Had them come out to the house on two separate occasions to fix some major water leaks and they have demonstrated outstanding work ethic, have been consistently on time and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done and get it done right and at a reasonable price. These guys are some of the best in the business around the Boerne and greater San Antonio area. They were friendly and quick to respond to a water heater issue I had. One company estimated a whole new install and water heater and another company I called was too slow to respond or schedule a visit. But HCP came out to look at my water heater and replaced the heating element and cleared out sediment buildup at the bottom. They gave me a great rate and simple breakdown on an estimate right away and fixed all of the issues I had. Thank you to Sam and Vinny for everything. I've known a few others in Boerne who have used them and vouch for them as well. I will definitely stick with ya'll with any other issues I have!

We had a pipe break because of the cold snap,

no call. Called Standard Plumbing on Xmas day
and the owner contacted me immediately and said
he would be out first thing Monday morning.

our water back on...we had been without for 4

We had purchased a new manufactured home to be installed on our property and needed a plumber to connect water and septic. M R Plumbing was pleasant to deal with, on time and on budget with his work, which was very professional.

Thankful to have found this business. Highly recommend it.

Poor communication. We were booked for an estimate, left waiting all afternoon. When we called we were told we fell through the cracks and got rebooked for 2nd appointment the next day. That got rescheduled. When the guy finally came out he was not willing to provide a quote.  We contacted Quarter Moon to let them know what happened and were passed off to a supervisor because they didn't want the relationship to end this way. When that supervisor called back he provided an idea of repair costs. He then said that to get a written quote he would charge $105.00- something that had not been mentioned before. He actually said, I can't send out employees to provide quotes- that's lost time and gas.

Yeah pretty safe to say these guys won't be chosen for our job. We will go with a company that shows up on time and delivers what they say they will- a free estimate on service cost.

The sound of water running out of the wall is never good. We called Reeh Plumbing and they sent out Kenneth (hope I have that name right). Even though it was after hours, Kenneth was so nice and respectful. He was efficient and quick and made a stressful situation easier. We have my mom in Hospice here at her house and when he left he said he would pray for her. I have no doubt he did just that.  So glad I called Reeh.

Very efficient but super expensive. He did save us money by giving us a one minute review on how to put filters in.

Total frauds. Plumber gets out of the truck and immediately starts trying to sell me on upgrades and services that I didn't ask for. He showed very little interest in the project I actually called him for. When he finally presented the written estimate, I almost fainted! The bid was close to $2000.00 for a very simple one hour repair. I kicked him out and hired Andre's Pro Plumbing. They did the repair for $225.00. Buyer beware of these slimy up-charge pirates who masquerade as plumbers! FTP.

From friendly, accommodating scheduling to timely and effective repair, Abel was great! A small leak turned into Niagara Falls under my kitchen sink. I'm sure Abel was busy given the holiday weekend and an ice storm on the way. He took his time to make sure my problem was taken care of and was friendly and professional.

We were in a bind due to the plumber we had scheduled bailing on us, and Mr. Rooter fit us in the same day we called. They were professional and kind and helped us right away! I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

One word: RUDE.

The air conditioning unit at my mother's house in San Antonio was acting up, so we decided to call Aramendia to come take a look at it.  The guy they sent over was unbelievably rude and not helpful in the slightest.  When we asked if there was anything he could do for us, he told us the current unit was a goner and he insisted our only option was to install a new one for $7,000.00.  Seriously?!  We ended up calling a friend's husband who is certified in air conditioner repair to come out.  He cleaned the unit and added freon to the tune of $100.00 and it's working better than ever.

I guess I know now what kind of business model Aramendia Plumbing Co. employs.  They should be ashamed.
