Great follow up. From original request for quote through completion of the project very professional. Hector and his helper were on time, prepared, respected our home with floor protection and clean up. They relocated and installed a new hot water heater. Good ideas to meet our needs, good price. Highly recommended.

Called for a blockage problem at 6pm.  Arrived by 7:00 and diagnosed the problem.  Well equipped truck with latest and greatest machine/tools.  In this case, Kim used a water power hose hooked to the truck to blast out the blockage.  Used his high tech camera to diagnose.  Cleaned any mess that was left.  Couldn't ask for any more and highly recommend.

I continue to use Hugo and his professionalism cannot be matched! From hanging pictures to snaking drains, he is reliable, fair priced, and talented. Highly recommend

I've used these guy for about 8 years.  Hap and Dillon are great plumbers and always get the job done right.  I have used them for clogged kitchen drains and faulty hot water heaters, but would not hesitate to use them for anything related to plumbing.  They are prompt and do not make a big mess.  Very polite as well.

If you are reading this, you probably have a leak and are panicked on who to call to fix it.  I know exactly how you feel.  I discovered water running down the outside of my house coming out of the Hardiplank.  Upon further investigation, I discovered it soaking into the drywall on the inside of my wall next to the stairwell.  Coincidentally, it was directly underneath my a/c and my immediate thought was my a/c pan was overflowing.  I immediately called my a/c guy (Richmond Air in Houston.  Great reviews.  Look him up.)  Discovered it was not my a/c unit.  It was working perfectly.  I had no idea who to call for plumbing so I went back to Yelp.  Texas Best only had 8 reviews (at the time) but they were all 5-stars.  I gambled and clicked on Request a quote and filled out the info.  It was after hours but they called back almost immediately.  Since I had an active leak but it wasn't a geyser, he agreed to put me at the top of the list the next morning.  Two guys showed up the next morning and found the leak within a few minutes.  They had to cut out part of my drywall to get to the T-connection in the PEX tubing.  They actually showed me where it had been leaking for a while (probably over two years but slowly got worse).  Needless to say, I now have around $2000 worth of damage from the leak.  The actual plumbing fix with labor and parts was less than $200.00.  I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Texas Best Plumbing.  If you need a plumber in the Galveston, Clear Lake, Webster, Friendswood area, do not hesitate to call them.  They were fantastic.  

Bottom line - Top notch plumbing service.  Charged my a fair price for the work performed.  Excellent communication and quality work.  Exactly what I expected and wanted from a plumber.  An easy five-star review.

Geovanny Orrego was a Godsend.  I thank the Yelp community for pointing me in his direction so I am writing this review to help others make their decision.  The main plumbing line to the street clogged at my house.  We couldn't use any of the plumbing in the house.  In my mind it's minor thing.  I have a home snake and whenever I have had to use it over the years it was usually a ten minute job.  Wrong, I couldn't get the snake through.  Still no big deal I'll call a plumber and let him use his professional equipment to get the job done.  I volunteered to keep my in-laws children while they were off on a cruise so this needs to happen fast notwithstanding it's a Saturday.  I found Geovanny on Yelp and due to the complimentary reviews I decided to try him first.  I told him my problem over the phone.  He scheduled me following the current job he was doing.  He walked up and told me exactly what my problem could be based on the tree in my front yard.  We thought it was roots from the tree.  It turned out to be worse.  The line was crushed.  My heart sank fast.  This is the wrong time of year for that type of expense.  Geovanny quoted me a very fair price and worked with me to get the job done.  He came backed Sunday morning to complete the job and I know he's a Texans fan so that couldn't have been easy.  I am forever grateful and after the holidays I have two more jobs waiting for him.  I'll work with nobody else.  Many thanks to a very good handy man and better person.

I have used Alliance Plumbing in the past for a re-route and re-pipe so they were the FIRST people to call when I awoke to noises I determined were coming from my attic. I called Jean and she lined up Augustin Villa to come and diagnose the situation. Lucky for me it was only air that had somehow entered my line and was making one of my lines bang on the beams and framework! And he even showed me how to remedy myself if this was ever to happen again. While he was here I asked him some questions about my water heater purchased in 2008. He gave me a quote, and was able to install a new one right away and educated me on the unit. I am super pleased. They were able to get this delivered to Augustin while he did some prep work and he was fast, courteous and I didn't have to clean up a thing. I cannot say enough good things about Alliance! I called EPIC Plumbing regarding issues with my toilets and bathroom faucets.

I was having issues with 2 out of 3 toilets and 2 out of 4 bathroom faucets.

