Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

When looking for a company to do our repipe I got at least 6 different estimates.
David Henry came in and did a walk through of our house, saw our master bath and the tile work that I REALLY did not want to have cut into and damaged, and another bathroom that another company told us they'd have to yank out the whole cabinet and counter, he absolutely assured us that wouldn't have to happen. I was so relieved! Then he sat us down and brought in actual pieces and fixtures showing us EXACTLY what they would use, he had videos, and answered all of my ridiculous questions perfectly. He left us with a full color folder explaining everything! He really put us at ease.
Most of these repipe companies contract out to other companies. Not We Do Repipes! They have their own crews for EVERYTHING. They are fully licensed and  insured.
Their estimate was not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive! I checked all of their reviews online and was very satisfied. So we decided to go with them.
They were right on time (to the minute) for their appointments. Communication was always very easy and very clear. Their crew showed up and we're very respectful of my home and my little dog. They worked almost 12 hours that day but when they left I had a full repipe and a new tankless water heater all up and running seamlessly!
Next was the Sheetrock repair appointment and their repairman Oscar. He arrived EXACTLY at his appointment time, did a walk through and got to work. He is very detail oriented and meticulous with his work. He's a super nice guy and seems to be able to fix ANYTHING! We were so pleased with Oscar I made him lunch the second day he was here.
All in all everything that we had done came out PERFECTLY! What an awesome experience to work with a company that does absolutely everything they say they are going to do at the high quality they promise! I will definitely recommend this company EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Great service! Not only did Mike and Justin give us a better price on a leak than a first estimate, they actually were very thorough and found a second leak located not far from the first. They themselves were personable and communicative. The secretary Sierra was very polite and communicative as well.  I really, really recommend them.

Lara Services were quick to respond, very professional, and handled my plumbing issues. I was very pleased with their service and I will be sure to contact them for any future issues.

WOW!  Fantastic, precise service and such a pleasant, easy plumbing experience!  Spoke to Shelley after lunch and received a call back saying Paul and Ben were on their way later that afternoon.  Same day service without any additional cost!  Paul worked quickly and offered tips and suggestions on how to avoid a potentially devastating flooding situation inside the house. If you have a bathroom sink that backs up with water,  don't bother with Draino or a plunger, you're going to need a professional to come out and make sure the issue is done correctly.  Call The Plumbing Guy! We needed a water heater replaced. They replaced our water heater on the weekend, showed up on time, we're clean, did quick work, honest and up front on materials pricing and very polite. Will call again for my piping and plumbing needs.

I used J P Plumbing today I had them schedule since last week they showed up on time did an excellent job the problem is completely solved the guy is so very courteous very knowledgeable nice guy he came in and repaired the messed up job that another Master Plumber messed up and would not take my phone calls nor texts messages I just want to say thank you J P Plumbing for an excellent job you are my new plumbing company

They were able to help stop a leaky bath faucet Saturday morning so I could still make a trip before Noon. And for a second project, they were able to work with me on the quote and type of work to get it within my budget. Very reliable company and they will communicate with the customer to meet their needs.

I was shocked at the terrible service I received from Bob DeShano Plumbing, especially in view of his good online reviews.  

To quickly summarize, it took Bob two weeks from my first phone call to finally schedule an appointment with my tenants.  Finally, the scheduled appointment time arrived (five days and two weeks after the first phone call), and Bob sends me a TEXT to tell me that he doesn't accept out of state checks 30 minutes before the appointment is scheduled!  Talk about unprofessional!

He had five whole days from when he learned my address to tell me that he wouldn't accept my check, but he waited until 30 minutes before the appointment to inform me.  I got a very annoyed call from my tenant who came home early to meet the no-show plumber.  

I own five rental properties and have hired dozens of handymen and plumbers, and this was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received.  Not to mention, this was the first time a repair service would not accept any form of out-of-state payment (check, credit card, or Paypal).  Don't worry about my out-of-state check, Bob, you will not receive that or any other form of business from me ever again.  

To those looking for a good plumber, there are plenty of other good plumbing services in the area, don't waste your time on Bob DeShano Plumbing.

Very fast and courteous service. Thought I had a leak, came out and he inspected the entire building - took about an hour  - didn't find a leak  - and didnt charge me at all

We have used Milton-Frank for years are they are truly the best and most reliable plumbers in town! They are truly passionate about their work and when you need a plumber you can trust, when you call them, one will show up.

I have been a regular customer for several years.  But enough is enough with the overcharging.  In recent times their charges have gone from high to abusive. Using their services comes with a healthy dose of FINANCIAL FATIGUE.  I had no idea I would be presented with a $2000 bill for recharging Freon in my home A/c.  Ridiculous.
