Ryan remodeled my kitchen and did a wonderful job.  I had him knock down a wall to open it to the dining room too.  It changed the entire first floor.  He is a perfectionist.  I love it.

Really pleased - this is the second time we have had to replace a unit and second time we have used Adam Mechanical. From the first meeting with the sales rep - Brian - we felt like we were in good hands. I felt they were transparent and fair with pricing and info. And Brian was quick with all the questions we had - really great to work with!

Our install team was Ramone and Jaylin - they were amazing. Quick. Clean. Friendly. Great with our dogs and nice to spend the day with. Really really happy with the service they provided and appreciate how they took time to answer all my questions.

Prior to discovering Plumbing Solutions, I had brought in several different plumbers to take a look at the leak in my shower. Each plumber seemed to tell me something different on what needed to be done, and frankly made it seem like fixing it was going to be a long drawn out, difficult process. I was left feeling unsure and nervous about what to do until I found Plumbing Solutions. From the minute this plumber walked through the door, his friendly, confident manner made me feel comfortable right away. He went right to work, examining the faucet. He immediately explained what the problem was and how he could fix it. Then he showed me the pricing guide, letting me know exactly what the best course of action would be and how much it would cost, so there were no surprises. After he answered all of my questions, I agreed to let him do the work, which he did carefully and professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. In the end, my bathroom shower actually looked new and beautiful with no more leaks! I was very happy with the outcome, and highly recommend Plumbing Solutions!

Chris helped us out by installing a Aquasana house water filtration system in our basement. Before the purchase and install, he walked me through the system and the pros/cons. After deciding to purchase the system through him, I highly recommend his services! He's responsive, professional, mindful, punctual and quick.

We have used Russell Brothers for years. Occasionally we have tried other plumbing services (Horizon), but we keep coming back to Russell Brothers. If you want professional plumbers who know how to service new and old homes. Then Russell Bothers fits the bill.

Extremely prompt, did the job required / asked of them, friendly, and professional.  If that's what you want, these are the guys.  

That said, I can't say that I found them to be very affordable.  For a straightforward job, $500 - $650 per hour with little to no parts just seems excessive.  I understand that the cost of skilled labor is high but this seemed to be at the very high end of the spectrum.

They are the absolute best. The technicians are timely, professional, clean and super talented. They genuinely care about their customers and will not make you replace systems that are unnecessary. They will do everything they can to fix the problem. You will not be disappointed!

Mike is the 3rd plumber I have had for a problem with my kitchen sink. He finally fixed the problem and at a reasonable fee, much lower than the other two. Prior to coming out he messaged me through Yelp and gave me good advice which saved me even more money. He suggested I contact the manufacturer of the problem faucet (since it was not that old) prior to buying a new one and sure enough the manufacturer (Moen) sent a replacement. He installed this faucet and also made some adjustments to our water pressure. He is prompt, clean, and very courteous. Very easy to talk to, very down to earth. Don't hesitate to call him!

Covid safe precautions great, Kelly in office vey responsive in scheduling, Tony & Micky very proficient. Will be my go to Plumber. Fair pricing.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I've had a bad experience with Bennett's Plumbing. I hired Richie Bennett to do a digging job in order to run a drain line from the street onto a lot which I own. I gave him a $1400 check which he cashed the same day. The work is not done.  It was never started.

  The job had a deadline.  The contract  states a completion date of May 25th 2011. It was imperitive that the job be completed before the city poured the new sidewalk. It is now a few weeks past the deadline. The sidewalks have been poured, therefore it is too late to do the work with out destroying the new cement.  

 I believe the plumber began with good intention but for whatever reason, the job was never done and Bennett has communicated nothing to me. I briefly spoke to his wife who said he intended to return my money.  He does not return my phone calls and he still has not returned my money although he did know where to pick it up.

P.S. I found this business at 2207 E. Boston St., not at the address displayed on the yelp listing.

I had Mark from Allied come out yesterday for an estimate on a new central AC unit. He did come on time, however, after looking at my home and taking several pictures inside & out he left me very puzzled.  I own a mobile home and much to my surprise Mark informed me I have an attic!!! (Mobile homes DO NOT HAVE ATTICS)!!!  He told me my air vents should be on the floor and not the ceiling as the manufacturer designed it!! He called me today with an estimate that was out of this world!! I nicely told him to delete ALL the pictures of my home in his phone due to the fact I didn't ok this!! He tried to use his salesman pitch on me to no avail. I promptly hung up on him!! I wouldn't let this company work on a dog house let alone my home!!! Run, don't walk away from this company!!
