We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

My niece had been experiencing water pressure issues for years but, being in her early 20s, didn't have a clue what the problem was. A plumber she had used a couple of years before told her the neighborhood had low water pressure so there wasn't much she could do.

I called them in the morning and they sent Rocky out by that afternoon. He easily could have taken her for a ride and told her that it was something complicated and expensive, yet was honest and told her that her aerator was clogged due to hard water. He cleaned it out and immediately the water pressure improved.

She also hadn't been able to use her dishwasher and he quickly resolved that minor issue as well.

He explained how to take care of her water softener so she wouldn't have issues in the future. He made sure she had no questions and no further issues in the home, allowing her all the time she needed to ensure everything was taken care of to her satisfaction.

The rate was so reasonable and my niece was thrilled that everything in the home was finally taken care of and would now be able to use both her kitchen sink and dishwasher without any further issues.

I would highly recommend them without any hesitation and will gladly use them in the future!!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Pricing model is confusing and expensive. $214 for two $5 parts and 20 min of a technicians time. Tech got defensive when I questioned the total cost after he was finished.

Huyen, the owner, responded quickly and was upfront with the charges.  His technician, Vince, came for the repair.  Vince was professional and courteous.

What I like most about this experience is Vince's honesty and conscientiousness.  He's a young technician and when he ran into something that he wasn't familiar with, he called for his team to get help.  Some people are prideful and will keep trying things that may make an existing problem worse.  Vince was also conscientious about his task.  When a small piece of debris fell from the bath tub valve to the pipe connecting to the diverter spout, he made persistent effort to try to get it out.  He treated a customer's repair as his own.  I hope Vince keeps these qualities.

Josh was the absolute most helpful person my house was flooded due to a leak and josh was helpful in finding the under flab leak immediately and getting it capped off I couldn't be happier they referred a dry out company and they continued along with that , house is now all restored . Thanks again

We had a water pipe burst while we were out. When we got home our garage had quite a lot of water. We were able to have someone come out quickly, and handle the situation. We also saved thousands with the quick actions the worker took to prevent damage to other piping.

Core plumbing was able to schedule me the same day and fix two toilets.  David Torres is very professional, knowledgeable and does great work.  I highly recommend this company.

Devon's going to take a pass.  He's kind of big and doesn't like to work in crawl spaces.

Fred is amazing.  I had a water leak in garage from the AC unit above the furnace.  He diagnosed the issue and fixed it without any complication/drama within 15mins.  He also brought his team and made 2nd trip to do more detail measurement in case the AC unit has to be replaced since it is quite old and it's not easy to install new units.  The best part for me is he explained to me all my options so I can make my own decision.

Big thanks to Ivan, Efrin, Manny, and the whole TL Premier crew that helped us out figure out what was going on.  Super quick response time via Yelp was super appreciated, with a fair quote.

We couldn't pin down the exact symptoms on the first visit, no real fault of the TL team at all in this, and were gracious enough to come back to help troubleshoot it further.  One hydro jet later and our kitchen line problem is solved.  Don't think it was that easy either - with the twist and turns to our piping this required some effort from the team and they did a top notch job.  

They didn't run up the costs, were fair and up front on service options/pricing, and didn't pressure any decision making.

Not sure I can really ask more out of a plumbing service.  They are getting first crack at future calls.

Anthony and Eric were great. Also dad jokes are on point. I'd call Community Plumbing again in a heartbeat. They know what they're doing, they're honest, and they are fair.

Since Bohmfalk Plumbing has been taken over by a new owner in April 2018, we've used them twice. Once for a water heater fix and once for a clogged drain. They responded same day and were fast and friendly. For the water heater I was quoted it would be $120 but since it was a much smaller fix, the
Guy only charged me $60. I highly recommend them. We plan to use them again next month when we remodel our bathroom. Ask for Robert when you call. He is who came out to our home both times and he did a fantastic job.

Gold Star Leak and Repair is a scam. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on a phoney leak detection. The technicians don't have the right equipment and Gold Star is incapable of producing a report of findings that is actionable for any repair. You will then find that they don't response to texts, emails and phone calls after they have your money. They are basically committing fraud by positioning themselves as a pool leak detection and repair company.

David the electrician who called on us was professional and very personable. He explained all the services so i could understand and left the jobsite in great condition. I would definitely use Fox again based on this experience.
