Best Plumbing Services in United States
Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. I recommend Keith for his professional service, excellent communication, and great value.

I've been a customer for 12 years. Plumb Medic has done everything from the little replace the valve behind the toilet to major kitchen and bathroom overhauls. Today it was the outside water valve which I forgot to drain last fall. Joe and Kevin are really friendly and professional. The work they do is solid. The parts they use are high quality. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Simply the best. We had a problem with our plumbing that other plumbers couldn't fix. Experience really does matter. They fixed it quickly and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

5 stars. Got the best price among those that I requested quote and was even the first one to reply. Hesitant at first since I saw no reviews on his profile. Came on time. Did the job fast and disposed the old water heater quick. Definitely will contact him again should I need plumbing job.

Mark and Jacob do great work. Timely and reasonably priced, and most importantly...trustworthy.

Really nice guys and great plumbers. We recently bought a house that had been vacant two years. The sellers had to replace several corroded plumbing fixtures before the close, and when our shower and sink didn't work right we thought for sure they needed to be replaced too. Mike and Dan took them both apart, oiled them up, and got them running like new. Saved us a fortune.

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.
They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.
Completely recommend.

I called Roger Ross Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor. The Patriarch has his own bathroom next to his bedroom, this is good because at almost 87 years of age and with declining mobility, he needs this. Dad's toilet had been clogging on and off, and we decided it was time for a professional.
Plumber came out on Friday, two days ago, and fixed the toilet. This morning it clogs again, and we can't get it unclogged. We called and had to leave a message. I explained what happened and that they were just here.
I get a text back from Marina, and, well, see the screenshots. The earliest they say they can come back is this THURSDAY 4/15 and no, I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow about this.
This is completely unacceptable and terrible service. It would be one thing if they hadn't JUST BEEN HERE to fix this exact problem.
Don't use them. Anyone who would think it's just fine to leave a mobility challenged senior citizen with a waste filled toilet for four days that they just fixed should not be in business.

Called guarantee and spoke to Debbie, very friendly and accommodating, we received a quote within a few hours and then had Jim and little Jimmy came
out within 2 days to fix our plumbing issues. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fixed everything to perfection, also left the areas as clean as they found it, needless to say we are impressed and will definitely use their services again. Thank you

wasted my time for 3 days and my tenant had no water. I called them several times to get an estimate and to see when they could come out. They never got back to me, gave me the run around and now they are playing games with the phone when I call to get an answet. Wow what a bunch of A*******.

Use at your own peril as apparently flooding your basement is considered business as usual to them! Hired a plumber from this service yesterday morning to disconnect a washing machine & to replace an expansion tank on my water heater in my basement. The plumber switched out the expansion tank and this change resulted in my water heater FLOODING my basement the SAME DAY. My husband went into our basement to retrieve something and noticed the water spewing out of the release valve and rapidly encroaching towards the finished portion of our basement. My husband and I had to frantically shop vac an inch of standing water out of our basement and called their emergency service. The plumber on call came out and noted that he thought the work done by the first plumber was faulty. Masciantonio is now denying this claim, and they won't even reimburse us for this service as they said no lasting harm was done via pictures submitted AFTER we removed the water with buckets and our shop vac. The owner's refusal to admit fault and pay us back for this shoddy service and the inconvenience & stress is a reflection of their poor work quality and management. Apparently they claimed this can just happen, but I want to know why charge for a service with the confidence it can be performed competently when your people can clearly not?

They never called me back! So after waiting 24 hours, I called a different plumber who answered the phone and came out immediately.

I love this company and have been using them since they installed my HVAC system a number of years ago. We are also Preferred Partner members. So why a 3 star review?
On August 18th, I scheduled my winter service check up. It was set for 10/17/22. I got the emails and texts confirming the appointment even as late as the evening of 10/16. The morning of 10/17, after taking off from work to meet the technician, I got a call saying I need to reschedule my appt since there are many customers who have no service and they take priority. They rescheduled my check up for 12/1! I asked them if they knew about the backlog for so long, why didn't they let me know earlier...or did it just happen overnight?
Hope they earn a 5 star review from me again like I usually give them, after my Dec 1 check up. Hope they don't 'forget' my appointment.

I have a defective sewer lateral write up from the city. The repair job involves a lot of street digging before the pipe can be replaced. I am so glad to have found Bart Emanuel & Son for the job. Joe and his crew definitely have the experience, tools and equipment to get the job done right, and their cost is very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended.

Although it took 4 days and two different technicians, we are very satisfied with the service we received. The tech arrived within the time window. Someone always called ahead to alert us to their arrival. Two different parts were ordered for the problem, however we were only charged for the one that actually solved the problem. The tech worked hard to diagnose and solve our problem, working late into the afternoon, rather than have us be without heat for yet another day.
We will definitely call Horizon and ask for Jason should we have another further difficulties.

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:
$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet
If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
