I've had two small issues in my bathroom for awhile now; a clogged sink and a hissing toilet. I finally decided to try and find a plumber that I could trust not to price gauge and find extra work that needed to be done. After doing a bit of research, I called and left a message with Luis Your Plumber. I noticed there was an option to text, so I did and received a response after a few minutes. I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and was promised someone would arrive between 9 and 10. At about 9:45, one of the guys called to let me know they were running a little late, but would be here in about 20 minutes. This was the first sign of excellent customer service. After they arrived, Saul and Larry took a look and provided (in my opinion) a very reasonable price. They completed both jobs thoroughly, and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate great customer service and fair prices. For these reasons, I'll definitely contact Luis Your Plumber for any future plumbing needs.

During the process of purchasing my first home, one of the houses, the one I would eventually buy, had some obvious plumbing issues. Before signing the contract, I asked Your Plumber Luis, at the suggestion of my mom, to come out and give the issues a look.

They came within 24 hours, did a deep dive into the house, and provided me a very reasonable quote for when I was ready to have the work done.

Once I purchased the home, my first call was to Luis who sent out his crew the same day. They gave me some great advice, told me how I could save money on the services they were doing, made some recommendations on things I could do in the future and then left with the work incredibly well done.

I will use them for sure moving forward for any of my plumbing needs in my new house!

While hanging a wall mirror in my fitness room, I accidentally drilled a hole right in a our main water pipe!  After panicking (a little) and getting the water shut off, I went about finding a plumber.  The problem....our street was flooded thanks to Tropical Storm Harvey.  
I called at about 5 pm, got a quick response, and he was at our house that evening.
Luis made the trip, parked his van around the corner and walked all the way down to our house to help us out.
He went above an beyond in service and got our water going again!!  He was polite, professional, and very responsive.  We'll be using him again when the time comes.

Good service. Caught them with a gap in their schedule on a Saturday which was fortunate for me. Only a few had manpower available. Came out promptly, & since their supplier was closed for weekend we worked out that I bought the hot water heater at Home Depot, they picked it up and installed in attic. Seems they were more careful/thorough than some plumbers I've used over the years. Lance & Eric were friendly and informative. Gave me hints about maintenance no other plumbers had ever given me. Will definitely plan to use them again.

I can't express how knowledgeable and professional Luis and his team are. They helped us replace old valves from our 1960's home, get our water heater up to code, and sealed two toilets that we've had issues with. They explained the process for each service and were extremely fair in price. I would highly recommend them!! If 10 stars were an option I'd give 10!!

We had read a great review about this company on our subdivision website so we decided to give them a try. We have been looking for a good plumber for a while now. Larry came out and unplugged two of our bathroom sinks. One of those was supposedly unclogged by a previos plumber a while ago who had no idea what he was doing. This was a line clogged by the AC drainage and Larry knew exactly how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Also, the pricing was very fair. We finally found a reliable plumber and will be calling them for all our plumbing needs. Excellent service and we are so glad we found them!! 100% recommendation!!

Very prompt response to my phone call and were at my house within a few hours. I thought I had a major expense facing me with a tub drain issue and the likelihood that the tub needed replacing.

Instead, the plumber Luis sent, Lance figured out a repair and for $275 my problem was remedied.

I had these gentlemen out to bid on a sewer repair and was impressed!! I haven't chosen the final plumber yet, but compared to other big name plumbing services, these guys are champs. They didn't try to upsell or hard sell me, they simply and professionally assessed the situation, explained in detail, clearly, what needed to be done and how they would do it.
Having spent days with unreliable plumbers who don't show, show up but want hundreds to estimate, some who estimate without even looking at plumbing, I was 100% satisfied with Your Plumbers' honest, direct, FREE investigation and recommendation.

We found Luis through Angie's List when when we moved into our home and upgraded some plumbing and put a new toilet in.  It's an older house we are renovating and he discovered some issues that prevented this from being an easy job and he had to put in some extra work & supplies, yet he honored his original price estimate and did not charge us any extra.   A few weeks later, we called him back out for a sewer backup.  He just happened to be close by and came right over.  He quickly determined it was a backup from the main line and not anything in our lines that we were responsible for.  He told us who to call and left without charging us!  We called the water district and they confirmed his findings and fixed it for free.

Luis is an honest businessman and is not out to squeeze you for more money like other plumbers we have used in the past.  He has customers here for life and we highly recommend him.

These guys were great. Fast, efficient, and affordable. It's so nice dealing with independent family businesses who know there stuff. We had a clog in our line and they came out on a Saturday morning. They were polite clean and informative. I hope we don't have to use a plumber again, but if we do I know we'll use Our Plumber. I had a badly clogged drain. We kept trying to get it cleared ourselves, but it finally became clear that it wan't something we could fix.  I read reviews on another site and decided to give Your Plumber a try.  It was the end of the week and I figured it would take a couple of days.  They were able to come out same day (no extra charge) and offered a free evaluation.  They arrived on time and were able to get it fixed it promptly. I felt the charge was fair. I am very happy with the service and won't hesitate to use them again should I have a plumbing need.

