Fantastic communication and service with responding to an outside water leak we were experiencing.  Dave and his helper arrived right on time (actually a little bit early) and explained everything regarding the expected repairs and costs.   Very reasonable and excellent work!  Will be using them again.

We had a leak on our reverse osmosis filter over the weekend. I called after hours and they called me right back to walk me through turning off the system and sent someone out first thing on Monday. James was super friendly and helpful and taught me how to keep our system running well! It was such a breath of fresh air to work with a company with such great customer service! I never leave reviews, but they were the best! Will definitely be using them again.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service by EZ Flow Plumbing.  I would definitely recommend them to others.

Gilbert is awesome. I had a sprinkler repair guy tell me my pressure reducer valve was failing and needed to be replaced. I call Gilbert late last week, we make an appointment to have him come out Sunday morning. Any extra charge for coming out on a Sunday, I ask? Nope. Normal fees. So he comes out, tests the prv and says it's working fine, no issue and doesn't need to be replaced. That just saved me $500-$1000. So I ask him what I owe him for coming out to test it, he was here for almost 30 minutes. Answer: nothing. He wouldn't accept anything. I told him I should pay him something for his time, he wouldn't hear of it.

I can tell you this, next time I need a plumber, Gilbert is my first call, no doubt about it.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Andrew, from Mr. Rooter, was awesome! It wasn't my property, but I manage the maintenance for it. He called the tenant beforehand, then called me when he arrived and told me the total price. After accepted, he immediately started working on it. We had the kitchen faucet leaking a bunch of water. After he finished, voilá! No more leaking. If you request services from Mr. Rooter, ask them to send Andrew.

The 4 stars are because I found it a bit pricey (almost $400), but the service was good, quick, and reliable.

I just moved into a new house with a sprinkler system and when I turned them on, I noticed two of the heads were broken. I looked at Yelp reviews and finally decided to give Superior a call to see if they could come out and do an inspection to see what I should do to get it in tip top shape. They were very accommodating and came out within two days. The inspection took less than an hour. They identified the broken heads and a leaking pipe. They fixed everything in a timely manner and pricing was very fair. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Charlie came out and did a very good job, working in the attic during 90+ degree temps.  He noted that there was trap missing on the pipes, which I would never had known, and he returned to install that on the next business day.  Very happy.  I compared prices, and they were much more competitive compared to other companies.  One company gave me 3 different prices for the same job.  I also got a 10% discount for installing a water heater and water softener.  Great service!  Definitely recommend.

We have used George's Plumbing for years and love them.  Their expertise and knowledge of houses in our area is amazing.   They are very ethical and do the job right the first time.

Stuart is a very customer oriented plumber. Fixed my parents' drain leakage in their bathroom, was very professional & thorough.  I've requested other services and Amanda who manages the appointments and scheduling is very accommodating and thoughtful -- she lends an air of calm during my panicked calls for help.  Thanks very much to the Rapid Rooter Plumbing Team! (I've recently moved to Arizona from S.A. and visit my parents in Schertz regularly -- I'd also add that Rapid Rooter should be a trusted company for the elderly)

Great company with respectful, neat and efficient plumbers.  Hector replaced shower fixtures in a 70 year old home.  It was a trial but he finished (as promised), cleaned up and we couldn't be more pleased.  Have used Auger for laundry room, kitchen, bathroom twice and outside water line....will continue to call them for all of our plumbing needs.

Over the weekend, we had our first solid freeze in San Antonio. Christmas Eve, I was out delivering presents and Christmas Dinners to family members. Sitting there enjoying a football game with my brother in law, I get this feeling that I better go home. I said my fair wells and left. I get home to a geyser in my front yard. As I go to the back yard to get my water cutoff tool from the shed I see a second geyser in my back yard. I get my water cutoff tool and shut off the water from the main. I spent the next few hours calling every plumbing company I could think of that I have done business with or seen commercial from with either phone services not working properly or not answering calls even though they advertised 24/7 availability. I don't know how I ended up on The Yelp service request but I had a few replies with availability in 7 to 10 days.
Pete from Elite plumbing sent me a message stating he could have one of his guys at my house house on Monday at 8:00AM. I asked him about if I could put that on the calendar and he said yes. This is now Saturday evening and I'm like ok, Monday is not bad. I decided to try several other places and apparently San Antonio had a lot of broken pipes during this freeze because Monday was the soonest I could find. I thanked Hod for that. Cleaned up the mess as best I could and waited fir Monday. This Morning, Monday, I get a message from Pete, ELITE Plumbing, my service repair guy will be there between 9:45 to 10:45 AM if that is ok. At this point I'm just glad to get verification that someone has is coming. At 9:45, a young man by the name of Ezekiel, drove up and introduced himself. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him where the damaged pipes were, he accessed the damage parts and said, I have everything I need to get this taken care of. I asked him if he was by himself and he said yes. I asked him if he needed anything, he said no, I'll just get my tools and get to work. In less than two hours, he was done with the repairs, cleaned up and said give me a few minutes and I'll have this written up.
I was very impressed with Ezekiel and Elite Plumbing. Not only were they prompt, professional and delivered great service, they were very reasonable as well. I can tell you that Elite Plumbing, 210-468-0770, number, is going to be my first call for any plumbing need I have in the future and my best recommendation anytime someone asks for a  reliable plumbing company.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Our AC went out and we hired them to come look at it on Friday. Three days after the initial call. Which is fine I suppose. The lady tells us she will call between 8AM-noon to let us know they are on the way. They call at 7:30 which is fine ?? But why say 8-noon and call 30 MINUTES BEFORE the time you stated???
I didn't hear the call as I had the alarm set for 8 AM AS I WAS TOLD. They told me they could have someone out in the afternoon and all the representatives were busy I spent ALLL DAY WAITING FOR THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY they could schedule NEXT WEEK. An absolute waste of time. Do NOT bother with this pathetic company.. absolute TRASH.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this company is crooked in my opinion.  I joined their Sadie Club, and scheduled them to come out for a heating rejuvenation and duct inspection (part of the service provided being in the Sadie Club}.  When I made the appointment I let them know that heat was not blowing from two of the vents in my home.  They completed the rejuvenation, the duct inspection, and got the heat to blow from the two inoperable vents.  The next day, the heat was no longer blowing from those same two vents so I called them again.  They said they would come out and take a look, but it will cost me a service call fee.  So they really did not fix  the vent issue the first time they came out, they simply put a band-aid on it, and will now come out and fix it the right way for a fee.   They should honor their work, come out again and fix the vents without a charge as I see it.  

On another occasion I called them because my garbage disposal wasn't working.  It hummed when I turned it on.  First, they did not show up on three different occasions during their scheduled time frame, and wanted to push the timeframes, but I could not have them come out later on those days.  When they finally were able to make it out, they looked at the disposal, did the same minor trouble shooting that I had already done, and deemed I needed a new disposal.  Keep in mind my home is only 2 years old and so are the appliances within.  They also told me the disposal would be $600.  I later found out I could get one from Lowes or HD for about $100.  I paid their service call fee, and then called my home warranty company who sent out a couple of guys that not only diagnosed the problem correctly, but also fixed it.  And the fix was not a new disposal.  

Lastly, before I became a Sadie Club member they were super responsive, didn't charge service calls, and replaced items that were under warranty with no charge.  Now that they have me as a member, and paying the $14.95/mo.  it seems as if the services provided have become worse, not better.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
