We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

I was having trouble with the water running cold while showering...brrr! A friend or mine referred me to Diamond Plumbing. I called Diamond Plumbing and I spoke to Jason. I  described my problem and after a few questions he was able to determine the problem with my shower. I made an appointment and he was prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Jason fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up after himself and the service was reasonably  priced. Problem solved, NO MORE COLD SHOWERS!  Thank you, Diamond Plumbing you surely have lived up to your name!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Great service from these guys. While they are busy and I had to schedule a few weeks out, it was easy to do and it was worth the wait. I got a reminder call a day before the appointment and another from the technicians before they headed my way - on time. Collin and Cade were helpful and professional; they fixed one problem and advised me on another that I thought I had but didn't. They saved me time and money and took care of business efficiently. We will definitely use this company again.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Curtis & crew were able to come out next day, investigate and install a new toilet flange (same day) onto a sewer inlet that was 6 inches below my concrete sub floor. Tough job as he was able to remove cement around the buried sewer inlet, without destroying my tile, install a offset PVC flange, quick-dry cement it back, and install a new toilet and carry away the old. I wasn't even home, wife was, they shared pictures and she said they were very professional. Would recommend.

I have used AAP on a couple of occasions. They are punctual, polite and reasonable. Would definitely use again.

We needed to have our washer hookups replaced prior to having a new washer and dryer installed, and we were on a bit of a time crunch after already having to reschedule our washer and dryer installation twice.

I had a bathroom sink leaking underneath and clogging up that I was worried would be a huge problem. Having used Five Star Plumbing a couple of months earlier for a separate bathroom issue, I decided to use them again. They were able to fix the issue and ease my concerns in a very professional and reassuring manner. Having had such positive experiences these last couple of times, and knowing how valuable it is to have an honest and competent service provider like a plumber, I'll be sure to use them in the future for any plumbing needs that arise, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone else as well

Heater and AC quit working.  Thermostat on wall was frizzed out. Went to Home Depot and grabbed a similar thermostat and installed it but no success w getting heater or AC back on line.  Checked yelp for hvac guys and saw American Ace.  Called around 5 pm Wednesday and spoke to Fred.  Scheduled a 8-10am appointment for Thursday.  Fred arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my faulty capacitor and replaced it from his on board truck stock. I was up and running in less than one hour time. AC and heater work beautifully w my new thermostat and capacitor.  Based on this experience, I will use Fred for future hvac and plumbing needs.

Manny is awesome !! I called him practically in tears after my shower handle fell off and I was unable to turn off water. My fire alarms started going off and the managers of the complex were not open yet. He was patient, efficient and spectacular service.

My kitchen sink backed up. I am renting my house and did not want to spend a lot of money on a plumber that I did not have. I was referred to Community plumbing through the Nextdoor app. Chris was So kind and said he had an appointment early this afternoon and could be out right away. Both Chris and his partner were on time professional and actually very funny. Super nice guys and fixed the problem in no time. This old house has a very old water heater that had metal sticking out that I occasionally bumped into. Tony noticed and fix the problem out of the kindness of his heart. I will use them anytime I need a plumber and refer them to everyone right know.

With this unexpected freezing weather we've had this February 2021, I was totally unprepared and really had never had to deal with weather r this cold and so I didn't quite know what to do and, of course, my pipes froze.I called first thing this morning and help arrived around noon. My problem was quickly assessed and a portable heater restored running water to my home and I don'tThink I have ever been so happy to see running water as I thought for certain my pipes havhade burst and I would be dealing with a flooded house when the fog big thaw came. Within 30 minutes water was running again and all is well. I am very grateful for service this company provided to me in a true crisis. And yes,I will call them before I reach out to another plumber in the future.

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

Our A/C went out on Wednesday late afternoon. We are new to Austin and didnt know who to call.  We called Fox at 7:15pm and were told a tech would call us shortly.  I received a call at 7:49AM the next day from a woman asking if a tech had called us yet. I told her someone got back to us last night.  She simply hung up.  Wont ever call or recommend them.
