Where do I even begin.... I woke up to a horrid smell coming from my bathroom and realized that there was a big problem. There was sewage water pouring from the bottom of my toilet connection and I didn't know what to do. I called Discount Plumbing and A tech came out to assess the problem. He gave me a great price and performed a jetter! This fixed the problem! On top of that, he ran a free full house inspection and ran a camera through my sewer line as well. I could not have asked for a better service!

Daniel does a great job. I neglected my water heater by not draining the sediment and had to get a new one. He showed me what happened so I learned something new and he gives a reasonable rate. No complaints.

All I can say is, Wow!   Armando, Fernando & Alex are excellent at what they do.  Aside from some small toilet work they did for me in the past, I recently (this morning) had a major water leak in my front yard area, they we respectful of my yard and little by little dug up what absolutely needed to be dug up to get to the leaking pipe.  They explained what they were going to do, and walked me through each step as they went, while I was apprehensive they were calm & professional with a nice sense of humor when I needed it.  I called Armando at 8am, and his team was there within 30 minutes.  I truly would/will recommend Eastlake Plumbing to anyone!!!  And btw,  the cost was fair & reasonable.   Seriously they know what their doing  without the bulls*&t!

Kelley did a great job. Had her put led lights up in my daughters room. I have high ceilings so wasn't sure how easy it would be but Kelley got it done! Did a nice job and was very professional and pleasant. I'd definitely hire her again!

Good experience overall in dealing with a stubborn drain clog. The office responded very promptly to a request for a quote over Yelp, and they were able to send someone out that afternoon.

The arrival time was slightly outside the window, but they were apologetic about that. The two guys were very courteous, handled the job without an issue, and were very helpful about explaining what the issue was. They also gave advice that might help us be able to snake it ourselves next time.

When I spoke to the office again to handle payment, I also requested some notes to be added to the invoice for our landlord's benefit, since it sounded like the issue was partially caused by some recent shoddy repairs, and they were super helpful about that as well.

I am very pleased with the service. Fast, unbeatable prices, professional, no surprise charges and exceptional service. They will not leave the work undone.

We found water damage at the top of our kitchen cabinet and called Plumbing Tree for help.  We scheduled an appointment for two days later and Jamie arrived at our house promptly. After inspecting the water damage he did a very thorough job of testing our plumbing to determine where the leak was. Although it doesn't appear we have an active leak, because of Jamie's attention to detail and thorough inspection, I am satisfied that our plumbing is in good standing. In addition, the price was reasonable and Jamie was very friendly.

Excellent! I highly recommend them. Excellent Customer Service. The Technician,  (James), was very professional and skilled. Arrived on time. Their prices are very reasonable. My regular Plumber was unavailable and recommended them, so I felt comfortable calling them. Glad I did!

What more can I say, guys answered the call for my business on a Sunday night when no one else was able to. Showed up 30 minutes later and were able to pressure wash our main drain and i was able to keep my business open for the rest of night. Clean and profesional. Highly recommend.

An outdoor irrigation pipe that had been poorly installed (and designed) a couple of years ago burst when my wife pulled on a garden hose that was attached to it.  She shouldn't have forced it but it was a poor design to begin with.  I, of course, was away on a 2 week business trip and couldn't fix it (which I normally would have tried). Water was apparently spraying out of the pipe so it needed to be fixed immediately.  The first person who could come immediately was Matt at Burtech.  She said he came within minutes.  He fixed it for a price that I thought was a bit pricey but given that it was an emergency and he came right away, I understood.  However, he did tell her that the design was not the best (multiple types of pipes - pvc, copper, etc.) but that he would come back if there were any further issues.  Of course, he was right and it leaked again within a few weeks.  Ultimately, he had to come back a 3rd time to redesign with a new valve.  However, he only charged me for one part after his first visit.  This guy is honest, hard working and most of all ethical.  He took ownership of the repair and didn't charge more even though he made 3 visits.  He will have my plumbing business from now on.

David D. and Antonio came out to clear my OLD drain. Very quick and professional. I highly reccomend their service.

For 15 minutes of work to install a gas valve, they charged $225 which was a total rip-off. They refused to give a quote over the phone despite sending a clear picture of what needed to be installed.

As part of a major renovation in 2008 Aaron did an extensive plumbing upgrade on our condo.  His work was really fabulous; it was amazing how he made a difficult plumbing job in a very small place look great.  A small area is difficult to work and Aaron really did a great job at the Condo.  
In 2008 we bought some rentals in Long Beach and we decided to repipe and remodel them. We like Aaron a lot so we had him drive-up from San Diego to do the work in Long Beach.  On the two units, he installed a tub, fixtures, hot & cold copper and complete drain system.  Everything was great and the most cantankerous building inspector even said it was a good job and he found a lot of faults with the electrical and other construction items, but the plumbing sailed through the inspection.  
Over the next few years we bought several more rental units in Long Beach and Imperial Beach and in each case we had Aaron come and do some major plumbing upgrades.  At different times I have had to hire him to replace 4 water heaters, toilets, shower valves and a few other things.  Aaron is very neat and very personable so it is easy to send him to a tenant's house and they all like his work and his most pleasant personality.  
Over the years we have recommended him to people at work and friends; everyone is most satisfied with his work.  If you hire Aaron you will be most satisfied with him.

Matt did some work on a property I have in Spring Valley.

He was thorough and although less expensive than some of the competition, he did not scrimp on quality.  He persevered with a challenging tenant and did not let it impact his accurate and objective assessment of several plumbing problems that had developed in part from the tenants hard use and in part due to normal wear and tear.  Bottom line,I did not believe the quote inflated at all which is as important to me as ensuring quality to make lasting fixes.

Payment was flexible.  My cashier check to him got tied up in mail due to an address problem (on me) and he was understanding and patient while we resolved the problem.

I will definitely be a repeat customer with this company.

Professional, respectful, on time, reasonable pricing, and just an all around great guy, we had him working in our house for about 3 months on and off during our re-model and in that three months the communication was awesome, work was great and the respect he showed my family was impeccable!! Very impressed with this company. Our hot water heater stop working. Called in the morning to set an appointment. We had a brand new unit professionally installed by the afternoon. Great job!
