Based on all of the positive reviews, called 1/7/2017 after discovering a leak at our water meter. Never received a call back so called a second time several hours later. After describing leak & texting pictures, was informed that services are $180/hour plus $120 diagnostic fee...so $300 right out of the gate. Luckily, I was able to fix the problem myself for less than $10 after locating the necessary part at speciality plumbing store.

We had AWS come out to do a quote, and Ken was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had another company give a quote, and even thought it was slightly cheaper it was clear the quality was not going to be the same. AWS was able to install a top-tier water softener, even though we were not pre-plumbed for one. They came out, did a great job, cleaned up behind themselves, and are coming back out in a few months to check on the system to make sure everything is still going great. Can't believe we waited this long for a softener, we can already feel the difference on our skin/hair, and no more hard water stains!

We were not in town when there was an emergency plumbing issue at our home. A&A Plumbing were quick to respond to our request, provide an estimate, and walk us through the entire process. Their team was highly professional and skilled - they arrived on site with a scope and identified the issue immediately. They worked around our schedule to expedite the job. The quality of work was top-notch for a fair price. Customer service from the on-site team and back office was excellent.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

My toilet was clogged and sewage was backing up into my shower.  GROSS!  Called my regular plumber and he wasn't available for a couple of days but referred me to EZ Flow Plumbing.  I called and they said they could help me out.  Emilio texted me within 10 minutes of my call and said he would be at the house within 30 minutes.  When he arrived I showed him the problem the clog had cleared and everything was working.  He wanted to make sure and ran the shower and flushed the toilet several times just to make sure.  He was very professional and will definitely call them again!

They rescued us from a plumbing emergency, showed up fast and got the job done fast, so I can't complain. Based on the other reviews I thought the price would be more reasonable than it was, but late on a Saturday afternoon and in a pinch, it was worth it.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Home emergency repairs can be scary when they happen, especially when it comes to water. How bad is the issue? How much will it cost to fix? Who should I call?

I'm glad we stumbled across these guys. They really are the best. We've used them several times over the past year and a half, since the beginning of glorious 2020. Everything from a leaking water heater, leaking toilet, busted pipe in our wall, faucet installations, and water heater install. They do it all and each time they came through the quality of service has been outstanding. They have this friendly-neighbor feel to them. Whenever we have a water issue we do not hesitate to call them. Each of these guys perform consistent quality work.

I reached out to Superior Irrigation and heard back very quickly. I scheduled an appointment with Jacob, walked the property, and was given a quote on the spot. I felt that the price was very reasonable for the scope of work I asked him to do. To my surprise, he had a crew available, and finished the job the same day!  Now that's what I call service! We had a new Rainbird controller installed Wi-Fi enabled) some new sprinkler heads put in, repairs to old sprinkler heads, and some capped off.  Thanks so much for doing the job so quickly and efficiently!  I have already recommended him to a friend.

Big city plumbing is always there when I need them. They're always quick to respond. it's rare you find a HONEST service, but with big city plumbing they are there for the customer and there needs.

I bought a 100 year old house that had plumbing issues and no working water. They came out to give me a quote and suggested flushing the pipes because they could be clogged. Two hours later we had running water! I got quotes from other places who wanted to redo all plumbing for thousands of dollars. I will definitely be using George for all my plumbing needs.

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! (I've recently moved to Arizona from S.A. and visit my parents in Schertz regularly -- I'd also add that Rapid Rooter should be a trusted company for the elderly)

When I put out the request in Yelp for estimates on a new hot water heater and install, Pete and Elite Plumbing was not only the first to respond but also ended up with the most competitive bid.  I pinged him multiple times to ensure I wasn't missing any hidden cost or fees.  He replied quickly and thoroughly to all my questions.

The estimate seemed too good to be true plus I had also seen some mixed reviews on Yelp so I wanted to be sure I did the extra due diligence before making a decision.  Not all plumbing jobs are the same and things that happened during the big Texas storm early in 2021 I had to take with a grain of salt.  After confirming all the details with Pete and researching more online, I trusted him and his team with the job.  

As a bonus, his team was ready to start work the very next day so we got it on their schedule.  Communication throughout the engagement was great.  They showed up in the window they gave me.  They finished the work fast, efficiently and professionally.  Everything went smoother than I even expected and I was very pleased with the work and overall experience.  

I can't vouch for all of their services but if you need a hot water heater installed, I can definitely give them the thumbs up!  I'll consider them in the future for other plumbing jobs that might spring up too.

No to happy with Jon Wayne. Took a day off work and waited from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and got a call saying they could not come out, but can go out tomorrow.  Thank God it was only a tub that is clogged and not a toilet overflowing.

I recently had a new AC installed.  This past weekend, it was not functioning properly.
Air was not cold coming out of vents.
Very upsetting.
I called Goettl and Eli was sent to check my AC.  
He was very professional,  affable and very knowledgeable.
He found the problem right away.  A valve was leaking coolant.  The installer didn't make sure the valve was shut tight!
Also helped me open panel where filter is located.  It was shut so that I couldn't open it at all.  
Eli did get it open and removed old filter.  Advised me to use smaller one that is inserted at bottom of AC.  
He tested everything, and took time to show me how to maneuver the control panel.
It was stuck on Celcius.
He rates 5+++++++ stars!!
I am so thankful Eli responded to my call and addressed all needs!!  Awesome customer service!!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
