We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

I was having trouble with the water running cold while showering...brrr! A friend or mine referred me to Diamond Plumbing. I called Diamond Plumbing and I spoke to Jason. I  described my problem and after a few questions he was able to determine the problem with my shower. I made an appointment and he was prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Jason fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up after himself and the service was reasonably  priced. Problem solved, NO MORE COLD SHOWERS!  Thank you, Diamond Plumbing you surely have lived up to your name!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Had issue with a shower not being able to shut of completely, called Hill Country Plumbing, made an appointment, thecame out, changed a part that they already had on with them on the truck, were on their way in less than an hour. Paid my bill over the phone simple easy and efficient - all handled very professionally and reasonable priced. Will use them for my next plumbing needs. Thanks for running a great company.

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

I am so thankful for Rooter-Man. We had a leak under one of our faucets. I called another plumber and they said I needed to buy a new fixture and have it installed for over $500 with a total out of pocket increase of likely $800+. We called Rooter-Man and they said they could simply replace the part that failed. My current plumber didn't want to do that. It turned out the part was under warranty and they ordered it and replaced it for under $150. So I saved around $750 or more by calling Rooter-Man. Thank you!

I had a problem with my water at my salon.  I needed to fix it quickly.  I called and Mike came next day.   He was honest about the problem and explained to me the options I had.   I was very comfortable and I'll call him again when I need service!   Thank you !!

David came to our home to evaluate our home filtration system. He walked through everything with me with great detail. There was no service needed at this time, but they provided the info I may need for the next visit. It's great to see folks not trying to find work to do, rather ensuring you're happy with their service to maintain future relationships.

Needed to find the source of a leak. Although  there was some confusion with original apt time, aaron apologized and had Gilbert come over right away.

Gilbert took his time & gave very honest recommendation to diagnose & fix the issue. Although he spent almost an hour to see any obvious issues,  Aaron did not charge for the initial visit as agreed.I would definitely reach out to them again for my future plumbing needs

Core Plumbing is definitely the high end in the plumbing market. Ricky and Eli are very knowledgeable, professional and working so hard to make sure every question we have got answered, every requirement we have got fulfilled. I think the very high quality work worth the price. They provide the temp service line to make sure we have water during the project, which is a big plus. Eli even fixed our old toilet after the final walk through.

I called Five Star Plumbing for a second opinion and a free quote. Justin quickly diagnosed the source of a leak from a water heater tank that was still under warranty, and spared me from being scammed into buying extra repair services from the other company. I trust and value Justin's professional opinion over any other!

Nearly a year ago, I moved into my house. It needed 2 new A/C units. After a bunch of research and quotes, I choose America Ace Air Conditioning because they gave me good price and had a great reputation.

The installation was flawless, on time and in budget.  I could not be happier with their work.

TL Premier is great! I requested a quote and they responded in no time. Manny was so friendly and professional. He was able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning on a Saturday before he went to another job. He fixed my toilet that needed to be bolted down and even fixed a couple of minor things I mentioned as well. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again

My kitchen sink backed up. I am renting my house and did not want to spend a lot of money on a plumber that I did not have. I was referred to Community plumbing through the Nextdoor app. Chris was So kind and said he had an appointment early this afternoon and could be out right away. Both Chris and his partner were on time professional and actually very funny. Super nice guys and fixed the problem in no time. This old house has a very old water heater that had metal sticking out that I occasionally bumped into. Tony noticed and fix the problem out of the kindness of his heart. I will use them anytime I need a plumber and refer them to everyone right know.

I had an appt. scheduled one week in advance on  11/27/17 to replace/install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal.  He stated that my appt would be 0900 am 11/17 and would cost $120.00 to install.  I agreed to this.  At 0920 they had still not shown up and
I called them.  He stated that he would be late, and would call me before coming .  2 hrs later he never called or showed up, and I called him again.  He then stated that Mrs. Bohmfalk  the owner) says that this is a 2-man job and she would have to charge me $200.00 now.  I told him to forget it because I was lied to about the price.  These people do not know anything about customer service.  Maybe a little bit of word of mouth will help.  Good luck hiring these stupid people!!!

Gold Star Leak and Repair is a scam. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on a phoney leak detection. The technicians don't have the right equipment and Gold Star is incapable of producing a report of findings that is actionable for any repair. You will then find that they don't response to texts, emails and phone calls after they have your money. They are basically committing fraud by positioning themselves as a pool leak detection and repair company.

We had our outside water spicket crack at the seam because we were trying to remove our hose. The soft copper and us messing with it caused the crack. They sent Shawn to fix it and he was awesome! My mother has cognitive issues and likes to talk to people, so she talked his ear off and he never complained and never got snippy with her. He was a great sport and did a beautiful job!
We've had a few of their plumbers come out and they are all respectful, kind and all around awesome people! We highly recommend Fox for any plumbing issue!
