I was charged $360 for something that the owner knew was worthless, but said nothing. He knew I wanted a new water cut off valve at the back of the house, because of a under kitchen sink leak that he also repaired. When I found that water cut off didn't work , he simply said oh that won't cut off water in the house. It had before and the handle was not good and frozen in place . He told me right away he could fix it and make it better. I also told him I would not spend so much money on that but having it handy to turn off water if I had another plumbing leak . He knew but now denied, but taking advantage of the elderly is a sin.  And certainly no way to gain repeat customers. ...

Brandon and Doug were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I had a time crunch and the office moved things around so I could make it to an event by 11am. Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY the BEST plumbing company in our area  (IMHO)!

Four years ago, they replaced and upgraded my water heater.

I hired a company that asked me for white bread ( Mrs Beards) to help stop the leak...SMH.

HUNDREDS OF  DOLLARS LATER, when the meter was replaced, my back spicket leak, turned into a blazing waterfalls!  

One of my neighbors  turned me in to the water company!  Not knowing I was already in contact with them!  Attempting to rectify the problem!

A&A not only took care of my issue AGAIN, but they CARED! TOOK CARE OF ME, and even sent me flowers, because of my health issues!

Who does that now a days??? THEY DO!

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. Everything that they replace was done like they were doing it for them selves. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that may arise. Showed up right on time and did a great job. He was super quick and personable! Offered to carry in some boxes I had on my front door step. I highly recommend him!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Our plumber arrived on the early side of the timeframe given, was pleasant and professional, and got the damaged toilet switched out for a new one in less than 30 minutes. He asked me to inspect the job, I saw that the seat was a little crooked, and he adjusted that in about 2 minutes.

This is our second experience with Mr. Rooter of New Braunfels, and both have been great.

We hired Jacob and his team back in January. Jacob was extremely quick in getting the project started. We needed front and back sprinklers and some landscaping to help with our downward sloping lot. They worked with us closely to help us achieve our vision! I am giving them 4 stars because although they were very quick, they began the project without talking all the details out and we to spend to get extra material.
I have had Jacob come out to quote us on other projects and he is super fast to respond and always willing to come help us out.

These guys are awesome!  I needed to have a water softener we had bought installed so I requested several quotes.  Travis responded immediately and was very reasonably priced.  He sent Peter and Homer within a week to do the job and billed me as quoted.  They were very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and even removed my bathtub drain cover which was encrusted with hard water deposit.  I highly recommend them!

I've used Juan once and recommended to a friend. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He is very fast to respond, even on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Had a leak in my front yard. Lee showed up right at expected time and immediately got to work. Work was quick and Lee was very professional. He was patient and took the time to explain what he did and how he did it. Offered suggestions for future problems and never spoke to me in a condescending tone because of my lack of knowledge. My main drained backed up so I called Rapid Rooter.  I had Stu, one of their pluming tech come over and he took care of my problem. He was very professional. He also showed up in a timely manner.   If I ever encounter any plumbing issues, I will call them again for sure.

Truthfully....... please, lets be truthful here. Not sure who you got your information from but it is ALL wrong. There were NO after hour trips to our home nor were there phone calls we did not answer. That could not be further from the TRUTH!!!! WE were the ones always calling and not getting the plumber to return OUR calls when he was supposed to be here working and would just not show up. At times days at a time!!!!! Even the dispatchers who answer your calls from customers couldn't contact him and called us back apologizing cause they didn't know where he was or why he was not calling us or the office back!!!! I have EVERY single thing documented and witnesses. I refuse to be treated like this continually by your company. As a matter of fact I called in a week ago for issues we are having here from the work that was done. Shocker.... still no phone call back. Fine, we can get another company out here to check things out. Then we can see you in court for all the wrong you have done.
You want truth well you are obviously NOT getting it from the people who work for you!!! Or you don't care. Not sure which. Calling the police was complete B.S.
No one was afraid they would have to do it again. I spoke with the manager Frank that morning to complain about getting someone out here to finish cause no one was calling. He apologized also and said he would get him here to finish and to also work on better communication. He also had another gentleman call me shortly after we spoke about fixing some repairs inside the home the plumbers had caused that Frank promised to get fixed. Needless to say they never got fixed as promised. So then, to my surprise Jayson came alright with the police. What a joke. What happened to that communication? Jayson told myself and the police Frank told him to call the police. Interesting, cause in our conversation hours earlier there was NO concern about payment. We just wanted the job completed. And as per our contract the job was to be paid in full when the job was complete. At this point it was NOT even close to complete. Which is also stated in the police report.
Y'all got your $$ as soon as it was complete. Funny how now that y'all did and we have problems yet again with the same thing you don't call back. So much for any warranty!!!!
Please, get the right information before responding. Or at least have the courtesy to call the customer yourself and find out!!
I wish this nightmare was over but obviously it is not!

Had several plumbing issues after the hard San Antonio Freeze and scheduled  Elite Plumbing for the repair.  Communication by Text was outstanding reminding me of the appointment and when they would arrive.  Peter and another staff member arrived on time and quickly determined the problem and it was fixed in minimal time.  
During a stressful period when I am sure they were overworked and tired they were true professionals.   Thanks for the great service!

I wish I could give zero stars!

I never actually received service from these folks, as every time I scheduled, they never showed up at the time window provided and or called to say they got hung up on other jobs and had to reschedule. So after 5 attempts and today being the final straw, I called and cancelled.

All I needed was a summer tune up and they were supposed to be at my home at 8 am. I get a call at 8:15 from the nice receptionist saying the tech was in traffic, but on the way.

So at 8:50, the tech is not here and I've cleared my morning out for these clowns and I was livid that it was almost an hour after the scheduled time...

So I called and said never mind, it's almost an hour past scheduled service time and I have work to do!

So if you want to get the run around and waste your time making concessions for a company that will probably leave you hanging? Jon Wayne is the company for you!

Also, judging by the other the yelp reviews, it appears they try to screw people on price too!

Guess I dodged a bullet! God only knows what they would have tried to con me into!?

This company is the WORST people to work with had a leak and thought it was fixed.  The tech they sent out argued with my husband because we want for the tech to do his job.  He slammed our water softener around and broke the connection.  Goettl said it wasn't their problem and they would not correct the connection or replace the water softener the tech broke.  Said they came out when we called so it was not their responsibility and would not fix anything. Said my husband tampered with the hoses and that was the problem, which was a LIE, we turn off the water to the house because of the leak.  These are untrustworthy people and will lie to make themselves not responsible for anything.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
