The day after we closed on our house, we had water shooting out of a pipe in our front yard! Not a good welcome to the neighborhood. Anchor Plumbing was able to quickly get us on their schedule and fix the issue. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone and when doing the repairs. Will most definitely call them for any future needs!!

A very rude person, I called to ask for a quote and he quote me something with a huge range. I then asked if he could come by when ever he was in my part of the town and he started going on about how he would loose business  if he did that. OMG, i was just asking as I wanted a quote, if the range was in few hundred $$ i was even fine but said it all depends on what have to replaced. I would stay away from people like this. He needs to tone himself down and be at least less rude to win new business. He could be a one man show and I understand he can't drive all around town but working with your customer as I was very flexible and he was point blank rude. Watch out if you are a new customer.

Very responsive (a rarity among contractors from my experience), friendly, professional, and fair rates. They did a great (and fast)  job replacing a toilet for me and based on this experience I would certainly recommend them to others.

Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

Adam and Cody are great. They were quick to respond and quick to take care of all our needs. They were very informative and explained everything very well. Andre's Pro Plumbing responded right away to my question on yelp. Looking at the ratings I figured I would give them a chance, and sure glad I did. Joaquin called and said he finished a job early and would come early if I was available. He showed and completed the work making sure to not leave a mess. He was very considerate and made sure we were comfortable by having PPE equipment  cause of Covid-19 going on right now. After the work was complete he double checked to make sure everything was operating properly which led me to inquire about replacing my water softener. He explained that I had more options then to just replace by calling the manufacturer ( brand name ) and having a rebuild done on it to work again and would be cheaper then replacing, and that is what put it over the top for me. Instead of trying to take my money for a quick job he gave me options and wasn't pushing his product. I booked a appointment for him to come install one in a few days. Great service, great work ethic, and great company with a high amount of integrity! Thank you Joaquin!

Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

I went without water for almost 2 weeks (due to a slab leak) and had 2 other plumbers come out prior to Blue Lion Plumbing. I was about to get a loan for $10,000.00 to re-pipe my whole house, since the plumbers had told me that they were going to need to do a partial re-pipe which was going to be almost half of the price of the whole downstairs re-pipe. I decided to just get a loan and be done with the problem, but my husband had been given a glowing reference by one of his customers for Blue Lion Plumbing. She told my husband that the plumber did a great job and he had been able to complete the job for her plumbing at around half the price of other plumbers! We decided to go ahead and try one more plumber before getting that loan and I'm so glad we did!!!!!! Martin Rich came out the next day (since I work from home I scheduled with him to come by any time he could the next day- if he could squeeze us in). He looked at the property and just started digging. He found the leak (it was at the edge of the slab) and was able to fix it the same day!!!!! Then came the bill...
The LOWEST plumbing bill I have ever paid (and I've had quite a few)!!! It ended up costing less than the cost of American Leak Detection (who wasn't able to schedule me for over 2 weeks)!!!!!! He did an amazing job and he did the job for the most unbelievable price!!!!!!!!

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)
Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

My tech mike was great. The issue I have was the young lady Olivia in the office. I had called earlier in the day to schedule my heater to be serviced. Apparently I was not using the correct terminology as she so kindly pointed out  that was is considered  Maintenance. She said they don't not schedule those appointments on the weekend and the next available appointment would have been mid December. I told her I would call back Monday to schedule an appointment for maintenance.
Later I found out the temperature would drop to 32ﾟ that night so I decided to turn the heat on. When it did not come on and I sought help to light the pilot but it would not stay lit.  I call the office back to get an emergency appointment and spoke with the same young lady who gave me attitude as if I was lying about the situation. I have an infant and a young child and dropping temperatures and did not have time for her attitude.
She call back to tell me that there was a technician that could be there within the hour but I had left to go by space heaters because I did not believe she would send a Tech out. Someone was speaking to me and she proceeded to yell both of you could not speak at the same time.  I admit she was on the car speaker and it can sound loud and choppy sometime.  It was how she said it with negative connotations.  By this time I was like go fuck yourself but I had small children to think about.
In the future maybe this young lady can understand trying to get service on during the holiday season is stressful enough this is another bill on top of everything else and people don't need stink attitudes to go with it.

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
