We needed an outdoor faucet fixed quickly and I called Stellar Plumbing on a Tuesday. Eligio said he may not be able to make it out until Friday, but asked I send a picture to him so he could see the problem. He called me back, told me what was wrong and then said he'd stop by on his way in to his first job the next morning. They did a great job! Highly recommend Stellar Plumbing! As a side note, I did call a plumber before him and waited for a call back, I still haven't received a call.  I won't name the company.

Pablo and his crew were great they came out within minutes of me calling them and texting the address to them. They went straight to work looking for the leak. They even had to cut through theb concrete slab to find the exact location. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to come out the next day and clear out the lines tot he house so the water and water heater would work. Thank you both for your hard work.

Great service. One guy worked on my faucet in my bathroom while the other worked in my husbands bathroom making sure the water line was clear. Found out that the cause of the appearance of brown water in the toilet was actually from rust in the pipe in the toilet tank, not roots as I thought. They were fast and efficient. Also gave me the name of a product to use to eliminate the rust. The best part was yet to come when I received my bill. Was much lower than I paid a year ago from another company. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to install new toilets. Also will recommend them to family and neighbors.

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Justin is the best. He is honest, fair, and just an all around great guy to work with. He has walked me through things via text or on the phone when I've called at random times and he's been out of town. He always responds immediately, and he's never charged anything except what is reasonable. And when anything else goes wrong that's not in his domain, I call Justin anyway for a referral because 1. I know he'll help me out and 2. I trust anyone he trusts.

These people are absolutely great during the last Ice Age here in Bulverde they responded repaired and I was back up and running very quickly they are an outstanding benefit to the Bulverde community

These plumbers are honest kind and trustworthy. This is the third time I've used them and Jeremy was super honest about all my options and the cost for each plan. When I didn't have the money to do it today, he helped me make a quick fix to limp along a bit longer while I get the money. Even left me his tool and wouldn't let me pay him for it.  I also referred a patient of mine to them and she got 2 quotes. One was for 10000 dollars and they wanted to rip out their entire concrete patio. Come and Plumb it said they could do a work around, not remove the entire patio and it was like 100 bucks. Compared to 10 grand from the other guys. You can trust them.

Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

I have been meaning to write this review and I am sorry it has taken so long. I had the best experience with this company from the kind lady who answers and schedules the plumbers to the gentleman (Aiden) who came out they went above and beyond!
My shower handle broke off and water had to be turned off for my house. My dog passed away two days before and my daughter was having ACL surgery the next week (yes my life sounded like a sad country music song), it was a Friday when I called and I was at the end of my rope. I was in tears when talking to the scheduler (I cannot remember her name) and she made sure I was taken care of. Aidan showed up on a Friday night to make sure my water was turned back on and came back the following week to complete the fix.
They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it at an affordable price, they were also kind and compassionate towards me when they did not have to be. My shower is working, my heart is healing, and my daughter's surgery went well. Thank you to Plumber Near Me for helping me during a very stressful time. You have a lifelong customer.

So I called at 6:20 at 6:45 he was there and gave estimates for broken main water line. Job was completed professionally at 8:20. That included digging hole cutting and replacing pipe allowing 40 minutes for glue to set and then checking water pressure throughout home. If you need a plumber call Sosa the plumber. Great job

I must be in The Twilight Zone. Great prices, professional, and courteous service.  I'm wondering why everyone doesn't know about them? Well, if you don't try them now, it is your own fault.

I've been without hot water for almost a week because my H2O heater went out.  One plumber didn't show up for an appointment and failed to let me know that he wasn't going to make it.  I spoke with another plumber last Sunday who told me he'd call me on Monday.  It's now Tuesday.  I never heard back from him.  I called Ott on Monday.  The lady that answered the phone, Laurie, was extremely helpful and nice.  Long story short, the next day, the Ott plumbers were in and out in 45 minutes, hot H2O heater installed.  (I had already drained the old one).  The came from New Braunfels to San Marcos.  I'm moving to Comal County within a year.  They will be my go to plumbers.  Thanks for your professionalism and customer service.

They went to check out the sewer line and I paid $1000 for the service including running a camera.  But the report didn't include photos, and they didn't respond when I asked for them.

Never called back the second time, I was going to give them another shot. The last time I used them the plumber spent most of his belittling his helper-over priced. Grandpa Plumbing in Spring Branch was very responsive and priced well.  Won't be back

Employees don't know what their doing ripped a toilet out and said I don't know what to do had to hire someone else to fix the problem

Had an appointment with them and they never showed up and wouldn't return our numerous phone calls.

Wanted to charge my mother $3200 to install Water heater.   Called another accredited plumber and was charged only $1200.  Plumber we used stated  J.C. Enriquez and Son Plumbing  is notorious for over charging Seniors.   Please be careful if your elderly relative calls this plumber.

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
