My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and he was transparent in everything he did. I recently did a shower remodel and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I thought I had taken a photo, but the work was very professional in both function and form.
I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

Plumbit was responsive and reliable when I needed service for a toilet clog and kitchen sink leak ASAP. They provided a 3-hour arrival timeframe and a text when they were en route. They resolved both issues and were very respectful of the home.

They offer FREE ONSITE ESTIMATES and gave me a quote via Yelp's Request for Quotes before they came out. This local business also has the heart to support our military and first responders with a discount.

Henry is amazing! He responded within an hour to my request for a garbage disposal installation, quoted a fair price and set an appointment with me the next day. He communicated updates on timing via text and arrived on the earlier side of the service time window (much appreciated). Payment and checkout was easy as well. I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll definitely being calling them!

Henry was very punctual and quick to respond on Yelp. We were able to get same day service for our leaky pipe. His workmanship looks great, definitely recommend.

Our SAWs bill sky rocketed from $40 to $80 to $400 in three months! I freaked out and spoke to SAWs, who confirmed it was a fast leak and to get it fixed immediately. I did a project request on Yelp and Plumbit was one of the first responses. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them because I had a gut feeling. I'm so glad I trusted it. Another plumber told us the problem was in the concrete foundation and our house would sink eventually. But when Plumbit came (within hours of us speaking), they were incredibly precise and careful in finding the source of leak. They proved the other plumber wrong in that the leak was actually outside the house and not in the concrete foundation. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was to me. They've taken a day of stress and torment to a day of relief to have the leak fixed. They even helped with tips on contacting SAWs to prove the leak was fixed and how and why it happened. I'm blown away by this company. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Anytime someone mentions needing a plumber, I'm recommending Plumbit to them!!! I would give ten stars and not five if it was possible.

When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate.
