Needed plumbing work done and Mark (the owner and Master Plumber) was very responsive, efficient, and was on-site for all the work doing most of it himself with his son (also a plumber) assisting. Definitely a great company and person to deal with!

I have to give a shout out to our awesome plumber Mark Trimble. No he didn't tell me to write any of this but I see a lot of questions in here asking for a great plumber. I can't recommend him enough if you have a job that you need done right the first time, need to fix a job that was botched by another company (like one that rhymes with Sold Pedal), or any challenging or creative fix. Mark and his son are the guys to save the day.

They treat your house like their own. In our case, our sump pump failed and the back up too. Plus the original company who installed the connector to the townhouse drainage system did a terrible job (before we moved in) and water was splashing all back on our bricks causing damage. Mark is not the cheapest plumber but is is absolutely the best around. He can do anything, do it right, do it to code, and make sure you won't run into problems in the future by corner cutting. He knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. I think they must have come by five times for our job to quote, help us keep the basement from flooding, lent us a little manual pump, installation, and checking in to make sure it worked properly. That kind of service is rare these days.

Mark and his team are just outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, they are reliable, honest and have a lot of integrity. They did the plumbing under our kitchen sink, replaced the spigot and put in all new plumbing for the entire house. His team are courteous and professional. Just good business people all around and I highly recommend their services.
