Called in the morning and they had someone out within 2 hours. Cody was great and handled the job professionally. This also happened during the Covid 19 quarantine and he showed up with a mask and gloves, which I appreciate! Great job!

We had an old leaky water heater and needed a repair. They offered a replacement with a tankless one at a reasonable cost and completed the whole job in a few hours with service next day, too. I was so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency, we hired them for a second job repairing our water shut-off in the front of the house. Great work from honest people! Their number is on speed dial in our phones now. Thank you!

Plumber got back within minutes of reaching out for an estimate  very fast and polite. I could not use him for my additional pluming needs but a very nice man.

Read Kelley's great Yelp reviews.  Contacted her and got a fast response.  Scheduled an appointment quickly and easily.  Kelley came over and did the job quickly, efficiently, and with high quality (plus a few more things we threw her way).  Prices were transparent and fair.

I was unable to have my new washer installed because the cold water valve was frozen.  Of course, this happened on a weekend!  Troy Plumbing had Rafael at my home first thing Monday morning.  He had to go pick up the part, but he had it installed and working in record time, allowing me to meet my daughter and granddaughter for a much needed girl-time movie.  Good job!

These guys were great for clearing up our drain issue. They were very straight forward with their pricing before coming out. Other contractors wanted to come out to provide a quote to clear a drain.
Migual and his partner came out and figured out where the problem was and charged me the exact amount that was quoted.
Migual was very communicative and friendly throughout the process and I appreciated it.

I had a clogged kitchen drain and called at 7:09 am. They were able to come at 9:30. He arrived on time and communicated appropriately. The line was clogged with grease and needed to be cleared out. He charged me what he said he would and showed me the results with a camera. Professional, timely and did a great job.

Fantastic service.  Prompt and very friendly.  Had a professional come out during the scheduled time.  Also called me 20 minutes before showing up and also when arriving.  Unfortunately the professional was not able to fix the problem but referred me to a company that they have worked with previously which was a great help.  Also I was not charged for the visit as they could not solve the problem even though they attempted to.  I will definitely use this company again in the future without question.

I had a clogged toilet since yesterday. Called Burtech and they were available to fix it in one hour ! Great customer service. Elbert was very professional. He even gave us suggestions on what we can do if it happens again. Price was very reasonable.

They are literally the best. My tenants threw some beef bones in the disposal and it die work anymore. The company helped me to fix it in 5 mins and it's service is just amazing. Highly recommend!!

We had Black Mountain Plumbing come out for an estimate then repair faucets, unclog drains, and replace the water heater in our 5 bathroom, 15 year old home.  Robert was extremely easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and effectively educated us on all of our options for repair and replacement.  He and his crew were on time and worked efficiently to complete the job on schedule as promised.  Their work is high quality and we are happy with the results.  We highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing!

When our water heater started leaking at 10pm, it caused a great deal of stress and anxiety, I sent an estimate request through yelp, and within minutes I not only had a reply from Daniel, but an official estimate and a scheduled time for the next morning for him to come and replace it! He showed up on time, and did an excellent job! It is obvious that he cares about quality, and took the time to be sure everything was done right! He did such an awesome job that we have hired him to install our much longed for whole house filtration system! I definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done!

We were without water and I Yelped 24 plumber CML among other names came up but reviewing all the comments I knew CML was going to be the one I will call.  Chris came around 9:30pm left around midnight and fixed our leak.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.  I highly recommend Chris and his CML company.  Chris thank you again.
