I needed a shut off valve for the gas line so I could use my new gas range as I was switching from electric to gas. Anchor came out the next day and installed the shut off valve and gas line to reach my new range. They could have stopped there as that was all they were required to do, but they hooked up the range, made sure there were no leaks and removed all the packaging from the range. They then realized that I didn't have the correct outlet behind my range. Since I wasn't moved into the home yet I didn't have an extension cord to plug in the range. They went to their truck, got an extension cord, and proceeded to verify that the range was properly working before they left. They definitely went above and beyond! Thank you for a great job!!

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Lion. My home warranty company, AHS, and their ZERO star vendor were trying to rob and up sell me. Martin came to my home on a Wednesday, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and replaced my water heater and PRV that Saturday. I'm sure he would have replaced the heater quicker if I didn't have to fight with AHS for a reimbursement. The previous company told me that I needed additional work to my shower and other water heater, when in fact I did not. Martin's wife, Heather, was a pleasure to work with as well. She was quick to respond to my text messages and really tried to work with me after I told her the problems I was having with the other company. I finally have hot water, decent water pressure and no water hammering in my home! Thank you, Martin!!! I have an old house with baseboard heater and boiler. He had the exact knowledge I needed and handled it no problem. If you are a sensitive person he might offend you, but he is open, honest and tells it like it is. He did walk right in and to the basement without saying a word at first but he answered questions and was cool to me. He has a certain sense of humor that can go over some peoples heads. Even showed me a few things with my system. I had a Yelp 5 star company come out only to try to charge me for something I didn't need at this moment, I just needed my heater on without the extra bs.

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!
You are making a mistake if you do not call them for all of your needs. Highly recommend all of their services.

I called them about my leaking outside spigot on Monday and it was fixed Tuesday morning. They had to cut a whole in my wall and add a shut off valve in very tight quarters. The put a cover on it so it looks nice. They were pricey but I'm happy the work is done.

The leak detection side of their offerings was fine.

However, I made the mistake of hiring them for their plumbing. Their plumber found the most roundabout, expensive way to resolve the issue and turned a $400-$500 fix into a $2500 fix.

Even once it was fixed, it started leaking again a few weeks later. This was supposed to be covered by my warranty, but they wanted more money.I ended up paying another $250 so they would do the fixe the way it should've been done in the first place.

If you use them to find your leak, do not under any circumstances hire them to fix anything.
