They replaced our water heater. On time, professional, great service, even vacuumed after they finished. Would hire again for any future plumbing issues.

I had a houseful of people over the holidays and our sewer jammed! I called around and he was the only one that answered. He came over promptly, cleared the poop jams, and explained how to solve the problem long term with the city. We even paid to have the camera that showed the inside of the pipes which was pretty interesting. He was professional, easy to work with, and we were able to use the restrooms soon after he arrived.

I would call him again and recommended him to everyone at our party.

Based on Hugo's 5 star reviews I decided to use him to install my outdoor Ring camera with 2 lights. He arrived on time, was professional and we discussed the work I needed. He completed the job on time, added something extra for a better install and then made sure the camera was set up and facing the direction I wanted. Plus, he charged what he quoted my on the dollar! I was happy to give him a tip for the extra mile he went for my home. I have been looking for a handyman for odd jobs around my house and I will definitely be using Hugo again.

I called Plumbaway based on the many recommendations here and was not disappointed. We had recently moved into a new (85 year old) house, and were experiencing issues with gurgling drains and foul smells. We also had a kitchen sink that was not draining properly even after we plunged and snaked the line.

My goal was to identify and resolve as many issues as possible, as quickly as possible. Robert came over, investigated the issues, and clearly explained them to us. We ended up having a few small problems and one significant problem, a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Robert and his team gave me a very good price for all of the work and his team completed it in a timely and professional manner, taking the time to show me the old work and its associated problems as they uncovered it. For a big and mandatory job like this, it was a huge benefit to be working with someone who stands behind his work and offers very competitive prices.

EPW did a stellar job installing my water ionizer/ water filter. Even though this is not a typical service offering they were able to accommodate my request. Jordan in the office took the time to watch the installation videos I sent which made me feel confident they understood what was in store. Will and Stephèn came on time and were very professional. They figured out best way to make the connection given the limitations of my faucet and even made a trip to Lowe's to get a needed part. They did a great job on the installation. Although the job took longer than expected they adhered to the original 'guesstimate' quote that Jordan gave me over the phone ahead of the job. I am satisfied with the job that was done by EPW and will use them in the future for other plumbing projects. AND I'm super excited to use my new water ionizer and eliminate the need to buy bottled water anymore! THANK YOU!!

My husband and I just bought a new house and while walking the dog, I noticed the outside faucet was leaking at a steady rate. We are new to the area and I found Alex and First Aid Plumbing through yelp. I called a bit panicked he was able to get here within a couple of hours. He was wearing a mask. He assessed the issue and briefed me on the plan. I also asked him to look at a couple of other things and give me a future estimate on work we were planning on doing in the near future. He gave me an estimate on the leak, which was the priority and the future items at the same time. I felt he He repaired the leak, showed me the rusted out old pipe and also the wall from outside to in, before he closed everything up and resealed and insulated the fixture. I was very impressed with his professionalism, as well as his respectful manner. I see why First Aid has a 5 star rating and I'm planning on using them again for all of our future projects.

Called on a Tuesday (about 4:45 pm) and was able to get an appt the next day between 08:00 - 10:00 am.  I had a stubborn clog ( more than 50 ft in) in my drain pipes and my attempts at unsticking it got nowhere (I tried with my own 25 foot and 50 foot snakes).

Two fine gents from Texas Best (James and Kris) arrived, took the time to listen to my issues (and what I'd already tried) and ended up power-snaking the clogged line with their 100 foot snake.  Issue was resolved within 45 minutes!  (And with a very reasonable $189 snaking fee).

Both James and Kris were professional, courteous, and also took the time to explain and talk with me on any/all my follow-up questions.  It can be hard to find a business you trust and which doesn't take advantage of a bad situation - these guys did outstanding work!

My husband and I were looking for a quality, reliable handyman to install lights over the kitchen island.  We located Geovanny with City & Beyond-- he responded right away and we established a time for him to come over ( and he did so on a Sunday, which was a major factor for selecting his service).  Geovanny and his team did an amazing job--they were thorough, professional and courteous.  

