Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. I recommend Keith for his professional service, excellent communication, and great value.

Mark and his son Jacob are very reliable. They helped to remodel our full bathroom, have replaced a broken toilet, and installed a kitchen faucet on 3 separate occasions. They are honest, and overall good people. I admire those who have small family owned businesses, and try to support as we are able. I would recommend Wallace Plumbing to any of our neighbors or family.

Amazing service! I had a hybrid water heater installed and they followed all of the instructions to the letter. While other contractors that I have used before often take shortcuts when they do installations, they use high quality parts and make sure that everything is complete according to the manufacturer specifications. They even double checked with the manufacturer directly on a part that was unclear in the installation guidelines. They are also very flexible on scheduling and showed up at the exact time they said they would. They are, quite possibly, the most professional service that I have used across all contractors period!

I have used Able Plumbing twice in the past year. They are dependable, honest, and reasonable priced. I have used other plumbers in the past and I really wish I had found these guys sooner!  I appreciate the great work Matt and his team have done for us.You won't be disappointed!

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.

They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.

Had some initial difficulty getting an appointment because of an odd situation where the problem occurred while we were out of town.

We called these guys to winterize my outdoor bathroom and the plumber who came out was excellent. They scheduled him to the day after we called and was done in an hour. Now they're our go-to plumber.

Due to some extenuating issues,  I need help getting to the door to let anyone in. I explained that to the woman who answered the phone.  She was wonderful & accommodating. She said she would look into it & get back to me. Sure enough,  she kept her word. 5 thumbs up for customer service. This morning,  the tech arrived on time, got down to replacing the leaking garbage disposal. He cleaned up completely. A very kind person,  with double masks. I would definitely recommend them & use them again.

I want to thank Graham from Wolfschmidt's for taking the time to resolve a problem with our AC unit that another HVAC person from less than a year ago and a home inspector from 15 months ago missed.  Our AC unit is in the attic so not so easy to access but both of the other paid professionals should have easily discovered the problem.  Graham was extremely professional and Wolfschmidt is fortunate to have this talented young man in their employ.

Horizon was able to come out the same day I called and arrived during the time frame that they said they would arrive. The technician was very polite and helpful even offering to install a new thermostat for me at a reasonable price. While I didnt take him up on the offer he educated me on the current issues I was having, got my central air working again during a heat wave, and signed me up for the yearly maintenance check ups for a small fee. The cost was a little higher than I wanted to pay and higher than what others quoted me at but they were able to come the same day and get me running again! I also was able to print out an online coupon and saved some money there so in the end it kind of evened itself out. Obviously I will use them again because I signed up for the maintenance package so it wasnt a bad experience.  Another side note about the technician, he was very thorough about cleaning up behind himself and even gave my system a good cleaning.

Horrible company and terrible owner.  Blocks up the street for hours and refuses to move vehicles.  Disrespectful and to neighbors. Told me today he doesn't care because he owns the whole block and is making money.

Don't go with them if you need emergency service called friday night they said no emergency service until monday lol. Why say 24/7 service lord only knows how long regular service would take.

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:

$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet

If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
