Ryan remodeled my kitchen and did a wonderful job.  I had him knock down a wall to open it to the dining room too.  It changed the entire first floor.  He is a perfectionist.  I love it.

We contracted with Adam Mechanical to install a high-velocity AC system in our 3-story Dutch colonial home. After spending a miserable first summer there last year with no AC, we decided to call up Adam Mechanical as they came highly recommended by people we know and have excellent reviews. Our house was built in 1923 and has radiant heat, so there was no existing duct-work. Perry visited our home and determined that high-velocity would be the best option for us, walked us through where the air handler, unit, and ducts/vents would likely be installed (he explained that there could be some slight modifications to this as the team got in and found other solutions that would be more efficient) and formulated a quote and scope of work for us. We felt that the quote was reasonable, and liked that they were able to start the following week and would only need 4 days.

Perry, as well as the team who did the work, were all very professional, arriving on time each day, and made a point to keep our home clean by using floor protectors and shoe covers.  The work took 4.5 days, so very close to the quoted 4 days, and they were done by midday on day 5. The air handler was installed in the unfinished part of our 3rd floor (attic space); we explained that we would like to finish this area someday, so they were able to keep the air handler and tubing around the perimeter so we will still have this option. The majority of the duct tubes were able to be run through our closets (they are small and really don't take up closet space) with only one area of tubes being visible in our guest room (will be easy to cover with a soffit though). AM's attention to detail & aesthetic was great; along with keeping the duct tubes hidden in closets for the most part, the tube that runs from the attic air handler to the outdoor unit was nicely covered and made to resemble a gutter.

We've only had to turn on our air once so far this year, but it seems to be functioning as expected and cooled down our house in a short time.  I would definitely recommend AM to anyone in the area who is looking to install AC, especially in an old home!

Prior to discovering Plumbing Solutions, I had brought in several different plumbers to take a look at the leak in my shower. Each plumber seemed to tell me something different on what needed to be done, and frankly made it seem like fixing it was going to be a long drawn out, difficult process. I was left feeling unsure and nervous about what to do until I found Plumbing Solutions. From the minute this plumber walked through the door, his friendly, confident manner made me feel comfortable right away. He went right to work, examining the faucet. He immediately explained what the problem was and how he could fix it. Then he showed me the pricing guide, letting me know exactly what the best course of action would be and how much it would cost, so there were no surprises. After he answered all of my questions, I agreed to let him do the work, which he did carefully and professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. In the end, my bathroom shower actually looked new and beautiful with no more leaks! I was very happy with the outcome, and highly recommend Plumbing Solutions!

I love the idea of booking online and the promise of having a plumber show up. However, that did not happen. No one showed up after booking a timeslot. When I called about the missed appointment, I left a voicemail that went unanswered.

I simply can't recommend a company that doesn't offer the service they claim to offer.

I've used Russell Brothers for several years, but this year in getting my home ready to sell, there was an extremely difficult problem with a main drain. Dennis spent hours assessing my situation (the others I'd contacted for pricing had not), and he came up with a solution that worked perfectly. He and Bob Meulenberg and all the other workers who were here for the weeks it took to complete were conscientious, clean, and kind;  my job was priority and they were here every day until it was completed. Everything is working properly, and I have a brand new bathroom, and they were able to save my beautiful fireplace. I highly recommend them.

I dealt with John and mike for a leak on bottom of sink and replacement for garbage disposal.  Responded very well and timely fashion.  They noticed our faucet had a leak and John reached out to the company to get a replacement.  Apparently moen had a lifetime warranty that I didn't know.  John was able to get the part replaced through the warranty.  Good professional work.  Would recommend them in the future.

In the aftermath of ida, we needed someone to look at our hot water heater. The company (not Queen B) who installed us told us they would only replace it.

My mom received a recommendation for Queen B. She spoke to Brenda, the owner, she was very empathetic. She sent her team within hours of her call.

The two men came, both wore foot coverings. They were able to get the hot water heater working.

We were thankful they came quickly and fixed our issue without taking advantage of me. Definitely will use again.

Excellent work....highly skilled..on time..explained all work procedures..would call again if needed..We highly recommended this service.

If you are looking for a plumber who is highly experienced and stands behind his work, forget this guy............once he your money, he 's not about to come back and  attempt to fix the problem.   We had to hire another plumber who identified  and will fix the install problem.

I called early in AM for broken hot water heater.  He came to check out old heater then called back with estimate and had job totally completed by 1PM!!! Price was fair and workmanship fabulous.  All staff was pleasant and made sure not to leave a mess.
I have always used them and continually happy with all jobs.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

We have used ALLIED since we purchase our home over 3 years ago because their information was on our HVAC system. On our first call we wanted them to take a look at the system and make sure everything was up to par and to let us know if anything needed attention. Allied sent us John Martin and he took the time not only to give us a detailed explanation about what kind of HVAC system we have but also to show me how it all worked. From the thermostat settings to the blower speed, to the heat_pump triggers, everything!. He checked all the connections and settings, told us what they were and asked if we wanted to change anything.   John was very patient listening and answering all my new-homeowner questions.

We have been using them since, and always try to request John Martin to service our HVAC. He is knowledgeable and doesn't mind been asked a ton of questions.
