My hot water heater broke, so I was in need of a plumber...and fast. I found PIC Plumbing online and they had decent reviews so I called for an estimate. The guy came the very next day to give me an estimate, and they did not charge a trip fee, which I liked. The guy seemed knowledgeable, and they outbid the other 2 estimates....hired!
The following day they showed up timely as promised, and hauled out my old, broken water heater. The plumber spent a couple hours installing the new one, and presto, I was taking warm showers again!
These folks were professional, fast, and knowledgeable plumbers. They cleaned up after the job too, which is a must for me. I've already recommended PIC Plumbing to my neighbors, and will use them again.

Ladies beware!

Called pic plumbing for a toilet install and it took them two several days to install. Granted some of the issue where not there fault like the city water but they took that opportunity to up sell their services. They dragged out the delays and suggested many more other services that were not needed to complete the job. I grew up with a family of certified plumbers and the on-site guy was trying tell me I needed this and that knowing damn well that was not needed to compete the job. Once he realized I know to much he than refused to complete the job and said that he would leave the cocking so I can finish the work. Wtf!

Ladies! Ladies! I can stress enough have a man present when contracting this company.

I contacted PIC plumbing for the installation of 3 ultra-low flow toiletsv and replacement of a kitchen grinder back in November 2021. My original interactions with this company were very positive. PIC Plumbing quickly responded to my questions and quickly and professionally installed those 3 toilets, and removed the old toilets.

The problem actually occurred afterwards in  February. I noticed that sometimes the toilets would leak a bit of brown smelly liquid on the bottom side. After making sure that it wasn't people not hitting the bowl right (peeing), I called PIC Plumbing again to check out the problem. The operator forwarned me that this is not covered by their only 30 day warranty and that it would cost an unspecified amount. The operator did NOT give an estimate of range.

I was ok with it. Javier quickly came out after confirming that it would cost $375. Javier quickly found that the wax ring was only present in pieces (improper installation?). He then quickly cleaned out the area, replaced the wax ring, reset and resealed the toilet. Upon telling him that it was PIC plumbing who previously installed the toilet, he ended up only charging me $300.

To be clear, Javier did what he could - quickly and professionally. He deserves a 4 star rating! I am just disappointed that the operator did not take more ownership of the lacking work that was done previously, and PIC Plumbing as a company is not owning up. I am aware that by agreement there is only a 30 day warranty. But I am hoping that when it clearly is the improper installation of a wax ring the same company, would go the extra mile of making things right. I am acknowledging what Javier was doing. I am wondering if the business owner is willing to do more. As of now, I am forced to give PIC Plumbing 2 stars only which I hate doing. I am willing to adjust this rating based on outcome of remediation.

this company is proficient, reliable, and very experienced. I was so impressed with how quickly they diagnose the problem and then how efficiently they went in and fixed it! We do property management, and definitely will be using this company again!

My tech arrived early, found the source of the leak in my bathroom sink, and fixed it in no time. He was professional and courteous.

Actually no  star review. Select another company. Scheduled service, a no show, I called, told there was a delay, called again at what was now late afternoon. A guy calls me and he says he will be at my place first thing in the morning. Another no show. I call the office, and that is how they found out he was a no show.  No communication with customers about delays was very unprofessional.

$175 minimum for them to come out regardless of work needed or not. Stuff Valve just needed to be turned off.

Professional and courteous she was able to schedule a free on-site consultation for multiple repairs and preventative maintenance the following day. A technician arrived at scheduled time. However due to a misunderstanding the appointment needed to be rescheduled. The following day Josh arrived ahead of schedule, quickly reviewed on site concerns, and immediately provided a break down of repairs and preventative maintenance. Outstanding customer service, flexible scheduling, reasonable pricing, and a seamless electronic system. Pros - Stress free, upfront pricing, and organized. Cons - Delay in service due to rescheduling. Michelle and Josh worked collaboratively to address our concerns and arrived on site the following day. Overall a great experience!

