We tried replacing our shower knob but there was a problem with the valve inside so the water wouldn't shut off. I called after hours so they instructed us on how to shut off the water and Nathan came in the morning and clearly explained what the problem was and replaced the valve, shower knob and shower head. Came on short notice and very reliable.

Thank goodness for these guys. We bought a money pit a little over a year ago, and plumbing was a challenge from the beginning. After a couple of botched repair jobs I found Willis Brothers on Yelp. They saved our lives several times. I know that sounds dramatic, but that is how it felt. We were literally drowning in repairs!! They are super responsive, are experts in their craft and are very professional and honest. From a big job to a small fix - call them. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Outstanding trio of brothers. What started with a clogged toilet, quickly turned south when, post unclogging it, the water from the washer started backing up through the very same toilet. So I turned to Yelp to find some help. Within minutes these guys responded with a flat rate quote. I had never heard of these guys so I made contact with 2 other plumbers. One guy was not available and the other wanted to nickel and dime me. These guys had 10 five star reviews and 15 five star reviews that were not recommended, so I decided to give them a try.

Within and hour they were at my house on a Saturday. Nate and Jason showed up and went right to work. It was not long after that the water was flowing freely again.

But they did not stop there. Just to be sure they took care of the problem, they pulled out a camera! Was a good thing. Even though the water was flowing, the obstruction was still covering more than 50% of the pipe (See Photo). So they went back to work for another 20min to fully clear the obstruction.

Even more impressive, they had quite the peanut gallery around them (neighbors) making all sorts of comments. I even felt a bit awkward, and was thinking geez just let the guys work. They took it all in stride and kept a super positive friendly attitude.

Once clear, they even spent a bit more time and pulled out this locator tool to try and find exactly where the clog was.

These guys were amazing. Loved how through, responsive and friendly they were. Even on a Saturday, I really appreciated how they took their time to deliver exceptional service and did not seem like they were in a rush to get out of there.

Oh and even though they are a newer business, I learned this is 3 brothers who have been working with their dad in plumbing and restoration since they were in high school. So they definitely know their stuff.

This team is awesome! They were able to send out someone to fix our leak within about an hour of calling. He was very friendly, honest, and upfront about the cost to repair the leaky pipe repair, which was quick and replaced right there on the spot. Our sink was backing up and even though my husband tried to snake it things didn't get better. I called the Willis Brothers on a weekend and they got back to me and told me the price up front which was great since others wouldn't. They came out on a Monday and we're done in under 45 minutes. Willis Brothers Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbor after we discovered that we had a water main break. If I could, I would drag this review with a ton of positive things to say about them. However, I won't be flooding this page with all my great comments

First off, their response time to our initial call was impressive. We explained our situation and within 20 minutes, Jason confirmed his availability for same day service ( he even took time out of his day off to help us). The project looked daunting to me, but not to Jason. This was a project that would have taken me at least 2 days and 7 Home Depot trips ( project was under a tree). It took Jason about 3.5 hours to complete the work and at a very competitive price for the amount of work he had to do. We had water that same day thanks to Willis Brothers.

If you ever need plumbing services, look no further than Willis Brothers. I can't thank them enough, but will contact them for future plumbing projects.

Nathen came out to our house on such a short notice. we had a clog and he was able to unclog it within minutes. Incredibly friendly and attentive, there was another pipe that was not hooked properly and he was able to connect the pipes together to fix that was well.

Our hot water started going in and out (in our 2018 house we just bought!), so we looked at our Tankless HW system and noticed a couple drops of water escaping where they shouldn't be.

We looked on YELP for recommendations, and called the place with the highest number of reviews/5 Stars. (It was *not* Willis Brothers. It turns out, some of these companies use bots for reviews, or so I've been warned). Firstly, this person from this 'highest rated company' could not find out what was wrong with our system, but charged us $240 anyway and left (this is a different company, NOT Willis Brothers!), telling us we should just buy an entirely new HW Tankless System he would install for $5000. (Not the kind of news you wanna wake up to, right?).

It was actually my husband that was able to see and spot where the water was actually coming from in the Tankless System, he called the first guy back, and the first guy basically said 'good eye' to my husband and kept our $240 anyway.

Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion about moving forward with what we needed, and this whole thing with plumber #1 truthfully left a bad taste in my mouth.

I found Willis Brothers next, and Jason answered right away. He was helpful IMMEDIATELY, was very honest, very friendly and quick. He had us all set up with working hot water again ASAP at a ***MUCH MORE FAIR*** quote than what this other first company had offered.

