We have been working with Anchor plumbing for a while. Paul is an outstanding business man. He installed a new sink and faucet, performed some water heater upgrades in our previous home. Just a few days ago he installed a water Softner and reverse osmosis drinking water system in our new home. He explained how everything works and let us know that he's just a phone call away if we have any questions about the systems.Great pricing and outstanding workmanship.

We tend to let our plumbing needs accumulate and then call Brad. Extremely reasonably priced and always on time. We had him install a point-of-use hot water heater we bought online, install a new faucet, and auger a drain for us (removing a lot of hair!) Brad's friendly and great to work with, and we'll definitely call him again in the future.

Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. Contacted BG Plumbing after reading good reviews in Yelp. Tsanko picked up the phone immediately and was in my home in less than an hour. The job was to connect the gas line to the newly installed gas cooktop and install the regulator, shut-off valve, piping etc., He quickly went to Homedepot after doing the initial inspection and was back in a zip and finished the job in no time. He was very professional and knowledgable. Honest person and the quote was very very reasonable for the job. I would definitely call him for all my future plumbing works and would highly recommend him. Moreover, he is a local business man too. Thanks Tsanko.

Andre's Pro Plumbing responded right away to my question on yelp. Looking at the ratings I figured I would give them a chance, and sure glad I did. Joaquin called and said he finished a job early and would come early if I was available. He showed and completed the work making sure to not leave a mess. He was very considerate and made sure we were comfortable by having PPE equipment  cause of Covid-19 going on right now. After the work was complete he double checked to make sure everything was operating properly which led me to inquire about replacing my water softener. He explained that I had more options then to just replace by calling the manufacturer ( brand name ) and having a rebuild done on it to work again and would be cheaper then replacing, and that is what put it over the top for me. Instead of trying to take my money for a quick job he gave me options and wasn't pushing his product. I booked a appointment for him to come install one in a few days. Just had Blue Lion out to install a water softener I purchased.  He was fast and explained the work well.  He was very professional and cleaned up after work was done. I would definitely use them again.

Dennis (and his son) were assigned to fix my heater as a part of my home warranty on the 21st, contacted me on the 22nd, and had me back in business on the 23rd. They were on time (calling when 30 min away), wiped their feet, and were quiet (while I was working from home). After checking things out, my unit was fixed in under an hour. Grateful for their punctuality and work.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.  

Stay away!

We were customers for 10 years but no more.  Although they have always charged high prices, we thought that they were at least honest but  they flat out lied to us during our last service call.

Our heater (that we purchased from them) stopped working in 22 degree weather.  They came the next day and diagnosed a faulty blower motor.  The part was under warranty but we would be charged for labor - $788 which seemed high.  My husband called the service department and was told it would take 3 to 3.5 hours to repair which made the price seem a little more reasonable.  The service manager even offered to apply a $50 coupon to the total bringing it to $728.   What a great guy right??

The technician arrived the next day and completed the repair in less than one hour.  I have since found out that there is no way that repair would EVER take 3 hours.  The service manager lied to us and took advantage of the fact that we were without heat for 4 days in 20 degree.  We were essentially charged $728 an hour for labor.  They also have a neat trick where they provide you a bill that simple says, Heater repair.  No breakdown of charges or time spent at all.  Nice.

So goodbye, William Henderson.  After 10 years, a sewer pipe replacement, repairs for a rental home oil burner, many yearly checkups and a new heating system, we will be finding a new heating company.  Just in time too, cause we need a new air conditioning unit.....

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
