I had a plumbing issue that I was working on all weekend and couldn't figure out.  Finally I decided  I needed a professional to complete it.  I called peoples choice on a Sunday morning at 8:30.  David was on the way to an appointment and said he would stop by afterwards.  He was there at 9:30, we agreed on a price and he was done by 11 am.  He even took a few minutes to explain how to do another project in my home. Very happy.

Had my water softener put in today, and couldn't be any happier! Sara was extremely patient and answered all my questions and the install crew was awesome! There was never any pressure to commit.  If you are looking for a water softner you CANNOT go wrong with AWS!!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Emilio is always so nice and is so good at what he does! I called at 11:30am on a Saturday (we had a leak from our hot water outlet pipe on the water heater) and we were back to normal by 1pm! Thank you Emilio & Bill!

Blue Dragon Plumbing is the best, the yelp reviews of 5 stars is right on. Gilbert did a outstanding job of replacing a commode and unclogging a very difficult sink drain on my 80 year old moms house. Gilbert was very courteous, arrived a few minutes early and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was so impressed I asked for a stack of his business cards for myself and girlfriend (realtor) to refer him to other people.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

It's sometimes hard to find a reliable plumber. Most plumbers in my area seem to not return my call or make it hard to schedule.

Mr Rooter always answers and has someone to send out. Had two gentlemen come help me remove and water heater and bathtub and they made quick work of the task, were very polite and informed and answered all of my questions about moving forward and what to do next with my bathroom remodel. Price was very reasonable.

Moving forward with any plumbing issues, will be using Mr Rooter.

Great communication through your the entire process. The crew was very courteous the entire time. And very knowledgeable, they made great recommendations based on my ideas for me to consider.

We recently had BCP come out to scope our lines during the inspection of our home and our realtor requested a quote on our behalf for the items found during the inspection as well as what was notated on our inspection report. We scheduled the appointment based off this correspondence and the assumption BCP had an understanding of the work that needed to be completed. Upon their arrival, he seemed completed confused about what was supposed to be done and that his scope stated nothing about going under the home (which was called out in the report we provided). He stated taht he called the office and they claimed to have never received this information (our emails contradict this).  After wasting an hour I finally told the guy to leave since he had no idea what to do. When we notified them about the issues, Kristin responded stating that it was our fault and took no ownership of their deficiencies and inability to perform other than to offer us a 10% discount...This quote was used as part of our negotiations and now that it seems to have been inadequate we will end up paying more to have the required repairs completed.

Not sure if you read my review or not, but I already tried reaching out and this was your response. You are more than welcome to contact me with an amicable solution, but don't post on here as though you are trying to resolve the issue when no steps are being made on your part

During our recent remodeling project we had to move a gas water heater (three feet).  Called Auger for a quote, personnel was very professional and courteous.  Technician was on-site within a day... and appeared very knowledgeable and competent.  

We were quoted around $2.5k for the project by Auger, while a competitor charged us $1.3k for that job.  Also, I noted similarly inflated price trend for a softener connection (asked for on-site quote).  There are a lot of things that go into pricing of work, so I wouldn't speculate on price discrepancy within industry.  

We did not use Auger this time, but I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them.

Pete was a true professional: excellent, knowledgeable, and most of all honest.  I've used his business for a number of plumbing needs and he's always responsive and fair.  His employees have always gone the extra mile to do a great job even when being called on to do an emergency job last minute.  I highly recommend Elite Plumbing . Been a member of the Rescue Club for several years and just had my yearly inspections, as well as having a new reverse osmosis system installed. Appreciate every technician who came, especially John, Chris and Bobby who came back today to prove that he really iS the reverse osmosis expert!. Great service, and attention to customers.

Quick response to problems with our AC - Carlos Zapien did a great job and got us cool again, very professional and courteous service.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