***NOTE*** Unless you're dealing with Willis Brothers - please do yourself a favour and always get a second opinion! Especially from Willis Brothers!! They are truly honest and fair - and it's so refreshing.

I have notified every neighbour in our text chain about how awesome Jason is (and Willis Brothers Plumbing), and we will happily be lifelong clients and supporters!!!!

We noticed some significant moisture in our crawlspace over the course of the last month. I was concerned that it might be a leaking pipe, so I called Willis Brothers. Nathan came to check out my crawlspace. He was quite pleasant to work with and very thorough. He was able to determine that my pipes were not leaking and no water was being used. Seems the moisture was just from the recent rain, since my house is on a hill. He investigated around the outside of my house and gave me some helpful suggestions for next steps in case the water did not dissipate on its own. I was very impressed with his professionalism and calm disposition. He also waived the leak detection fee, since there was no leak to detect. I will absolutely be calling Willis Brothers in the future if I have a plumbing issue!

They were extremely responsive, always on time, and just flat out great guys.

We've been doing a kitchen and bath remodel on an older home. They listened to our budget constraints and our timeline to accomplish the job on time and under budget. Since we were without a nice bathroom and shower for some time, they were SUPER flexible on coming when one trade finished so we could have a toilet or a working shower!
We are super happy with all of the work they did and appreciate how professional and easy they were to work with. Hiring these guys will be a great experience for you from start to finish.

After moving to a new house, we had so many plumbing issues and worked with 5+ plumbers.
The Willis Brothers were the only ones that were able to identify the problems accurately, give us reasonable quotes, and didn't try to cheat us. The were honest with us on what they recommend even if they could've tacked on more projects.

They thoroughly explain everything so that nothing is a surprise, don't charge for unforeseen work that was out of our control, treat your home with respect, and go out of their way to make sure everything was solved.

They saved us from a REALLY bad night!

Monday night, we were showering the kids and noticed mirky water coming up from the drain. Then a clogged toilet. Then a sewage smell from the other bathroom where brown water was coming up the drain.

After 14 years in this house, we've never had a mainline blockage. That lucky streak ended tonight.

Jason Willis responded to our call immediately and quickly came by within his estimated timeframe. They charged a very fair rate, even though it was evening raining!

They were completely dedicated to getting our house operational again -- even thru a couple setbacks.

Once the clog was removed, they scoped the pipes to get a wholistic sense of what the problem was and if we should expect problems in the near term future.

I felt like I knew exactly what was going on when they left.

Looking for a 24/7 plumber on yelp, I assumed that anyone we found would be opportunistic. Instead these guys were great. Not slimily at all. Answered all of our questions and weren't bothered that our kids wanted to watch the scope. And again, worked in the rain.

Just one visit and I trust these guys completely. They'll be our go-to vendor for this type of thing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend in the same position.

Walked out into my garage today to find the ground covered in water. We sprung a pinhole leak in the piping connected to our tankless water heater. I had very specific and complicated requirements because I use my water heater as a heat battery when electricity is cheap, wanted instant hot water and for my kids not to be scolded by it. I had a few quotes out there with no followup from well reviewed competitors.

I can't say enough about our experience with Willis Brothers! I got a quick response when I requested a quote; he gave me a flat fee over the phone and said he could come over in an hour. We were busy so he came the next morning, was prompt, communicative, and told me up front what he noticed that would need an additional fix. He snaked the pipe three times to clear out the gunk, gave us tips on keeping it clear and what additional step we could take next time it clogged to help prolong the inevitable. He noticed an extra leak/crack in our drain and came back to fix that later in the day after he helped another client nearby.

I confess I was a little nervous because I've never hired a plumber and I hadn't been seeing a ton of reviews for them(even though the ones I did see were 5-star ones!). I'm glad I took a chance; those 5-star reviews weren't wrong! We will definitely be calling them again next time our 1950 year old pipes need help again.

Incredibly impressed at the integrity and customer experience. I know who I will call next time I need a plumber.

I got new appliances installed this week and the installers told me my gas line needed modification in order to slide the oven all the way in. So I pinged a few plumbers on Yelp. Caleb responded almost immediately, picked up as soon as I called, and said he could be there in as little as 30 minutes. When he came out, he assessed the issue and was ultimately able to resolve it without additional work or modification to the gas line. While other plumbers would have charged me a service fee (which I offered to pay just for the drive out), or just done the work I originally asked for, he saw there was an easier fix and just helped me do it quick.