After a review of the issues, it was obvious that I needed new toilets and faucets.

(Honestly, not surprising as my home is 14 years old.)

Instead of replacing just the toilets and faucets I was having issues with, I replaced all 3 toilets and all 4 faucets in my bathrooms.

The new toilets and faucets look and work fantastic. Truly state of the art.

The work was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. Considering that home repairs are not inexpensive, I was very pleased with the overall cost of all new toilets and faucets.

For starters, I always conduct a large amount of research prior to selecting a product and/or a company to work with. Selecting a company to install my water softener was no different. I contacted GAP Plumbing based upon a large amount of positive reviews with the hopes that my experience would be similar. The price to install my water softener was fair and I am someone who does not prefer to work with the cheapest guy in town as you get what you pay for in life. I will gladly pay more for quality parts and quality installation. The day after the initial installation a coupler on the back of the water softener burst and a small section of my garage filled with water. Thankfully I happened to wake at 4am that day and could hear the sound of water gushing from the garage. After calling into the office they did come out later that day to fix the line. However, I was more than slightly annoyed by the individual I spoke with who informed me that normally they would charge for them to come out again to fix something like this. Are you kidding me right now? You just installed this product the day before and you have the nerve to inform me that you are doing me a favor by not charging me to come fix your shoddy work?

This install happened roughly 20 months ago.

I always had a leak from my water softener whenever it would run and it would leave water all over the floor in the garage the next morning. It was not until I consulted with another plumber who at first glance of the installation and setup bluntly asked me Did you pay for this? That was embarrassing. After about 10 minutes of work and him removing the drain line that was installed by GAP Plumbing I no longer have a leak whenever the drain line runs.

But wait...there's more! There is a small crack in the coupler that they installed that they obviously tried to cover over with some white mastic type of material that held up for the last 20 months, but is now leaking slowly all over the floor. I am now waiting on a plumber from a different company to come out and redo everything.

Perhaps water softener installations are not their forte at GAP Plumbing but I would strongly recommend pursuing a different company to work with your plumbing needs.

Very prompt and knowledgable would definitely hire again.
Did not prive gauge like other Plumbers.

Quick service he came out the next day to repair my toilet and gave me a two year warranty as well. I would definitely use again

We hired Texas Plumbing to change a hot water heater in our rental house.   They came out the next morning and it was done in three hours.    They are coming out tomorrow morning, a Saturday, to check out a leak.   Response is fast and friendly.

I had 3 plumbing companies come out and give me an estimate for the repairs needed.  JD Precision Plumbing won my business not due to price but Ron's knowledge. Ron is a plumber with JDPP and his initial assessment of the plumbing in my older home was spot on. He knew what was needed to repair my faucets, told me upfront about the possible complications and risk due to age, and walked me thru the repair process. He showed up on time and performed the repairs like the professional he is. Fantastic service from a professional plumber. Ask for Ron from JD Precision Plumbing.
6/19 had a plumbing issue and JD Plumbing came out again to take care of it. Adrian did a fantastic job, fix my leak with no problem and explained the cause of the issue. Top notch professional. I had a slow draining sink for months before it finally completely clogged. I reached out to several plumbing companies and TQP were the first ones to get back with me and had the lowest estimate. They came and fixed the problem right away! Jake was great and so nice- he made sure to ask if he could check anything else while he was here. My family owns several houses and we are never able to find a good company to work with when issues arise, so I'm really glad I found them!

Worst company I've ever hired. I got their value plan with all around service and maintenance. Every time they visit, they leave issues behind. They break equipment and tell you that you'll have to pay them for the repair. They over charge. You get very little benefit from their value plan or whatever the official title is.

Example 1 - plumbing
Saw the problem, said they couldn't fix it, I suggested a solution and suddenly they figured out the solution. I received a heavy charge for them removing a plug from my garbage disposal.

Example 2 - water heater
I asked them to do annual maintenance. The tech breaks it somehow and tells me that it's broke and the water would no longer heat. I argued with him over the phone and suddenly it started working again. I called another tech to confirm if there was any issue. The tech from another company told me that it wasn't an urgent issue and could wait a long time before being fixed. The alternative company also replaced the system months later for a fraction of the cost.

Example 3 - AC
System fan was having issues. Abacus told me that with my discount, I would pay 199 for them to diagnose (excluding trip charge). This does not include any repairs. I worked for a major HVAC manufacturer and know that this price is on the high end. No thanks

Conclusion: I ended my membership. I will never use
