Had dual bathroom sinks which were clogged. Acacias came out that very day and was able to resolve the issue. Our technician, Cristian, was highly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained everything clearly and the price was as expected. He was in and out within and hour.

they came on time. they spent quite a lot of time and efforts to evaluate my clogged drain. Since my drain pipe has bigger issue which need to have contractor to do more works on the pipe, they didn't charge me for all their jobs. I really recommend them for their professionalism.

I had an internal a/c piping to dual sink connection that clogged, made worse by a builder H/A workaround. Just a bit beyond my experience to solve quickly or easily. He came within 30-45 minutes from our first conversation, changed both under sink p traps, added an attic clean out point and had things going again in under a couple hours. He then explained everything and made further suggestions to prevent future issues. His cost was not unreasonable at all. Now on my go to list.

I called Texas Best Plumbing for a line that was clogged and expected to be put on a list to where they could get to me as soon as possible. If you are in need of fast efficient service then call Geovanny. Literally he came over the day I called him... He will be there when he says he will and stay until the job is completely finished to your approval. Very reasonable prices, too! Why call anyone else? He is a bit of a handy man so if you have questions about other jobs or how things work together he is really helpful. Won't hesitate to call him again. Oh, yes....he worked on our AC and it is nice and cool now!

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

These guys have saved me a couple of times.  The first time was to repair damage done by another area plumbing company and then do the job that was supposed to have been done the first time.  Alliance clearly had more knowledge and courtesy than their competitor.  The second time was to correct a deficiency on a home inspection report that I needed fixed quickly. For a non-emergency repair they were still able to fit me in in very short order and fix the problem.  They are upfront and honest about the job and always professional. These guys are my go-to plumbers for the area. Highly recommended.

This company has provided exceptional service. Appointment was easy to schedule. Text messages sent to confirm appointment time and they even send you a small bio and photo of the worker who is assigned to your home. Plumbers very professional. Problems were addressed and clearly explained. I will continue to use them anytime plumbing issues arise!

Justin came to our house this morning right on time.   Him and his helper were friendly and professional and went right to work fixing our toilet.  They charged us the service charge Teri told me about on the phone and $10 for the parts.  I was very happy with the work and will use them again if or when I need a plumber.  I would also recommend them to any friends needing a plumbing company.

I cannot recommend Ric and CMP Plumbing highly enough. After getting the run around from our home warranty company and a handful of other plumbers for 10 days, some of whom tried to price gouge, Ric was able to come out the same day we contacted him to replace our tankless gas water heater. His pricing was fair and transparent and all of their work is permitted. Have already referred him to my other contacts and he will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future. I had a plumbing leak under my kitchen sink that I was unable to diagnose.  

They showed up on time.  They were quick to identify the problem.  They were friendly, professional, and treated me and my wife with respect.  

The pricing was fair and I feel like I got good value for what I paid.  

I have not had a leak since.

I was nervous about hiring a plumber knowing what a hit or miss environment this is, but I will be storing their number in my contacts.

Extremely disappointed with the communication and professionalism from the owner Nathan. I had Texas plumbing come do a remodel project for my house, moved drains and gas pipes. His men did the work, they were great until I started having issues with the city inspection and a gas leak that seemed to be inconvenient for the owner. I called and texted the owner about the gas leak, but he never reached back out to me. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix his work and was left without hot water for two weeks!!!! I would not hire this company again due to the lack of communication, and complete egocentric attitude he has. I was so sad to find the gas leak when in fact this was his job to check after moving gas lines. communicating with the owner on this project, he was demeaning, over talked me and down right awful. If you hire this company as a woman be prepared to be ignored, not spoken to properly and over talked. Don't use them.

It was taking 3-4 minutes for hot water to get to my kitchen sink.  I was frustrated.  I hired JD Plumbers.   They added a pump to my system.  Now I get hot water in under a minute.   Plus the water is hotter as it doesn't have time to cool off.  Much better.

I had a slow draining sink for months before it finally completely clogged. I reached out to several plumbing companies and TQP were the first ones to get back with me and had the lowest estimate. They came and fixed the problem right away! Jake was great and so nice- he made sure to ask if he could check anything else while he was here. My family owns several houses and we are never able to find a good company to work with when issues arise, so I'm really glad I found them!

I had Jonathan, a technical, go to my elderly father's home to check his disposal that my father thought was not working.  He arrived on time and found a seed in the disposal that was causing it not to work.  We were not charged one penny.  I appreciate the honesty and the kindness that was offered; in addition to not charging a service fee.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