A+ experience. While they didn't do any plumbing work for me, their business practices are clearly of the highest caliber. I would recommend them to anyone.

Discovered a leaking hose faucet/spigot and wasn't able to resolve it myself so had to call in the professionals. I called another company I've used in the past, but they weren't able to come out until Thursday....I was calling on a Monday. Decided I couldn't wait with the amount of water dripping so went to Yelp and came across Willis Brothers Plumbing. Gave them a call and they said they'd have someone out that afternoon. To my surprise, they called me later that morning, about 3 hours after my initial call and said they had some time now and if I was home, they could come by. Fortunately, I was.

Caleb (I'm 99% sure that was his name) arrived on time, took a look, and said he'd try to tighten it first before assuming it needed to be replaced. The tightening didn't work so ended up replacing it. The cost was very competitive and didn't take long at all. He even tested the water pressure to the house, just to make sure it wasn't too high, which I appreciated.

As I mentioned earlier, I've used another company in the past, but it appears I've found myself a new go-to plumbing company. Hopefully, I won't need to call them anytime soon but if I have to they will be my first call and I will recommend them to family and friends.

I installed a new sink faucet and garbage disposal one weekend and figured it would be an easy fix. Things didn't go as well as I planned and several days later I had a leaking connection that was flooding under my sink. Not wanting to make it worse, I contacted Willis Brothers late at night about getting on the schedule. They responded quickly and we connected the next morning and they were able to see us the same day. Caleb showed up and quickly went to work assessing the connections and easily fixed my mess. He got it done quickly and left the area clean and dry, and we haven't had any issues since. My wife and I used them in the past for a water heater installation, so this is two times now that we've called and they answered above and beyond our expectations. I will always call them first for any plumbing issues and highly recommend them as well.

I wish that we had reached out to the Willis Brother Plumbing and Restoration sooner.

I first reached out to Jason yesterday due to our initial plumber from another company being a no-show for 2 weeks and we were unsure if the plumber would flake again on his new promised date.

Jason and his team quickly came out to check out our place within hours and quickly gave us their thoughts on their plan of action. My husband and I were impressed with their promptness and professionalism.

Our initial plumber did end up showing up to do the job to our surprise and due to that, we did not end up hiring Jason and his team.

I called Willis Brothers a few weeks ago because I discovered a wet spot on the carpet by the bathroom wall and suspected a leak. They came out the next morning and found a pinhole leak in one of the supply pipes. They were very prompt fixing the leak and pointed out some other potential problems related to recent remodeling work.. I also had them do the remediation, opening up the wall, taking up carpet and running fans and dehumidifiers. For all visits they showed up when they said they would and completed the work quickly. They also took care of all the paperwork with insurance and were very persistent and flexible with getting that done.

Great Company! They answered the phone right away and were able to come the next day to inspect an issue we were having. These guys are great!!!
Came home from vacation to find a small leak in my laundry room wall, nothing crazy but still something you would not want to come back to after a great vacation.
Found these guys on yelp, called and had someone at the house within an hour. Jason got to the house and could not have been nicer. He quickly assessed the issue, jumped right on it and had my water back on within a couple hours.
Would I recommend these guys to anyone? HELL YEAH!!!.

A mainline backup in our home resulted in a significant flood, something we had not experienced before. We are so glad we found the Willis brothers! We had a busted water main pipe, that needed immediate repair. Caleb responded to our house on the same day approximately one hour after the call for service which was awesome! He was super friendly and I applaud their business for the immediate response and ability to complete the job on the same day of the work request.

The only issue I had was the price. I ended up doing the job myself as I am somewhat familiar with plumbing and what need to be done. The quoted price for the job ended up being 3X the amount I anticipated. I won't get into the number but for 4 hours of my time and a cheap trip to Lowes, it saved a CONSIDERABLE amount of money.

If not an emergency, I would recommend getting a couple quotes before choosing this business for the aforementioned reasons.

I never like giving a two star review but I feel it's necessary for potential customers who may not have any experience or knowledge with plumbing.

Jason was incredible. Highly recommend this company. We had a clog with roots growing in our mainline. He was quick to respond and come to our house. He started with diagnosing the issue using a scope and then clearly gave us our options with pros and cons. He was flexible in letting me do some digging to reduce our cost. He came back the next morning and completed the repair. He was patient answering tons of questions and also explaining the process clearly, so we felt confident in the work.

