We had a commercial water leak at a restaurant. We had a big company come out and give us a quote but when we called the next day to confirm, no one had any knowledge of the prior day's assessment and couldn't come out for hours. After calling multiple other plumbers, we came across Harrell Plumbing. What a relief!!! Jennifer and Brad were able to coordinate to have people on-site and working within no time. We did need to close for business, but also, they needed to dig 4 feet including through concrete. There is still work to be completed on the cleanup side, however, our water is fixed and the invoice was palpable. We were very please with Harrell and will make them our go-to plumber for work at this restaurant and our other business. #localforthewin

I have used Mauldin Plumbing twice with excellent service both times.  Once was a broken main water line in the front yard and most recently a piece of cloth accidentally went down a toilet stopping up the drainage.  Our house is lower than the sewer main in the street so we must use a grinder pump that collects all the waste water from the house and pumps it up to the sewer main.  If anything like a toy or piece of cloth gets in the pump it stops working essentially forcing you to stop using any water.  Troy and Nick responded in a timely manner and quickly protected the pump inlet from letting any foreign objects from going into the pump while using a specialized tool to explore and remove the cloth from the in-house sewer drains.  We were back in service quickly and at a very reasonable price.  I'll continue to use Mauldin Plumbing and recommend them to friends.

While it took a while to get on the schedule, it was well worth it. I had been used to plumbers from our builder that were less than desirable to hire again. The hill country guys were courteous, respectful, and hate to say it, but had all their teeth :D. My biggest regret is that we didnt have them when we built as they are fantastic and please dont waste your time if you have a plumbing issue, call them and let them impress you!

These guys are the very best hands down. Dave has been at it many,many years. Hardworking and dedicated to getting the job done right. Has saved me from unscrupulous plumbers who have downright lied just to get more money. Seriously call if you want the real deal.

Very happy customers! Excellent company.  We had these guys replace the irrigation sump pump in our backyard.  The appointment was easy to make, I received a call back quickly, even got some advice on what kind of pump to purchase. Alan, the technician, arrived on time and got the job done quickly and professionally.  He was very nice, and answered all my questions about the installation enthusiastically. The price was fair, quality of the work was great. We will use CSR again. Highly recommended!

Came home from road trip to hear water running inside our wall. Texted with Aaron that morning, James was at our place about an hour later. Opened the wall and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Repair completed less than 2 hours later for much less money than I anticipated. Professional, courteous and capable from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The problem they solved: water heater leak that caused dry wall damage.

Process: needed a drying company to dry the wall, and had to hire another company to re-do the drywall after the drying, and finally got Core Plumbing to install a new water heater tank, they took care of getting rid of the old water heater as well as being immediately available when called.

Their prices are tiered. If you pay less, they take less time basically. Everything appears to be fixed price. As you read the other high reviews and the owner's responses, they focus on underlying concepts, not just fixing surface plumbing work. They try to solve the root cause to ensure you don't run into bigger issues later on.

They installed the water heater within a day, they were very responsive, they provided all the explanations and did not have any problem with answering my questions. Very professional, they definitely know what they are doing and have excellent customer service.

Tony and Arvin (Sorry if I mispelled your names) were the guys who worked on my heater. They were respectful, clean, and did excellent work. I got a full explanation of the features on the tank and they took the time to point out some other issues that might arise in the future. I will definitely use them again in the future. Features were pressure gauge, temperature sensor, and an autoshutoff if it detects moisture (for if and when the tank inevitably breaks again) They also installed an water expansion tank (they have to add in order to keep it to code, google it, it is true)

Overall a great experience.

Got a quote quickly from Justin about a leaking bathtub faucet. We set up an appointment and he was on time and ready to go. He examined what needed to be done and picked up the necessary parts for the job. The work was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up what little mess he made. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for awhile but if we do, we know who to call. If you want the job done right, and for a fair price Justin is your guy!

So, full disclosure, I actually didn't get work done by American Ace, but I wanted to leave them a good review regardless.  There's a heat wave (or is this the new normal?) and of course, the AC at my rental condo breaks down.  I called NINE different places and I got a lot of no call-backs.  American Ace was one of the few companies that called me back promptly and I really appreciated that. The only reason I didn't go with them is because their immediate availability didn't work with my tenant (they were able to fit us into the schedule sooner than any other company). But I wanted to leave a good review because it's super frustrating when other companies don't even call you back or at least have an automated message if they're fully booked for the next couple weeks.

Manny is awesome !! I called him practically in tears after my shower handle fell off and I was unable to turn off water. My fire alarms started going off and the managers of the complex were not open yet. He was patient, efficient and spectacular service.

Community plumbing will be on my 1st to call  list from here on out. I was in desperiate need to clear my stopped tub and toilet. I called them early in the morning and they were out to see me that afternoon. I also had them install a water line in to my fridge so I can finally have automatic ice. They were quick, efficient, respectful and clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I had an appt. scheduled one week in advance on  11/27/17 to replace/install a new kitchen sink and garbage disposal.  He stated that my appt would be 0900 am 11/17 and would cost $120.00 to install.  I agreed to this.  At 0920 they had still not shown up and
I called them.  He stated that he would be late, and would call me before coming .  2 hrs later he never called or showed up, and I called him again.  He then stated that Mrs. Bohmfalk  the owner) says that this is a 2-man job and she would have to charge me $200.00 now.  I told him to forget it because I was lied to about the price.  These people do not know anything about customer service.  Maybe a little bit of word of mouth will help.  Good luck hiring these stupid people!!!

I am a repeat customer of Gold Star Leak Repair. I had a leak in my pool and they were here within a day to fix it. I was really impressed with the service and their attention to detail. They also installed a brand new pool pump after my old one had failed, and I'm so glad they were able to come out so quickly! I had been having trouble with my pool for a while and it was just too much to handle. They came to the rescue!

We had five leaks in our gas system. Jason from fox came, was very professional and got the job done. He was polite and told us exactly what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable.