Why do my plumbing problems always come on the weekend? This time, my 13-year-old garbage disposal leaked all over the floor. It was not an emergency, I called PIC on Saturday and got service first thing on Monday morning. PIC has become my go-to plumber. They keep records, so for example, they know the warranty info on my new disposal. I trust their people to have my back.

This was first experience with PIC Plumbing and I was really impressed. PIC provided an estimate for leaky pipes and our water heater.
My first POC was Michelle (owner) she was professional and efficient, helped me quickly set-up an appointment and confirmed everything promptly.
I received a reminder about the appointment the day before and an update that the plumber, Eric, was en route. Eric provided amazing customer service, taking the time to discuss all the issues he found and work he recommended. He answered my questions with patience and expertise.

Great communication and really honest with you up front about what will need to be done!

Initially it was Nick who we were talking to about our upstairs toilet. We thought it was just some parts that needed to be replaced. Turns out, it was the whole entire toilet! And he was able to address what needed to be done without even coming to look and gave a rough estimate for the price. Unfortunately, the day we reached out we weren't able to actually have him come and fix it right away. Darn HOA rules. However, he was very patient and understanding as we tried to get everything situated with our complex in order for our toilet to be replaced. It took a few weeks but he was so kind to us the entire time and eager to help out.

On the day we were finally able to get the green light for repairs, Leo ended up being the one to replace the toilet. He asked me a few questions and I only knew the answer to about 2 of them LOL He was not annoyed at all that I did not know the other answers so that made me feel better about being so unhelpful and ignorant. I mean, as far as I knew we just needed our toilet replaced. Super duper friendly! Leo took his time with everything that needed to be done and voila! We now have a brand spanking new toilet that works. Now I don't need to worry about having to go all the way downstairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night for those late night pregnancy bathroom runs.

My problem was simple, had a garbage disposal in the fritz. Was worried I'd need it replaced but just needed an adjustment. Fast and friendly service. Reasonable price.

I had water flowing under my kitchen sink late at night. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Ahead of the appointment, everybody was very helpful in identifying the problem and making sure that a solution could be found during the appointment. Javier, the plumber in my call, was super friendly and helpful when the fixes proved to be very basic (but clearly beyond my ability). He quickly addressed the issues and was very nice about my lack of DYI abilities!!!  I'm very pleased each time I call PIC with their responsiveness and helpfulness

Michele with PIC responded immediately to my request for a plumber that we needed to have come out in the next day... they had availability and scheduled the appointment within an hour of me putting the request out through yelp. Eric was here at 8 AM on the dot and was super friendly. Eric provided a thorough investigation of the issue and provided a logical solution to what we were seeing - he was great at explaining what we were looking at and everything he said made sense. We were able to rule out the issue that another plumber had quoted $2000 to repair. I am happy to have found a reliable plumbing company to work with...thank you, PIC and Eric!

Do they know a lot of people work for $15 an hour? I mean.... don't we have hands, and fingers that can unscrew 4 screws, take off the tank, put the other one in, tight the screws and then have a beer.

I had two no-shows for two other companies yesterday. One of which who texted at 11pm to say he will arrive this morning. I called PIC yesterday 4/13 when my 2nd appointment did not show. I was scheduled the next day (today) and Joshua arrived on time. In fact he called to inform my that he is available a little earlier than scheduled.
THIS NEVER OCCURS- it seems professionalism and punctuality are completely foreign courtesies for most contractors/plumbers etc.

So to say the level of service I received was outstanding is definitely an understatement. Josh was patient, punctual and professional. He recognized my acute anxiety when he gave the diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately it was not a leak as I expected it was more damage and complex than I could imagine. Needless to say, The work could not be completed in this visit. But josh reassured me I'm in good hands and referred me to another individual (Robert) who explained the process of repairs.