We came across a separate issue with a drain line that was uncovered during the digging. Jason gave us his recommendation and helped us quickly resolve the issue without asking for more money for the project.

What a great experience! Nathan Willis responded immediately and was at our house in less than 30 minutes. After showing him our concern (a blister in the ceiling paint), he tested the area with a water meter, did a pressure test and diagnosed the problem. We didn't have a leak! This was great news to my ears. He worked for a good 30-40 minutes, to make sure there was no issue, and charged us nothing. Awesome resource for our plumbing needs! I woke up to our main shooting water out like a geyser and flooding the street (can't wait to see the bill for that). Called a few folks that were super attentive but couldn't come out until that afternoon. Explained my situation to the Willis Bros and they were out within a couple hours! Willis Brothers Plumbing is amazing. I called with a last minute need to get a water heater reinstalled ... I explained my situation to Caleb and he was able to make it happen that afternoon.
As a homeowner I have worked with many contractor's over the year's, but Wills Brothers Plumbing is in a class by itself. Hired Willis Bros for the replacement of a fridge water refill valve. These apparently corrode over time. I was not able to shut it off, so I had to postpone my new replacement fridge installation. Willis Brothers Plumbing is the best I've ever experienced in my 35 years of owning a home. I had a plumbing emergency in the upstairs bathroom; water was leaking through the floor and into the ceiling of the kitchen.

The guys were polite and careful of my home. They went to work, taking the toilet out and auguring the drain. Willis Brothers could have charged me a large sum for a night time emergency visit, removing the toilet and clearing out the drain. However, these are honest men who take care of their customers!

We thought we might have had a slab leak. We called Willis Brothers and Nathan was able to come out the next day. He was very personable, friendly, and informative. He explained that the cracks in our garage were very common, especially in California. He did a courtesy pressure test and it turned out to be nothing. He spent a good 30 minutes with us. In hindsight I think we overreacted and probably were a little paranoid. But as we all know we're at the mercy of someone or a company who are experts in their field, could use fancy jargon as scare tactics, and cause you to spend thousands of dollars needlessly. I live in a mobile home park and they do an annual check for gas leaks around our property. The technician they hired found a leak at the coil that comes out of the gas meter and turned off my gas. I called several plumbers that day and none even returned my call. I lucked when I reached out to the Willis Brothers. They answered and said they could be here to evaluate it in an hour. They arrived and put solution all over the nipple and coil and found nothing. They tried another solution and still nothing. I got our grounds keeper up to the house and he called the technician who did the test and he insisted his machine is very sensitive and there is a gas leak. Well that left us scratching our heads. We could do a test (very expensive) to find the leak or replace the whole coil. We discussed it and settled on calling SDG&E to root out the leak and I'd call them to come back to fix it. Well, that was a good call. The SDG&E tech came out. He confirmed the machine the other tech used is very sensitive so much so that the leak may not be from where the original tech said it was located, so on the hunt he went around the water heater and heater and then around their meter which is where he found it. He replaced the leaky part at no charge to me since it was on the pipe carrying the gas to the meter. :D
The Willis Brothers are AWESOME!!! They showed up, honestly assessed the situation and worked with me to find a resolution that would be the least costly for me. I will definitely call them for a all of my future plumbing needs.

An absolute lifesaver and beyond reliable! Within minutes of me cold calling them inquiring about a leak, they stopped by my house and instructed me on what to do. Although they weren't able to conduct a leak test on PVC, they referred me to another company who came out the next day. After the leak was identified, I called Willis Bros back and they had me scheduled the following morning for the repair. The cost was very reasonable and you can't even tell where they had to dig around my water main due to their stellar cleanup. I must add that I was able to coordinate everything by phone and they were able to accomplish all of this without me being home, as due to the unexpectedness of the leak I was at work and unable to pull away. So we recently had to get our plumbing completely replaced because it had been recalled years ago and we sprang a leak in the garage. The Willis brothers did the re-piping in a timely manner for a fair price. They were also super knowledgeable and had great answers for all of my questions.
But the real reason that I was so impressed with them actually came after their work was finished. A couple months after the job was done, we noticed a leak coming from our upstairs toilet. The Willis brothers came out to look same day, and found that our leak was coming from our water trap in the piping under the toilet...because there was no wax ring to join the toilet to the piping. Quick rewind: When we'd had our plumbing replaced, the contractor who repaired the drywall was also the person responsible for resetting our toilets, and obviously he didn't do it right. But the Willis brothers found the issue, put a wax ring on, and reset the toilet for us.....Free of charge. I thought I'd have to shell out more than the $20k+ we just spent, but this family-owned business saw my frustration and made my day by saying you've had a rough few months already, this is on us (I may have butchered the exact quote).
I will recommend these guys to any- and everyone I know, and if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you guys very much!

