Had a clogged washer drain. Victor and Sal came over and unclogged it quick style! They were on time and very professional.  They answered all my questions and got the job done right. I would totally recommend Discount plumbing to my family and friends!!

Mark and Matt are awesome.  Our water heater started leaking and I called the home warranty company who sent out some shady technician.  I found Armstrong's on yelp and gave them a call.  They came out and gave an estimate that was thousands less than pretty much everyone else to install a tankless water heater.  And when I called to set up an appointment they were willing to come out late in the evening the next day to install it.  They were both friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and HONEST.   I came say enough how amazing these guys are.

James did a great job.  It was a short notice call for an emergency. He was on time and replaced our water heater quickly.  Very professional. I would recommend him again.

My water heater had a slow leak from the bottom.  Called Eastlake plumbing to have the device downsize from 50 gallon to a 40 gallon. I asked a lot questions and all the components they offered was a good value.  Saul and Michael were courteous and wearing a mask.  They even taught me how to maintain the water heater.

Super nice person was great within my dog , did a very fast repair on all my issues and managed to repair some without needing new parts. I highly recommend her.

We used these guys to install a new sink in our bar. They responded quickly and had someone out to do it the next day. Work was done in 15 minutes! Super!

I have used these guys for a few years now and they are well overdue for me to write a great review about them. Freddie has saved me thousands from other companies shady quotes. He has done great work on a number of projects and I have grown to trust this company quite a bit.

This is a couple weeks overdue. I called these guys after a certain pepper plumbing company tried to upcharge me $400+ dollars because they had to bring thier machine to the second floor. Live in Carlsbad and had a backed up kitchen sink. Tried to snake it a few times myself with no luck. Called Team Rooter and Padraic came out and did a FULL assessment before even talking about price. Took the time to explain to me what was likely happening. When he couldnt clear the drain the first time he called his supervisor (Kenny Kniskern) who had a bigger snake. He came out and even stuck a camera down the pipe to make sure they knew what they were up against. They snaked the drain,got it cleared and honored the promotional pricing!! Would definately recommend these guys! Top notch service

Yelp for the win! I asked around to get recommendations from friends and neighbors and got nothing so relied on Yelp for quotes.

I was having water pressure (low) and didn't know how to adjust that or if I should even be doing that. Gino showed up on time and quickly assessed the  issue, took his time to explain why this is likely the issue. I learned a lot!

The fast and friendly service was enough for me to move forward with the work rather than spend time gathering quotes. I'm sure you can find cheaper but I think you'd be splitting hairs to shave a few bucks.

I was able to get back to my day and enjoy my newly restored water pressure where I can do some laundry AND run the dishwasher at the same time. That is pure luxury!!!

My mom asked me to write this review for our family. We had a mainline back up in our home that was on going for two days. That caused major damage to our third bathroom and half of the bedroom. My mother met Cain as he was working on our neighbors house on his other project and stopped by to ask him about our issue. He immediately rushed over to our house to check out what was going on. He assured us he was going to take care of us. He got his boss in immediately who set up restoration for us and demolished our bathroom so we wouldn't have any mold growing they cleared our line but told us it was going to be a issue within our pipes. About two weeks pass by and my father called elite rooter because as Cain had mentioned it was a problem in our pipes and the mainline backed up again. Elite rooter assured us Cain would be out. He called us to let us know about a ETA because he was on a project in North County. He mentioned he had been working all day long since 8 AM when he arrived it was 8:30 PM out of business hours which we really appreciated him doing when he could've been at home. He stayed out until 1230 midnight determined to take care of this problem for us. When he couldn't clear the issue with the machine he had he told us he could be back out first thing in the morning with power machine. We weren't able to afford it at the time so he gave my parents a tremendous senior discount. He was able to clear the issue that morning as he promised. What a rockstar tech. We appreciate His customer service skills and his knowledge of the work he does we will be calling Elite and recommending them to everyone we know keep up the good work kid you're doing great !

Fair honest and professional. They communicate the issue and how they can fix it.  My issue was not a quick fix.  The associate even though it was super tough on something that should have been simple. They saved me a lot of money by being persistent and getting the job done without it turning into a giant job. (hot cold turning knob broke and no way to remove it for the average person) It's four stars because while they are awesome.
Just wish they could do it all detecting a leak and fixing a slab leak all in the same company would make it 5 star.

As part of a major renovation in 2008 Aaron did an extensive plumbing upgrade on our condo.  His work was really fabulous; it was amazing how he made a difficult plumbing job in a very small place look great.  A small area is difficult to work and Aaron really did a great job at the Condo.  
In 2008 we bought some rentals in Long Beach and we decided to repipe and remodel them. We like Aaron a lot so we had him drive-up from San Diego to do the work in Long Beach.  On the two units, he installed a tub, fixtures, hot & cold copper and complete drain system.  Everything was great and the most cantankerous building inspector even said it was a good job and he found a lot of faults with the electrical and other construction items, but the plumbing sailed through the inspection.  
Over the next few years we bought several more rental units in Long Beach and Imperial Beach and in each case we had Aaron come and do some major plumbing upgrades.  At different times I have had to hire him to replace 4 water heaters, toilets, shower valves and a few other things.  Aaron is very neat and very personable so it is easy to send him to a tenant's house and they all like his work and his most pleasant personality.  
Over the years we have recommended him to people at work and friends; everyone is most satisfied with his work.  If you hire Aaron you will be most satisfied with him.

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.

When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.

We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

Have used larger companies in the past but decided to give local business a try. So glad we did!!  Dave took the time to explain things and even found issues that other plumbers didn't catch.  Matt and team are great to work with.  We feel that they are honest and want to do the job right the first time.

Chris showed up at the scheduled time. He helped us with our problem and was extremely reasonable.

The guys from Paws showed up after an initial request via Yelp in about an hour for a free estimate on putting a new ball valve in my outdoor shower.  Their bid was fair, actually way less than other plumbers who tried to upsell me something I did not need.  They did such a good job that I gave them another job to put a new ball valve and hose bib on my water main.  They accomplished all the work, and cleaned up.  Very professional, courteous, sincere and easy to deal with.  Thank god that I found Paws, I will not be using any other plumber this point forward; I highly recommend Paws.
