We had them out twice for our bathroom.  The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off.  They came out on an emergency call and fixed the problem.  We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded.  I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out.  They are true professionals.

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Recently my husband stepped out of our downstairs shower at 5:45 am into a pool of water. We do not typically have water in our basement, in fact the River Forest flooding that frequently occurs because of the nearby Des Plaines River has never reached our house in the 14 years we have owned our home. Later that same day of our problem we attempted to clear the water from our basement (even though it was still not at all clear as to its origin) but by evening the water instead of receding, appeared to be rising! We called Terry because we found his website after a Google search and he claimed to be a 24 hour plumber in our area. Right from the start, Terry put us at ease because of his professional approach to diagnosing the possible problem and within an hour (at 11:00 pm) Terry and he associates came to our home to assess the situation. We are very impressed that Terry and his staff are not only extremely professional, competent and punctual but have reasonable prices as well. They stated that they would call us by 10:00 am the next morning and they called exactly at 10:00 and by 10:40 they had installed our brand new sump pump! i thought i had written them a review before, but i guess i forgot.  a couple years ago, they gave me a reasonable price to tie in a floor drain to a downspout at a low corner of my house and also tie in a basement drain to the sewer.  they did a great job, even handling the permits.  i needed them again yesterday because i had a persistent clog at one of my rental properties, and even though my contractor found someone to come out sooner (and ultimately figured it out), lincoln sewer was ready to come out same day for me (actually within 2 hours!!).  these guys are a life-saver!

Nothing not to like. Great response. Great value. Great work so far. Much better value than many others.

I was looking for a plumber on a Saturday for about 4 hrs. I had a problem
that resulted in me shutting the water off in the whole house.  My 2yr. old grandson was visiting from Nashville, so that just made it even more urgent.
Brandon was so sincere in helping me out while no one was available. I'm not sure how I would have managed if he didn't call back & come out.
Emergencies are so unexpected, even though I really didn't have the funds, it was worth me using the money I had for another bill.

My washing machine malfunctioned in the middle of the cycle and I ended up with a large puddle in the middle of the room with I called Todd and Dominick came out to take a look.  After starting the machine three times and letting it run, Dominick was unable to find any explanation for the leaking.  He had a few plausible ideas but couldn't find anything wrong.  Dominick was very thorough and very pleasant.

Magic Men was at my house within an hour after calling them. They solved my issues quickly and didn't even want to accept payment. I will definitely be using them again.

Very friendly service.  Replied quickly and thoroughly to emails. Arrived on time and replaced the kitchen sink and shower head very quickly.  Got honest advice on how to fix water damage in the bathroom floor.  Great experience and would call them again if I ever need to.

I called them to replace a 12 foot section of pipe in my attic that had a slow leak.  They quoted me over $1000 to do the job.  The company I ended up using charged me $300 and it took them 90 minutes to do the work. EDITED to respond to the owner:  Sean, respectfully, your team lied to you.   Your tech walked in with his iPad, in sales mode from the beginning, and offered to give me a quote for a whole-home replacement (which he never did, and in any event would be more than $10,000). It was clear that the $1000+ quote was only for the 12 foot pipe that was actively leaking and two t-joints.  There was no other repair option. Your guy tried to overcharge me and I told him to get out of my house.  As he was walking out, I told him that this was a $450 job and he told me that I was wrong.  Turns out I was too high -- it was a $300 job.

Customer service is very responsive and awesome. Staff is honest and Prices were very compatible. Work was done on time and cleanly. I wish they would have taken some considerations into account on separating main water supply connection between  the garage and the rest of the home via an additional stopper device.

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

Had them out for a simple valve replacement. They were quick and got the work done the same day, that's the reason for 3 stars. Otherwise, I was quoted $400 for a job that should cost half that. Literally replacing a single valve that took less than 2 hours counting from walking through the door to leaving. The technician quoting the work said he couldn't do anything about the price. When I called the head office they said the same thing so I accepted it because I was already out $50 and had wasted time just to have him come out. If they had fixed pricing like this, I should have been quoted it over the phone before they came. After weeks of trying to speak to a manager, I finally spoke to someone and was told the price was non-negotiable and since I had agreed at the time, that was that. They even have a special offer on their webpage with no restrictions, but he refused to honor that comparing plumbing services to buying a cheeseburger.  So here's your warning, expect to pay a lot for a little and make sure you mention the special offer up front.
