I can't say enough good things about this company. This is the third job I've used them for in renovating an old home. Mario was in constant communication and helped in preparing for the fix I needed. The work was done with ease, with Mario, Chris Green, and Jaysin completing the work. Great help in giving me pricing options and solutions. Solid company great customer service and work.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

I've used EZ Flow several times over the past 2 years and have always had a great experience. They've helped with water leaks, our disposal, gas lines and more. Today, CT and Henry came by and were able to help us out very quickly. They were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend EZ Flow.

I was having a problem with a sink and a toilet. Finding a good plumber is difficult enough, but finding a great one is easy, BLUE DRAGON!
I called Blue Dragon, and Gilbert picked up immediately. He asked about my problem, and said he could squeeze me in between a water heater replacement and his afternoon clients.
He gave me an approximate time for arrival and was right on time. Not only did he do a great job, but cleaned up after his work like it was his own home.
As an aside he is a consummate gentleman, and someone I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

Company does a great job and got all my sprinklers in tip top shape!  Superior did an assessment and review of all my sprinklers and zones aligning spray and usage to optimal performance.  They are a company of integrity, quick response, and quality work.  Highly recommended.

Very timely, professional and clean service. I have used big city three times and each time the plumbers are knowledgeable and talk very straight forward. In fact the last time, I just mentioned another slight problem with my sink and without hesitation the plumber took initiative and fixed it. My main drained backed up so I called Rapid Rooter.  I had Stu, one of their pluming tech come over and he took care of my problem. He was very professional. He also showed up in a timely manner.   If I ever encounter any plumbing issues, I will call them again for sure.

Excellent, Excellent service. I had a major leak in my house and caused severe water damage so bad that my ceiling caved in to my downstairs and flooded my kitchen. I called AAA Auger and Tony answered my call and was very kind, professional, and very cheery for a late night call 10pm. He came out assessed the situation and was able to help us with our problem in a matter of minutes all for no charge which was awesome. He also was able to recommend a company to help me get started cleaning up the water damage. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues.

Pete and his company are first class.  From the moment I contacted him to the end of the job, Pete was a consummate professional.  The communication was seamless, his quote was the best price out of 4 other companies, and he is military friendly.  Our tenants were also impressed with his professionalism ensuring the job got done correctly.  We are stationed overseas, and the peace of mind knowing that I wasn't going to get taken advantage of means everything.  This company is veteran owned and run.  We will definitely use Pete again for our plumbing needs!!

Some of the techs do a good job the only problem I have with this company is when the tech finishes the he wants to sell you other services,I think they should do the job and ask the customer is there anything else they can do,most of the time the additional services they want to sell you is not cheap.

Nathaniel was nothing short of phenomenal! Within a few minutes of arriving at our house Nathaniel was able to diagnose and fix our HVAV issue. Will definitely use Nathaniel and Goettl for any and all HVAC needs!

During the snow storm of 2021 a water pipe busted in my home. I called Roto-Rooter on a Monday and pleasantly found they were scheduling me for the next day.  Winter conditions continued and no show.  I called them at the end of the day and was told all scheduled appointments were moved to next day.  Next day no show, no call.  It's Friday and still no show, but what disturbs me most is no notice this whole time.  I only heard from them once and that's bc I called them.  Luckily my neighbor called A.L. Plumbing and after talking to their plumber he squeezed me in right there on the spot and fixed my problem.  A.L. Plumbing, 210-269-6346.  

I can't speak to R-Rs quality of service, but I can speak to their disregard for customer notification, time, and general courtesy.
