,800). You can bet that when we do need a re-roof we will be calling this company!!
Devin was great to work with and true to his word. The guys showed up on time and finished when they said they would. The paint Devin got for the fascia at the front of the house is a perfect match and you can't even tell there was ever anything wrong in that spot. We are amazed at how great it looks! None of the other companies we received estimates from would even paint the fascia, so the fact that this company does, sets them even more apart from the others. The guys left absolutely no scraps or trash behind and were always professional and courteous. My neighbor even stopped over to say that he watched the guys work and was impressed with them and how everything turned out and asked for a business card because he needs some work done too.
Kudos to Revamp Roofing for stepping up to the plate when no other roofing companies would and for exceeding our expectations!

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.