I contacted my homeowners insurance to file a claim and currently waiting for instruction of the next step. So at this time I can't rate the quality of work but again the customer service was the best I've received in a long time!

Set up an appointment for a repair estimate and their tech Eric Smith was on time and communicated clearly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about what he thought  about our particular situation. In our case it was not really an issue at all and offered us several recommendations/solutions that we could consider. Eric even checked the water pressure on the house also giving us a spare water pressure reader. Over all I had an excellent experience with PIC plumbing service and their tech Eric Smith. Don't hesitate to give them a call you won't regret it. Not paid for or incentivized in anyway  I just really appreciated their tech Eric Smith's service.

I gave them a 2 only because the manager Josh was very responsive. The tech that came over was incredibly rude, not interested in helping and wouldn't give me the free estimate unless I paid $275 for a diagnosis.

Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few  years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.

Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation.  He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge.  He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.

Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

I scheduled same day service with Blanca (on a Saturday no less!) to troubleshoot our clogged shower. Aaron showed up on time and was an absolute pleasure. He knew what to do and even let my 6 year old pester him with questions as well as put up with our Great Dane puppy. Great service, easy to schedule and great pricing. Very happy.

The tech Jose R. was very nice and diligent about getting our drain cleaned out. He had a shorter drain snake and couldnt reach the plug. He then drove from La Mesa to Solana Beach to pick up a longer one. Not one complaint from him, very professional. Came back and unplugged our drain.

Talked to PIC at night, Pablo arrived first thing in the AM to clean a kitchen drain. Got it fixed promptly and at a reasonable price.  Fast and very professional.  PIC provides top-notch service.

Had a back up in my bathroom tub and PIC did an amazing job helping me get it cleared. I called their phone number on a Friday morning and the woman helped me schedule a draining cleaning that fit my schedule that day. Jose came to my condo with great timing and helped clear the problem. He even called that he would be available earlier than expected. The process took about an hour and they def got the job done. The price was great as well and saved me the stress before the weekend. Highly recommend if you need drain clearing services.

Eric from PIC showed up on time for what we thought was a slab leak. Upon further inspection, he noted that was not our issue, and that we should monitor our wet spot, since it showed no temperature change or additional signs that it was a slab leak, our water meter was in check, with no leaking registering.
He made some suggestions as a follow up, and was extremely courteous with regards to all matters.
I would not hesitate to contact them again for any plumbing issues.

I wanted a high efficiency electric Heat-Pump Water Heater, Josh was one of the few plumbers who knew about them, including making sure I got the $500 rebate.  

He responded quickly, gave me a much more affordable bid than another company, and got it done very quickly.  Great communication on scheduling, progress, final results.

This was a bit more complicated because I wanted a larger tank, and it didn't fit in the old space (a closet).  He relocated it outside and put a simple enclosure around it.

Eric is one of the supervisors ...  and original partner.      He helped us tremendously   ...    when another plumber messed up our NEW kitchen faucet installation.      Eric seems quite punctual and professional ....   so i highly recommend  PIC Plumbing Services.    Thanks Eric &   PIC plumbing !!

I would definitely recommend PIC Plumbing.  They had a very quick response time.  Pablo came on time.  He asked me pertinent questions , so that he could tell exactly what the problem was.  He fixed the problem in record time and gave me advice to avoid further problems.

Joshua came in gave me a set price to fix my faucet valve.  As he was working on both, he was able to determine my shower valve needed to be fixed.  Gave me a discount and since they weren't able to fix the first issue but returned few days later due to scheduling.  Provided me with a temporary shower head since the one I had was full of buildup.  The crew (Joshua & Joshua) were fast and omg I'm very pleased with the outcome.  Didn't have to tear up my tiles to a point of getting a tile person to fix a hole.  I definitely recommend this company.  Very pleasant and total transparency throughout the process.  Thank you PIC Plumbing!!!!

Unfortunately they never gave us an estimate, after coming out to view the scope of work in 2 bathrooms.

