Helped us out in the middle of the plumbing shortage here in Houston. Great work and everything works well. Finished quickly but took thr time to check everything out properly. Well done

I had a clogged kitchen sink last week and I called Kim after a few other places couldn't come out for a few hours. Kim said he could come by within the hour - and he was there in 30 minutes. Not only did he get the sink unclogged but he let me know that I had a problem with my garbage disposal. He ran over to Hone Depot, picked up a new one and had everything done within an hour. His service was impeccable and and his rates were incredibly reasonable - especially because it was a weekend.

Fast forward one week and I am at my mom's house in Los Altos and we were running the dishwasher. As soon as it started to drain, the air vent started spewing water and there was a huge leak under the sink. I sent a text over to Kim and he said he'd be here within an hour. Again, he was incredibly prompt. He cleared up a clog in the drain line, made sure everything was working properly and left without charging us! I cannot say enough about how wonderful his service is. I will be recommending Drain Control to all of my friends and family. Thank you Kim!

Hugo mounted 2 tvs, 2 curtains and 10 pictures . He was very responsive and reasonable with the pricing . He completed the job super fast and was very professional throughout the entire time . If I could I would give him 10

Robert is a genuine hands on kind of s Buisness owner. This is the third time I have called on him and he always comes through. He understands the situation you are going through and has incredible consideration what ever it is. This time it's a rental property with tenants and they have a busted pipe, although they were done for the day and heading out of town he made time to call his top licensed plumbers to take care of us. The other two times were similar one with a tankless at atenants house and the other at my Buisness with multiple issues ( toilets/ busted pipes). As a Buisness owner myself I Highly recommend Plumb Away and their trusted owner Robert /Plumbers.

I called EPW at 8:30pm, fully expecting to have to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when the phone was answered by a real person named Boy! He took my name, phone # and address along with a description of the problem. My original, 11 year-old disposal had finally started leaking really bad , and the bucket under the sink wasn't cutting it anymore. I had hesitated to call anyone because the last plumber at my house (who rooted out the kitchen drains) quoted me an exorbitant price to replace the disposal. Boy told me they could do an install for me and that I would get a call in the morning. He asked what time was best for me? I said anytime after 10 am.
Lee called around 11:30am and said it would be about an hour and sure enough, Lee and Jordan showed up on time. They took their shoes off at the door, my dog was happy to meet them, and they quickly installed the new garbage disposal that had been sitting in my garage for months, waiting for my nephew to install it.
I had called EPW based on the other reviews I read and I was not disappointed in any way.
These guys were on time, provided professional service, and charged a very reasonable price.
All around 5 stars!

Second time using First Aid Plumbing. First was to install a new kitchen faucet and today was for emergency bathtub faucet spout and draining issues with bathroom sink.

I had an issue with my sink being stopped up and I sent them a request and they immediately answered my request, had a tech out the same day.  James came by with a wonderful attitude and fixed my sink in a fast, efficient, professional manner.  It exceeded my expectations! My husband called City & Beyond Handymen after finding them on Yelp. Geovanny the business owner stopped by and fixed multiple light fixtures and went above and beyond in addressing other issues he saw that would need fixing. He never once pressured for it to get done nor did he charge extra for his great insight and advice. We really appreciate Geovanny's honesty and will for sure reach out to him when we are ready for more upgrades! He is a hard working person that can problem solve any handyman situation that may arise. Don't hesitate to give him a call!!

He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He discussed pricing and options before taking action.  Nick thoroughly explained what the problem was and how we should fix it. Three gentlemen from this company installed a gas range in our kitchen and removed the old range. Actually, the old range was brand new and we were planning on selling it as such. These employees managed to break the legs off the range and now we will have to special order replacements -- if we can even get them.

I've left a message at their office and will update if/when I hear anything.

Not very impressed and would not give them 5 stars.

Very prompt and knowledgable would definitely hire again.
Did not prive gauge like other Plumbers.

I had a plumbing leak under my kitchen sink that I was unable to diagnose.  

They showed up on time.  They were quick to identify the problem.  They were friendly, professional, and treated me and my wife with respect.  

The pricing was fair and I feel like I got good value for what I paid.  

I have not had a leak since.

I was nervous about hiring a plumber knowing what a hit or miss environment this is, but I will be storing their number in my contacts.

Texas Plumbing on Woodwind did a great job fixing my freeze busted pipes. I texted them Wednesday and they were out today while other plumbers had quoted me A MONTH wait (wait times are very long right now in February 2021 because of an awful storm that got as low as 10 degrees, lasted several days, and froze all the pipes). They spent about 4 hours fixing 3 leaks in the attic, bill was about $1200.

My family can finally shower again!

We had to call JD Precision due to an underground leak at Lakeshore Sports, the business I work for. Alex came out, was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was able to email copies of all invoices, etc. to me quickly. We were very satisfied with the quick response to our call and the work done.