Water was gushing from the ground as a result of a crack pipe. Your Plumber Luis arrived on time and took care of the problem. They even replaced the on and off valve and insulated the exposed pipe. If you are looking for an honest and professional plumber whose fee is very reasonable Your Plumber Luis is your guy! I highly recommend this company!

My mom woke up to rain inside her house. Her home insurance company recommended Your Plumber. They were there fast and diagnosed the problem swiftly! One of the upstairs toilet's water supply line's fittings had cracked and spewed water all night. They got the parts they needed to fix it and had it done in no time. They were such genuinely nice and professional guys. They even helped us figure out which breakers to turn off to the kitchen since there was so much water running by all the electrical outlets. Checked the water heaters while they were there too and gave us a quote on the spot should we want to replace in the near future. Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Your Plumber yesterday... I got a call back within an hour and an appointment and visit this morning at 8 AM. Larry and Sal came out to look at my upstairs tub, which had leaked through the ceiling causing some water damage. They were AMAZING!!! First thing after our greeting, they slipped on their boot covers to protect my floors and went to work to diagnose my problem. Waiting and not knowing how much it was going to cost me as I was ready for a huge bill. Sal shared with me that they were able to locate and repair the issue in which he took the time to share with me what had been completed and it was a $95 service charge. It ended being a loose nut inside the pipe, which they were able to get to with a small hole they cut  from under a cabinet and repaired it. All I can say is Your Plumber .... Is now MY PLUMBER.... Great work, honest, fair, prompt!!!

First time using Luis and his team this past week. They did some minor plumbing repairs at our home. Very impressed with their response time and customer service. The work was done quickly and reasonable price.

Caution! Please be careful and get multiple estimates before using this company. They recently quoted me $375 to fix a leak. The leak was actually a quick, DIY fix that cost less than $50. They did some work for us previously that was done correctly, but I do regret not getting another estimate before using them.

Found this company today on Yelp. Needed a very small job done. They responded quickly to my text and came out and did the job quickly and efficiently.  The price was extremely reasonable  and Luis was very friendly. I highly recommend you call them the next time you need a plumber. They will be our first call in the future.

These guys installed a hot water heater and sink for me.  They were efficient, courteous, on time & very reasonably priced.  Honest too!  I had them check the pipes bc they were older and they told me everything was fine.  They could have easily said there were problems and I wouldn't have known differently.

Outside faucet/ water main was struck. Called ARS to come check it out, they quoted me nearly twice as much, and were trying to do unnecessary work. These guys got the job done at a reasonable cost and the work was 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Luis and his team was very easy to work with. There was communication every step of the way. While their price wasn't the lowest, it was quite reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. Techs were reliable, on-point with their quote, did what needed to be done. I've been conned by contractors, esp plumbers a few times before, so try my best to screen contractors pretty well. Great job, excellent communication, they have been saved on my phone for future needs.

I called for a repair on a broken and corroded outdoor water faucet.  The repair was not an emergency but they were able to come within an hour of my call.  Larry and Nick resoldered the pipe, replaced two on off valves, and insulated exposed piping with care on a difficult location. I would call them again.

10 stars!!# Beyond excellent, we had a nasty sewage back up about a month ago. We called several places and Your Plumber came out when they said they would be here, we had another plumber who showed up late for an estimate, this individual was unprofesdional about the Your Plumber staff being here. The Your Plumber staff was gracious and highly professional in an akward situation. They fixed the sewage back up, stayed very late on a Friday night, replaced the fencing they had to remove to do the repair, sent extra staff to get the job done, and came in $3,000 under any other estimate we received. I would recommend this group all over the place! Highly impressed.

I had an emergency situation at the house on a weekend.  I spoke to Louis and within 1.5 hr, he was at the house repairing a pipe.  The price of the repair was what he quoted me.  I was very happy with his work and the customer service provided.

We have been putting off this major job, but leaks reappeared. We had gotten 4 bids on this job and then was referred to Luis Torres owner of Your Plumber. Came out gave us his bid very professional, very friendly. We thought there was a mistake but his bid  was considerable less than everyone else. We gave the ok and his crew came in took out all the old pipe and replaced everything that was old, including the outside bibs. In 4 days they had it all done .Luis's crew came in and worked all day, was very clean ,picked up behind themselves and kept us informed on the process along the way. This was the best experience we had with a Plumbing company ever! Would recommend Your Plumber to all my family and friends.