They didn't leave a trail of rubbish behind--the only reason why we knew the were there is that we had our beautiful lights installed.  I am looking forward to using Geovanny again when we find ceiling fans to install.

What I appreciated most about Geovanny is the price he quoted was the price we paid.  Good value for the money.

It wouldn't be fair to give this company 0 or 1 Star since its not based on any plumbing work of any kind. It's based on the way the driver of a truck with your company's name on the side of it, poorly represents your company.

Driving down I59 North and then East on Northpark into Kingwood, your truck drove like he was maniac.

Just a tip,  if you're driving a company vehicle fast & furious, it reflects poorly on the company.

$190.00 for a stopped up toilet!! It took 20 minutes to unstop it, and it was not an emergency call. He didn't show up until the next day. I understand ppl need to make a living, but come on. I don't know another business that charges that much for 20 minutes worth of work.

Todd, the service manager provided great feedback and assistance with my problem! This company is wonderful I would highly recommend their services. They have great customer service!

Three gentlemen from this company installed a gas range in our kitchen and removed the old range. Actually, the old range was brand new and we were planning on selling it as such. These employees managed to break the legs off the range and now we will have to special order replacements -- if we can even get them.

I've left a message at their office and will update if/when I hear anything.

Not very impressed and would not give them 5 stars.

Ric and his teammate were the best and nicest people I've ever met. They were quick to respond to my call, on time, and did not waste time. He got right to business and took care of everything efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

Had an issue with our kitchen sink last night. Called Champion this morning and John was out here within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the issue quickly and we're back up and running!  Thank you!! Highly recommended.

I've used Nathan Renfro's plumbing services for years. As a real estate broker, having trustworthy and skilled trades is a must for me - for my clients to use and also in my own home. Nathan is prompt, a great communicator and works to get it done - fast! You can tell he is very knowledgeable since his diagnosis and repairs are very quick. He has never let me down on my own home or when I refer him to one of my many clients. Thanks Nathan!

The owner is a very nice man (Jerry David). They take care of business and are fair. They are a little more pricey than some other companies but when it comes to plumbing you really can't take chances. Better to get it done right than spend so much fixing mistakes. In all honestly you can't go wrong with this company. I have so much respect for them. And I don't say this lightly. I've had bad experiences with handy men and other companies who I won't take the time to badmouth.

I had a poor experience using this business to fix my hot water heater in July and August 2022.
We have a fairly new and common Noritz tankless hot water heater which stopped working in mid-July.
I went with the fix proposed by them, spent over $1,000 doing so. They have been out 5 times since(hot water has been intermittently on and off since then), a few different technicians- and no one has been able to figure out why their repair can't fix the problem.
The office manager at TQP also has been hard to get a hold of and doesn't always return calls.
Finally I called another company this week.
Their technician figured out the problem within an hour or so  - it was a faulty valve not the sensor they replaced. Furthermore, the other company arranged to get my parts replaced under the warranty, which TQP didn't tell me was at least an option. I will not be using them again.

I had seen their vans in my area and decided to give them a call since they are a company name I recognized. Had them come out to do an AC pre-Summer maintenance check and was shown that my system plenum and ducts/vents had significant mold growth (thanks humid Houston). They provided photo evidence and some was visible in the vent, so I knew it needed to be fixed. Their quote was pretty steep in my opinion, but I don't really know what things cost and didn't want to call someone else out for a second quote. I was told it would be an all-day job and on the day of scheduled service, it was noon and I still hadn't heard when the crew would come out. I called dispatch and they said their truck had a dead battery - fine, but would have been nice to know because now they would be working in my house well past working hours and into dinner time. The crew did finally arrive and it took about 6hrs to complete the work, which I think they did a good job on. However, lots of debris cleanup was needed on my part, so add on another 1hr plus of cleanup on my end. Overall, the job got done to my satisfaction, but I do think I overpaid for it...that is on me, but not a company I will rush to call back for service again.
