Travis responded quickly and was very thorough throughout the entire process. Knowledgeable, efficient  and professional.

I reached out because I was instructed by a pair of delivery men that I needed to replace my gas and water valves before they could install a new laundry unit. I received an incredibly fast response and a reasonable quote for both valves . He came out within the hour and within another hour he was completed. On top of that he informed me that there was actually nothing wrong with the gas valve and that the delivery people likely just hadn't seen one like that before and showed me how to prove to them it was fully functional.

He knew I had not even looked at the valve before he came out I just took the delivery guys word for it and still went out of his way to inform me I didn't need to spend the money on the gas valve, which I really appreciate. His final quote did not change for the valve that I did need as well which I really appreciated.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks.

Great company! Reached out to Mike this morning to have some hose bibs replaced and irrigation capped off. They came out just a few hours later and did great work and were extremely reasonable price-wise. Thanks for the quick and great work! Highly recommended!

Leon and team did a great job fixing a shower leak, getting the sink angle stops replaced and changing out toilet parts in my oldish home. He's very honest with pricing. Cleaned up after their work. Very nice and professional business. Will be reaching out again to help fix my gas fireplace. Would definitely recommend to others.

These guys are the greatest. I called on a Saturday, he called me back within 10 minutes, this was around 11 and he said could come today but it would be late. He came at 3.  Super nice, did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink, and for less than the price he quoted me- so very honest too. Definitely recommend.

Jason at Affordable Drain was amazing. He and Nate came right when promised and did a fantastic job of both analyzing our drainage situation by camera-ing lines and analyzing water flow.
They detected several drainage pipe breaks as well as root intrusion which they then jetted to restore proper drainage.
Finally, Jason drew up a drainage plan and recommended installing additional drains in several areas to ensure we'd never have water intrusion into our house again.
Much more technically experienced than any drain company I've ever worked with. And delightful to work with  as well.

Called Troy on Thursday and asked if they could do work on Monday or Tuesday.  He called me back in 30 and said Tuesday morning, 9AM.  I needed them to replace a kitchen faucet and supply valves.  Troy advised against buying the super cheap, Glacier Bay brand, warning that it would fail in a few years and he charges the same to install a better quality brad.  Later at Home Depot I text him, Moen or Delta.  He quickly responds, Moen.  

8:55 on Tuesday Troy and Curtis arrive.  Curtis gets to work under my kitchen sink.  I asked Troy about another issue which involves pipes in a crawl space that has a ton of cobwebs.  Troy crawls into the space and emerges with an answer that doesn't involve more work for him.  

They finished the sink job and when I asked if they would unblock a toilet, Troy tells me that he's happy to charge me $150, but that I could also get an auger from HD and save the money.  When a craftsman advises me to not pay him, that impresses the heck out of me.  I did get the auger, and unblocked it myself.  

I don't mind paying good money for good work.  Troy and Curtis deliver excellent work, on time, and clean up after them selves.  I highly recommend them.

We had Christian come today to help with a drain, he as on time, kind incredibly professional and expert knowledge.  We will use his service again and recommend him to all our friends and family.  His prices are reasonable and honest.

These folks are great! I posted a request online at 6:30am Monday and Jose (Joe) responded within a few minutes with  two available times that day. I chose 11am and I couldn't be happier when Joe and David showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work. Within about 30 minutes, they had not only resolved my immediate issue but went out of the way to be sure that I wouldn't have the same issue again for a long time. Not only were they professional, but also friendly and informative. I will for sure not hesitate to call them in the future for any plumbing needs!!!

Fixed my covering after last company refuse to put it back. All without charge and next business day! I'll use them next year for the test.

E drains unclogged a main line for me that another plumbing company was not able to unclog with their snake. Clog was about 70ft in and they did it through the roof. Other plumbing company suggested a much most costly repair or digging and replacing cast iron pipe.

Darell was available quickly which worked out for my needs. Did a great job fixing a gutter and kept the site clean. Easy to get a hold of, very responsive on keeping me up to date on when he would be able to come by. Was on time and got the job done.

I was not in my right mind when I thought it was okay to put grits down the garbage disposal. The sink instantly clogged up and the pipes started leaking! I called 805 Plumbing and spoke to Carlos. He was friendly and willing to help me ASAP. More importantly, he was honest and told me that he wouldn't be available to come fix my sink until the evening but I would be charged an after hours rate. I appreciate Carlos being so forthcoming about the after hours rate, he was trying to save me some money. Then he suggested the following morning and that was perfect. The next morning he texted me updates so I would know approximately when to expect him. That is great customer service and put me at ease to know that he hadn't forgot about my appointment to fix my kitchen sink. Anyway, he evaluated the problem, got the parts, and fixed it quite quickly! He also explained what he fixed and provided me a few suggestions. Thank you 805 Plumbing!!

Clint came to our house to check our leaking water heater and determined that the problem was the connecting piping above the water heater, went out and bought some pipe and repaired the leak. We saved thousands of dollars not having to replace our existing water heater. so happy I called them and I will again.