They were very responsive to my calls and after texting Caleb Willis a few pictures of the valve, he was able to make time for me on the same day in the afternoon. Saved my a$$, and did an amazing job!

Very late at night (12:30am), I had been doing laundry in one side of the house, so I didn't noticed that a sewer line clog caused the water to come up from under the powder room toilet on the other side of the house. By the time I noticed, grey water had found its way into the hallway and two adjoining rooms and was continuing to flow.

In a panic I jumped on Yelp and looked for 24/7 service with top reviews. I called the company at the top of the list, but could only reach their answering service. The next call was to Willis Brothers. Jason (one of the Brothers), answered immediately. He said he could have someone out in about 30 minutes. Jason arrived shortly thereafter and was quickly able to stop the flow of water and in short order, snaked out the clog. He also confirmed that there were no other obstructions all the way out to the street.

Then the real fun began, the clean up and remediation process. He had called one of his guys to come join him to start removing the flooring and drywall from the affected areas. They clearly explained everything they were doing and why. He and his team moved very quickly and efficiently to remove the debris, seal off the affected areas and brought in fans and air scrubbers for the drying out process.

Throughout the entire process, he kept me in the loop and was always prompt, efficient, and patient while answering all my questions. It took a bit of time for my insurance company to work through the claim process and Jason worked with them throughout the whole ordeal.

I couldn't be happier with Willis Brothers and their entire team, and couldn't recommend them higher.

Had a hot water heater issue with a tenant. I spoke to 4 places in the Carlsbad area. The first place basically refused me service unless I told them the make and year of a hot water heater which was 50 miles away with no way for me to get the info. We love put in Fallbrook and had a kitchen sink clog we tried to snake ourselves. We were able to remove some of the 44 year old gunk and move the snake down the drain through our clean out but we just ended up pushing the gunk down to where it became a solid clog that wouldn't allow any water to pass. We called Willis Brothers and they were out to help us very promptly.

Caleb was the plumber who helped us. He was friendly and professional. He broke out two large commercial grade snakes and had us cleared out in no time. He also snaked our laundry clean out and ran the snake from both locations out to our main to ensure everything was clear. I called three other plumbers on Friday afternoon and none of them could get out to my house until Monday, even though I had no water pressure to my house. Boy, I'm glad none were available. Jason from Willis Bros. diagnosed my issue on the phone and had me send him pictures to ensure he had the right part. He was at my house within an hour, replaced my main house valve, showed me the broken part, cleaned up after, and charged me the exact price he quoted me on the phone. Jason and Willis Bros. will be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

I had received a quote from another plumber to re-route the plumbing due to a slab leak and posted a request on Yelp for a rough guestimate for comparison purposes with the understanding that a firm estimate would be done if I selected the respondent for an on-site visit. A detailed description of the property and the project was provided. Willis Brothers were the only ones who gave me the rough guestimate that I had asked for. The other respondents all insisted on an appointment to visit the property and for a variety of reasons none of their quotes were compelling. So I made an appointment with Willis Brothers. What impressed me was they listened to my questions and gave straight-forward answers, even modifying their approach on a couple of things while maintaining the integrity of the overall project. I preferred copper instead of PEX knowing the cost would be higher. They did a fantastic job and started and finished on schedule. The house was a rental and I've subsequently had them do work at my home and highly recommend them.

We needed a few valves fixed in our house and I reached out to the Willis Brothers. Jason answered my call right away and was able to come out the same day to take a look and give us an estimate on the work. He was very helpful in answering all the various questions we had about what we needed done. He was able to get the work completely done for us the next day and did a wonderful job. Willis Bros ROCK !!!! We had an emergency outdoor water main leak develop on Mothers Day - made a cold call at 8am and Jason Willis answered on first ring. I explained the issue (I was on the other side of the country and my wife was home with the water turned-off at street), and Jason said he was heading to a job nearby our home. He appeared literally within less than 45 minutes with his crew, they inspected, photographed, emailed me with an estimate - which was eminently fair and reasonable - I approved over the phone and they made a quick trip for supplies and immediately returned and completed the job with absolute perfection ! Saved me a pricey emergency trip home (I too am in the trades and do my own work normally), got the H20 back on and left our landscape like it never even happened. Super polite, great communications, quick thinking and they really put the P in professionalism. Willis is now on our speed-dial - not easy to get there with me :). Thank You, and, Willis has my highest recommendation.

