Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

Mike installed my new shower/bath faucet with all the latest plumbing tools and methods, and ensured proper operation after. He also taught me how to maintain/drain out my water heaters.  After he left, he called back a couple days later to check that everything was working just fine - what customer service!

Austin has done two different services for us. I found him on Yelp and now am happy to add my review. He is prompt and professional and very personable. One service we had a Flow-Tech system put on for our hard water. When we had questions he even had the Flow-Tech rep come out to verify the system was working properly. He is very honest and explains everything to you. I highly recommend him. He will be our plumber for many years to come!

Luis was very prompt in sending a professional and courteous crew to handle our immediate plumbing situation.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

Excellent company - from the initial estimate to the repipe job, to the Sheetrock job.  One of the most professional and definitely the cleanest set of teams I have had working on this house.  Angel oversaw the job and when there were necessary delays he got thing back on track - even on the weekend.

Water pressure, temperature, and water quality improved instantly.  

Pricing was way cheapest out of the 3 estimates I got (not sure how they pulled that off while doing a solid job).  No other place was willing to include Sheetrock repair in the job.  This place did and the repair and texture was a great match to existing walls.  I highly Recommend We Do Repipes.

I have used several plumbers over the years, but a few years ago I found The Plumbing Guy to be the best.  Paul and Shelley Weitz own the business.  They are honest and extremely hardworking.  They work really hard to make their satisfy their customers and accommodate their schedules.  Paul came out a few days ago to do some work on our house.  Strangely enough this morning the hot water went out while I was taking a shower.  I thought maybe we had used up the hot water, but this evening when I came back home it still wasn't working.  I called and left a message for them at 7:30 PM - nothing urgent, but just saying it was something I'd like to get an appointment for.  Shelley called me back within a few minutes and Paul was here at 8:30 PM to check on it.  Fortunately it was only a pilot light that went out, and he didn't even charge me for it!  I feel bad that he had to come out so late at night when he could be at home resting and tucking in his kids.  But, they said that is how their business has been lately.  They work hard, are honest, charge fair prices, and do a great job so they are in demand.  If you need a good plumber, look no further than The Plumbing Guy!   713-771-8000

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! I cannot tell you how wonderful this company has been.  Chris and Gabby are the reason I'm singing JP Plumbing praises right now.  My water heater went out last week, and the warranty company was a PITA about getting someone out here to fix it.  Finally,  J P Plumbing came to the rescue.

Chris is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely professional.  He made sure I knew what he was going to do, and what to look for in the future.  Ms. Gabby phoned and kept me updated as to the progress of my repair request.

The initial work this company did was good.  However, after receiving and accepting a written estimate for further work, they never showed up and that was two months ago.   I would rate this company as highly unreliable.

Called Bob early on Sunday morning. He assured me that he would be out around noon. At 11:00 am he confirmed via text that he was on his way. Before I knew it he was at our door. He did a great job. He was professional, concise, honest and replaced the pipe needed in no time at all. He was VERY reasonable especially for a Sunday! Centerpoint had to return to turn the gas back on & was able to so because of Bob's expertise. He also gave us the name of a contractor to call to fix the cosmetic brick work.

He installed a 2.5 Gal water heater under the kitchen sink, and fixed a leak in the pipe going to the water heater in the garage.  No problems, reasonable price, very friendly kind man.  Will call him next time I need anything done to my plumbing.

I own a business in Tomball and after the freeze I noticed that one of our pipes had burst. I called Milton Frank and they had a technician at my location within 30 minutes! It only took him 15 minutes to repair my pipe and I was able to continue operating! I cannot thank Milton Frank enough! They were the hero and saved the day. They have serviced my location for several years and have always been professional and courteous. And most importantly they will be there for you in your time of need! I stopped using Village plumbing a few years back because I wasn't pleased with the techs they sent out but this call was for our AC unit and the tech Goeff was excellent and the team that installed the new unit could not have been nicer and were very professional. May consider calling them for plumbing issues in the future. The lady that I scheduled with was excellent and I had to call her after they left for an additional question and she quickly got an answer for me.
