I had very positive experience working with Travis. He is professional, communicate well and promptly. Arrive the site on time, with professional equipments, job well done. I am in needs of good plumbing companies constantly and for sure plan to use vessel plumbing going forward.

Scott was referred to us by our neighbor. Called Scott and he picked up right away. Explained the issue over the phone and thought it would be the water pressure regulator. Came over within 2 hours and worked his magic and determined it was just air in our water lines. He went to each area to run the water for a few minutes to bleed out the air and everything was back to normal. Thank you again Scott!

Back in 2011, Mike was the middle quote out of three for a complete repipe, after a slab leak and flood. First he said it would take a week, then he showed up with a whole crew, and finished the job in ONE DAY! Professional, clean, no leaks yet. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is that on subsequent small jobs, his prices seemed a bit high .For large plumbing jobs, he gets 5 stars, most definitely.

Leon was excellent! Responsive, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Would work with him anytime. Multiple plumbers came and did not fix it, but Leon did.

So we had a leak in a pipe before the cut off valve to the house. It was going to the yard sprinklers, maybe. David comes out looks at the problem and figures out it's a old line no longer needed. Fixes it in 10 minutes. Problem fixed, on with the weekend!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that was quite concerning. Touchdown to the rescue! Once again Rich & his team saved the day! Every time we have had a plumbing issue occur, Touchdown has responded right away, with quick and extremely affordable service. We have found our plumber for years to come, and I encourage everyone to jump on the Touchdown bandwagon!!!

Gabe responded to my request very quickly and was able to take care of the kitchen in my rental the next day. He called me after the job was done to explain his work and described other possible issues that may occur in the future. He was professional and will be my go-to person for jobs at the house. I highly recommend him!

I live in an old house in Clairemont that was built in the 1950s. As such the drains are very small. I usually call these guys out about once a year either as preventative maintenance or when a drain backs up. Today Waylon came out and was very quick, kind,  and efficient. Troy was very responsive and answered a lot of questions (excellent communication). He was very professional and friendly and showed up to the property with a facial mask (kept all safety precautions during this pandemic). Very reasonably pricing and was very efficient when completing the task (I had draining issues with my bathtub and Troy fixed the issues quickly, free of any mess or issues).

Christian is a great guy, pure pro... knowledgeable, friendly, and stuck around to make sure a particularly tough job got done right. He then charged me less than he probably should have despite circumstances causing the job to take far longer than any of us could have guessed. We'll definitely be using him for any future plumbing work.

E drains unclogged a main line for me that another plumbing company was not able to unclog with their snake. Clog was about 70ft in and they did it through the roof. Other plumbing company suggested a much most costly repair or digging and replacing cast iron pipe.

Darell was available quickly which worked out for my needs. Did a great job fixing a gutter and kept the site clean. Easy to get a hold of, very responsive on keeping me up to date on when he would be able to come by. Was on time and got the job done.

Our water bill doubled during the most recent billing cycle and suspected a water leak. Called a couple of plumbing and leak detection companies with great Yelp reviews and all provided me with competitive estimates. Selected Acculine Leak Detection and Chris came by for the detection and gave me the option to replace the leaking pipe.  Chris and his plumbing crew took care of the issue for only one day. So far no issues after a few days. Because of quality workmanship and reasonable cost, I highly recommend Chris for all leak detection and plumbing needs.

I had a major unexpected plumbing issue and Ideal Plumbing took care of everything. I felt as though I was in good hands EVERY step of the way. Dustin was knowledgeable and trustworthy from the first interaction. He kept me posted every step of the way and took special care to ensure I had an understanding of the work being done. I have never needed a plumber until I needed a plumber. I feel confident in the work they have done and do not foresee needing more work in the future because they completely fulfilled the repairs that were needed. We called Carlos one night when our toilet stopped flushing. I had noticed that water had been leaking out of the side of the house for a while, so we were really worried that this would be a major problem and cost a lot of money. He came over right away and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. He explained what was going on and gave us a few options. He was great at explaining everything and calming us down in the process and luckily was able to resolve the problem without costing much at all.

We will call him in the future for any other issues we have because of how fast, friendly, and professional he was to deal with.

Very satisfied with my experience with Happy plumbing. The communication with Travis was super easy and he got back to me fast and multiple times. When he came to do the work he was very professional and courteous and even humored us with looking at a few down the road projects and gave us his opinion.