These guys are so great. We've been in the process of selling our place and buying a new one, and we have had plumbing problems on both sides of the move. I've had them out to fix a leaking hose bib, cap off a leaking irrigation water supply line, remodel an old leaking shower, repair an endlessly running toilet, replace a main shut off valve, install a pressure regulator, and give me some estimates on work we plan to do down the line. Honestly, they have been so timely, communicative, personable, reasonably priced, and have done such excellent work, I cannot fathom taking my business anywhere else.

Have known all three brothers for several years. Have had an issue with a bad fix on a tub faucet for quite awhile. The faucet has not been flush against the tub wall for what seems like forever. The faucet handle has been fixed several times now. They diagnosed the problem, got going on it and it is fixed, on top of providing a new stopper, could not be happier. And, bonus fix of the toilet that began to leak recently. Truly could not be happier trusting all three of them for our plumbing needs from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in North County.

Our water heater went out this morning and Kaleb responded to my inquiry with a quote and called within a few minutes! He was able to install the new water heater the same day. After discovering that my home sewage/drain system had completely corroded (yes, the whole system had failed), I started calling plumbing companies for quotes. I happen to call Willis Brothers first, and they were the only company that showed up on time. After gathering quotes from seven different companies, it turned out that Willis Brothers was the least expensive. Other companies ranged from coming in slightly higher, to nearly double the price. After talking to Jason in person, and on the phone to answer additional questions, I decided to go with Willis Brothers. They showed up for the job (again, on time) and worked tirelessly throughout the day to get our system back on line. It turned out to be a two day job (another company quoted it as a two week job). I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, how efficiently they worked together, and they left ZERO mess afterwards. Bottom line: They were honest, professional, and effective. I have already recommended them to friends who may need some plumbing services. Thanks again to Willis Brothers Plumbing!!!

A Whistling/Squealing pipe downstairs was driving us CRAZY - Nathan Willis quickly diagnosed the problem. Thank goodness it was a worn cartridge in a nearby shower & not a slab leak or pipe's pinhole leak. Our neighborhood is 20+ years old and a number of our neighbors have had slab leaks - If we suspect one or have another crazy plumbing issue, we will definitely call Willis Brothers Plumbing & Restoration. They are responsive, respectful & super-smart.

We worked with Willis Brothers Plumbing on a rather large plumbing issue with our laundry room. It required patience to find and skill to resolve, both of which Jason and Caleb offered in abundance. They diagnosed the issue, provided a reasonable timeline, and delivered quality work. Communication was clear, consistent, and thorough. We understood the problem, the steps needed to resolve it, and received updates through each step of the process. What's more, when a small unrelated issue emerged a few months later we knew we would trust absolutely no one else. We had a pinhole leak in one of the copper pipes in our ceiling that we noticed at about 6pm, so we called Willis Brothers and not only did they immediately pick up the phone, but Nathan was here within an hour to fix it. In my home, valve that regulares water supply was out of control dripping a lot of water and flooding my garage. Upon contacting this company, Jason Willis is not only very quick to respond, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a fair solution with very competitive price. These guys went above and beyond when coming out to install a tankless water heater. I talked to Nathan on Monday and they were on-site next day. Called Willis Brothers based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Very deserving of the FIVE STARS! Nathan explained what toilet to purchase for our situation, made an appointment for Monday. He was good at communicating via text/phone. He picked up the toilet I purchased from Home Depot and had it installed within an hour or so and it looks great. He replaced the seal, and gave me information about the push button, one piece toilet. He left the bathroom spotless, asked if I wanted him to wear a mask and was a perfect gentleman. I asked for another problem to be solved in our new shower and he did it NO PROBLEM. The contractor didn't have the thermostat on the shower set hot enough. It's a Grohe and can be a little more complicated, but Nathan looked at the information about the shower valve and he was able to increase the temperature NO PROBLEM! The Willis Brothers will be our plumbers from now on. Would highly recommend.
