We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

These people had us waiting days then didn't show up. No call. I appreciate if people are busy. That said, they should have the decency to just say that. We called another plumber anyway. If they'd just communicated I wouldn't be so angry. Four nights in a hotel add up!

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

Why haven't I reviewed these folks yet? Seriously had the best service last year with Colie putting in a Loop. He was hard working, fast, efficient and not painful on the checkbook! I will use these guys every time!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Had Rooterman come out to install tankless water heater and new pipes. Eddie was very hepful in explaining options on his first visit and was dilligent in his work throughout the remainder of the process. Will definitely be calling these guys for plumbing needs in the future.

You know how just one thing will drive you insane, and it really isn't a big thing, just annoying.  That was the situation with our kitchen faucet, it just looked out of place.  Everything else matched, but the faucet, everyday it would haunt me. One day, on a whim, I called a plumbing company to ask for an estimate.  He laughed and said he could take a look later the same day.  He looked at the faucet, commiserated with me about how it didn't fit in, and told me what exactly to buy.  I called with the replacement and he wiggled me in between appointments.  I'm so much more happy, stupid faucet.

Provided quick service and stands by their guarantee. I was impressed with their professionalism and honesty. They were transparent with me about cost and alternatives, and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything.

Fully deserves 5 stars. Customer service was great from the first call. They fit us into their schedule the next day and Jose was fantastic! He was professional and personable. He provided me great tips for maintaining our plumbing and fixtures. I was super impressed overall and they are reasonable priced. They addressed a major plug in our kitchen sink, installed a kitchen faucet and set two toilets with new rings, which by the way got rid of the smell in our bathroom on hot days. Highly recommend.

Greg and Cody are first class. I've been using Core Plumbing for years, and always learn something when they come out. Ordered them up for some preventive maintenance (toilet pull and reset, dryer line cleaning) and upgrades (angle stops) for original equipment. Greg and Cody came out on time after providing notification text messages, were professional in their service, thorough but efficient in their work, and thoughtful in job performance. Couldn't have asked for a better team. No doubt I'll be using them again (need to replace a 19 year old water heater).

I have used JD a few times for different issues both in my former home and my current home. He is fast and looks for ways to reduce the costs. He is absolutely trustworthy and an absolute gentleman to have in your home. He once came with his dad and they both fantastic in solving my problem. I highly recommend the company.

Fred is the best, very honest Plumber/AC technician I have ever seen in my life, highly recommend him. I wish every other technicians in other field like Fred, keep up the great work Fred.

Eric and Tony have been awesome to work with. They are professional, pay attention to detail, & cleaned up after themselves.
When remodeling our bathroom they recommended that we open our concrete floors and replace the cast iron pipes before spending the money on the remodel. As much as I hated to do it I really appreciated that the recommendation.
The pipes were completely rusted. Eric saved us the nightmare of having to tear up a newly installed bathroom floor.
Since the first job I've had them back to replace a hot water heater and run gas lines for our central heating and air install.
The work was done quickly and correctly. Price was fair. I highly recommend these guys. Great work

I had an appt. scheduled one week in advance on  11/27/17 to replace/install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal.  He stated that my appt would be 0900 am 11/17 and would cost $120.00 to install.  I agreed to this.  At 0920 they had still not shown up and
I called them.  He stated that he would be late, and would call me before coming .  2 hrs later he never called or showed up, and I called him again.  He then stated that Mrs. Bohmfalk  the owner) says that this is a 2-man job and she would have to charge me $200.00 now.  I told him to forget it because I was lied to about the price.  These people do not know anything about customer service.  Maybe a little bit of word of mouth will help.  Good luck hiring these stupid people!!!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

Update: after placing this review FOX reached out to try to figure out what happened. After a few back and forths, they accused me of being a competitor. (Which I'm not) Then once my review went to the filtered section, they stopped responding to me. Classy.
