Had them come out to the house on two separate occasions to fix some major water leaks and they have demonstrated outstanding work ethic, have been consistently on time and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done and get it done right and at a reasonable price. Very professional, very thorough and very good. We had two faucets installed as well as some stopcocks and a cartridge for the shower. The lead plumber- Juan- is a real gem. He explained everything and gave us maintenance guidelines to follow to insure our faucets would give us a lifetime of service. I'd recommend Hill Country Plumbing not only for their expert plumbing skills but for the added tips on keeping our water system as trouble free in the coming years. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did. He also tested our water hardness to determine if that led to our problems. And it turns out it did. Thanks Juan and thanks Hill Country Plumbing.

This was our first time dealing with the Greenshire Handyman service and will definitely use them again. AJ was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us on ensuring our projects would get completed as we expected. Additionally, he took the time to explain the entire scope of work and absolutely made sure we were happy with the final outcome. He even touched up some items that needed some attention. The customer service was pleasant and attentive to leaving our home as clean as possible. Great to have this business be local to us and will definitely use them again!

I had an emergency pluming issue and called this company. After a brief misunderstanding a plumber came out and worked well beyond the posted hours to get the issue resolved and did an excellent job in doing so.

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.

Thankful to have found this business. Highly recommend it.

Poor communication. We were booked for an estimate, left waiting all afternoon. When we called we were told we fell through the cracks and got rebooked for 2nd appointment the next day. That got rescheduled. When the guy finally came out he was not willing to provide a quote.  We contacted Quarter Moon to let them know what happened and were passed off to a supervisor because they didn't want the relationship to end this way. When that supervisor called back he provided an idea of repair costs. He then said that to get a written quote he would charge $105.00- something that had not been mentioned before. He actually said, I can't send out employees to provide quotes- that's lost time and gas.

Yeah pretty safe to say these guys won't be chosen for our job. We will go with a company that shows up on time and delivers what they say they will- a free estimate on service cost.

Recently had a hot water issue, after calling Reeh they looked at it and even with the heater being 15 years old, they attempted to replace an element.
Then decided that wouldn't work so said it needed replacing at a $1500 price. We choose to replace ourselves for $400 and they still charged $200 for basically NOTHING.  A service charge is one thing but $200 is
Ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!

We had a leak on a Sunday.  Within a few hours the plumber was there and was able to cap the leak.  (Parts were not available on the truck due to it being a REALLY old tub).  The plumber was helpful and very polite.  Prices were reasonable, considering the emergency fee and trip fee to the country

Amazing! They've had to come in a couple times these past few weeks and each time they are ready and helping in anyway possible. They care greatly for their customers, and always want the best! Always go to Premier if needing anything!

So had this horrible sewage smell coming out of my bathroom so called Mr. Rooter to see if they could come figure out what was going on.  The smell was so bad you could smell it through out the whole house.  Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the plumber that came to my house but when he arrived I said can you smell it and he said no.  This really shocked me because like I said it was through the whole house.  When we got to the bathroom I surely thought he would smell it but again he said no.  Again I decided to give him the benefit of he doubt.  He was at my home for all of about 10 minutes and decided that they would need to do smoke tests and a bunch of other tests that were expensive but as he told me still might not tell us where the problem was and that could be a waste of time and money.  He quickly parted without even leaving a card or anything.  What if I wanted to have the tests run? Anyway luckily I had another plumber come out who actually investigated and found that I had a broken pipe that is dumbing raw sewage under the house.  The worse part of it all is this plumber made it seem like it was nothing and I was imagining things.  So the lesson here is stay away from Mr. Rooter and always always always get a second opinion.

This guy got here when he said he would. And, he was WAYYY cheaper than the big, lots of overhead companies. This guy is a 1-man shop. A master plumber for 39 years. I recommend this guy!

My septic tank was backing up. They had to investigate the problem and repair what the initial plumbers did wrong. This is the 2nd time they had to figure out the problem and fix it. The first problem in my shower I had 3 other plumbers come out and they were the only ones that figured out the problem.
Jared and Randolph are the only plumbers I will allow in my house now!

So. The people on the phone were helpful. I will say that. The service technicians were a completely different story from the second I opened my door. They did NOT introduce themselves. Did not say one single word to me when I opened the door. I am a woman. Just stared at me with a sort of expression that said well why are we here.. didnt speak even after I said hello, let me show you where the piping is.. just followed me to the back. Looked at our  piping. Informed me that yea thats the incorrect piping. (In reference to our propane lines) You're going to need a whole new line and that is going to be expensive. Made a phone call to their boss.. heard the technician telling him yea we're over here across from Dominion. Its all rock we have to dig through. Its 80 feet from the house. Then wrote some stuff down and said its going to be about $9000 to do the job.. ha. So i asked what if we move the tank closer..? To which he replied no we cant do that. It has to be 80 feet away from the house.. which I found out was a LIE. Scammers. Tryin to get money out of us. So frustrating. I do NOT recommend this company. Very rude people.

Luis is by far the most professional plumber I have come across in years. On time, prompt, clean and cleaned as he went along on the job. He identified my problem in 20 min and had the leak uncovered and identified and ready to go get the needed parts for the repair. I would definitely recommend luis with jr's plumbing for all your needs as he is definitely my plumber if I need one in the future.
