We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

I was having trouble with the water running cold while showering...brrr! A friend or mine referred me to Diamond Plumbing. I called Diamond Plumbing and I spoke to Jason. I  described my problem and after a few questions he was able to determine the problem with my shower. I made an appointment and he was prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Jason fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up after himself and the service was reasonably  priced. Problem solved, NO MORE COLD SHOWERS!  Thank you, Diamond Plumbing you surely have lived up to your name!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Hill Country Plumbing has always been there for me. Great service! Super pleased with all of the work that was done. They even clean up after they are finished! Friendly, accommodating, and superior workmanship. I would give them six stars if I could!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Eddie with Rooter man was great, he added a outdoor hose bib for us within a hour and insulated it for us, would definitely recommend!

We were purchasing a home that and needed a sewer scope inspection to be done so Huyen and CSR were referred to us by our Realtor, who has worked with him for over 10+ years.

Boy, was I thankful that our Realtor referred us over to Huyen, as he is one of the most knowledgeable and honest Plumbers that I've ever met. Huyen took the time to scope our system while explaining the condition of the lines and he was so thorough and helpful in answering our questions that you can really tell that he loves what he does

In addition, Huyen provided us with multiple detailed videos to help put our minds at ease and even went out a second time the next day in order to inspect the plumbing in the crawlspace which was brought up to us after the inspection, as he knew that we had a short contingency period and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of.

I can honestly say that Huyen is the most genuine and honest Plumber that I've ever met and he doesn't try to upsell you at all. He treats all clients like family and really goes above and beyond, so if I could give him 10 stars, I would!!! He was an advocate in our corner and his expertise is unmatched!!! THANKS, HUYEN!!!

Plumbing issues are never fun and the idea of having someone come in to your house to fix pipes BEHIND walls creates a lot of anxiety.  Well, I had my first plumbing issue today and searched for a plumber for the first time.  Thank goodness that Taylor from All American Plumbing was available at the last minute to fix my problem.  

I was very skeptical about calling a plumber due to the MANY horror stories I have heard from others about high rates, long hours, and basically a guy coming in with NO personality.  Well Taylor was the opposite of ALL OF THESE characteristics.  He was approachable, educated me in laymen terms, had reasonable rates, was spunky AND fixed my plumbing problem really quickly!  He explained everything he was planning on doing before working on the problem to make sure that I was comfortable with the procedure.  When I got nervous about him putting holes through my walls, he clearly explained why he needed to and literally pinpointed where the leak was most likely coming from.  Although the source of my problem was the size of a pin hole, the issues that arose became a huge annoyance.  Because my problem was more than just plumbing, Taylor was a great resource to contact other contractors to help out.

People always told me that plumbers are quick to take advantage of you, especially if you're a woman, but Taylor totally did NOT do that (or if he did I didn't know).  Haha...but seriously, his prices were reasonable (I looked it up) and he fixed my plumbing issue so quickly.  He also was very personable, which made the time fly by even faster...almost as if you were hanging out with a sassy and sarcastic, yet considerate friend.

Overall, I had a great first experience with a plumber and would definitely recommend EVERYONE to call up Taylor at All American Plumbing.  I sincerely feel you will not get cheated, jilted, or disappointed with Taylor's work!

James Kim from Collins Pacific was excellent.  He easily figured out the problem with our shower and repaired it perfectly.  I found them to be extremely fair, honest, and competent.  And they were right on time.  I will be using them in the future.

Justin replaced two toilets at my Mom's house.  Great service, great price.  Great people to work with.  I will not hesitate to use Justin and 5star again.

Highly recommend American Ace.  Fred is very knowledgable. Prices are fair.  He can usually show up on short notice and get the job done promptly. American Ace serviced our HVAC system over a number of years and replaced it when it finally died.  We are very happy with the result.

I went with TL plumbing because they really were the only company who wanted to trouble shoot the issue vice a quick fix.  Manny was our tech and he was able to find the issue and fix it.  Good prices, quick work and great attitudes. I'll be using TL Premier again!!

Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since.

He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers. He is an honest man and does not up-charge on unnecessary tasks. He has earned my trust as a respectable plumber and I would not hesitate to call him again should any issues arise. He is now my go to plumber.

Since Bohmfalk Plumbing has been taken over by a new owner in April 2018, we've used them twice. Once for a water heater fix and once for a clogged drain. They responded same day and were fast and friendly. For the water heater I was quoted it would be $120 but since it was a much smaller fix, the
Guy only charged me $60. I highly recommend them. We plan to use them again next month when we remodel our bathroom. Ask for Robert when you call. He is who came out to our home both times and he did a fantastic job.

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

Cody showed up at the scheduled time and did a complete check of our AC units.  This is our second experience with Cody and we were very happy both times.  FOX installed these units in 2010 and when we did have an issue with one of the units a couple of years ago, they were very quick to determine the problem and correct it.  We have been FOX customers since 2010 and have been very happy with their service.