Showed up on time, estimate was about what I expected to hear,so I authorized it.  Work was quick and thorough.  Eric knew what he was doing and completed the job efficiently.  I'll definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Requested a quote through Yelp to install a Flo Automatic Water Shutoff system, and received a prompt response from PIC Plumbing. When they responded, they didn't want to give a price without reviewing my home first which was welcomed as I could tell they wanted to properly estimate the work required.

From that first interaction it was obvious that they were extremely customer service focused, and my experiences from them coming onsite for the estimate to doing the actual install of the system was a very stream lined process. Jorge was responsive for all correspondence through Yelp, David and Corey did an awesome job on the install, and the end result was a well installed system.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone for plumbing services, and will be using them in the future for sure!

Our shower valve died suddenly and we had to shut the water off to our entire house. I called several plumbers and most either didn't even pick up the phone or didn't have availability to do the job for days. I stumbled upon PIC plumbing during my google search and gave them a call. Polite, courteous and very understanding of my dilemma, they worked to open up a slot to provide me emergency service at my home. Once they received my information in their system, automated emails and messages kept me updated on the technician's arrival time. Once on-site, the technician worked quickly and efficiently to resolve my issue...which turned out to be slightly more complex due to issues caused by whoever worked on the valve previously. I've had PIC come to my house a couple times this past year. From my experiences, they're honest, communicative, and professional. I love that I get text alerts of when a technician in en route to my house. This week Nick helped us refit our backyard water bib to support an irrigation array. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with your kitchen sink. My sink was having issues draining and after attempting to sort out the problem on my own with a snake, I decided that I needed an expert.

Was recommended to this Company by a regular customer.  As the Manager at Dobsons in Downtown San Diego, we had an emergency on a busy Friday night.  Not only did PIC come timely, but they fixed our issue which involved a new water heater and damage to our drywall.  We have used many plumbing companies in the past, but the integrity that Josh (I think that's his name) and his team displayed was just awesome.  We are beyond happy!

Nicholas from PIC responded very quickly to my toilet repair inquiry. He was very transparent about the price quote but unfortunately that was too high for me. But guess what, Nick actually taught me how to replace the flange by myself before he left, and that saved me $400. Guys from PIC are really problem solvers.

I requested an estimate, and the estimator came on time. I was under the impression that I would receive a written estimate via the Housecall Pro service, but I never did. I never heard from PIC Plumbing Services either. Thankfully, I found another plumber to do the work I needed on my sewer line.

They responded immediately to my Yelp request and setting an appointment was quick and easy. Repairman was early to arrive, very professional and friendly, and did the work quickly and accurately. Couldn't be happier with the service or the company.

It's been a crazy day today, my sink has been clogged for a while now, probably a week, tried all the methods possible, formulas/baking soda etc. I called PIC plumbing and today was our appointment date. Just this morning my sink was clogged, as soon as Leo from PIC arrived at my house to see the clog, miraculously my sink isn't clogged anymore. We turned the water on for  about 10 mins and no clogged. Thank you Leo for the professionalism!

I am so impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness of PIC Plumbing. I reached out to PIC plumbing and  was greeted by Blanca. When I expressed that I preferred to speak with a technician about my specific issue, she took my information and a plumber called me back within 3 minutes.
The technician on the phone (I have forgotten his name but I believe he is the part-owner?) was very personable, knowledgeable, and so willing to help. He scheduled me for next-day service (I was making this initial call at 5pm on a Monday and I had an appointment for 12pm the following day!)
The company uses a great text message feature/system that alerted me of my scheduled appointment as well as when the plumber was on the way to my house.
The plumber, Josh, was 2 hours ahead of schedule and called me personally to see if the time was convenient to come early or if I'd like to keep my scheduled appointment time.
I agreed for him to come early and my job was done within an hour. They brought all the parts they needed and replaced my G/D with no issue.
There are no hidden fees or gimmicks with this company. Having dealt with 4 other plumbing companies in SD, this team is honest, reputable, professional, and genuinely good people - turning the stereotype around for the bad reputation that plumbers can typically get.
PIC Plumbing is my go-to company for all my plumbing needs for as long as i am in San Diego!

