Austin Taylor is also a state board approved Continuing Professional Education instructor and plumbing certification course instructor so he is always up to date on the latest in plumbing codes and current technology. HISTORY
Established in 2014.
Like many businesses this one started as an idea. The idea began in 2000 when Austin became a plumber. The idea was to provide top quality customer service and be the best drain cleaning and plumbing company out there. The idea grew to the realization as the owner and Master Plumber of his own licensed plumbing company 15 years later. Our motto is Do one thing and do it better than anyone else. This motto along with top-notch customer service is the backbone of our company and we will never become complacent in striving for it.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Austin is a licensed Responsible Master Plumber. He is also a State Board approved continuing professional education instructor and plumbing certification course instructor. Through the years as a service plumber, Austin became a specialist in leak detection, backflow prevention, and tankless water heating technology. Prior to becoming a plumber Austin worked for the Boy Scouts of America as a ranch hand and rock climbing course instructor for the Boy Scouts for 3 years. He is an Eagle Scout and currently is a member of the local Elks Lodge in Brenham, Texas. These experiences have helped develop his passion for professionalism, customer service, and community involvement.

Austin and his crew did a great job. Came in, assessed the problem and did the necessary repair. Actually went above and beyond as they repaired another small item in the house. I really appreciate their professionalism, the expertise and the price was good.

I had a kitchen sink drain filled with grease,and had tried every over the counter product I could find, as well as conventional snake draining. I was skeptical, but someone suggested having the line hydrojeted, and after reaching out to several companies I decided to go with Dynamic Drains. They showed up promptly, were very personable and explained all of my options. It took some doing, but they were successful in clearing the drain and my family and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Dynamic Drains of Texas is a keeper. There were quite a few recommended plumbers but this company was highly recommended by many. We had a slow draining tub and some serious clogs at different points in our drain pipes. From the first contact to them by phone, during and after the work was completed the experience was superior! The lead plumber was Bobby Garza and he thoroughly explained the process to be used and showed us (using a camera) what the issue was inside the pipes. It was quite a show watching them jet the pipes. Bobby and his partner were very polite and knowledgeable of their work. Will we use them again....you betcha...but praying no time soon..lol. Thank you for sending skilled plumbers.

I've got to tell you, from Lois in scheduling to Adam and Cullen showing up to get the job done, this company rocks!! I've had this company out 3 times for 3 different issues and all was handled quickly and professionally!! It's so refreshing to actually be able to call a plumber and know I'm getting the best from the best!! Too bad there aren't more companies out there like this! They set the bar high!!! Austin has done two different services for us. I found him on Yelp and now am happy to add my review. He is prompt and professional and very personable. One service we had a Flow-Tech system put on for our hard water. When we had questions he even had the Flow-Tech rep come out to verify the system was working properly. He is very honest and explains everything to you. I highly recommend him. He will be our plumber for many years to come!
I had to replace a garbage disposal in my rental home. Living out of state makes it difficult to find a plumber on short notice, let alone one with a good reputation! I called, got a quote, and was scheduled for an install for the following week. Austin coordinated with my tenants to come in and get the work done, and called both myself and the tenants to re-confirm the appointment. I am so happy I paid a professional to get the job done right - I highly recommend him for any and all plumbing-related repairs or installations!
We called for help when we were in need for diagnostics and we could not get good information from anyone else. They answered the phone, came when they were scheduled, and spent time to fully investigate and answer our questions. We especially want to thank Adam and his assistant for their hard work and professionalism.
These guys do great work, Austin and his team know their stuff! First had them out to do an emergency repair on a frozen pipe, which was done quickly and efficiently the same day. A few weeks later I had them fix a hot water supply problem and just yesterday they finished a complete bathroom remodel for us. (The guys even insisted on sweeping the floor and picking up every single piece of trash! ) They have a great warranty on materials and labor, and it's nice to see that they stand behind their work in writing. Any type of plumbing remodel and repair you need, they can do it.
