We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task.

Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. He even gave me information to pass along to my drywall guy on what was done.

I did find it a rather high price for what I considered a low difficulty, non-urgent request, and the invoice didn't have a breakdown to show that the fee had indeed been waived, which is why they're only at four stars. At least they take checks!

I'll be keeping these guys in mind for the next repair!

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)
Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

I called Guarantee late on a Friday to help diagnose a low water pressure issue. They had someone out first thing Monday morning.

When they knocked on the door, the technicians were wearing masks and made sure it was ok for them to enter. While one checked the pressure outside, another allowed me to show them what was happening inside.

The technician told me the pressure was low and there were a few things it could be. He walked me over to the water line boxes near the curb and showed me the water pressure regulator valve. He explained that it could be that it just needed to be adjusted. He talked me through everything he was doing while he did it. Meanwhile, as he made adjustments, the other tech was taking reading at the hose bib.

After he righted the pressure to 70 PSI, he said he wouldn't charge me the full amount and only charged $45!

They were gone and my problem was fixed in 20 minutes! I felt like they were very transparent about what needed to be done.

My husband called them and they did arrive within hours.  But, they came and looked at our water heater issue, took $39 for show up fee and we never heard from them again.  They said they would give us a quote.  Nothing!  They even asked to use our bathroom during a pandemic.  

Stay away!

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.

I called Guarantee Plumbing after coming home from vacation to find my house flooded from a broken pipe in my bathroom. Guarantee plumbing sent their plumbers to my house the same day. I believe one of plumbers name was Manuel. Manuel was very professional and explained in detail to what needed done. The two plumbers who came to my house stopped the water and fixed the piping quickly and also helped me clean up the water. Guarantee plumbing went out of their way to resolve my problem.
I will definitely recommend Guarantee plumbing to any oh my friends and relatives.

I was quoted in $89 fee as an hourly rate over the phone but when the plumber left after 20 minutes of labor he charged me $297. $45 was for Parts and $252 was for labor for 20 minutes of work which is highway robbery do not call guarantee plumbing

By far the best service I have ever received! AC went out on a long holiday weekend. A tech was dispatched and was able to get the unit running even though it was in need of replacement. Replacement quote was very competitive and complete and upgraded system was ordered and installed without haste. Techs were very courteous, professional and clean. Follow up calls made by Guarantee Plumbing & AC to check on the service received and to ensure our satisfaction. Service was so great that I signed up for their Plumbing and HVAC maintenance plan!!

I made an appointment with them and they didn't show. I called and they seemed to forget my appointment but insisted I was on the list. They offered to reschedule, without apology.  I went with another plumber and saved some money.

Best plumbing service ever!!!!  Troy King was at my house in less than an hour after I called. Replaced my water softener and worked with me on the price.  Did a number of small plumbing jobs as well.  I will always use this company for all my plumbing needs!  The company also gives a 10% military discount.  Troy was very professional and knowledgable and went the extra mile to complete the job.

This is the second time I have had to use Guarantee for service and both times we have received excellent service by the technician Bill. This time he had an assistant with him. We had a clogged drain and he listened carefully to my description of the problem and you could see him thinking as I was talking. Because we live in a mobile home, Bill has a unique perspective because he has lived in one, too, so he is familiar with the issues of mobile homes. He then went out to our clean out plug and started his investigation and easily saw that the problem was downstream of that point and it was the park's problem. He then went over to the park office, explained everything to them and got a commitment from them to fix the problem. Then he came back in to my wife and I, explained everything to use, told us we were only liable for the service diagnosis charge of $39.95. We gladly paid him, chit-chat for a minute or two and said we'd see him in two more years. Don't hesitate to use this company.

Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Guarantee Plumbing arrived an hour late to the appointment my wife scheduled days in advance.  The plumber did not apologize or acknowledge he was late.  I showed him the drain that was clogged, it was a simple clog and the only reason we hired a plumber was to save us a trip to home depot to buy a $26.91 pipe snake router (already ruined by Guarantee Plumbing being an hour late).  This appointment was originally supposed to be a Free Estimate.  After Guarantee's employee went to the laundry room to the clogged drain, he asked, Do you want the free estimate, or do you want me to just take care of it?  This is where I made my mistake, I said, I would like for you to just take care of it, knowing all the steps he had to take to unclog this drain.  Expectedly, he finished the job within 15 minutes using his pipe snake router attachment to his power drill.  I said Thank you for the help.  He then went off to take care of the invoice.  When he got back he gave me the invoice for $218.00.  This was simply ridiculous.  There was a $25 trip fee that didn't make much sense since it as a free estimation to begin with but, whatever, he did service the drain, that's fine.  Then, there was the $193 drain clog removal fee.  For 15 minutes of work and after being unapologetically late I paid Guarantee Plumbing $772 an hour.  I understand that it was my mistake to ask him to Go ahead and take care of it, but an honest company would see that their invoice was WAY off base, and in order to keep their clientele, change the invoice to something a little more reasonable.  In the end they did refund $50 making my payment $573.00 an hour, which is still outrageous.  I guarantee I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.   After all this they called me and accused me of not paying my bill, I read them my receipt and explained to them that this was a clerical error on their part.  This has been a nightmare.