PIC came out on a Saturday with short notice to fix a hose bib that wouldn't shut off. PIC was courteous, efficient and good value for money.

I thought I might have a slab leak and found PIC Plumbing to come check it out.  I made an appointment throught the Yelp portal here.  Josh was able to schedule an appointment for me on the weekend, because I worked during the work week.  

Josh came out on Saturday.  Although my appointment wasn't  until 11am, Josh called and said he finished another appointment early and asked if he could come earlier than the 11am.  I said sure.  Love it when an appointment is early, so I can get on with my day and  not have to wait around.

Josh was professional and friendly when he arrived and asked to look at where the problem is.  He was able to check my water meter and said there was no slab leak.  I asked him what the service charge is for him to come out.  He said no charge!  I was wowed!

Josh arrived early and assed the problem quickly.  Very appreciative he was able to come out and gave me a piece of mind for checking out my concern.

I was very impressed with PIC Plumbing Services.  I needed an emergency dual angle stop replaced.  This all happened during my appliances installation.
I called several other plumbers and no one could come right away.  I called PIC and the tech was here within 90 minutes.  They gave me a 3-5pm window of time and he was here before 3.  Not too mention I called around 1:45. I was very pleased with their service and how quickly they were able to solve the issue.  I will definitely recommend to my neighbors.

I contacted PIC Plumbing for a free estimate on work I needed done.  I had a date and time that someone was coming by.  Right before this person was to arrive, he called and wanted to hear all the things I needed to be done.  I thought that was weird because he was to arrive soon.  He was quite rude and condescending on the phone.  He wanted to make sure that I wasn't wasting his time.

I had 2 guys come and inspect my leak and they were both professional, informative and kind. So refreshing to deal with people who make you feel like they aren't just trying to make money but rather help you. After their visit I felt informed and educated on my situation and I definitely feel less panicked about my situation. They are awesome and I'd hire them in a heartbeat again.

Fantastic.  My issue wasn't an emergency but they showed up in 20 minutes!  I was expecting to make an appointment for a few days later.  Fixed my issue and then fixed my toilet at no charge.  Highly recommended.

My daughters shower handle broke as well as the screw. We had a well named plumber come out and gave us an estimate of almost 1500.00. I called Pic plumbing and they made it out within 2 hours and charged under a third of the price. Our technician, Leo, was efficient and very friendly. Had an issue with plumbing Christmas and called this company based on their reviews when another plumbing company failed to fix the problem and quote was extreme. This was a positive experience with choosing PIC plumbing company as they worked with my schedule and were less expensive than another company's quote.  Josh; my repairman; was friendly, quick and professional.  Definitely would recommend and utilize their services again.

They sent a technician to look at a stuck/ frozen Grohe shower diverter valve.  He was very nice and understood what the job would entail.  They said they sent me an estimate via e-mail that I never received, but then texted it to me.  It was quite pricey and when I asked them if they'd be able to do it for a lower price with me doing the drywall removal and repair, I never received a reply.

Great service. Nick came to install our water filtration system. Nick was prompt, reliable, and responsive when we had questions. He even came back twice, when we advised that the water pressure was still low after running it for two hours. We will be utilizing this company in the future!

These guys are great.  They came out and found that my shower problem was much worse than they anticipated.  They spent extra time getting parts and brainstorming on how to solve it.  They could have sold me a big bill to solve it but instead they took the time to understand my objective and got my shower working for much less than they could have charged.  I highly recommend them.  You should definitely do business with them.

