Miguel and his team did such a thorough job for my old pipes. I had initially called for just a drain cleaning, but he identified a serious problem with my plumbing. Not only did he find the resources to deal with the emergency problem on my behalf, he also dealt with insurance and my landlord, on top of working on the pipe problem itself. Communication was excellent, and they were so diligent, coming first thing in the morning; such a huge problem was fixed in just a few days. I am so grateful that he was able to detect, and fix, something that could have been a disaster for me in the near future.

We came home to our kitchen sink being clogged. I didn't know who I can call or trust to come in my home during theses times. Not knowing any plumbers,  I had to looked on line and was very nervous. I saw the deal of $69 but  I'm always worry of it being a scam to up charge you when they get here. Hector Ponce Martinez came to my door with a mask and feet covers. Hector was really professional and but me at ease. He had so much knowledge and told me what he was doing. There was no surprises on cost. Unfortunately the problem could not be fix that day. We have to wait for the home owner and get HOA approval. Team Rooter thank you for hiring good people we can trust in our home.

True Plumbing is the most professional plumbing service I have ever worked with.  I emailed for an estimate, and I was emailed back with a detailed, descriptive estimate of all possible fixes, and with a heads-up of what the highest possible price for each fix would be, so that I would not be caught off-guard.  The work was done timely and efficiently.  I am so glad that I have found a trusted plumbing service in North County!

I called Burtech to hopefully, just clean out a blocked line. My washer wasn't draining correctly and water was spilling out all over the garage floor.
Bert was very friendly and laid back, but he also was great and communicated with me every step of the way.
He spent a good amount of time testing the line twice, to make sure that it was sufficiently cleared of debris, and offered suggestions on how to help prevent it from happening again.
The work came with a 90 day guarantee, too.

I contacted several different companies for a drain cleaning quote.  Elite Rooter got back to me quickly and was significantly cheaper than most other companies.  I called them and they were able to send someone out the same day.  Mike (the plumber) gave me a 30 minute heads up and showed up in the time frame they originally quoted.  Nice guy and most importantly he got the job done quite efficiently! Shower drain is working now and he cleaned up the sink too.  5 stars, they'll be my first call anytime I need help in the future.  Thanks, Mike!

For 15 minutes of work to install a gas valve, they charged $225 which was a total rip-off. They refused to give a quote over the phone despite sending a clear picture of what needed to be installed.

Our bathroom sink was clogged and in trying to snake the pipes, I inadvertently push out the p-trap and made a mess with water all over the floor and cabinet.  I noticed that the clog was in the pipe going into the main line.  I search for a local plumbing services and after call a few, California Plumbing quoted the best price and was able to do the draining services the same day.  They also had a special and coupon for those needed service, very nice bonus.  They arrived on time, was unclogged in 20 min.  Tested drainage and left everything cleaned.   Amazing service, will highly recommend.   Answered all my questions and very professional.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about tankless water heaters (most plumbers aren't!). He not only troubleshot to get to the root cause and fixed my problem (a burst heating element), he also educated me about the system that I have, best practices to extend the life of it, and what he was doing as he went through troubleshooting. Customer service is A++. Also showed up on time and is a great communicator. I will DEFINITELY call Daniel again when I need help with plumbing.

Our water heater started overflowing on Tuesday night, too late to contact anyone. Got ahold of Matt early this morning and he worked with me to get over here early to check it out.
