My father needed a hose replaced on water heater and Stellar came out-15 mins later fixed and the owner, Eligo?, stayed for coffee and banana nut bread when mom offered.     Nice to see customer service isn't dead.

After the freeze of Christmas 2022 a couple pipes burst which my fiancé and I were able to fix the above ground pipes but we had to call in a plumber for the underground. I called Anywhere Anytime Plumbing and they responded immediately. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the dispatchers name, but she was incredibly kind, efficient, and superb to work with. I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area. I will be calling them for all of my future plumbing issues!

We had a leak in our master bedroom wall -- water was leaking rapidly so I called several other companies who either could not send anyone that same day or never called back.  I called Bryco after reading the great reviews.  They called back quickly and were able to respond quickly.  JD was able to quickly come up with a solution to stop the leak.  They came back out today to change the shower faucets and worked efficiently and neatly both times.  They showed up when they said they would and best of all, was very affordable compared to other plumbing companies we have used in the past.  I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues we have.  Thanks!!

Loved everything about this plumbing service. They responded quickly, practiced COVID precaution measures, worked efficiently and politely, and fixed about 11 small (and large) plumbing issues that I had in a newly purchased house. They will be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

I'm selling my house.  I have a nit picky buyer.  I called a handyman in Kyle with 30 years experience to bring my gas heater and water heater up to code with rigid pipe and sediment traps.  Long story short I wasted a week calling these handymen who didn't know what to do about it.  I called Justin out of the blue after trying two plumbing places in Kyle and one in Buda.  I called at 12:43 p.m. at 2:43 p.m. he sent me pictures while I was at work and he was done!  I should have called him first now I know better.

In this day and age it's surprising to find a business like Grandpas Plumbing with exceptional customer service and performance. The entire experience from the first phone call with Debbie to the sink connection with Martin felt as though I stepped back in time. Debbie was accommodating and guided me through the process from scheduling the plumber to COVID precautions. Martin arrived on time and went straight to work, and worked through the obstacles that popped without losing a beat. He even made time to provide some advice on another project I have for whole house filtration.  I called several other companies and they seemed to busy to talk to me about my small job. Thanks for all you did to make this a great experience and have and will recommended you without hesitation.

Bill just replaced the water valve in our front yard after we had a leak that flooded the area near the street. (Repair was not covered by utility company). He was suuuper nice, professional and gave me an amazing price for all the work he did. I really, really appreciate it all. In fact, I texted a bunch of friends and family after he left to immediately recommend 'Come & Plumb' It if they ever have any plumbing issues. Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

Plumber Near Me was very responsive.  They came out the same day that I called them.  My water heater was leaking and old and needed to be replaced.  Communication was superb; they gave me a quote and laid out all the next steps.

Sosa was able to come out the same day to replace my toilet and haul off the old one. He was fast, friendly and affordable. I recommend Sosa for all your plumbing needs.

We recently had a plumbing problem that was beyond my skill set. Called John in the morning and he was on site, as promised, at 1PM. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Easy as that. No mess. No fuss. No muss. Just fixed it.

I'm in the process of foundation maintenance which required a Hydro Static Test. I was not sure originally about the company since I didn't know anything about them however the company Oshlan foundation repair recommended them. I was nervous for any big expense so as always I had many questions up front. I was very impressed by their professionalism and attention to my needs. In addition to their knowledge! There was a hiccup at one point resulting with me giving feedback, without hesitation the company made it right. I'm a single woman and worry about unfair treatment anytime I look for trade professionals but Good Life Plumbing is really one of a kind. They made me feel safe and confident in their ability to complete the job. I also felt respected and trusted they were there to help me meet my expectations. I've been without hot water for almost a week because my H2O heater went out.  One plumber didn't show up for an appointment and failed to let me know that he wasn't going to make it.  I spoke with another plumber last Sunday who told me he'd call me on Monday.  It's now Tuesday.  I never heard back from him.  I called Ott on Monday.  The lady that answered the phone, Laurie, was extremely helpful and nice.  Long story short, the next day, the Ott plumbers were in and out in 45 minutes, hot H2O heater installed.  (I had already drained the old one).  The came from New Braunfels to San Marcos.  I'm moving to Comal County within a year.  They will be my go to plumbers.  Thanks for your professionalism and customer service.

They went to check out the sewer line and I paid $1000 for the service including running a camera.  But the report didn't include photos, and they didn't respond when I asked for them.

Pulliam Plumbing responded promptly to our plumbing emergency.  They expertly removed the over sized malfunctioning water heater from the garage closet, then carefully and precisely installed a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater.  We our very satisfied with the performance of the new water heater and the care they took in cleaning up afterwards.  Also, this is a Veteran owned business!  Highly Recommended!

Employees don't know what their doing ripped a toilet out and said I don't know what to do had to hire someone else to fix the problem

3 Brothers was recommended by my septic company. I needed my propane powered fireplace inspected and lit. 3 Brothers came out within 2 hours of my call and solved my problem within 30 minutes. The charge was reasonable and I was given a generous military discount. The technician was both courteous and knowledgeable.

Horribly over priced made comment about my LV purse then inflated call out price from $89 to $268 attempted to take advantage of me as a single female and charge me $9k when another plumber walked me through immediate fix by phone and then setup everything else for under $1000

Answering service said they didn't service area they show they have an office. Had to call and follow up myself to try to schedule service.

After successfully ci firming they did service my area (and allegedly have an office less than a mile from my house), they also confirmed they could perform the work I was requesting and would have a free service call to evaluate.  They required a 4 hour service call window, so I did a a 2pm-6pm window. After taking off a half-day to accommodate, I finally got a call at 6:30pm. The plumber simply told me they did not offer the service I needed (installation of a studor vent because my older house did not have a p-trap or vent for the washing machine drain). He told me at that time that they do not offer the service and he could quote the price to remove the faulting running trap and install a new one. I informed him I was not certain I even had a running trap, to which he said I probably did. I asked that he still come out to assess the situation just so verify. He fumbled around and said he would have to call his supervisor. He called back 5 minutes later and said it would be $12,850 to replace the running trap (that he didn't even know if I had). I asked that he still come out to look at it, and he said it would be $499 just to run a camera. No thanks, obviously a company that doesn't care about customer or the work.

Got a local small business to come out that next day, ran a camera for $75 to confirm I DID NOT even have a running trap, and they installed a new washing machine box, p-trap, and studor vent for less than $500.

Obviously a company that has grown too big to provide good service - have a 3rd party answering service that doesn't even know their service area, and plumbers that will do anything they can to avoid adhering to the service calls when their day is running long.
