I appreciated Express Plumbing's quick response time, and their ability to get me an appointment quickly. The cost to replace my garbage disposal was $250, which is about standard. Unfortunately, the garbage disposal they installed is significantly louder than what I had before; it makes a horrible grinding noise and I try to use it as little as possible.

We've had Chris M. twice in past month for separate issues. Both times he's been on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. Eastlake Plumbing offers quick response time, fair prices, and excellent work.

I was very impressed with Kelley. She arrived promptly and prepared. She listened to what I wanted and set to work, completing the carpentry project I needed done in a very short time. I plan on hiring her again and highly recommend her.

The plumber they sent was great! They kept in communication with me the whole time to let me know when he would arrive, pricing was more than fair, and customer service was just awesome. My job was a simple toilet replacement and they ensured that the job was done right before leaving. I will definitely be using Troy Plumbing again!!

Let me walk you through how and why we went with Home Leak and Drain construction Inc.

In June 2022 We had a bad experience with another plumbing company who could not clear our drain.  They were contracted by our AHS insurance.  They Flooded our kitchen and walked all over our living/dining room and family room with their wet shoes. Because they could not clear the stoppage, they recommended hydro Jetting which they said would cost $725 for cold and $1,250 for hot hydro jetting which is not covered by AHS.
Because of the hydro jetting cost I tried something I saw on You Tube.

After they left I poured a cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar like what I have seen in YOU TUBE. MAGIC!!! It cleared my non draining sink.

7 months later 2-7-2023 my sink clogged again, the baking soda and vinegar didn't do the magic.

2-7-2023 our AHS insurance company contracted QRF plumbing. Benjamin was very professional and punctual, but he could not clear the drain. He recommended Hydro Jetting for which he doesn't do.

Because I was told by the plumbing company in June 2022 that hydro jetting is not covered by AHS,

2-8-2023 I research hydro jetting companies on Yelp.  

Home Leak and Drain Construction Inc had a high rating and the reviews were 4-1/2 stars. Gave them a call and set up an appointment for 2-8-2023. Miguel showed up on time. Very courteous and professionally explained what and how he's going to do Hydro Jetting.

Miguel and Bryan did a step by step process and towards the end he showed the snake with camera that the grease/clog has been cleared.
Very reasonably priced at $475.00 which is $$250.00 less than what I was quoted by the other plumbing company in June 2022.

My husband and I were very pleased with Miguel and Bryan's work!!!

In fairness AHS  is OUTSTANDING in resolving our issues in the past and we're keeping AHS HIGHLY RECOMMEND AHS to all who needs home owners warranty.  

We were Not aware that on 2-10-2023, AHS emailed us that  Your appointment with xxxx has been scheduled for February 13th, 2023 at 3:00pm - 5:00pm PST  the same company who could not clear our sink in June 2022.

I canceled that appointment in the AHS website. Because the issue has been resolved by HOME LEAK AND DRAIN CONSTRUCTION INC!!!

the best plumbers that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring! They do a very good job at what ever task you hire them for. I hired them to clean out all of my drains and toilet pipes because I haven't done that in years and I felt like it needed to be done. They handled it all and left NO mess behind!

What more can I say, guys answered the call for my business on a Sunday night when no one else was able to. Showed up 30 minutes later and were able to pressure wash our main drain and i was able to keep my business open for the rest of night. Clean and profesional. Highly recommend.

My dishwasher was broken and I needed the new one that I had purchased from Home Depot to be installed. Home Depot could not do the installation because I was not equipped with an air gap, so I needed an air gap to be installed along with the dishwasher installation. I called a few different plumbers and True Plumbing had very reasonable hourly rates. They were able to make an appointment to come over on Friday morning at 8 am, after I called them on Wednesday at about 5 pm, so within 1 business day they were there. The installation went well, and the guys did a very good job. Thanks!

And I did.

After submitting my review on 8/26/2020 for the faucet replacement on 8/24/2020 I received the estimate for our sink replacement (with us providing the sink and requiring us to additionally hire another contractor to reinstall our existing R/O system or a new one):  $1289.94 after a 5.8% military discount.  Home Advisor indicates a typical rate nationwide would be between $212 and $562 and for our area would be $270 - $927.  

After asking if the bid was indeed correct (I was advised it was), I also asked again for the list of R/O contractors they would recommend.  They provided one contractor's link:  sandiego.haguewater.com .

We felt overall we received high quality service for a fair, if on the high end, price for the faucet installation initially, but felt the follow-up and high prices for the sink installation bid were disappointing.

Nestor and Joey were great. Came out for a quote and completed the work the next day. Quick responses, solid work, and reasonable prices. Rachel was also great. Definitely recommend and will be calling them for any future issues. Thank you!

Daniel recently installed a whole house Pelican Combo Filter and Water Conditioner to eliminate chloramines and hard water, paired with a reverse osmosis system for fluoride and other impurities that may exist in municipal water. Very pleased, as always, with the quality of work, the ease of communication, professionalism and knowledge over plumbing systems. Daniel narrowed down my whole house filter search to two systems and I decided for the more expensive system as the ongoing maintenance and cost was lower over lifetime of system after initial outlay. In all my research Daniel's recommendations were all on point. I highly reccomend ProMax Tankless for all your plumbing needs.

Joe and his team are top notch professionals. Our water heaters stopped working. Matt came out the next day to evaluate our needs. He was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. The next day his crew arrived on time and installed our brand new water heater in about 3 hours. They took great care to protected our flooring and cleaned up everything upon leaving. We had a gas leak and due to emergency circumstances a few days before Christmas, regrettably went with friend's recommendation instead using YELP.  Quickly realized we needed another plumber and called CML based on their good yelp reviews. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for gas leak related issues based on his work at our house.

Not sensitive to changing needs of customers relative to COVID.

Even prior to COVID who wants multiple technicians or estimators coming out if a quote can be given online. But now during COVID with the recent uptick in COVID cases this is even more important.  

This company is unwilling to provide any kind of ball park estimate on work even if you provide pictures.

Unlike other plumbers who are glad to work with you and give you an idea of what the variables might be, the expected cost, of course with proviso that it could change one way or another if you pick them and they physically come out.

Because of every possible variable cannot be anticipated.

However, if they can't provide an estimate, maybe that means they are inexperienced with what you need done or worse they are trying to prevent you from shopping around.
