Had a furnace issue over the holiday break and Brad and his partner were able to come out within about 2 hours of me calling on a holiday and got the furnace working temporarily while we wait for a new part from Carrier which they will install in a couple days. While they were here they didn't even seem to get annoyed by me hanging around as they worked so that I could get a peak at what was going on. Very personable and super nice guys! Seemed to be very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommended if you are in their service area!

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Terry and his team took care of us last weekend with basement water issues.  They were prompt and professional and explained the issues with detail and thought.  I really appreciate their work and intend to use them in the future as needed.

Our condo building has been having Lincoln Sewerage come to our building the past 5 years or so, to rod out our sewer lines every summer - and also a few times when we've other other sewer-related issues.  They've always been unfailingly polite, work quickly, show up on time, communicate clearly, do great work, and don't charge an arm and a leg.  There has even been a few times when they went out of their way to save me money.

I give this company my highest possible recommendation.  I really have no complaints whatsoever, and how often can you say that about a contractor?

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. Can not say more about the fantastic service I received from Grant with Preferred Professional Plumbing!  They were incredibly prompt and fit me in when I really needed service quick. Grant and his guys were on time, professional and very kind and patient with my concerns and questions. HIGHLY recommend this company for any sort of plumbing issues you may have!

I called them because we had a problem with our plumbing.  They came out right away and did a great job.  Very professional with reasonable prices.  Would highly recommend them to my neighbors and family.

We had a guy come out to fix a gas leak. He wasn't comfortable doing the work because of the wording on the gas company report, which is fine. However, he spoke over us, wouldn't let us get a word in, and  continued to act like we didn't understand what he was saying or believe him. This company came to us by a recommendation so maybe we got a bad apple. If you get Mill (spelling?), avoid at all costs.

Jason replied moments after we sent the job out on Yelp. We have a clay sewer line with several mature trees nearby and like to have it cleaned before we have a problem. His quote was very reasonable and as ours was not an emergency and he was able to scheduled us in a few days. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and after surveying the lay of the land he advised us of the work required and the range of outcomes. During the clean out we were informed at various times of the progress being made. After a successful completion he ran a camera through the sewer line and showed us the condition of the line. The work was done at the agreed upon price. At no time did he up-sell or recommend additional work. As a matter of fact he told us what we could do to require his services less often. Jason was at all times professional and courteous. American Sewer and Drain is now in my speed dial and I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Noticed water in my basement last night.  I called 3 different plumbers and while 2 of them were way over priced and looking to charge for more work than required to fix my issue (needed only a switch for my sump pump, as the pump was fine), Joe from Allison Plumbing was completely transparent about my issue.  Told me the pump was fine and simply needed a new switch/float.  He was very responsive, personable, and knowledgeable.  Replaced my switch for me in less than 25 minutes and charged me only a 1/3 of what the others were asking.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Friendly, professional service at a competitive price. When I requested a quote I got a call a day later from the owner, Sean, who walked me through what to expect and gave me some general indicative pricing and which we then followed up with a formal quote on adding a gas line. Damondrick and TJ were friendly and explained all steps they were taking. They didn't mind my 2.5 yr old son spectating and he was sad to see them go. Had a gas line installed to a stove and they took precautions including a leak test before and after, were consideration of wall placement and went to every effort to avoid any unnecessary damage. I am very pleased and will call for any future need and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Highly recommend!!! We ran into an emergency situation on a Sunday (could have been without water) and jumped onto Yelp to search for a plumber. I could have not picked anyone better. He was so nice and even though he was closed he came out quick. He fixed the problem in no time at such a great price. Hands down, an exceptional plumber! Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. The team was professional, thorough and polite. I'll be calling them again when I need to update my toilet. Thank you Travis and Justin for your expertise.

Great service, but too expensive. Found a better place that offers similar service at much lower prices.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
