Quick response and excellent service after our basement flooded. Really appreciate the honest advice that enabled us to get the hot water heater back up and running without a full replacement.

Reasonable prices and the workers were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the price was as quoted, no additional charges or tricks. Would recommend.

We have been using Mr. Boyd for over 2 years now on our home and our rental property (that always seems to have issues!)  He always answers the phone, is always punctual and after assessing the problem and providing estimates, he usually can get to work right away.   I used to call around and get quotes but Mr. Boyd always had the most reasonable prices.  

Mr. Boyd has done the following for us so far: replaced water heaters; unclogged drains; fixed broken sink disposals, rebuilt toilets, snaked deep drains; reseated toilets; and this is just the start.  We even call him when it's not a plumbing issue so we can get a referral for another service provider he may recommend.  We totally trust him in our home, our tennants home and our friends homes.  

Best of all, he is an absolute pleasure!  We've given his name to all of our neighbors and friends around town and they have all love him too.   Just call him.  You'll love him.

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

We contacted Vince Messantonio Plumbing because our kitchen faucet was leaking and flooding the cabinets underneath the sink. Dan came out right away and replaced the faucet without any problems. Thanks guys!

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Someone got back to me within 5 minutes of my call. From the initial call to completed installation took about 2 hours. Mike and Ed were courteous, worked clean and came fully prepared with a replacement faucet. These guys were reasonably priced. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend these guys if any plumbing services are needed.

I can't say enough about how great this company is!!! Matt Chandler, the Owner of the business  is, nice, friendly, HONEST, reliable, and does NOT over charge or try to up sell ANYTHING!! Today I needed to have some major plumbing work done (a broken sewer pipe in my yard) that couldn't wait. Matt came out with his crew today and did the whole job in just a few hours. When Matt came out to my house a few weeks ago, he thought the needed repairs were going to be much more extensive than what he did today....he wasn't able to do everything today because of the work restrictions related to the Covid 19 pandemic.  After he was done with today's work, he told me that after looking at the pipe he was wrong and I DID NOT need anymore work done...everything is now fixed. The additional work would have been around $3000. I've NEVER had ANYONE tell me I DON'T need work done when it would mean that they would loose money. Also, the cost estimate that he gave me for the work was EXACTLY the same at the end of the job....not a penny more. I know we have all had people come to our homes to do work and it ends up costing more at the end of the job. If any of you ever need a plumber, I hope you will use him!!

I give two stars because two of the three guys who have come out were nice - one had no idea what he was doing.  Unfortunately, the first team was unable to handle the job to completion, so the second team had to step in.  Besides the extra two weeks of water damage, I was charged for the second visit as well.  That's not the kind of quality I'm looking for in a plumbing company.  Do the job until it's done, and stand by your work.  I don't think it's too much to ask.  I definitely feel taken advantage of in this situation.

Came out to clear my backed up drain to the sewer.  Fixed the problem promptly, and was considerate of my timing.  Price was fair. Gave a reasonable quote on other services I may need in the future.  An easy recommendation to others, and would use again for sure.

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

What a scam We had a plumber come out last week to check on a clog in the drain. After inspecting the basement for 2 minutes he came back to tell me that he could not get to the access point on the main drain and would need to cut the pipe to then clean the drain. I challenged his assumption that he couldn't get to the pipe because we had that pipe replaced less than a year ago and I knew the access point was accessible but he insisted. He then gave me a quote of $1,205 for the gold fix and $773 for the silver fix. I mean come on! What ever happened to just fixing the issue for an appropriate cost. It was then that I paid the $60 to show up (which I knew about and expected) and told him I would get additional quotes and call if I need them. A few days later we had ABLE Plumbers come out (for free) and check the plumbing. Lo and behold he easily opened the access point on the main drain and quickly realized the issue was a clog that was out in the street. After snaking the drain outside we were FIXED. And the best part, it only cost us $160.

So here is my issue. I called Precision Plus and told them I felt like I was scammed. I felt like that particular plumber didn't event try to access the drain because if he did he would have realized the issue. If he did, the problem would have been an easy fix and they wouldn't have made $1,200+ on me. If he did, they would have gotten my business and I would be a continuous customer. But not only did he not try to actually fix the problem, but he quoted me an outrageous number for the gold fix and when I called to express my concern I was practically ignored. I asked for my $60 and they refused.

What happened to the customer is always right? In this day and age where reviews and word-of-mouth are priceless I would have expected more.

Moving forward, I will warn everyone I know to not use Precision Plus. This is unacceptable.

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