I had a drain clog issue that a different company was not able to solve, it was urgent for me to fix ASAP, we called PIC and they sent a polite gentleman named Tony out within an hour. Tony fixed the drain clog issue in under 20 minutes, their responsiveness, professionalism, and speed late on a Saturday night is unmatched (when every other San Diego company we called said that it was too late to help). 10/10 would use PIC again, 10/10 would request Tony if we ever have drain clog issues again.

Called after hours with a leak under in my bathroom sink. Nicholas Schaefer showed up on time. After opening a small section in the wall, he determined that it was a leaky pipe that needed repair. It was too late at night to do work in the condo, so he temporarily stopped the leak.  He returned the next day, opened up the wall, found the problem and fixed the pipe. Nicholas was very polite, answered all my questions and kept me informed about what he was doing.  He also cleaned up all the areas when the job was complete. I would definitely recommend PIC Plumbing.

I absolutely love these guys. After dealing with a terrible plumber who constantly had excuses and would not show up, or be days late, it was amazing to deal with PIC. This is the company you want!!  As an elder woman I encounter many businesses that assume I'm stupid and attempt to take advantage of me.  But this company is different. I was totally blown away by Eric and Tony. They showed up before the appt. time in the north county area (a good thing) and worked fast and efficient.  They are super extremely competent, showed patience with my numerous questions and explained everything clearly.  Friendly and respectful and observed Covid protocols.  Very fair pricing.  Everything you could possibly  want and expect. I will pass this information along to our HOA who maintain lists of recommended service providers.

Very impressed! These guys were super friendly, prompt, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! We were told we had multiple plumbing issues that would cost quite a bit by someone else. These guys proved that wrong and didn't want us spending unnecessary money. Now THAT is good, wholesome customer service. Not only that, we had no hot water because our propane tank had been shut off. They actually got on their phone and made a call which was not his job, talk about going above and beyond! They even answered a lot of questions we had about water well maintenance and a few other things unrelated to the plumbing, and gave us some great advice. My first job with PIC was a really good experience -- fast, honest, and reasonable service and I really liked Josh on the phone.  Unfortunately I really wanted to like the second job but it was a terrible experience no matter how hard I tried to salvage it.  My window of arrival was 10:00 - 12:00.  At some point, I got a text saying the plumber, Eric, was en route and would be there shortly.  Almost an hour later and way past the window of arrival still no plumber.  So I call and am told he will be there shortly,..got delayed at last job.  Would have been nice if he had called, but okay.  So around 12:45 he shows up.  He is able to do part of the job and installs 4 angle stops.  Installed 4 angle stops for $400.  He should  have told me how much it would be BEFORE the job--not after.  I was a little surprised since the first job was so reasonable.  But okay, partly my fault for not insisting on an estimate before the job.  So I pay him and we discuss the rest of the work.  I explain to him that due to lack of maintenance in the building, when there is a water shut off, the system blows gravel, sand, and sediment into my lines and faucets since my unit is right under the building plumbing.  He tells me that the faucets cannot be fixed and must be replaced.  I tell him I thought so because this has happened before.  I would have preferred he examine the faucet first but he just insisted they needed replacement.  He gives me an estimate to replace each faucet for $300 each for a total of $600 -- and I would furnish the faucets.  Okay that sounds high but maybe I'll just have them do it.   I tell him I need a write up that explains the issue.  This had happened 2 years ago and my building paid for the faucet replacement because it was a common area problem.  The building had come up with a preventative maintenance plan but due to employee turnover it fell through the cracks.  The previous plumber had described the sediment clogging my faucets and my building paid for the faucets.  He said sure he will write that up--and that he further wanted me to know that the angle stops were also corroded with sediment--and that they are wearing out prematurely due to the sediment.  I told him I'd appreciate if he included that description in the write up.  He said sure.   I informed him I wasn't going to ask my building to pay for the angle stops--just the faucets.  And that  I wanted to explain the issue to the building--not to be reimbursed but to illustrate why we need to get back on the preventative maintenance plan.   He said he would get the write up to me that evening.   When I never got the write up and estimate for the faucets, I called the next day and spoke to the receptionist, Michelle.  I eventually got an estimate and write up that was completely different than what Eric had said to me.   The write up said that he was not an expert and does not diagnose this type of problem.  Also the write up said that he will replace the two faucets because the customer wants them replaced.  It said nothing about the sediment he said he found around the angle stops and it said nothing about the fact that he insisted the faucets needed to be replaced due to being impacted with sediment.  Just disclaimers and that I wanted new faucets.  I then called the company again and explained that I only wanted the plumber to write what he told me to my face -- no expert option.  Just a write up of what he described that he saw and his telling me they must be replaced and could not be repaired.  I just wanted him to back up what he said to me in person--no expert diagnosis.  Michelle said she was sorry and would have him call me.  I also emailed the same message.  He never called.  And I never got a response to my email.  I then called and told Michelle what was going on.  She said she would have a manager call me.  No call from a manager ever came.   I then called a few days later and Michelle said she was going to escalate it since both the plumber and manager refused to call.  I said I'm not going to hold my breath.  She insisted that this was going higher up the chain and someone would definitely call me.  At that point I just laughed.  That was July 30th.  It's now August 17th and still no call.   Big surprise.   I then called another plumber who replaced both faucets for $150 each for a total of $300.  That plumber had no problem taking photos and describing what he found in a write up.   Not only that, but he charged me half the price that Eric said it would cost--without the write up.   Most people would not try that hard for a plumbing company to redeem itself.  But due to the good first experience I thought it was a fluke and kept calling to give them a chance.  Just a short call would have cleared it up in my opinion.  Still a mystery why they refused to call me.  Strange.  But the good news is that I found a great new plumber!

