These guys do great work, Austin and his team know their stuff! First had them out to do an emergency repair on a frozen pipe, which was done quickly and efficiently the same day. A few weeks later I had them fix a hot water supply problem and just yesterday they finished a complete bathroom remodel for us. (The guys even insisted on sweeping the floor and picking up every single piece of trash! ) They have a great warranty on materials and labor, and it's nice to see that they stand behind their work in writing. Any type of plumbing remodel and repair you need, they can do it.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

Best repipe company out there, they were the most professional from bid to completion. They beat every other companies price by well over $1,000. We were only without water for maybe 8 hours. Some of the other companies said we would be without water for as many as 4 days!!! 4 days without water would be horrible. The installers were very polite, professional and clean. They even took care of all the sheet rock repairs, including the texture. Every other company wanted an additional fee to repair the sheet rock. That's right, an additional fee to repair the damage they would cause. These guys, all the sheet rock repairs were included in the price, like it should be. Not too mention the sheet rock looks perfect, can't even tell there was ever a hole. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their house repiped. 5 STARS ALL DAY!!!

I've called on S&B before and never regretted it. Today I had a small crack on an exterior pipe, thankfully no damage inside at all. I told them I was ok for a while, but they showed up in about 90 minutes and got the work done beautifully. Very courteous as well. Every job they've done has been excellent.

I have been relying on this plumbing co since I bought my first house in 2006. The owner Doug is very professional and does quality work at an affordable price. I've had them install water heaters , repair pipes in attic, to completely remodeling a bathroom with a custom shower enclosure, etc. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend for any plumbing needs..

With all these stellar review, I am worried that Paul, the plumbing guy, will be too busy to tend to our needs. He worked on our house nearly 7 years ago when we were building it.  He was an employee of another company.  We liked his work and his work ethic. When he went out on his own, we continued to use him.  He didn't even own a truck.  Last time he was here he had 2 vans and people working for him.  This is a mom & pop business not one of the large international plumbing businesses whose servicemen work at least partly on commission.  Their goal is to sell the home owner the most expensive parts and repairs.  Not Paul.  He and his wife Shelly run an honest service oriented business.  We have 12 bathrooms so we are in need of  a plumber from time to time. Many of them decide to charge extra b/c of the size of our house.  Paul does not do that.

David and his team is professional, responsive and reasonable. They sure know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing I highly recommend SP plumbing solutions.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! What a great plumbing company! We had a hot water heater pipe burst. They returned our call quickly and came out and replaced the broken pipe as well as one other one that had the potential to burst as well. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and prompt.  We had hot water again quickly.  I will use this company again.

The initial work this company did was good.  However, after receiving and accepting a written estimate for further work, they never showed up and that was two months ago.   I would rate this company as highly unreliable.

I was in need of repairs to my toilets. I reviewed Yelp. I came across Bob DeShano. I contacted Bob gave him the information he requested and the next day Bob was out to my home. Completed the job and was on his way.

Good prices with solid work. I have 3 plumbers listed just in case however his name has the stars by it to call first and a note to retry because I liked his service and prices that much more. When he saw a valve kit for the toilet I told him my husband was planning on installing it. He suggested he also install a new flapper valve at the same time and showed me why. He was there to fix a leak under the toilet my husband didn't want to deal with and it turned out to be more than just needing a new wax seal so I was very happy he was there. All around nice guy.

We have used Milton Frank Plumbing for 15+ years. This spans two homes with great service in each one. They have provided products and services including hot water heaters, disposals, water softeners and water filters and toilets. We decided to replace our pedestal sink in our new home and purchased a vanity sink from Home Depot. I called the MFP office the next morning and by that evening I had a new vanity sink installed. Carlos our service person and installer for this small job is one of the nicest, friendliest and knowledgeable technicians. The number of years that we have used this company is a testament to their products their services and being a very customer centric company.

Absolutely horrible expensive experience with Village Plumbing! They charged $4200 to repair broken pipes that caused extensive damage to my downstairs on October 14th. On November 15th when the contractors were finishing the last 2 days of renovation, another plumbing leak occurred in the kitchen due to failure of Village Plumbing to fix the original issues. Village Plumbing admitted that the first repairs were not done properly and that the supervisor on the original job  had been terminated because of his incompetence. They agreed at this time to pay for all expenses for the plumbing repairs and damage to my kitchen, but that did not happen. They made an offer to pay $2500 for damages that totaled $4000- damages caused by their incompetence. So, I am out of $4200 from the original charges and now they want me to absorb another $1500 caused by their incompetence.
Do not use this company!
