We had Ryan from RJD install our dishwasher and I couldn't be happier with the install. He seems to be a bit of a perfectionist and that is exactly what you want in a contractor.

I've been using Adam Mechanical for about 5 years and they never disappoint. Always professional and timely, they are a pleasure to work with. When I recently woke up without heat, they immediately responded (on a Saturday!) and did everything they could to repair the unit. Over the past five years and many conversations, I knew my old system was on its last leg but each year they did their best to keep it running. I have always appreciated their honesty! Unfortunately it finally reached the point of no repair, and they quickly were able to come to my house and provide an estimate, and in the snow no less! They had my new unit installed and ready to go two days later. The technicians walked me through what they did and how the system works once they were all done. I trust Adam Mechanical, and I know they will do a good job. I highly recommend you also get the yearly plan as well, it saves you a lot of money in the long run. Great company and very kind people, I highly recommend!

Just finished a big gas line installation for us (adding a garage heater, converting an electric dryer set-up to gas, and doing a prep to convert our old electric HW heater to gas in the near future)--the crew was prompt, worked very quickly and cleaned up after they were done. We had a leak with our second floor tub/shower that two other plumbers were unable to find or fix. I loved being able to schedule an appointment with Veteran online and Kelly was great! She found the problem and was able to fix it within the same week! I also really appreciated the text and email updates that Veteran sent throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again!

Carol in the office is very helpful with scheduling and will call you to remind you of your appointment, you can also get reminders for annual services etc. The plumbers are very knowledgeable, helpful and tidy workmen. I had significant unknown problems with the main drains underneath the concrete slab in my basement. It could have been a catastrophe and someone less than honorable could have easily taken advantage of me.  They came out within an hour and solved a very very difficult problem honestly. Two very smart plumbers came to my house and used every tool possible to fix this nightmare and actually cleaned up after. In the aftermath of ida, we needed someone to look at our hot water heater. The company (not Queen B) who installed us told us they would only replace it.

My mom received a recommendation for Queen B. She spoke to Brenda, the owner, she was very empathetic. She sent her team within hours of her call.

The two men came, both wore foot coverings. They were able to get the hot water heater working.

We were thankful they came quickly and fixed our issue without taking advantage of me. Definitely will use again.

I have NEVER hired anyone to do any work without seeing good reviews from at least two different sources. Until today, out of desperation, when I called this company and Eric (bless him) was able to come the same day to install a dishwasher that the scheduled installer left sitting in the middle of my kitchen (a rant for another day). My 150-yr old home has been in a state of renovation for 10 years so I've had more service people than I can remember. I tend to stick with good people when I find them because it takes up lots of time doing research first.

Eric told me when he could come, called 30 minutes out and showed up on time.  He and helper introduced themselves, worked quickly and efficiently, and I paid a fair price (a little less than the price of the installer who didn't do the job and slightly more than the Amazon installation that I couldn't get scheduled soon enough). He gives a warranty for his work, communicates well and is pleasant and professional.  My only suggestion (tiny complaint) is that it took over an hour to get an unexpected part. I realize that the small guys can't always have a well-stocked truck like bigger businesses, but I wonder if paying slightly more for small parts at the local hardware store might be worth it given how much a business owner's time is worth?  Just a thought. Overall, I highly recommend them. I'm happy to support a new small businessman in my neighborhood!

Thought I had a venting problem in my drain pipes for my washing machine. wayer would back up in the washer after the final spin cycle. Dan removed the old pvc and installed new pipe with a secondary vent and check valve. When he found that the washer still wasn't draining properly he surmised that there was a partial blockage in the drain line.
He removed the clean out trap cover and removed the clog. Unfortunately waste water got on our finished basement carpet when the blockage was removed. I realize these things happen and happy that the problem is resolved. Thanks Dan for a great job.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Allied replaced my furnace, A/C, hot water heater, etc. in 2015. This spring when I first began using my A/C, I noticed the fan was not spinning on the A/C unit. I called Allied, because still under warranty. They took a week to come out, and determined the fan motor was dead after only 2 years. The parts were still under warranty, but had to pay for the labor? Motor was eventually replaced, along with capacitor. I asked the technician if this was unusual after only 2 years, and he said yes, but he has been replacing quite a few motors for same unit I have. A few weeks later when the weather began to heat up, fan went out. I checked the outside fuse box for A/C, and this time it was only the fuse. It happened again when temperature reached 90. I contacted Allied again, they sent someone out. Technician worked on unit, said it's fixed. This has happened now 4 separate occasions since April. I told service manager this A/C unit has to be a lemon, and want a replacement. Service manager continues sending a technician, they fix it, and as of today 7/19/17 A/C continues to blow fuse. This week we are in the middle of a heat wave. A/C went was out again today when I came home from work, and temperature inside is 80 degrees. I have 2 young children, and I wife with MS.