Customer service was great. Quick and thorough communication for scheduling and the assess the issue I had. Repair was done quickly and sent a detailed report once the work was completed.

I called PIC Plumbing about an emergency issue with a leaking water heater in a rental unit.  Marco was quick to respond and arranged for a plumber to check out our situation in a timely manner.  This was particularly appreciated because I had already checked with several other companies who were unable to send anyone out until two to three days later. Great job!  PIC will be the first company I call the next time I need a plumber.

PIC was very quick to respond and had their plumber, Joey, out in very little time. Joey was very polite and professional and set me at ease when it came to diagnosing and immediately fixing a miss-mounted toilet that was causing some major leaking underneath our home through our floor-boards. Their pricing is very reasonable and honest and I am very happy to have found them. I highly recommend.

Super happy with PIC. I had a slab leak that looked like it would require a straightforward reroute, but it ended up being much more complicated because of some prior plumbing work that had been done by the previous owners. It ended up taking much longer than they'd anticipated. Not only did they not charge me for the extra work, they actually lowered the price a little because of the inconvenience it caused me and my family (because they had to come back a second day). On top of that, they had the best response time of all the plumbers I contacted -- they were out at my place within a few hours of calling them. Josh and Eric were both prompt, thorough, transparent, and friendly.

The other day when your person came out he was very professional I took a look at the problem so I want it was and said that he could get it fixed that he had to run down to Dixieline and Dixieline scratch one Dixie line he's very good with with what he did. I had a couple other projects for that we had been looking at to get done and had him I don't look at a couple other projects said he could work out an estimate for both of them but it be a couple days do appreciate the promptness and care about the individual tucking in order to get our problem our first problem her fixed thank you very much and

Cassie and Joshua are the best. Look around for an alternative as much as you want but you won't find anyone who can take care of your plumbing needs better than Joshua. If he weren't your plumber he would probably be your best friend or a close by neighbor you really like a lot. It is always a pleasure to do business with professionals who are transparent, honest, committed to their work and reasonably priced.  That's what you get with PIC Plumbing! PIC plumbing were professional and friendly. Extremely responsive and were at my house within the hour. They were quick to resolve the issue we were having. I would definitely call this company for any household issues I have. Erick and Josh provided excellent customer service.

