We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

Diamond Plumbing has helped me out through a wide range of services including hydrostatic pressure tests to check pipes; repairing leaks and running toilets; and most recently, to repair a water heater to fix low hot-water pressure issues. Below are some points if you're considering them based on my experience.

PRO1: The office staff has always been kind, professional, and responsive to me. Yes, sometimes they are really busy and I'll get the voicemail, (esp. after the Extreme Winter Weather we recently experienced with many having pipe issues), but someone ALWAYS gets back to me... that's not the case with all businesses.

PRO2: They send a text when technicians are on their way with a picture of who's coming as well as a tracker. I also have an opportunity to rate my experience afterward conveniently through text.

PRO3: They offer Military Discounts. I admire this and can't thank businesses enough who decide to honor Veterans in this way. It speaks volumes about the values of a company. May they thrive 100 times more!

CON: They are not open after-hours including weekends. This can be an issue during an emergency, but I also respect that they have dedicated off days and rest for themselves and their employees. It's just something I have to consider when I have a need that requires after-hours.

In conclusion, they are my go-to during normal business hours; I've been serviced by Diamond Plumbing about 8 times now and I'm still a very happy customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Diamond Plumbing.

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

We had a sewage line backup outside our house last Saturday. Rooter Man was able to get a technician to our house within a couple of hours. Curtis cleared the line and showed us that we had root intrusion into part of the sewage line (yaaaaay).

Curtis really went the extra mile. He spent some extra time with the camera and found a second break right where our drain meets the city line and gave us advice on how to handle that with the city.

Curtis was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We would use Rooter Man again, and we'd ask for Curtis.

Best Plummers in San Diego. If I could give them a rating of 10, I would. CSR Plumming are professional, provide experts advice, on time and are fantastic to work with. You won't regret reaching out to CSR Plumming, they are fantastic.

We had another very positive experience with a repair done by technician Matthias. Repair was effective, and Matthias was very professional and through. We'll continue using AA Plumbing as our source for any plumbing work we need done.

Good response time and straight forward.  Didn't use the service due to unavailability.

I used them to replace my old bathrooms and faucet in the office , worst experience of my life . The main plumber who showed up and upsale the services which I agreed because he assured me he will be our plumber for life with such a certainty. After charging me for 70% of project upfront 1 month later the simple work of replacing bathrooms and faucet was canceled or rescheduled more than 5 times and I ended up hiring another plumber who finished everything in 3 hours. Avoid this company and go with a solo plumber or small company if you can , it's just bureaucracy and no one at the end accepted the responsibility.

After my horrible experience from 'GREeDY dependable plumbing' I called Justin FIVE STAR PLUMBING and ask for a quote for a shower cartridge replacement, he gave me a quote of $150 without the part and $100 if I buy the part! He delivered and get the job done WITHOUT any upsell! i do not write reviews on good experiences but FIVE STAR plumbing is an EXCEPTION!! Very happy customer!!

Fred and his associate Aaron did an excellent job to re-pipe water from the meter to house. They dug under the stamped concrete pathway to prevent any damage. To ensure water was available to the house whilst the work was being done they had a temporary hose attached. Aaron came out on a Sunday to fix the irrigation issue.  Great set of guys! Will call them again for all my plumbing needs!

I needed a new toilet.  Contacted a few plumbing companies but decided on TL Plumbing.  I had used a different company before to install a garbage disposal and that company did a poor installation job and were expensive.  This firm was very helpful in that they picked up the toilet at Lowes (about 100 lbs) and kept it until it needed to be installed.  Their price seemed fair and they did a good looking installation.

Theses dudes came out on holiday weekend on an emergency call and did an awesome job.. quick reply.. good vibes .. honest pricing.. thanks Tony & Eric ..

I had an appt. scheduled one week in advance on  11/27/17 to replace/install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal.  He stated that my appt would be 0900 am 11/17 and would cost $120.00 to install.  I agreed to this.  At 0920 they had still not shown up and
I called them.  He stated that he would be late, and would call me before coming .  2 hrs later he never called or showed up, and I called him again.  He then stated that Mrs. Bohmfalk  the owner) says that this is a 2-man job and she would have to charge me $200.00 now.  I told him to forget it because I was lied to about the price.  These people do not know anything about customer service.  Maybe a little bit of word of mouth will help.  Good luck hiring these stupid people!!!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

What a joke!! Their slogan says they can fix it. Well apparently they can NOT. So unprofessional. I agree 100% with Andres S review. Can I charge you for MY TIME WASTED??? Do not use this company!!!!!!
