Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. I recommend Keith for his professional service, excellent communication, and great value.

5 stars. Got the best price among those that I requested quote and was even the first one to reply. Hesitant at first since I saw no reviews on his profile. Came on time. Did the job fast and disposed the old water heater quick. Definitely will contact him again should I need plumbing job.

My hot water heater sprang a leak right before New Year's Eve day, and I called Mark Wallace of Wallace Plumbing  & Heating for assistance.  Mark promptly returned my call, collected needed information, provided a reasonable quote for service, and proceeded to immediately order the replacement unit to be shipped to the distributor.  Speaking to Mark on the phone multiple times--as he always returned my calls very quickly--convinced me he is very experienced and knowledgeable.

His crew arrived with the new water heater which they installed in an efficient manner, and my inspection of their work revealed neat, clean connections.  The new unit was fired up and worked perfectly.  Mark handed me the Use & Care Manual for this water heater--something many contractors do not perform--and his crew left the area clean and spotless.

Overall, the service provided by Wallace Plumbing & Heating was superb, and reflects a degree of precision and meticulousness that is unfortunately uncommon on the part of many service providers.  I will continue to utilize Wallace Plumbing & Heating for all my plumbing needs, and will refer Wallace Plumbing & Heating to my family members and friends as well.

Had a great experience with Mr. Tubs. Matt was vouched for by a plumber I trusted who didn't have availability, as 'trustworthy and doing good work.' Stephanie reached out right away and got me scheduled. Matt communicated with me as he was in route to my house. He provided me with a couple of estimates for work I am planning to do in the next year or so, and proposed an alternative solution to one of my issues. He then got to work replacing my outdoor tap. Work was done well using materials of good quality. My overall impression of Mr. Tubs: reliable & communicative, reasonably priced, amiable, honest, high quality work. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to a friend.

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.

They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.

I called Roger Ross Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor.  The Patriarch has his own bathroom next to his bedroom, this is good because at almost 87 years of age and with declining mobility, he needs this. Dad's toilet had been clogging on and off, and we decided it was time for a professional.  

Plumber came out on Friday, two days ago,  and fixed the toilet.  This morning it clogs again, and we can't get it unclogged.  We called and had to leave a message. I explained what happened and that they were just here.  

I get a text back from Marina, and, well, see the screenshots.  The earliest they say they can come back is this THURSDAY 4/15 and no, I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow about this.  

This is completely unacceptable and terrible service.  It would be one thing if they hadn't JUST BEEN HERE to fix this exact problem.  

Don't use them.  Anyone who would think it's just fine to leave a mobility challenged senior citizen with a waste filled toilet for four days that they just fixed should not be in business.

Called yesterday around noon for a water heater leaking water. I was told no one could get out yesterday but they would be in touch first thing this morning to schedule someone to come out. First thing turned into 10am when I had to call for an update. I was told someone would call by Noon to confirm when a Tech became available. Noon turned into 2:30pm when I had to call back for another update where I was told I was next and would get a call within the hour to confirm when a Tech was in route to my address. I finally received a call back from these guys at 2;45 only to be told Sorry, no one would be able to make out to my address today.
I've had it up to here...with water!!!!

Nickles is the best plumbing company they go above and beyond too help and are reasonably priced the gentleman who came and did the work in my bathroom was very professional thank you Rich and thank you Nickles for all your help

Use at your own peril as apparently flooding your basement is considered business as usual to them! Hired a plumber from this service yesterday morning to disconnect a washing machine & to replace an expansion tank on my water heater in my basement. The plumber switched out the expansion tank and this change resulted in my water heater FLOODING my basement the SAME DAY. My husband went into our basement to retrieve something and noticed the water spewing out of the release valve and rapidly encroaching towards the finished portion of our basement. My husband and I had to frantically shop vac an inch of standing water out of our basement and called their emergency service. The plumber on call came out and noted that he thought the work done by the first plumber was faulty. Masciantonio is now denying this claim, and they won't even reimburse us for this service as they said no lasting harm was done via pictures submitted AFTER we removed the water with buckets and our shop vac. The owner's refusal to admit fault and pay us back for this shoddy service and the inconvenience & stress is a reflection of their poor work quality and management. Apparently they claimed this can just happen, but I want to know why charge for a service with the confidence it can be performed competently when your people can clearly not?

I want to thank Graham from Wolfschmidt's for taking the time to resolve a problem with our AC unit that another HVAC person from less than a year ago and a home inspector from 15 months ago missed.  Our AC unit is in the attic so not so easy to access but both of the other paid professionals should have easily discovered the problem.  Graham was extremely professional and Wolfschmidt is fortunate to have this talented young man in their employ.

After posting a one star review for the service or lack of I received regarding a tune up of my AC, I was contacted by Beth, a much nicer woman than the one I previously spoke to. She appologied for the treatment I received and was able to help me.  She went through a complete explanation, unlike the previous nasty person, and took her time to take care of my issue. Together we were able to work out the issue. I'm happy to see that there are still competent workers for this company and that they will listen to our concerns and try to accomodate their customers as best they can.  Thank you Beth!

Horrible company and terrible owner.  Blocks up the street for hours and refuses to move vehicles.  Disrespectful and to neighbors. Told me today he doesn't care because he owns the whole block and is making money.

Our re-scheduled HVAC maintenance was accomplished today Jan 3rd .
As usual..the technicians were terrific...our service rep Cole was on time with a 1/2 hour pre call prior to his visit..he and I determined that we had never been contacted about spring HVAC maintenance ( which was never done and we were never contacted about our expiring maintenance contract) and he made sure that we had one scheduled ..Cole went above and beyond in calling supervisor Joe about a duct issue that may have been causing uneven heating and cooling in our basement and checked the return ducts on our second floor for the same issue..Joe came out next day and with Cole's help and put in a larger return duct that had been improperly sized by Jos Fredrick and Sons in our basement and suggested that we call One Home Air for additional duct work on the 2nd floor as Horizon doesn't really handle that sort of thing..
We hope to be 5 stars soon .A terrific experience this time!!

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:

$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet

If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