I had a clog in my main line which was causing the toilets to overflow and sewage was backing up into the bathtubs. Another plumber came out but was unable to fix the problem due to lack of proper equipment but was going to come back the next day. Mind you, it had already been 3 days dealing with this.  I googled local plumbers and PIC's information came up (along with several others). I called PIC Plumbing and made an appointment for the next day just in case the other plumber didn't come back. Well he didn't and I'm so glad because with what he was planning to do, I would've had even more issues. Josh, Joshua and Eric came in and went right to work. They assessed the problem and thoroughly explained to me what was going on. Not only that, they showed me what I can do in the future to alleviate the backup in my toilets and tubs. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. On top of that, they were courteous, professional and had great personalities. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from PIC plumbing. I highly recommend them.

After dealing with a very sketchy plumber through our Home Warranty claim that kept tacking on uncovered costs, I reached out to several plumbers on Yelp to get a second opinion.  PIC wrote back with same day availability and was at my door in about an hour.  David looked at our shower and revealed that the lack of hot water was not the invasive fix the previous plumber identified, but was rather an easy fix of removing the temp restrictor.  He also noticed that our water pressure was bad and removed a restrictor there as well.  He fixed BOTH of our showers and was in and out in less than an hour.  I'm so thankful I found these guys and will never use another plumber again!

Really happy with the work done. They provided me with an online quote so I met with them to assess the job before committing. Josh explained what he recommended be done to clear my storm drains and suggested a different method than other plumbers I met with. This saved me money and they got the storm drains cleared the next day! The two plumbers that came to do the work they next day arrived a little early but also finished the job sooner than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

PIC plumbing was able to get me a quote via text, came out early the next morning so that we could continue a project held up by the unexpected plumbing need, worked quickly and efficiently, was kind and clear in what they were doing and why, and got the job done ahead of schedule. Quote was $650-750 and the final charge was $650, so felt good that they came in at the bottom end of the estimate (had higher estimates from other plumbers). Had a good experience and would recommend to others (I'll edit this if the work doesn't hold up, but I expect that it will, and they say there is a one year warranty on it).

Final price was very close to initial estimate.  Tech came right when he was supposed to, and kept me updated with progress.  Owner was very responsive on the initial quoting and was easy to work with.

I recently spotted water leaking at the bottom of my driveway.  After checking with a few companies, I selected PIC Plumbing.  I was pretty anxious and thought it was going to be extremely expensive.  Eric came out to asses the situation ( earlier than the quoted arrival time, when does that ever happen) and started looking around.  He was polite, courteuos and genuinely wanted to help. We had two toilets that were having problems and PIC came out within a couple of hours and fixed them both for a very reasonable price. They were able to provide a quote before coming out and they stuck to it. I would definitely use them again.

We had a plugged pipe that was causing our shower to back up and toilet to overflow. The local plumber didn't have a snake longer than 25ft to reach the clog. We called PIC at 1pm. they answered and said they would be in touch if they could come out same day. We almost immediately received a text confirming a time between 2-4 and were updated regularly via text about their arrival time. They arrived on time and josh was wonderful. He tried with their longer snake but was still unable to remove the clog. Through troubleshooting and inspecting various parts of the home, he determined it would be best to try to enter through one of the sinks. The tool he was using malfunctioned and he had to take time and cut the snake, pull it out and try again. He kept me updated the entire time and spent 3 hours working this problem. Ultimately Josh was successful and we are so happy with his work and demeanor. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Then, then dreaded invoice. It was amazing!! PIC doesn't gouge you and they are great to work with. Highly recommend josh and PIC

We were very impressed by the service, professionalism and pricing that we received form PIC Plumbing Service. We had a clogged drain issue in our home that was built in the 60's. We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself.  He then proceeded to  snake the drain when it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak!  For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!
